Excelentes la cama y la ducha. La suite tenía balcón a la calle y estaba bien aireada e iluminada, entraba el sol por la tarde. Todo moderno y prolijo. Tiene aire acondicionado, excelente para el calor que hubo en la ciudad cuando fuimos. También funciona muy bien el sistema de check-in a pesar de que casi no te cruzas con gente del lugar (solo vimos a personal que se encargaba de la limpieza de las habitaciones), todo es vía código. Llegamos más temprano que la hora marcada y pudimos entrar. La ubicación asimismo es muy buena, en uno de los barrios más turísticos de Lisboa. La TV tiene cable y varias apps.

Nosotros alquilamos la suite básica, que es como una habitación de hotel bastante pequeña (solo está la cama, de buen tamaño), dos mesas de luz (una más larga y con estantes debajo) y un frigobar. No entra nada más (no hay armario). El baño también ok. Imagino que las habitaciones con cocina son mucho mejores, pero también mucho más costosas. Lo otro que no está tan bueno es el tercer piso por escalera, que en una ciudad como Lisboa, donde todo es subida y bajada, te suma más esfuerzo físico. Podría haber sido peor: también hay un cuarto piso! Pero bueno, también vale decir que los alojamientos de la zona con ascensor son bastante más costosos.

The room has everything needed and looks good. It’s also located in a nice central area.

The bed was a bit squeaky on the parquet. There are several stairs to reach the room depending on the room number (however, it wasn’t a problem), just good to keep it in mind.

We couldn't have found a better place to stay! Right in the center, with everything within walking distance. Very clean and cozy, and excellent communication with the host. We will definitely be back!

Estaba en el centro de la ciudad y muy buena habitación y sobre todo la cama muy confortable.

Posizione comoda. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in uan camera al 3 piano con scale. Camera bella, pulita e luminosa. Bagno davvero confortevole con vetrata a vista di divisione con la camera. Bagnodoccia molto buono e profumatissimo. Personale disponibile e risposte celeri sul sito senza creare nessun intoppo/disagio. Ben insonorizzate le finestre che, visto che stanno facendo lavori nella via, è stata una salvezza perchè quasi non si sentivano.

Apartamento bonito, bastante espacioso y limpio, con buenas vistas. Está muy bien situado, bastante céntrico y cerca de los principales puntos de interés, por lo que resulta muy cómodo para moverse por la ciudad. Llegamos en Uber, que además resulta bastante económico en Lisboa. El aire acondicionado funcionaba correctamente y, en general, el apartamento era cómodo y agradable para la estancia.

Los utensilios de cocina, en concreto la olla y la sartén, estaban en un estado muy deteriorado. El revestimiento negro estaba extremadamente desgastado y desconchado, hasta el punto de que en gran parte de ambas piezas se apreciaba claramente la base del material. Considero que deberían sustituirse, ya que su estado no parece adecuado para cocinar con ellas de forma habitual. Además, el apartamento no dispone de lavadora ni de plancha, dos elementos que serían bastante útiles, especialmente para estancias de varios días.

Nowhere to sit on the balcony, only one comfy chair in a room for 2, flimsy barstools at kitchen table. Could have been better seating in such a large space.

Location is super city centra, and quiet area. Everything is new. Big bathroom, super shower water.

We would like normal dinner table, not bar table. Kitchen stuff is poor, nothing salt pepper oil etc. for cooking. Wi-Fi very poor if who needs it. We use our own Wi-Fi.

The room in 4 floor without elevator and you have to carry your luggage till 4 floor, it was night mare to go out and go 4 floors every out My reservation was non- refundable for 3 days and my plan changed so I requested to cancel on night and stay for 2 nights only they keep rejected my requests and they are not flexible at all I didn’t see any staff during my stay starting from self check in to check out

Localizacao excelente, acomodacao confortavel e de bom gosto. Gostamos da limpeza e comodidade. O fato de nao ter elevador é um pouco desconfortavel, mas foi compensador ja que a hospedagem era muito boa. Gostamos muito do banheiro e chuveiro, as toalhas eram de altissima qualidade. Unico ponto de atencao para manutencao do local é que havia um vazamento do ar condicionado, pingando agua no chao.

Tudo estava excelente. Apenas como sugestao de melhoria, poderia ter uma mesa a mais para acomodar os pertences pessoais e cabideiros para pendurar bolsas e roupas.

La stanza era sporca con residui di ospiti precedenti (cotton fioc sulla scrivania, residui di cibo nel frigo). Il bagno presentava della muffa nella doccia. Letto estremamente scomodo e rumoroso ad ogni minimo movimento. Diciamo che siamo ben lontani da una suite e che non basta mettere un profumatore d'ambiente all'ingresso

Não há nenhum atendimento pessoal. Se você tem algum problema, não há ninguém para resolver. Um dis quartos apresentava um cheiro ruim.

