Oreeka - Katunayake Airport Transit Hotels

Nature

Bad maintenance The staff is very bad We switched to another resort close by called steps The staff and place was amazing

Breakfast was simple English breakfast. fresh fruits, juice, bread, eggs and coffee. Staff was friendly & hardworking. airport is around 8km and would take 30 mins approx. Pool is well maintained. Rooms were spacious and clean. Uber Eats are available even at late night. Free Airport pick up and drop is a plus.

plug points in the room didnt work as they were broken and loose. none of the adapter were fitting properly. Fans regulators didnt work so it worked on single ( high ) speed. AC remote display didnt work so was difficult to select or adjust any of the AC settings. While they offer free airport pick up and drop their van AC was so noisy and non effective. the only car they have needs a maintenance badly. Wifi barely works around reception area and no range towards the rooms. overall, property needs some maintenance to take care of these issues.

Everything

Nothing

The environment

Breakfast may need to be a bit more organised, Coffee & Tea supply limited.

Great food and is very affordable and pretty grounds

Wifi was really bad it wasn't as close to the airport as I'd like

Value for Money, Good staff

Need more Vegetarian food options.

We booked a room but room cancelled. Final night before returning home. Left with no where to stay. Eventually got our taxi back to hotel and at our expense travelled to a very expensive option due to lateness of the day. Manager no help at all.

No room available it was cancelled by the hotel even though Booking. Com had confirmed the booking. Many mosquitoes at hotel while we were trying to salvage our holiday. When a crisis occurs it gives the hotel the opportunity to shine by providing options - not this one.

Rural location, lovely birds. Beautiful large pool. Good Aircon. Nice to have a free airport transfer. Staff were very helpful.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The free drop off is very convenient

Nuostabi vieta, daug žalumos, patogūs kambariai, draugiškas personalas.Nuostabus baseinas!

I rarely skate anyone’s business but I left the place after a couple of hours. We had paid and there was no communication from staff re: us leaving do didn’t bother asking for a refund as it was evident you would not get one The place is downtrodden, dirty, smelly and unkempt. I would not have been able to stay there overnight Staff had no control over the noise and unruly behaviour of a function of people there

Me atendieron genial!

We chose it cause it was local to the airport and cheap. Therefore perfect, it’s old but rooms are large.

The staff were less friendly. The dog on site was injured and seeking attention from people using the pool. It responded to my gruffness.

Bon petit déjeuner

Rien

The pool is nice

The noise - the bathroom had almost no water- WiFi not good.

A medence vize kellemes, a szobák tiszták. Transzfert biztosítanak ingyenesen a repülőtérre.

Oreeka Hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for accommodation near the airport. The rooms are clean and equipped with air conditioning, which was very comfortable. What I must especially highlight is their airport transfer. Even though we left at midnight, everything went smoothly and the journey to the terminal took only twenty minutes. The staff was kind and helpful, and we felt really good here. If you are looking for a quiet and reliable place for transit, I highly recommend it.

The bath stands not stable

Hotel d aeroport

Hotel d aeroport

Inget

Heel leuk mooi hotel in groene omgeving. Mooi zwembad, voldoende ruime kamers, goed bed! Goede badkamer, goede douche. Gratis luchthaventransfer.

The people ,the pool The nice big bungalows Short trip to and from the aiport A good place for first and last night Very good food in the restaurant Order your Food before and time to eat because the Food is fresh made

-of course noise from starting flights but you overhear it

Good

Room is good

Nice welcome soft drink. Quick n easy check in, got our room early. Room very spacious. Lovely pool very clean. Sun beds and towels provided. Clean area around the grounds breakfast very nice. Private transport back to the airport all included in hotel price.

Top of the toilet system was broken. Sink had cracked in it.

Punctual pick up from the airport. The hotel is about 20 minutes away. The room was nice and big, the AC was very cold. The grounds are very nice, you can see a lot of birds and wildlife despite the proximity to town. The pool area is great, I really enjoyed it. The bathroom is big and there is plenty of hot water. The bed was really big and comfortable.

The bathroom smelled a bit but nothing too bad.

The pool, the garden

Wifi was zeer matig.

Alles OK

We were happy with the size of the room. They couldn’t give us 2 rooms because of the electricity issue they had and gave us 1 room with 1 extra bed, but this was fine. We only booked the room for 5 hours before our flight. The restaurant had a variety of dishes to choose from. The airport was about 20 minutes away from the hotel.

Our driver had a trouble finding the hotel at night because there is not a good sign or decent lighting. The hot water was not enough for 4 adults to use.

Nice and peacefull place for one day before leaving. Clean and comfy rooms. Food was very good and the staff very friendly.

All good.

Very spacious rooms, clean and confortable beds. The location close to the airport and free transfer.

Everything was great.

Nada a destacar

This is a perfect hotel if you have a long layover or a few hours before your flight. The pool was clean and my room (15) was spacious and tidy. Good value for money. Free airport transfer is a great bonus.

The hotel did not provide accommodation for the driver. I suggest that driver accommodation be arranged, as drivers also need a proper place to rest

Sowing pool Clear water and Greenery was Out Class Also Very nice Invorment

Pery Good hotel. For stay near to Airport

Set just 15 minutes drive from the airport, offering free transfer + nice pool area. Our room was outdated, yet clean. If your flight is early, they can arrange a take away. Good option for transfer. They even run a small restaurant on site with some decent options.
