Spacious room and easy parking, which are the main advantages.

The location is a little far from the town area, and unfortunately the bed/mattress was not very comfortable. Other than that, everything was generally okay.

Silapnya masa booking tak baca review. Hotel TAK ADA LIF. Orang tua kena struggle sikit naik family room kat tingkat 2. Deposit kena sediakan RM100 CASH.

The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the atmosphere is quiet even though it is next to a restaurant. There is free designated parking for customers. It is easily accessible from the main road and surrounded by many eateries, as well as being close to a mall and other attractions.

The cleanliness of the area outside the hotel could be improved, as there were bird droppings on customers' vehicles parked in the designated parking area.

The shower pressure was good, but the shower hook was broken. Had to handheld it. The housekeeper barged into my room at 2:00pm when I already told the receptionist to clean my room at 3:30. The sheets had foul smells like doing laundry with no detergent. Poor cleanliness. The receptionist customer service was good.

Shower Water pressure is good

The toilet need more clean. Pls keep some 3 in 1 coffee. The price was abit expensive. The room was too small for 3 persons.

i didnt expect much as i see it was a small hotel.. no lift, but im surprised it was very clean n comfortable stay.. the room is spacious for my family.. and u can topup ur drink anytime with water filter, like no other hotel that just give a bottle drink

As I am staying on the ground floor hardly , view was just the back lane , the toilet air intake fan is very loud for my unit and the air con emits a pretty annoying hissing sound .

I used to book Travelland Hotel every quarter i.e. 3 months once for my visit to Ipoh. The hotel started with good facility but now it is very poor.

1) The shower head is spoilt & water flashing everywhere, hard to shower. I even highlighted this in my remarks during online booking & I was replied that it will be well taken care. Unfortunately, it was a mere reply only. I've been booking the Triple Room almost every 3 months once & I have been highlighting this issue for the past 2 years with no rectification measures taken. 2) The room was dirty as the floor was dusty. 3) The pillows / bedsheet has a very musty bad smell.

The shower was broken. No hot water and no water supply on my last day of stay.

Stayed 1 night, everything was good. Room was clean, bed comfy, and the toilet spotless. Location is close to lost world of tambun.. Restaurant next door, lots of eateries nearby.

If they can provide coffee and tea sachet that will be good.

Best dah dua kali duk sini sbb nak tgk suami dkt pga. Kedai makan semua dekat. Bukan tgh2 bandar so tak serabut sangat. Parking pon sng.

地点很方便，不会太吵。不过洗澡热水不太理想，时热时不热。右手边的餐厅我个人不太喜欢，食物味道不太理想。

When I entered the room, I noticed a few issues 1. Two pillows looked like they had been used, one appeared as if someone had been lying on it, and the other was placed in the middle of the bed. 2. The bed sheet was not properly arranged and had marks as if someone had sat on it. 3. The pillows had an unpleasant smell. I was too exhausted at midnight to request a change, but honestly, this should not have happened. Rooms should always be prepared fresh for customers, without any sign of previous use.

The room size is sufficient for single person, with basic facilities.

Very clean, wonderful staff. Bathroom looked new. Great area for the lost world. Coffee shop very close and food places good.

The room was spacious, the amenities were just nice, it was clean & really comfortable. Worth for the money.

Their bathing shower, it's actually good in terms of water pressure & the nice hot shower temperature & all but there is 1 problem where the water pressure suddenly high & suddenly low & when this happens the temperature becomes suddenly extremely hot or suddenly cold while all in the same temperature setting. So, you kinda need to wait everytime it either turns cold or extremely hot for it to come to the normal cozy warmth that you set & this changes is quite frequent more like every 30 seconds.