Ubicació perfecta , molt cèntric però en un carrer gens sorollós. Molt aprop de tot. El llit , lavabo i habitació còmodes , s´ha de tenir en compte que no hi ha ascensor i s´han de pujar escales (no va ser cap problema en el nostre cas)

el ventilador de l´habitacío no funcionava molt bé .... però l´aire acondicionat si.

L’emplacement à Chiado était très utile !

Beaucoup de choses : le ménage, la douche n’était pas propre lors de notre arrivée et présentait des traces de moisissures sur les joints. On entendait TOUT venant du couloir et des chambres à côté : nous avons mal dormi à cause de ça. De plus, mention spéciale au personnel par message qui s’est permis de se montrer très familier en envoyant « pfff » lors de ma demande après avoir annuler une nuit qui n’était même pas remboursé, et que j’ai voulu récupérer. Un grand manque de professionnalisme qui s’est bien reflété à la qualité médiocre de la chambre.

위치가 진짜 좋아요👍👍 완전 중심지 쪽이고 리스본대성당까지 도보로 20분이면 가고요. 개선문이랑 호시우광장 등 웬만한 명소는 도보로 다 갈 수 있어요. 28번 트램 타는 곳도 가깝고 중심지다보니 밤 11시까지 근처에 사람 많고 안전합니다. 숙소도 에어컨 나오고 물도 잘나오고 넓어요. 저희는 어쩌다보니 뒤로갈 수록 숙소가 좋아졌는데 포르투부터 여행하고 오는 분들은 좀 아쉬우실 수도..!

제가 묵은 방은 꼭대기 층이라 계단이 힘들었어요 ㅠ ㅠ.. 근데 이건 여기뿐 아니라 부티크는 어쩔 수 없는 거 같더라고요. 3박 4일이라 저는 계단 다닐만 했고 첫날은 다른 투숙객이 도와줘서 너무 고마웠어요. 아 그리고 여기 샴푸 없고 바디젤만 있습니다.

WLAN war nicht stark genug im 3. Stock - TV zum Filme etc ansehen war nicht möglich Leider kein Lift und wir mussten die (leider) schweren Koffer über die Stufen schleppen. Keine Parkplätze in der Umgebung, klar da es ja im Zentrum liegt - aber Parkgarage war sehr nahe um 25€ pro Tag

Se escuchaban bastante los vecinos y la limpieza de otras habitaciones desde muy temprano. No se podía subir o bajar el aire acondicionado.

L’hôtel est bien situé, propre et agréable. En revanche, j’ai été très déçue par le manque de clarté concernant le parking. Lors de ma réservation, j’ai compris que des possibilités de stationnement étaient disponibles à proximité. En réalité, il n’y a aucun parking privé et tous les parkings aux alentours sont payants et particulièrement chers. Pour seulement 3 jours, le coût du stationnement a représenté près de la moitié du prix de mon séjour, ce qui a été une dépense totalement imprévue. J’ai signalé ce problème à l’établissement en leur suggérant d’indiquer clairement sur leur annonce Booking qu’il n’y a pas de parking privé et que le stationnement à proximité est uniquement payant. Mon prochain hôtel, par exemple, mentionne explicitement « stationnement gratuit dans la rue », ce qui évite toute mauvaise surprise. L’établissement a reconnu que l’annonce pouvait prêter à confusion et m’a indiqué qu’il allait la modifier afin d’éviter que d’autres voyageurs rencontrent le même problème. En revanche, malgré cette reconnaissance et les frais importants que j’ai dû engager, aucun geste commercial ne m’a été accordé. Si vous voyagez en voiture, renseignez-vous impérativement sur le coût du stationnement avant de réserver, car cela peut considérablement augmenter le coût total de votre séjour.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was great, the check-in process was smooth, and accessing the apartment was very easy. The apartment was spacious and had a beautiful view, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The wifi was quite unstable. Since I had to work during my stay, I ended up using my phone's mobile data to have a reliable connection

Good location, AC and ceiling fan were helpful, check in and out process was straightforward and easy. Garbage was collected everyday and towels exchanged every 3 days. Towels and sheets were clean.

The bathroom had a noticable smell, kind of like old water and pipes. You could hear neighbors a little bit, but earplugs did the trick for a light sleeper. I also wish there was some small chair in rhe room, bur I understand the room may be too small for that.

La stanza B 10 era bellissima. Bagno grande molto bello e confortevole. Balconcino con vista gradevolissima. Posizione perfetta per girare a piedi ma anche vicina alle stazioni. La zona è gradevole e di pregio. Bene frequentata la sera e con tanti servizi.TV e condizionatore e pure ventola sopra il letto. Letto comodissimo ben superiore alla media dei letti che ho trovato. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo secondo me.

