Reviewed Jun 26, 2026The staff is accommodating and friendly. Being able to speak good English is a plus. It’s clean, quiet and private. Soft pillows and bed. Tesco Lotus Mart and 7-11 store are only a walking distance of 5-6 minutes from the condo. ATMs are nearby as well.
The only cons is that it’s a bit far from Phuket International Airport 40-50 mins max considering the traffic.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026la habitación espaciosa y luminosa, y la cama fue la más cómoda en la que estuve en toda mis estadía de un mes en tailandia. nos tocaron varios días lluviosos, por lo cual al menos descansar en un lugar súper cómodo ayudó un montón para descansar. el personal de limpieza pasa cada día y están en todos los detalles que uno necesite.

We also want to mention the Hill Myna cafe, a great place, delicious food. We recommend using a free transfer from the hotel to the cafe. We hope to come back to you again.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Nice hotel 1) Very convenient shuttle service for all major locations near hotel. 2) Very friendly and cooperative owners. 3) Nice cute little gym and swimming pool. 4) Very clean rooms. 5) view from room was nice.
No onsite breakfast, though there were a few cafes within walking distance , but they all opened late. Little secluded location, though if you like privacy and quite location, this would do.

There was a mixup with the payment, I booked through booking with my card, when I arrived to the hotel we checked in without a problem, but afterwards the staff told us that we need to pay our stay in cash, even tho I payed through booking by card. At the end we found out that this happened to other people and that booking did not charge us even tho you put your card details cuz apparently there was supposed to be info about that this hotel only takes cash, but booking had something mixed up so I had to pay in cash for our stay there. This situation was stressful and I hope they did update their info regarding the payment.

Die Parkplatzsituation sollte neu überdacht und ausgeschildert für PKW und Motorbike sein. Es gibt manchmal Gäste, die keinerlei Respekt haben und meinen das sie alleine dort wohnen.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026It was very quiet and good price. Shuttle bus provided. Pool and gym is good. There are a lot space in room. Kitchen with all you need. In one room air condition was broken, but very quickly fixed by personal.
It is far away from shops. In one room was unpleasantly smelled.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Очень хороший вариант если у вас байк или машина. Для Банг Тао цена очень хорошая, да, Лагуна намного дороже и престижнее, но этот вариант это прямо оптимум. Мы снимали квартиру с двумя спальнями и было комфортно. Находится в 300 метрах от Лотус и 7/11 и Макдак. Очень удобно доезжать до Сурина, Бангтао (на своем транспорте). Понравилось: - крытая парковка - бассейн/спортзал - уборка каждый день + вода - на кухне есть посуда - очень тихая улица - суперкрутые подушки 😄🤌 да и вообще удобные кровати с жестким матрасом как мы любим
Субъективные моменты, в целом не повлиявшие на наш позитивный отдых в этом отеле: - конкретно в нашей квартире мебель уже просит обновления - очень странное решение - два туалета а между ними стеклянная душевая, в которую есть вход с двух сторон (хотя если сидеть с двух сторон на горшке - можно мило пообщаться ага) - нагреватель воды или не работал или работал слабо, но мы в целом горячей водой не моемся в Тае Моменты непринципиальные, мы классно отдохнули ! Отличный вариант за свою цену, находка прямо

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026Súper limpio , amplio , toallas limpias todos los días y limpieza de habitación diaria . La cama es extremadamente cómoda y las vistas preciosas un lugar muy tranquilo. Ofrecen motos de alquiler sin necesidad de entregar pasaporte ni fianza si quieres descansar y ni tener ruidos lo aconsejo al 100% con una moto te pilla todo súper cerca . Playa Beach clubs, comida lo recomiendo al 100%
No tiene demasiados sitios cercanos para comer y mucha vida tampoco así que si no tienes un vehículo o no quieres caminar mucho pues piénsatelo . Aunque para no fue un problema

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026Чисто, хорошая кровать, полотенца, немного уставший номер. Уборка каждый день. Уже второй раз за 3 года здесь останавливаюсь.
Жил на 7 этаже, окна выходили в сад, и каждое утро в 5 утра меня будила орущая птица, так громко, что пришлось купить беруши. При ветре сильно шатаются окна, так как они раздвижные. И это очень мешало спать. Выход только один - спать в берушах!

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025За такую бюджетную цену отель превзошел наши ожидания. Это небольшие аппартаменты со всем необходимым - маленькая кухня, спальня с раздвижной стеной, гостиная и душевая. Все компактно, но для двоих места достаточно. Чисто, уборка каждый день, обновляют воду. Место удобное - рядом лотус, 7/11, кафе. Знаю, что в отеле есть спортзал и бассейн - мы не пользовались. В целом при таком демократическом прайсе - идеальное место, чтобы найти постоянное жилье на долгий срок. А, забыла сказать, еще есть достаточно большая и комфортная Парковка.

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025Wir hatten ein pico Bello sauberes Apartment, das durch eine Trennwand mit einer Art großem offenen Fenster vom Wohnzimmer zum Schlafbereich getrennt war. Großartig waren die zwei Klimaanlagen, die wir dadurch jeweils in dem Bereich anschalten konnten, wie wir wollten, das ist echt klasse, wenn man empfindlich ist. Durch die offene Bauweise, wurde es auch im Schlafbereich schön klimatisiert, wenn wir sie nachts im Wohnbereich angeschaltet hatten. Traumhaft war das sehr bequeme und große Bett mit dem tollen Topper, wir haben super geschlafen. Die kleine Küche war mit einem relativ großen Kühlschrank, Toaster und Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Zusätzlich wenige aber ausreichende Küchenutensilien. Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten, daher haben wir uns Toast und Rühreier gezaubert, für uns ideal und flexibel. Der Supermarkt ist schnell erreicht. Wir hatten einen Roller direkt im Hotel gebucht, geht total unkompliziert und war für uns ideal, damit haben wir die Insel entdeckt. Ganz besonders herzlich waren sämtliche Angestellten, wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2025Es war schön anonym und einfach. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und mit einem Roller, den man dort problemlos mieten kann, ist alles schnell erreichbar was man braucht. Das Zimmer im 6.og hat einen schönen Panorama Ausblick.
