We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel and were genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The hotel is beautiful, with a very spacious and elegant lobby. The rooms are large, very clean, beautifully designed, and offer different lovely views. The facilities are excellent. The pools, aqua park, and spa are all beautiful, well-maintained, clean, and varied. The aqua park is more suitable for children, but there are plenty of other facilities for adults to enjoy. The entertainment was also enjoyable, especially the nice live music and evening shows. We had a lovely time watching the performances and relaxing to the music. We hope the hotel will offer even more entertainment activities during both the day and night in the future, as this would make the experience even more enjoyable for guests of all ages. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. The buffet is very large, fresh, delicious, and offers a great variety. We especially loved the daily themed cuisine, with a different country featured each day and live cooking stations. The snacks and bars were also excellent, with a very good variety of drinks, including many non-alcoholic options. What truly made our stay special, however, was the staff. Every single employee we interacted with, without exception, was friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Everyone was always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. A special mention goes to the Guest Relations team. From the manager to every member of the team, they were exceptional. They truly understand how to take care of guests from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. They were attentive, approachable, and handled everything with great professionalism. Even though we did not experience any problems during our stay, it was clear that they would be there immediately if anything was needed.

Das Hotel mag vor 20 Jahren modern und schick zu sein, nun benötigen die Zimmer und Anlagen dringend Renovierungsarbeiten - Wasserhahn wackelig, Wand teilweise durch Zusammentacken tapeziert, Bodenfliessen an Bruchstellen grob mit Heißkleber befestigen, Schimmel und kaputte Fließen im Poolbereich, etc)

Same repetitive food menu. Room was not ready on arrival. On day 1 the mini bar was empty and bathroom did not have any amenities. Even after reminding twice the same was not addressed.

Meva was extremely helpful, she really explained the facilities and provided us with a la carte restaurant details and the cabanas were included . The stay was amazing, all the facilities were really good and the services such as food, pool were good

Everything was clean, including pools. Location is GREAT because of The Land of Legends which is 5 minute walk from the hotel. Stuff was exceptionally great. Food was tasty and there was variety of dishes. The resort itself was wonderful, but the highlight of our dining experience was the hotel's Mediterranean / Italian à la carte restaurant. Special recognition goes to Şinasi Sayıner—he is truly the best waiter I have ever encountered! His positive attitude, genuine care for guests, and engaging stories made our meals unforgettable.

Very close to Legends Lands. Staff are friendly. Hotel is clean. Food is good. Excellent place for family stay. You have pharmacy and grocery right beside the hotel.

Corridor don’t have AC. In hot days during summer it doesn’t feel pleasant waiting for the elevator in hot corridor. Cats always go inside food court

La propreté des lieux dans l'ensemble, le choix dans les restaurants, les bars, le choix des boissons... Nos guest Sude et Meva étaient toujours auprès de nous à nos petits soins.. Merci à eux ! Le mini buffet de la chambre était tout les jours renouvelé avec des boissons. Le kids club et l'aquapark : super pour occuper notre petit enfant. Merci à la serveuse de la patisserie pour notre thé du soir. Merci à toute l'équipe.( y compris la femme de ménage)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est souriant, accueillant et toujours aux petits soins. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Kader, qui a été exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour : très présente, réactive et toujours disponible lorsque nous avions besoin de quelque chose. L’hôtel est idéal pour les familles avec enfants, avec de nombreuses activités proposées tout au long de la journée. Nous n’avons jamais eu de problème pour trouver des transats, même sans avoir à les réserver avec des serviettes, ce qui est très appréciable. Les buffets sont variés et de bonne qualité, et les restaurants à la carte sont excellents. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions, comme le gâteau d’anniversaire offert en surprise à notre fils, qui lui a fait énormément plaisir.

لايوجد شاطئ خاص بالفندق ولكن يوجد شاطئ يبعد 5 دقايق بالباص ولكن لايوجد خدام او استقبال من موظفين الفندق بالنسبه للبوفيه انه غير متنوع فقط مأكولات طابع تركي فقط ولكن كان مرتب ونظيف

Otel karşılamasından çok memnun kaldık. Bizi karşılayan personelin güler yüzü, samimiyeti ve pozitif enerjisi daha ilk andan itibaren kendimizi çok iyi hissetmemizi sağladı. Özellikle İnsan İlişkileri bölümünde görev yapan iki hanımefendiden de ayrıca bahsetmek isteriz. İkisi de son derece tatlı, güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Her konuda içtenlikle yardımcı olmaya çalışmaları, pozitif yaklaşımları ve misafirlerle olan güzel iletişimleri gerçekten takdire değerdi. Otelinizde çalışan personelin bu kadar güler yüzlü, samimi ve çözüm odaklı olması tatilimizi çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Güzel enerjileri ve ilgileri için hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederiz. Kendimizi gerçekten değerli ve özel hissettik.

Otelin restoranlarında sunulan yemeklerin çeşitliliği ve lezzeti gurme restoranları aratmayacak nitelikteydi... Özellikle çalısanların kalitesine hayran kaldık; her an yardima hazır, son derece nazik ve profesyonel bir ekip var.Oda temizliğinde çalışan arkadaşlar son derece titiz ; (onlar arka planda çalısan görünmez kahramanlar,😇 Cumali Bey'e teşekkürlerimizi sunuyoruz sürekli bizim için koşturdu ve canı gönülden yardımcı oldu🙏 Misafir memnuniyetini gerçekten ilk sıraya koyduklarını her detayda hissediyorsunuz. Bu harika deneyim ve gösterdikleri misafirperverlik için tüm otel ekibine teşekkür ederiz."

