Mario der den Transfer vom Flughafen gemacht hat und vom Vermieter der Unterkunft organisiert wurde war unser größtes Highlight. Ich habe in meinem Leben keinen derartig lieben, höflichen und um das Wohlergehen seiner Kunden und Mitmenschen besorgten Menschen getroffen. Er hat Alles gerettet und uns überzeugt das wir sicherlich wieder nach Portugal kommen. Auch Joana, wie wir dann von Mario erfahren haben das Sie leider seit kurzem nicht mehr dort arbeitet hat uns sehr geholfen und das obwohl es nicht mehr ihr Job war.

Es war Niemand vom Vermieter bei der Schlüsselübergabe anwesend. Der Vermieter war auch nicht über Mobiltelefon, 1, 2 3 Tage vorher erreichbar. Auch auf meine Bitte nur mit WhatsApp vorher die Informationen auszutauschen wurden nicht berücksichtigt. Musste meine Reisepassdaten beim Besteigen des Flugzeugs durchschicken da ich sonst keinen Zimmercode bekommen hätte. Leider hat der Vermieter meine Nachricht sich mit mir direkt über Whats App in Verbindung zu setzen ignoriert und nur über die Booking Com Platform kommuniziert was für mich durch die 2 Punkt Authentication viel zu kompliziert ist, da ich nur das Mobiltelefon im Urlaub mit hatte. Pedro der eigentlich das alles machen sollte war unauffindbar. Und am Wochenende ist anscheinend sowieso keiner erreichbar. Leider gab es in der Unterkunft dann auch mehrere Probleme. Am Letzten Tag vor der Abreise bis zur Abreise mehr als 14. Stunden keinen Strom im ganzen Haus wo 6-8 Appartements waren und Niemand hob des Telefon ab. Auch nicht bei Anrufen von anderen Gästen. Es war vor dem Stromausfall ein Feueralarm und dann 10 Minuten später kein Strom mehr. Der Security Mann von der Firma der wegen des Feueralarm gekommen war hatte nicht einmal die Möglichkeit ins Haus zu kommen Von 21.00 h bis zu unserer Abreise am Folgetag keine Spur von einem Elektriker, Fernseher ohne Fernbedienung, 2 Tage vor Ankunft war plötzlich die Klimaanlage kaputt und i die Information das leider keine Reparatur so kurzfristig möglich ist. Nach dem Staub und der Verschmutzung zu urteilen wurde die Klimaanlage schon jahrelang nicht gewartet und ich denke diese funktioniert bereits seit mehreren Wochen nicht mehr. Ich hoffe, die Gäste, die noch dort waren, haben am Sonntag wieder Strom gehabt.

There was a strong smell of damp in the apartment. On inspecting the bedrooms properly, we found visible damp and mould across areas of the ceilings and walls, mould on the blinds, and mould and a significant build-up of dust around the skirting boards in BOTH bedrooms. We took extensive photographs of everything we found. We reported the problem immediately that evening, both using the contact details provided and through Booking.com. We tried to give the property the opportunity to resolve the situation, but we could not get anyone to deal with it. We therefore had no realistic option but to leave and find alternative accommodation at our own expense. What is particularly disappointing is that we are STILL trying to get this resolved and our request for a refund has not been answered. This was not us changing our minds or deciding we didn’t like the apartment. We had checked in, had our belongings there and fully intended to spend the night. We left solely because of the damp, visible mould and overall condition of the bedrooms. We have photographic evidence showing the condition of the property, evidence that we reported the problem at the time, and evidence of the alternative hotel we had to book. It is completely unacceptable to pay for accommodation, discover visible mould in both bedrooms, be unable to stay the night, have to pay for another hotel AND then struggle to get a response afterwards. We are still waiting for this matter to be resolved and for our money to be refunded. Based on our experience, I absolutely could not recommend staying here.

La ubicación era excelente y pediría que tuviese un mantenimiento más eficaz porque da pena lo grande que es y el poco detalle hacia el mantenimiento

Que las fotos en Booking están digamos "retocadas" porqué no es ciertamente igual,(la cantidad de humedad,la falta bombillos, pintura, etc)la cantidad de bombillos fundidos,que solicite al encargado que lo cambiara y la falta de mando de tv que no había impidiendo poder ver la TV.

