Reviewed Sep 15, 2026This is one of those typical apartments in Lisbon ran by a big company with zero empathy and availability to address any of your issues. Also, they are scammers and they will never answer the phone in case you need anything. We had a reservation for 7 nights for one of our speakers at a conference. There were some issues with her flights and in her personal life so she arrived, checked-in and had to leave Lisbon for a couple of days in the middle of her stay. When she came back, the property had changed the door codes, though her reservation was still valid for 2 more nights. It was a nightmare to contact the property, even Booking admitted that they were struggling to get any answers, and when we did they were super rude. After almost 2 hours of waiting we decided to leave and book another place. We filed a complaint and they were forced to reimburse us the money, but I would advise that you avoid these properties (LSA by Numa) at all costs.
Everything, these people are scammers, rude and they won't be available to solve any issue that you may have during your stay. You can find so much better in Lisbon for the price you'll pay here.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026El apartamento es muy amplio y bonito. Todo muy limpio y acogedor. Las indicaciones para llegar, para checkin y ceckout super bien dadas via whatsApp. Lo más importante es que mi perrito scooby puedo viajar con nosotros.
El apartamento esta en una parte alta de la ciudad però nosotros ya lo sabiamos así que tampoco nos importo. El suplemento por llevar perro és un poco caro.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Siamo stati una settimana con i miei due figli e mio marito, la casa è accogliente e spaziosa, in una posizione eccezionale, vicinissima a ristoranti, bar per la colazione e aperitivo, il quartiere è molto bello e vivace, in ogni caso tranquillo. Vicino c'è la fermata del famoso tram 28 che porta alla cattedrale. La casa si affaccia sui tetti e su una graziosa piazzetta con alberi e fontanella con acqua potabile. La casa ha veramente tutto l'occorrente, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, un piccolo stendino pieghevole molto pratico. Apprezzata anche la pulizia quotidiana e la sistemazione delle camere. Anche l'accesso con codice è molto comodo e semplice da utilizzare.
Wifi non perfetto nella zona giorno.

Tuvimos problemas al hacer el checking-in, por más que marcábamos el código no se abría la puerta, falta un microondas que creo que será de más utilidad que tener un horno. Al estar en un callejón donde se dejan los cubos de la basura el camión que pasa a recogerlos es extremadamente ruidoso al igual que la gente que continuamente transita por la calle, sea la hora que sea se escucha mucho bullicio.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Great location, very clean apartment with daily housekeeping, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The windows are well insulated, so despite the trams passing right outside, it was quiet at night. The famous Tram 28 stop is also just a short walk away, making it easy to reach the city centre.
The only downsides were that the parking (€13 per day), is about a 10-minute uphill walk away, and the garbage bins outside the building were overflowing, leaving the surrounding area dirty. Yet, it's still a great deal.

Communication with the stuff is problematic, they don't respond to messages promptly, they don't pick up the phone. Doors to the property tend to not unlock. Multiple tries are needed to unlock them. AC in 1b doesn't work well.

Solo diría que la puerta de ingreso es un poco oscura para ingresar por la noche.

Finding the door was difficult it was not showing in a google map. Kitchen must be maintained specifically all the kitchen shelf's, we had an accident in the kitchen and got injured.

Es gab einen Pincode für die Aussentüre des Gebäudes und einen Pincode für die Apartmenttüre. Der Pincode der Apartmenttüre entsprach nicht dem Pincode den ich per WhatsApp übermittelt bekam. Konnte die Angelegenheit telefonisch klären aber der an diesem Abend Verantwortliche war nicht sehr freundlich und eher ungeduldig.

Sin embargo, la humedad es terrible, al no tener rejas no se puede dejar ventilando, y no tiene ventilación salvo un extractor en el baño, que no es suficiente. Al intentar climatizar para bajar la humedad, los equipos de aire acondicionado despedían escamas de suciedad antigua que manchaban el sofá cama. También había hongos en la pared de la ducha El calentador eléctrico de agua había sido usado con leche, por lo que estaba inutilizable. Las fotos del alojamiento no eran exactas, mostraban fotos de apartamentos de 2 dormitorios cuando la reserva claramente era de 1 dormitorio. La atención fue sólo digital, respondiendo en inglés a consultas en español, sin referencias cruzadas entre reserva y el número de teléfono de contacto que habíamos dado. Una experiencia para el olvido.

Jedyny minus to proces zameldowania online - wytyczne do zameldowania wysłane dopiero w dniu przybycia do apartamentu, w trakcie podróży. Nie jest to komfortowe rozwiązanie.

The only things that negatively affected my experience were the smell of the couch (used as bed) and the noise from the street, as both affected the quality of my sleep.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The apartment was perfect. We were on the fourth floor and the light was amazing. Facilities were clean and comfortable, and they did a quick cleanup everyday if you request it. We had trouble with the check in machine, just as we saw in other reviews, but there is a phone that responds 24/7 and they gave us the code immediately. We definitely recommend it
To be honest the street was very very dirty, mainly because of the garbage cans in front of the building. I don’t think the property can do anything about it, but it was pretty uncomfortable while opening the main door. Other than that, from the door to the inside, everything was perfect

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026The apartment was very clean, it was cleaned daily. The kitchen has everything you need, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, toaster and basic things. We’ve been there in January and we left the AC on heat a few minutes before sleep and it was ok. We had no problem with hot water. The bed was comfortable, clean sheets. In bathroom the towels were clean. Soap and shampoo. The location is quiet, the loud streets of bairo alto are a bit further and we didn’t hear any music. You can walk by foot from the center of Lisbon or take a tram. The communication with the host was very easy, he/she offered us every information we needed and was very kind. Thank you for a pleasant stay, we recommend this apartment.

Durante los tres días de invierno frío no anduvo el aire acondicionado, la señal de internet se cortó la primer noche y nunca más se corrigió. La atención telefónica de los administradores es pésima, muy mala educación y ninguna predisposición para solucionar problemas!! Mala experiencia!!

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Calme et reposant ,bien situé et un menage parfait..Seul le lit est un peu dur et le manque de couverts ,surtout des couteaux qui coupent ...La WIFI ne fonctionne toujours pas ,je me suis servi de mon tel portable en partage..par endroit et surtout denant la cuisine et dans la chambre ,le parquet est compettent mal fait..Lereste est super ..Nous avons passé un bon séjour ..Cordialement Francis NOZET et Md Annie GRIFFON

We wanted the apartment on the 4th floor, but we got 3, so we "enjoyed" the noise and rattling of the chairs upstairs. Persistent smell of mold, status. Problems with water in the bathroom (toilet basin) that flowed nonstop. Elevator that got stuck with us in it.

El apartamento aunque esta reformado pero necesitaría algunas mejoras debido al uso de anteriores inquilinos. Eché en falta más menaje para cocinar y por supuesto no tiene microondas ( para nosotros indispensable)
