Perfektní místo přímo v centru. Velmi dobrá snídaně. Kousek pěšky od nádraží.

Dank dem super Einsatz der Rezeptionistin konnten wir am Anreisetag bereits kurz nach 11:00 Uhr im Hotel ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Stadtplatz beziehen. Das Restaurant im Haus hat uns in jeder Hinsicht angenehm überrascht, da steckt ein super Team dahinter.

Dazu gibt es absolut nichts zu berichten.

Comfortable room with a lovely mountain view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Brigs a lovely town and a perfect base for getting around by train.

There were no negatives.

Das Frühstück war minimalistisch und unschön angerichtet. Das Personal war sehr unaufmerksam und konnte kaum Deutsch.

Great central location. The promotional price made it a value for money.

The size of the room and bathroom were rather small. The breakfast team could be trained a bit to greet the customers and refill the missing items especially when there's still 2 hours left in closing time.

In der Nacht war es etwas laut. Der Badewannen-Einstieg ist etwas gefährlich.

The hotel was right in the middle of Altstadt, overlooking the lively square. The city’s parking house was just behind the hotel and costed about CHF 7 for the night. The parking house also had special parking spaces for women drivers (unsure if that’s positive or negative). The staff was very polite. The check in was extremely easy. We arrived well after 21.00 on a Monday which was a ”ruhetag” (resting day) because of which the reception was closed since 16.00. However they left labelled envelopes with the room cards and all the information we required on the desk. The room had complimentary water, coffee and tea which was much appreciated!

The toilets really need an upgrade. They had a hospital feeling and the tub became slippery after we asked for cleaning. This was unnerving as I was travelling with my old parents. An anti-slip mat would have been great!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf den Platz draußen und es war leider recht laut. Da kann das Hotel nichts dafür, aber würde beim nächsten Mal ein Zimmer zum Innenhof buchen.

Das Badezimmer ist „in die Jahre gekommen“: in der Dusche hat sich gelber Kalk und wohl auch Pilz abgesetzt/angesiedelt 👎

Location is amazing right in the center of a cute area close from the station. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is great as well.

It would’ve been fine if it was at a different time. During the summer it’s difficult without AC. Although they provide a fan in the room, it is very hot all day/all night.

La struttura si trova in centro, posizione comoda per visitare il paese è il castello; vicino al parcheggio centrale (uscita verso il centro). Ha una palestra accanto, accessibile per i clienti dell’hotel, bellissima. Ottima colazione e camera piccola ma con tutti i comfort.

Das Frühstück war am ersten Morgen sehr gut - am zweiten Morgen wirkte alles sehr chaotisch.

Schlecht gelüftet, schmutziges und defektes Wc, Bett total zerknitterte Bettwäsche, für 2 Pers. ein grosses Dusch- und Handtuch 1Waschlappen, Frühstück lieblos und etwas magere Auswahl. Gemüse war angelaufen, Fruchtsalat schwamm im Fruchtsaft….

La ubicación, la amabilidad de la persona que nos recibió

Llegamos el sábado y estábamos muy cansados, necesitábamos dormir pero no pudimos dormir el sábado a la noche porque se escuchaban muchos gritos y ruidos de las personas y jóvenes que estaban en los restaurantes abajo y al lado del hotel. Hacía mucho calor en la habitación ! No había aire acondicionado, solo tenian un ventilador muy pequeño que no servía….

Great central location. Right in the heart of things and very close to the train station. Check in was not so easy as the link didn't work, but I was able to check in at the desk. They were very friendly on reception. Room was spotlessly clean. I had a room over looking the square, which I liked, others might find it a little noisy, but the World Cup final was on, so it was fine for me.

Breakfast was a little on the poor side as the eggs were on the side and a little cold as they were just under a lamp. Breakfast selection limited.

Gute Lage, Balkon zum Hinterhof ( allerdings nachts recht laut). Top Frühstück. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr schönes Ambiente.

Das Restaurant wirbt mit einem Rabatt von 15% auf Konsumation als Hausgast. Spricht man diesen Sachverhalt beim Bezahlen der Rechnung an, wird der Rabatt NICHT gewährt. BEGRÜNDUNG: Beim Check-in bekommt man ein Mäppli mit Schlüssel-Karte und einem Zettelchen: Dort steht im Kleingedruckten: Für den Rabatt im Restaurant muss man den Sachverhalt „Hausgast“ bei der BESTELLUNG angeben.

La chambre est parfaite, vue sur le centre ville, 4 ème étage avec balcon.

Super locatie, je stapt de deur uit midden in het gezellige centrum van Brig. Ontbijt is prima, parkeergarage zit aan achterkant van het hotel, ideaal.