Fuimos en el mes de agosto y el apartamento era verdaderamente una sauna. No se podía estar. Al ser un ático el calor era realmente insoportable. Solo había un ventilador de pie que funcionaba de los dos que había en el apartamento. Los aparatos de "aire acondicionado" son antiguos y funcionaban literalmente como pequeños ventiladores de bolsillo. Prometo que no estoy exagerando. Y no era aire frio. Lo reclamamos desde el primer día, pero hasta que hicimos la reclamación a booking, no respondían nuestros mensajes ni atendían al teléfono. Y tampoco nos dieron ninguna solución, entraron en el apartamento durante nuestra estancia sin avisarnos (el día previo a nuestra última noche) y seguían insistiendo en que los aparatos funcionaban pero que quizá no refrigeraban a mi gusto para el calor de agosto. Inverosimil su respuesta cuando ellos mismos comprobaron que en el apartamento era inhabitable su calor, un ático antiguo sin aislamiento dónde pega el sol todo el día en el tejado y por todas las ventanas. Ellos publicitaban aire acondicionado, de no ser así yo hubiera descartado este alojamiento para ir en agosto. Entiendo que si hace frio tampoco debe funcionar... La ventilación cruzada es una posibilidad pero hay muchas aves y hay riesgo de que puedan entrar en cualquier momento palomas o gaviotas. Por otra parte está muy descuidado a nivel de mantenimiento. La mampara de la ducha del baño no cerraba la puerta y se inundaba el baño después de cada ducha, por mucho cuidado que quisieras tener. Armarios oxidados, y otros que no cerraban, una de las habitaciones minúscula que no podías ni pasar al otro lado de la cama, aunque la otra si era grande. El check in tampoco fue bueno, llegamos y el código no funcionaba después de muchos intentos. Es verdad que nos dieron la alternativa de la llave y ya pudimos entrar. Es una lástima porque el apartamento es bonito, tiene ascensor y buena ubicación pero inhabitable en verano y carísimo. Una estafa.

Juste c'était un ground floor du coup les fenêtres donnaient sur la rue avec les pietons, donc pas d'intimité si vous ouvrez les fenêtres.

We loved the location. The apartment was very spacious and very nicely decorated. However in terms of cleaning and maintenance only bear minimum is being done. There were old stains on the wall, blinds and doors. There were spare blankets in the closet as well but they looked like they have never been washed.

Great location, clean and tidy, lovely staff! Spacious apartment, 2 large bathrooms and 2 large bedrooms. Funky interior with easy access and good level of security.

Found a few cockroaches in the bathroom, contacted the property and a lovely lady came to remove them very quickly. Slightly musty smell throughout the apartment probably due to air conditioning, but was no issue !

Posizione ideale, a poca distanza a piedi molto attrazioni.

Non particolarmente pulita, mal tenuta, sono di grande impatto quando si apre la porta dovuta alla grandezza ma guardando bene è scomoda e non particolarmente pulita. Nessun appoggio nelle camere per poter mettere sopra i bagagli. Mobili della cucina unti e appiccicosi, non era presente l’aria condizionata benché fosse prevista, chiesto spiegazioni ci è stato risposto che hanno problemi e chiamato il tecnico e che hanno messo dei ventilatori che non rinfrescavano nulla, peccato che leggendo poi le recensioni questo giochetto dell’aria condizionata va avanti da mesi quindi mi sa di una presa in giro. Muffa nelle camere. Phon presente nella casa inutilizzabile poiché la spina era di tipo americana e quindi non adatta alle prese in casa (probabilmente lasciato da un cliente e loro se lo sono tenuti).

Appartamento molto grande e ottima posizione

Bagno non finestrato, poco illuminato e doccia perdeva acqua. Nessuna dotazione cibo o detersivi lavastoviglie/ lavatrice in loco.

El apartamento es muy amplio, las camas muy cómodas y tenía una ubicación muy buena.

Solo nos dejaron una toalla para toda la estancia y olían regular. Quise hablar con ellos para preguntarles si nos podían facilitar alguna más pero nadie nos contestó. La limpieza también podría ser mejor, ya que el suelo era de madera y claramente no estaba todo lo limpio que podría, igual que la cocina.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro de Lisboa. Amplitud y confort del apartamento. A pesar de estar en una calle un poco ruidosa el apartamento está muy bien aislado y tuvimos una estancia muy tranquila y agradable. En general el apartamento es muy recomendable.

