Nosso vôo atrasou e chegamos após o combinado. Não tinha ninguém para abrir a porta do prédio e esperamos com as malas na rua por mais de meia hora.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Ambiente muito confortável, limpo, colchão e travesseiros maravilhosos! Cama king size. Quarto amplo! Banheiro igualmente muito bom! Super recomendo! Fora a localização, que é perfeita. Da janela do nosso quarto podíamos ver a Fontana di Trevi.
No geral, nada a reclamar. Só pontuar que não tem recepção 24h e quem chega após as 15h precisará fazer self check-in. Gostaria de deixar duas sugestões: colocar uma pequena mesa no quarto e uma prateleira dentro do box (chuveiro), para colocar shampoo e condicionador. No mais, tudo maravilhoso!

Limited staff service. We had a problem with the key pad on the reception door which gave access to where our room was. I sent a message in WhatsApp and no one responded. Fortunately after waiting a while we tried again and it finally opened. But we were nervous every time we left the room that we wouldn’t get back in again.

They also offered to let us leave our luggage at the reception before check-in, and said they would take it to our room once it was ready.I highly recommend this place and would definitely choose it again

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Excellent location and a very comfortable bed. Room was spacious and clean. Reception staff spoke very good English, making communications and any questions we had easy. There was excellent communication prior to check-in and ensuring we could find our way to the Hotel and that a staff member would be available at that time.
Elements of the room and bathroom were a little "tired" chips and marks on furniture and walls. Would have been great to have a desk or larger table in the room. Although the stairs weren't a problem would have been good to know prior that we would need to carry luggage upstairs.

Teníamos el aire acondicionado encima del armario y tiraba mucha agua, dejamos las mochilas encima del armario y nos levantamos con las mochilas todas mojadas. De hecho, la madera del aparte superior del armario estaba mal por el agua.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026The location was perfect! We walked everywhere. The Vatican and Termini were a further walk, but still very doable. Beds and pillows very comfortable. It was clean. Staff was VERY helpful and spoke English great.
The noise from Trevi was LOUD until very late in the night. It was not sound proof at all. Also, the shower from upper unit was very loud in ours.

The staff are so rude , when check in the guy that meet us was in rush and nervous regarding us being late due to taxi traffic , he told us that we cant lock the room as we may not be able to open it from inside which is not comfortable in that area as well as the extra bed was so bad , it was moving while sleeping on it , there are a lot of sounds in the night coming from something in the room that we dont know , when checking out the girl in the reception refused to help us with the luggages , not recommended at all

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Μπορέσαμε να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας πριν το check in και μετά το check out γεγονός που μας βοήθησε εξαιρετικά.
Παράξενη διαρρύθμιση του χώρου, δηλαδή το ντους ήταν εκτός του μπάνιου. Δεν ήταν πολύ εύκολη η επικοινωνία πριν την άφιξή μας. Θα μπορούσαν να υπάρξουν περισσότερες βελτιώσεις στο δωμάτιο δεδομένης της τιμής.

Reviewed May 4, 2026De locatie is zeer centraal en dichtbij alles. De receptionist was fantastisch: zeer vriendelijk en professioneel. Wij moesten erg laat inchecken en werden vooraf uitstekend geholpen. Zowel de incheck als de uitchecken verliepen zeer professioneel en soepel.
Er is overdag en tot diep in de nacht veel geluidsoverlast van buitenaf, veroorzaakt door voorbijlopende mensen en het schoonmaken van de straat en het restaurant. Daarnaast is er geen of zeer slechte geluidsisolatie bij de ramen. Hierdoor moesten wij bij de apotheek oordoppen kopen om enigszins te kunnen slapen. Het is erg jammer dat de kamer duidelijk onderhoud nodig heeft. Zo ontbreken goede geluidsisolatie en was de wc-bril defect. Deze accommodatie heeft extra aandacht nodig in de vorm van renovatie en basisonderhoud. Het hoeft geen luxe te zijn, maar goed basisonderhoud is wel noodzakelijk. Je betaalt hier vooral voor de centrale ligging.

Da vi ankom, kunne vi ikke få fat i personalet og var efterladt uden for døren i næsten 45 minutter. Der var beskidt på værelset, og der var ofte spor efter rengørings assistenten, ved efterladte sorte hår. Badeværelset havde også flere fejl, heriblandt løst toiletbræt, ødelagt toiletrulle holder, og generelt beskidt. Hver dag blev der sprayet med en kraftig parfume på vores værelse, som skulle luftes ud i lang tid for at slippe af med.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Location, location, location!!! we literally could see Trevi Fountain from our window. Close to everything! just 5 min walk from Metro. Tauris busy street, but some how quite room. There is coffee in a lobby, small refrigerator, locker/safe in the room. Shower specious for Italy with a good water pressure. I would defiantly recommend for a couple and a child (max 3 people), there was a small additional bed what we used for our clothes and bags. To explore Rome and get rest after - great!
You have to wait for receptionist to check in (15-20min), but yet again, very small inconvenience. Internet a bit slow and you have to stay closer to the router, small TV on the wall (we didn't use it)- but it was small inconveniences, as most of the time we were out and about. Overall excellent experience.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026Lo mejor de todo la ubicación, es perfecta, vas a todos los sitios andando (unos más cerca de otros). La cama muy cómoda y la almohada también. Todo muy limpio. Es que he estado como en casa. Lo recomiendo y si vuelvo a Roma, repetiré.
Por decir algo, al ser un sitio muy céntrico, a veces la gente habla muy alto y se oye un poco desde la cama, pero yo que soy de mal dormir he dormido como un lirón.

Make sure you give the hotel your exact arrival so they can send someone to let you in or buzz you up. We were waiting for roughly 25 mins outside waiting to be let up - all sorted in the end, not a big issue, but best to forward plan. Room was on the smaller side but had everything we needed for the trip, particularly as we were spending most of our time exploring.

La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos du site. C’était vieillot, il serait temps de repeindre… la salle de bain est rudimentaire et défraîchie. Nous n’avions à disposition que du savons et du shampooing…

Creo que le falta mantenimiento. La mampara de la ducha se descolgaba, una luz del techo estaba aguantada con cinta, etc. Se nota que no hace mucho que se reformó, porque se ve moderno, pero le falta mantenimiento.

Todo perfecto, creo que poner televisiones que permitan conectar el móvil para duplicar pantalla es una buena sugerencia. También se agradecería un frigobar para poner agua fresca Pero son sugerencias no más, la verdad, todo muy top
