The property is exceptional! From the moment you walk in you are in a child’s wonderland.

Our room that we got allocated wasn’t in the best position (balcony wise) so request a good location ahead of time. Staff aren’t exceptionally knowledgeable about information pertaining to the hotel.

An amazing theme-park hotel, especially for families. There are endless activities for children and teenagers, with fantastic water slides, shows, shopping and entertainment. The hotel very well designed for kids. The all staff were exceptional, (especially the restaurants staff were amazing) , I also would like to thank to Mr Oguzhan, Miss Ecrin, Mr Aziz from the Guest Relations, all staff were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our stay and the lifeguards were impressive too. The food had plenty of choice and was good overall but not as good as Rixos.

Nous avons séjourné neuf jours avec mes filles au mois de juillet, dans cet état incroyable. Nous sommes habitués à Dubai mais vraiment cet hôtel n’a rien à envier aux émirats, c’est-à-dire le service et le confort proposé est extraordinaire, les animations et les structures de jeux pour les enfants sont féerique. Le spectacle le soir devant le château on fait rêver mes filles, c’est un séjour incroyable. Le personnage du kid club sont formidable et je l’ai remercie encore!

The hotel is all-inclusive, making it very convenient for families. The location is excellent, with direct access to the Land of Legends waterpark, which was a huge highlight for our kids. The hotel is also extremely kid-friendly, offering a wide variety of kids’ club activities and entertainment that kept our children engaged and happy throughout the stay.

Unfortunately, after eating at the hotel’s buffet, I became seriously ill with what appeared to be food poisoning. I spent the next two days confined to our room, missing valuable holiday time with my kids. It was heartbreaking to lose such a significant part of our family vacation. Another major disappointment was the airport transfer service. We paid €170 for what we expected to be a premium experience, but instead we had to wait almost 45 minutes outside in the intense heat before being picked up. With young children and the price we paid, this level of service was completely unacceptable. In addition, many of the hotel’s facilities felt dirty, poorly maintained, and outdated. For a hotel of this reputation and price, I expected much higher standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

It is my 3rd time staying in your hotel. Pros: All inclusive, location, services of the hotel like kids club, bus shuttle to beach and swimming pool.

the hotel decor and rooms are dated. The cleanness level declined (noticed in the lobby in the basement, restaurant tables, kids club where a child threw up and it wasn’t noticed or cleaned for 45 minutes until i reported to the kids club employee).

لا يوجد شطاف ماء بالحمام . اثاث الغرفة قديم جدا . شاحن الجوال بطي جدا جدا وانواع الاكل بالبوفيه نفس الشي لا يوجد تنوع يذكر .. صعب ناكل 7 ايام نفس الاكل . فترة السناك لا يوجد اكل جيد .. كلها مقالي وباردة ونفس الانواع كل يوم ولا يوجد اي اكل يحضر . او حتى شي من انواع الافطار ويكون متاخر . وطلبت من الاستقبال ان يعطونا ترقية الى سويت او جناح مجانية .. وبعد كم يوم اتصل علينا وقال ادفع 3000 يورو ونسوي لك ترقية ورفضت . لا اعرف ماهي هذه الترقية التي ادفع عليها مقابل مادي . الصراحة ان المبلغ المدفوع لا يستحق التجربة نهائي . واعتبر ان الموضوع مبالغ فيه جدا .. وتجربة لن تتكرر ابدا

I like the theme park, the all inclusive concept, the hotel in general is great. Clean, child friendly, tons of activity options available… our daughters always want to come back.

None of the outdoor pools are heated so in between seasons it’s difficult for the kids to enjoy the pools.

Niesamowite widoki oraz dbałość o szczegóły sprawiały, że każda atrakcja była jednocześnie małym dziełem sztuki – pełnym kolorów, fantazyjnych dekoracji i postaci z bajek, które zachwycały mnie i moje dzieci. Bardzo duże rodzinne pokoje

Pobyt w The Land of Legends Kingdom Hotel był dla naszej rodziny niezapomnianym przeżyciem. Już od pierwszego dnia otrzymaliśmy dedykowanego opiekuna pobytu, który szczegółowo zapoznał nas z ofertą hotelu, wręczył mapkę obiektu i wyjaśnił wszystkie najważniejsze informacje. Przez cały pobyt pozostawał z nami w stałym kontakcie, odpowiadając na pytania i pomagając w każdej sytuacji. Jedzenie było niezwykle różnorodne, z ogromnym wyborem dań pięknie wyeksponowanych. Momentami można było odnieść wrażenie, że trzeba mieć kilka żołądków, aby spróbować wszystkiego. Szczególnie duży wybór przygotowano z myślą o dzieciach. To doskonały obiekt zarówno dla małych, jak i większych dzieci. Bardzo podobała mi się swoboda panująca podczas śniadań – hałas, śmiech i dziecięcy gwar sprawiały, że rodzice mogli czuć się komfortowo, wiedząc, że nie tylko ich dzieci są głośne. W tle grała muzyka dla dzieci, która tworzyła wspaniałą atmosferę zabawy, radości i rozrywki.

Jedynym drobnym minusem było to, że nie wszystkie przekąski i produkty dostępne w parku rozrywki były objęte formułą All Inclusive. Dotyczyło to między innymi popcornu, kukurydzy czy części lodów, niektórych punktów z jedzeniem ale zawsze można było zwrócić się o pomoc do naszego opiekuna pobytu, a w samym hotelu bez problemu znaleźć wiele smacznych przekąsek i dań przygotowywanych przez hotelowych kucharzy w ramach dostępnej oferty. Mimo tego pobyt oceniam bardzo wysoko.