Falta un poco de mantenimiento, sobre todo en algunos detalles de uno de los baños. Quizás también no estaría mal mejorar la iluminación en habitaciones, falta un poco de luz en alguna estancia.

The location was superb, couldn’t have been easier to get around the city from the apartment! Apartment was very spacious and access was ever easy.

The lighting was very dark and there were not enough towels, soap or bedding for the number of guests in the apartment. This made the stay a little less comfortable as there were no hand towels, hair towels or floor towels or kitchen towels.

Unclean throughout, bedsheets unclean with hairs and grit/sand. Suspect they were unchanged from previous guest - disgusting. Hole in the ceiling where extractor fan should be. Main sofa was filthy and actually sticky to touch it was so dirty. Trash bin completely full from previous guests. Broken locks on the main building door where anyone can enter - zero security. Broken lock on apartment door which literally fell off the door and our children were locked in the apartment. All problems reported to Joanna (host) who offered only apathetic excuses.

Drukte, veel herrie in de nacht/vroege ochtend. Huis stinkt zodra je de deur opent naar schimmel/riool. Uit de airco komt stank. Appartement nr 66 was het. Geen personeel gezien.

The automatic door lock sometime is working sometime is not . You need to aware all the time the door is locked or not . It made us so annoying to contact the staff through the message . unfortunately no one can help. Beside that the bathroom shower head is not worked.

Perfecte locatie om Lissabon te verkennen. Leuke lunchtent recht tegenover het appartement. Mooi appartement met veel - onbenutte- potentie. Personeel staat per telefoon of app snel voor je klaar. Een klein probleempje met de inlogcode was adequaat opgelost.

- Veel achterstallig onderhoud. Simpele dingen zoals een luxaflex die niet omhoog kan tot aan grotere investeringen zoals een badkamer die er niet top uitziet. - Aanvullend een wat viezige verouderde bank - Weinig handdoeken ter beschikking, niet handig met altijd natte badkamervloer. Geen keukendoek. - Wat basic keuken benodigdheden zoals zout en zwarte peper waren niet aanwezig.

Boiler was not working (no warm water) at the moment of arrival. We had to find the 'turn-on' switch on the power panel. It would have been better if this was verified by the host. There is no cooker hood installed (only a hole in the high ceiling). The TV set is configured in the local language and not in English.

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, groß und geräumig, gut geeignet mit Kindern, neuwertig gestaltet

In der Küche dürfte auch noch eine Klimaanlage sein und ein Tisch. Geschirrhandtücher und Waschmittel werden toll gewesen. Auf den Betten ist ein Plastik bezug über der Matratze der knirscht, die ganze Zeit. Hat aber nicht weitergestört. Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

La decoración y el mobiliario. Es imposible aparcar cerca por lo que debes venir en transporte público. La calle es estrecha y muy inclinada, pero el apartamento no tiene culpa. Las estancias son amplias, pero no mires debajo de las camas ni el colchón.

La limpieza es pésima. De hecho, no existe. Hemos estado la semana entera con el mismo juego de toallas. En la descripción del establecimiento dice que la limpieza se hace cada tres días. No es cierto. Para cambiar las toallas tuve que contactar tres veces y no sirvió de nada. Cualquier rincón en el que busques un poquito, encuentras suciedad de tiempo, por ejemplo en los filtros del aire acondicionado (no lo deben haber limpiado en la vida).

Wij hadden een zolderappartement, erg ongezellig, donker en met een hele schuine wand. Er stonden enkele oude versleten meubelen in, een bank, een fauteuil en een eettafel en verder was het erg kil. Op booking stonden mooie foto's van verschillende appartementen. Dit kwam niet erg overeen met wat wij hadden. Ik vond dit achteraf gezien zeer misleidend. Er waren twee slaapkamers met ieder een eigen badkamer. In één badkamer werd het water niet warm. Vanuit de slaapkamers kijk je op het terras van een hotel dat op kleine afstand van het appartementencomplex stond. De hotelgasten kunnen makkelijk binnenkijken in de slaapkamers. De locatie was oké, maar het centrum was toch nog wel een eindje lopen..... Er was 1 fohn met een niet passende stekker, de airco was kapot, in plaats daarvan stonden er een paar ventilatoren. Er is niks over vermeld, voordat wij aankwamen. De airco zou gemaakt worden op onze vertrekdag. Ons werd indirect gevraagd om een uur eerder uit te checken. Dat was voor ons niet fijn gezien onze vluchttijden. Vanuit de host is geen enkel initiatief gekomen om iets te compenseren. Op onze vraag voor een compensatie werd 15% discount beloofd. Het geld hebben we nooit ontvangen! Meerdere malen erachteraan gemaild.