In de kamers en in het hotel zelf is het erg warm, geen airco. Hadden een comfort kamer met balkon op de 4e verdieping.

No air conditioner

Initially we were really pleased when we arrived at our hotel. It was close to the station, had a nice view of the square, and a balcony. Unfortunately the weather was unreasonably hot and the hotel wasn't air conditioned, but we were provided with a fan. The only way to try and stay cool was to open all the windows, which meant you had all the noise from the restaurants and bars below until well after midnight. It is not a place to stay if you value your quiet. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming, except for one of the waiters in the hotel bar/restaurant who basically ignored the customers. Breakfast was very basic, and there wasn't a huge range of food on offer. To be fair if it hadn't been so hot and noisy, I would have given it a higher rating.

Heel fijn hotel met ruime kamers en een mooie badkamer. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk, het ontbijt is lekker en de parking Altstadt ligt vlak achter de hoek en is bovendien erg betaalbaar. Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een verblijf in Brig.

Hou er rekening mee dat er geen airconditioning is; tijdens ons verblijf (36°C) bood de aanwezige ventilator helaas weinig comfort door het vele lawaai. Daarnaast ligt er een nachtclub vlakbij, waardoor het tot 2 uur zeer rumoerig kan zijn. Ideaal als je van het uitgaansleven houdt, maar minder aangenaam als je op zoek bent naar wat nachtrust.

Avec la chaleur estivale, il fallait ouvrir les fenêtres et c'était très bruyant dehors (quelques bars à proximité directe). Pas de climatisation pour aider, et un ventilateur bruyant au possible. Bon, on ne choisit pas la météo. Le staff était sympa mais pas hyper efficace au déjeuner : rechargement lent des plats du buffets alors qu'il n'y avait pas foule de monde par exemple.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr leer und auch wenn aufgefüllt wiiiirklich nichts Spezielles. Es braucht nicht viel, aber ein qualitativ gutes Buffet und nicht gleich alles miteinander leer inklusive keine Tassen mehr bei der Kaffeemaschine ist schon bitzli gar wenig.

Mitten im Zentrum. Toll und trotzdem ruhig im Zimmer. Ausser die Bar hatt lange party. Dann hört man den Bass sehr gut.

Das Bettsofa gierte bei jeder Bewegung Düsen in Badewanne gingen leider nicht Das Frühstück leider nicht meiner Erwartung entsprechend.

wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad beides war ausreichend groß. Beim Frühstück gab es alles was wir brauchten, und es war nett uns sauber hergerichtet. Es gab einen Raum wo wir unsere Gravelbikes sicher abstellen konnten,.

Der Fahrradraum ist nur über die Restaurant-Terrasse erreichbar, wo sehr viele Glasscherben liegen. Die Gefahr eines Platten besteht dort leider. Es bräuchte mehr Garderobenhaken an den Wänden.

Lage war gut, Frühstück war auch gut, Personal war freundlich, der Weg zum Bahnhof kurz, man war mitten im Zentrum, die Parkgarage nebenan

Beim Einchecken musste man Englisch sprechen.... Das Zimmer hatte keine air condition, mit offenem Fenster war es sehr laut. Wenn im oberen Stock jemand aus WC ging, hörte man das Wasser in der Wand herunterplätschern.

Gute Lage

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Es war extrem warm und das offene Fenster liess einem nicht schlafen wegen dem Lärm auf der Strasse.

Frühstück war gar nicht so wie mn vom Preis her vermuten lässt. Zopf war trocken und die Gipfeli staubtrocken.

J'avais réservé 2 chambres. Une pour 2 personnes et une pour 3. Malheureusement, dans la chambre pour 3 personnes, le lit d'appoint n'était pas préparé. une personne a dormi sans draps et sans couverture. J'ai expliqué le problème rencontré le lendemain. Le personnel de l'hôtel s'est excusé mais il n y a pas eu de proposition pour une vrai compensation

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. We had a room with a balcony and the views were exceptional. Coffee, tea and water are provided in the room. Its very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything is at your fingertips from shops to restaurants. Its a short drive to Zermatt, the thermal baths and other interesting locations. If you are driving, the car park is right next to the hotel, if not, the railway station is very close. We were so warmly greeted at the front desk and all the staff were friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

It was a bit warm during the summer without an ac and difficult to sleep with windows open on the weekend while the youth were enjoying their best days! However, it would not keep me from coming back!

Personal freundlich Gutes Frühstück

Am Wochenende ist Party bis in die frühen Morgenstunden in den Bars drumherum. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ginge es, aber aufgrund der Hitze im Zimmer war es nicht möglich bei geschlossenem Fenster zu schlafen.