How everything is curated for kids and they loved every single second and in the same time you provided entertainment for the adults

I didnt like that the buffet didn't have new things everyday like it used to 2years ago. Two years ago they had the classic set buffet menu and added a new corner and cuisine every night. We stayed 5 nights and really got bored from the food. But other than that, everything was perfect

Electrical sockets in the wall need to be fixed.

It was Kids friendly property, kids club, water park and slides, soft drinks at B floor were good, and the food is good at the main restaurant that will be opened at specific time for breakfast, lunch and dinner at B floor. also, few points already added to your bracelet that you can exchange with ice cream from limited locations.

The overall property is overrated; it is too expensive for nothing special comparing to other luxury hotels, the room is not isolated, you have to pay extra charge for each child regardless of the room or child age, fast-track price changes each day "Like Stock" and you will not get fast-track priority for most of the games, also you will pay for anything you order at the water park area "Not All Inclusive as mentioned", and the food at the was not good at the Lunch restaurant at the water park location.

Halil was great at our arrival and Tenzile was amazing at our lunches and dinners. Tenzile take care of our children meals and our seating and everything. Ceylan was also good at basement cafe.

We were given a room with a great view of the castle which allowed us to watch the night shows from the comfort of our room. Room was of a good size, very beautifully designed with stand out features. Unlimited access to the theme park (aqua park/adventure land) and Nickelodeon land. This was amazing. We went off peak so all rides had empty queues which was fantastic for us as a family. Staff were lovely; huge shout out to Hayrettin - he was amazing and made our stay incredible. We looked forward to seeing him everyday. The desserts looked and tasted beautiful and food was of high quality especially the grill section. Reception area with the free candy is great too and the Nyssa bar with the free ice creams and drinks. Overall professionalism, hygiene and cleanliness was good.

There was a lot of things that weren’t communicated to us like the free shuttle to the other Rixos hotel, how the wristband works, timings of shows etc. We had to find out a lot of things by ourselves. Wasn’t really pleased with the transportation - 90 euros for one way from airport to hotel or vice versa and it wasn’t really VIP. For the price, there should be drinks provided or a cleaner car. Although all staff were very welcoming and accommodating, many struggled with speaking English which was sometimes frustrating. Food was good but very repetitive especially if you’re staying for a week. Themed buffets daily would’ve been better. The snack time buffet was actually recycled food from lunch so after the third day, we didn’t end up going to get snacks. More variety should be available or opportunities to get other snacks should be provided. More amenities in the bathrooms would’ve been better or useful amenities for kids to use.

The extra load music and the constant happy birthday songs in the morning. The staff not very welcoming. Most staff look like they don't want to actually work here.

Putin zgomot in camera (muzica din afara hotelului). Prra multa mancare, mai bine mai putina si mai calitativa.

Het hele hotel, waterpark en pretpark waren ingericht voor kinderen. Er was overal iets leuke te doen en daarbij was het eten ook erg vers en lekker!

Большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых,хоть и не сезон,в наши дни были дожди,но все равно мы отлично отдохнули, благодаря такому шикарному Отелю!! Действительно классный отель,все включено , Сервис на высоте,Еда это шедевр!!! Хамам,номера, принадлежности (все чистое, выглаженно) Детский клуб 🔥 Вид из окна -потрясающий ! А то что есть Безлимитный вход в парк это вообще Сказка!!! Дети и мы взрослые в восторге!!!

O all inclusive no parque aquático esteve sempre fechado. O tempo de receber bebidas no pequeno almoço e jantar... Demoram muito. Um pêlo no meio da cama logo no primeiro dia. O preço das fotos são os mais caros que já tive. 😬

A estadia no hotel parece um sonho! Hotel moderno, lindo, repleto de atividades para as crianças, all inclusive de verdade com comida deliciosa! A livre acesso ao parque é a cereja do bolo, de uma estrutura toda pensada para fazer dos dias no Kingdom um verdadeiro show!

Not only are they beautifully decorated with a unique theme, but they are also significantly more spacious than your standard hotel room. ​Housekeeping: Incredible service—they clean twice a day, ensuring the room stays neat and tidy throughout your stay. ​Amenities: The mini-bar is refilled daily (included in the package), and the Wi-Fi is impressively fast, which is a huge plus. ​Service & Staff ​The staff here are incredibly helpful and courteous. One of my favorite features was their WhatsApp service. Being able to contact the team from anywhere via your phone with a swift, efficient response made the experience feel truly modern and stress-free. ​Activities & Entertainment ​You will never run out of things to do. The hotel is a paradise for families, but there is plenty for relaxation-seekers too. ​For Kids: There is a dedicated PS5 zone and endless activities within the hotel. ​The Theme Park & Water Park: Since I booked the all-inclusive package, access to the thrilling rides and water slides was included. It’s an absolute blast. ​Wellness: I spent a lot of my time in the sauna, spa, gym, and temperature-controlled swimming pool. Прекрасное месте для детей. Сильно больше 3 дней не рекомендую, но первые три дня будут наполнены радостью и развлечениями. Сын 4 года в восторге от детского клуба. Детская часть в ресторане прекрасна: и детские блюда, и детские столики. В номере есть все для детей, подставки у раковины, сок и печенье, ночное освещение.