Het is een ruim opgezette accommodatie, dit geef een aangenaam gevoel (geen beklemmend klein hok). Wij waren met ons gezin met 2 oudere kinderen. Het feit dat er naast 2 kamers met goede bedden ook 2 badkamers waren is dan een duidelijk pluspunt. De locatie is uitstekend. De bekende Tram 28 stopt bijna voor de deur (100 m lopen), de aansluiting met metro of trein is ook goed te belopen. Je kunt vanuit de locatie prima naar de bekende plekken in de binnenstad lopen. het appartement was schoon en netjes.

Om het daglicht binnen te halen, moet je hele grote luiken openen. In de woonkamer is dat geen probleem, in de slaapkamer zaten de slotjes om de luiken te openen te hoog voor ons, waardoor we er niet bij konden. Maar wij ervoeren dit niet als een groot probleem.

Największym atutem tego miejsca jest lokalizacja - w samym sercu tętniącego życiem miasta. Piękna panorama z okna. Blisko do atrakcji turystycznych, świetnych barów, dobrych restauracji, jednej z linii tramwajowych. Owszem, jest hałaśliwie nocą, ale nie wybieraliśmy pobytu na wsi w ciszy wśród zieleni ;) Apartament jest przestronny, bardzo czysty, łóżka mają super wygodne materace, przyjemnie czystą pościel. Kuchnia wyposażona dość podstawowo, ale najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy są.

Największym minusem tego miejsca jest brak możliwości pozostawienia walizek przed zameldowaniem (czyli przed 15.00) i po wymeldowaniu (11.00). Okazało się, że w pobliżu są schowki na bagaże (płatne, zniżka 10% dla wynajmujących), ale informację o tym dostaliśmy dopiero wraz z kodem do mieszkania! W rezultacie, przesiedzieliśmy półtorej godziny po przyjeździe z lotniska w sympatycznym barze naprzeciwko wejścia do apartamentu - polecamy ten bar na śniadania, jeśli nie robi się samemu. Brakowało nam ręczników do rąk - dostaliśmy jedynie kąpielowe. W kuchni przydałyby się ręczniki papierowe lub jedna ściereczka kuchenna. Słabo pomyślane klamki do sypialni i łazienki - kuliste, czasami trudno otworzyć drzwi. Klamka do jednej z łazienek popsuta, drzwi się nie zamykają, co jest nieco krępujące. W czasie naszego pobytu nie działała klimatyzacja - poinformowano nas o tej "awarii" tuż przed przyjazdem. Czy to rzeczywiście była sytuacja awaryjna? - tego się nie dowiemy. Ale jakoś przeżyliśmy, bo dni spędzaliśmy poza domem, a nocą temperatura była znośna.

Wifi was not available looked into the router and it was disconnected. Tried getting in touch with the host but they did not address the issue. But other than that, it is a great flat at a top location.

Apartamento totalmente abandonado. La limpieza fue nefasta, de hecho se quedó ropa en la lavadora de los anteriores huéspedes y nadie se dio cuenta. No hay prácticamente ningún utensilio de cocina y lo que hay está en mal estado. Dejaron palo sin escoba y fregona sin cubo. El baño está muy deteriorado, se sale el agua de la ducha, no tiene ningún mantenimiento. La alfombra y sofá con manchas. Se oye el ruido de los bares de a abajo a pesar de tener ventanas gordas.

El apartamento estaba muy bien situado, las habitaciones y espacios son amplios, no hay ruidos. El tranvía 28 al lado, callejeando cerca de todo lo importante a 20 minutos ( el mar el centro....

El baños es lo que necesita un poco de mejora, grigo, mampara y cajón del lavabo pero nada que impida una buena estancia.