Occhio che tre piani di scale sono... tre piani di scale. Per me non è stato un problema ma se avete bagagli pesanti... Un altro punto è la eccessiva spersonalizzazione: non vedi nessuno, non saluti nessuno, non ringrazi nessuno. Ormai è dappertutto così ma non è una cosa bella. Un altro aspetto non positivo riguarda l'autenticità dell'esperienza. Sei in una zona turistica sei un turista e incontri turisti. Tutto bene ma un po'... turistico. Comunque la struttura è stata una bella sorpresa.

No elevator. We had to climb really high stairs with heavy suitcases.It said our apartment was on third floor but it was actually fourth floor because they didn’t mention one more floor underneath.Also they had no luggage storage on the first floor. Extremely uncomfortable experience.

Absolutely fantastic stay! This is an excellent aparthotel in the perfect location. It was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptional—spacious, stylish, and one of the best I've experienced. Everything you need, including restaurants, shops, and attractions, is just a short walk away. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

O quarto em si, conforto da cama, chuveiro e banheiro amplo, régua com tomadas para carregar vários aparelhos, ar condicionado estava ligado, decoração clean e funcional. A cama, a cama é bem boa com lençóis de boa qualidade. Em frente ao Honest Greens, que pra mim é sempre um must.

Não é que eu não gostei porque já sabia. Mas são 3 andares (escadas duplas) até o quarto. Para quem está com mala pesada não é bom. E para quem não tem condicionamento físico e carrega peso não opte.

My sister and I had a city break in Lisbon and LOVED our stay at GS Studios. Everything was so smooth and straightforward. Communication was clear ahead of time, we mentioned we would be arriving early and although early check-in wasn't guranteed, we were given our room number to be able to check if it was ready. Once we arrived at our room, there was a sign saying 'ready for check-in' and so we could just use lock box with the code previously provided and get to our room early which was hugely appreciated. Check-out was just as easy, and we were able to use the luggage room with a code previously provided. The location was perfect for a first time in the city, near lots of restaurants and with amazing shopping on the doorstep. The room was spacious and super clean with all working facilities. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again!

There isn't a lift and our room was on the third floor and so had a few flights of stairs to get to it which was tough in the heat, however, the lack of lift is made really clear when booking and so we booked knowing this and so wasn't an issue for us but just to pre-warn.

We arrived home what evening to see that the apartment had been without power for some time. There was no aircon on a very hot night and no running water. I reached out to the properly on 3 different phone numbers and also via message and have still received no response from anyone. Very poor communication once you’re checked in.

AC didn’t work as well as expected, and a little noisy in the building given the wooden floors and lack of sound proof walls.

Very fair value for money in a great part of the city that made exploring Lisbon easy and convenient. The studio was clean and felt safe.

The walk up was a little tough and we weren't sure what floor we would be on when we booked. Not a major issue.

The walls are pretty thin - I could hear the people next door easily including when they were coughing or talking. You need to carry your luggage up the flight of stairs.

The location of the apartments is absolutely amazing. Walking distance to so many sights and restaurant/bar areas. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Lisbon. The staff were also really helpful on our last day when we had an issue and needed to extend the check out time.

It was such a lovely apartment. The Staff were so helpful. I was really grateful that they allowed me a later check out as my partner was not feeling well. Staff were so understanding and kind. The apartment was beautiful, clean and all was perfect. Thank you for making this trip such an amazing experience. Everything was wonderful. Every time I come to Lisbon I will be staying with you.

Location very good, near all the turist attractions and lots of places to eat. Also close to subway (metro) station. The room was equipped with air condion which is really a must in Lisbon.

The room was clean overall, however was mold in the shower. Wi-fi didn't work so mobile data was needed. We didn't get so much sleep because the room was not sealed from the outside noise and we could hear all the steps and wispers from the hallway including the other people that were staying here. The vent from the bathroom was not working and this was also an issue.

Cleanliness could be improved - visible mold growth in shower along top tiles, and used bar soap from previous visitor was left in shower and not removed. Wifi was extremely poor and essentially unusable, resulting in use of cellular data.

O único ponto negativo é não ter elevador, ainda se sobe bastantes escadas para alguém mais velho ou com alguma limitação torna-se complicado, mas era algo que ja estava aqui informado

Accommodation was in a perfect location. Loved the wine bar next door. The room was spacious and light with a lovely bathroom.

The last set of steps had a low ceiling would be good to have the hazard tapes on both sides of the ceiling going up and down.

The property was centrally located and easy to get to the city center and close to public transits.

We stayed on the 5th floor and the main route to the hotel includes stairs - so double wammy on stairs. Not horrible just something to consider.