We stayed in two opportunities. In the first one, it was great, fast response, everything worked well. In the second, we got a different apartment, not as clean, missing towels, and the worst was the AC not working, which was a basic criteria why we wanted the apartment in the first place. The response was not good, delayed, asking us to test switches and not coming back about it.

Große, nette Wohnung. Sehr sauber. Self Check-in funktioniert perfekt.

The apartment was large with a good kitchen, room and facilities. Good water. In line with description.

The AC wasn’t working, and the staff failed to provide feedback and fix. It was one of the most important criteria for us to choose the apartment in the first place.

Die Lage ist wirklich super zentral, mann kann alles super zu Fuß erreichen.

Spacious (duplex) apartment in a great location. Loads of amenities nearby (cafes, mini supermarket etc) but it’s still really quiet in the apartment. Air conditioning worked well.

A few more items in the kitchen would be welcome. Especially washing up liquid, a tea towel and more glasses.

Fantastic location in the old part of Lisbon. Huge apartment which was clean and had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lift to all floors.

communication with letting agency wasn't ideal we were given wrong house number and spent an hour in a cafe across the road until we could contact the hosts. The bedroom doors were very odd and on several occasions we found ourselves locked in the bedroom having to force the door to get out. The lift is tucked away at the back of the building and there is no sign which I only discovered after carting our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs doh!

A beautiful apartment located in a convenient location. Many restaurants and cafes in the area, the tram route 28 is just around the corner and easy walking distance into Chiado and the main old town hub. The hosts were very attentative.

As beautiful as the apartment is, many small details need maintaining. This does not detract from the overall feel of the apartment and as a positive point, if something was necessary to change (like the coffee machine), it was replaced the day after.

Die Lautstärke von der Straße, obwohl es eine Seitenstraße war, sind die Autos sehr laut gewesen.

Very spacious and good rustic feeling to it. Well equipped and very good location . Close ( just behind the corner ) to the 28E tram station.

It is opposite a bar and on weekend it’s crazy busy and noisy. We didn’t mind but just be aware if you care about quite places.

Excellent location, but the building and the apartment were quite dusty and not as clean as expected. Also, check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM make the stay feel shorter than it should.

Lack of air conditioning. 1st couple of nights were uncomfortable even with the fans. Managed to get a through breeze by opening all windows and temperatures fell which really helped. Also a couple of niggles with door handles. Would stay again if Air con was fixed!

No pusieron a nuestra disposición una escoba o una bayeta, por lo que la limpieza diaria fue un poco compleja, es cierto que estuve pocos dias, pero me gusta estar en estancias limpias y si vamos a la maya es difícil eliminar la arena sin una sencilla escoba, el contacto con el anfitrion puede mejorar

De locatie is echt heel fijn. Vlakbij station en inzeer gezellige wijk. Ons appartement was koel doior goede airco. Grote hoge slaapkamers.. Snelle communicatie met verhuurders.

Het interieur is echt aan vervanging toe. Bank, stoelen, rolgordijnen.. Het terras is geen terras. Meer klein binnenplaatsje wat niet schoon was.

El apartamento era fantastico, muy bien situado, con todo lo que necesite. Mucha amplitud en el apartamento, no lo esperabamos tan grande. Aunque la calle es bulliciosa, los dormitorios fueron muy silenciosos dado que no daban a la calle principal

Las llaves estaban escondidas en una caja con contraseña y pensabamos que la contraseña era la de la puerta, que tenia una botonera pero esta no funcionaba

La struttura avuta non ha nulla a che vedere con le foto mostrate. Pulizia pessima, finestra con insetti morti a un metro dal letto. Assistenza pressoché inesistente con risposte lente e generiche. Chiesta seconda chiave, essendo due coppie, ma non ricevuta, mozzicone di chiave rotta all'interno della porta. Un gran peccato.

El poco contacto con los que llevan el apartamento. Tuvimos un problema con las claves de acceso y hasta que no llamamos a booking no nos lo solucionaron, porque los teléfonos de contacto nadie respondía.

O apartamento é bastante amplo. 2 quartos com banheiros. Bem equipado. Os anfitriões respondem prontamente as dúvidas.

Defeito na fechadura. A máquina de lavar nao estava secando. O ferro não funcionou.

Nothing!! There is nothing good to say about this property. I would not recommend it. Location was in Bairro Alto which is walkable to restaurants and bar but streets are like alleyways. The apartment we got was nothing like the pictures. The address says unit #18 but ours was #20.

It was 35C in Portugal. Apartment had NO AC. Owner only informed us an hour before checkin that the AC was broken. They put in fans which did nothing to help the 31-35 degree heat. One of the guest has asthma and could not rest well.

The good stuff: We stayed four nights and it filled our needs for this journey. The apartment has an excellent location. Only a few minutes walk to either a bus, tram or train station. There are LOTS of restaurants nearby and a really good breakfast place just across the street. The host was easy to contact and the key was easily obtained in a safebox. Everything from check in to check out went smooth and when we needed a new iron they came in an hour or so. We stayed in a penthouse apartment but not in any of the penthouses shown in the pictures. Good value for the money spent.

The bad stuff: - AC was broken and when we brought it up with our host we were told that they tried to fix it but it seems that they need to buy a whole new AC for every room. After reading reviews from previous guests it seems that this was a known problem and a heads up would be nice. Other things they could improve and easily fix: - buy some more hangers. Only five available in the wardrobe isn’t enough. - you couldn’t close the refrigerator door without opening the trashbin door. - showerwall didn’t seal tightly. Water everywhere after showering. - the upholstery on the sofa is falling apart. - hair and stains(?) on one of the pillowcases - overall cleaning, not that it was filthy but they surely can do a better job cleaning the place up between guests. Oh, regarding the broken iron, the cord was twisted and bent to the extent thar the wiring was visible. Perhaps people don’t iron that much but it sure didn’t happen over a night. The negativ stuff wasn’t all that bad but when you add them up it brings down the impression of the apartment. Therefore I would rate it 6/10

The apartment is in a very handy location and very spacious. Check in was simple you will get the code a few hours before check in so you will need to have wifi. Access to emails etc...

We requested a refund within the first hour of checking in. There was a strong smell of mold and visible mold throughout the apartment. Furniture was dirty, mattresses were very uncomfortable.

BEAUTIFUL INTIERIOR, my Girlfriend and I loved the wall color so much we actually got the property to send us the color code! The location is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Chiado, you’re walking distance from plenty of restaurants. Plus if you’re waiting on your check in there is an amazing restaurant across the street you can bring your bags and wait until the room is ready. Will be staying here again forsure

I like having a door code so that I don't have to worry about losing a key. The apartment was large and had a nice living/dining area within which I could hang out with my family. The location is wonderful, with the ability to walk, take public transport or taxi. There was an issue with the internet but the management was very good about finding us other options. Overall, a nice place to stay.

The mattress covers on the beds made sleeping a little hot. There was an exposed screw in the floor by the bathroom vanity that I stubbed my toe on, but that would be an easy fix for maintenance. The right drawer in the bathroom didn't close all the way, but it didn't really cause a problem. It would be lovely if a few more amenities were included in the kitchen.

Vieta - ne taip jau arti nuo centro, jeigu pėsčiomis. Nepatiko ṣ̌eimininķų bendravimas pateikiant duomenis, ilgai neatsakoma į žinutes reikėjo perklausti atsakymo kelis kart. Įėjimo kodas buvo atsiųstas tik i 15 val. Trūko švaros visur. Pagalvės, čiužiniai sudilę. Antrą kartą - nesirinkčiau.

Świetna lokalizacja, duża przestrzeń, sprawna klimatyzacja, niezbędne wyposażenie, wejście na kod.

Very roomy apt, light, good views from top level. Great there was an elevator available for access. Great to have a washing machine. Good area with many interesting spots nearby to discover if you turn a different corner. Easy 15-20 min walk into central lisbon.

The air conditioning did not work & when I messaged booking.com re this, I was advised they are working on getting it fixed! Fortunately with windows open there was a good through breeze but in mid summer it would not gave been acceptable. For being a penthouse apt, the overall decor was somewhat disappointing but sufficed.

Location. Easy access to other parts of Lisbon. Large spacious apartment. Good facilities mainly.

The shower!! The shower door didn't seal properly and everytime you had a shower, water would leak all over the bathroom floor. This can be easily fixed!!!