Здравствуйте, мы отдыхали в начале июля. Хотим поделиться впечатлениями и просим управляющих и собственников отеля обратить внимание на наш отзыв. Сразу при входе в отель нас встретила очень общительная и доброжелательная менеджер молодая девушка турчанка (к сожалению мы не записали её имя), которая ответила на все интересующие нас вопросы на русском языке, что было очень приятно) В номере было очень очень чисто! Мы часто путешествуем и есть с чем сравнивать. Приятно порадовали красиво заправленные кровати, цветы и фрукты на столе. Матрасы и подушки очень удобные. В ванной много дополнительных флаконов мыла, шампуней, бальзамов, есть одноразовые зубные щетки и прочие одноразовые принадлежности. Кухня также порадовала, еды достаточно и всё вкусно! Много фруктов и вкуснейшая черешня.. Кофе достаточно вкусный, (не как из пакетиков 3 в 1, что бывает в некоторых отелях). Очередей за едой нет. Большой зал в ресторане и всегда можно найти свободный столик. Обстановка в ресторане очень приятная и комфортная, из больших окон виден красивый сад. Достаточное количество бассейнов, нет большой толпы в воде, а утром вообще практически никого. Ещё огромный плюс- это большой и современный тренажерный зал, где можно качественно и с удовольствием позаниматься спортом. Хочется отметить замечальную работу менеджера Serhat, который прекрасно говорит на русском языке, отвечает на любой вопрос и помогает решить возникшие проблемы, настоящий профессионал своего дела, очень позитивный и доброжелательный! Также русскоговорящий менеджер Darya очень приветлива и всегда готова помочь. В целом отдых удался благодаря прекрасным сотрудникам отеля!)

Единственный момент, который не давал нам покоя - это постоянный сигаретный дым с соседнего балкона и балкона под нами. Балконы не имеют перегородок и расположены очень близко друг к другу. Нам не повезло и наши соседи курили сигареты очень часто, одну за другой и даже ночью ((( Весь этот дым затягивало к нам в номер. Мы закрывали балкон, но по вытяжке и кондиционеру всё равно тянуло дым в номер((((. Это ужасно, так как в нашей семье никто не курит и мы отдыхали с ребенком. Считаем просто необходимым абсолютно везде вешать объявления о вреде пассивного курения, о вреде вдыхания сигаретного дыма для детей! Может так курящие люди начнут понимать, что причиняют вред не только себе, но и окружающим. Мы понимаем, что в Турции нет запрета на курение, но нужно с чего-то начинать борьбу с курением! В отелях множество отдыхающих людей из других стран, где существует запрет на курение в общественных местах и есть отдельные места для курения. Отдых должен приносить радость всем, а не только тем, кто курит! В связи с этой проблемой, очень надеемся, что управляющие отеля пересмотрят правила расселения в отеле и выделят отдельный корпус для курящих людей и отдельный корпус для НЕКУРЯЩИХ людей! Это будет справедливо, так как в той ситуации, которая сложилась сейчас НЕКУРЯЩИЕ люди страдают и портят своё здоровье и отдых из-за чужих вредных зависимостей! Это недопустимо! Благодарим за внимание и надеемся на понимание и желаем отелю процветания, развития и с каждым днём становиться всё лучше и лучше для своих гостей!

If I could give this hotel 7 stars, I would do it without hesitation! From the moment we arrived, the staff went completely out of their way to make us feel incredibly welcome and at home. You can immediately tell how genuinely hard-working the entire team is; their dedication to guest satisfaction shines through in every single interaction and detail. On top of the phenomenal, personalized service, the facilities are absolutely great—impeccably maintained, comfortable, and providing everything we could possibly need for a perfect stay. It’s rare to find a hotel that perfectly balances top-tier amenities with such warm, genuine hospitality. An absolutely unforgettable experience, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! A big thank you to the entire team, but especially to Darya and Murat who were very kind and helpful!

Il y a plusieurs piscines pour les adultes et enfants. Hôtel est situé tout près de Land of Legends 10 minutes à pieds.

L’hôtel a besoin d’être renouvelé notamment les chambres. Décoration vieillot. La mer est un peu loin mais il y’a des minibus tous les 30 minutes qui vous déposent. Le bar de la plage est très petit.

She was so kind, caring, and wonderful with the children. We’d also like to thank Berrin, the Kids Club manager, who was always welcoming, professional, and made sure everything ran perfectly. A special thank you to Aysel, who cleaned our room beautifully every day. She was always so friendly, and our room was spotless throughout our stay. Finally, a big thank you to Meva at reception. She went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable and kindly offered us a complimentary pavilion twice, which we really appreciated. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality. You made our holiday truly memorable, and we can’t wait to come back!

L’hôtel est à 5 minutes à pieds du parc the Land of legendes. La chambre était confortable. Il y a plusieurs piscines. Le personnel sympa et discret. Il y a beaucoup d’animations pour les enfants/adultes.

La plage est un peu loin de l’hôtel, 15 minutes à pieds, un bus part tout les 30 minutes à la plage. La nourriture est bonne mais doit être améliorer car trop répétitif. Manque de personnel en tant que serveur dans les bars et restaurants. Il y a beaucoup trop d’enfants, du coup beaucoup trop de bruit dans le restaurant. Les décorations des chambres/de l’hôtel doit être renouveler.

القطط! إذا عندكم فوبيا قطط المكان ابدًا غير مناسب لأن عندهم ملجىء قطط بالحديقة! القطط يدخلون حتى منطقة الأكل بكل راحة! أطفالي يخافون منها وبلغت الموظفين كثير باخراجها بعضهم يرد بلطف انه مايقدر وبعضهم يضحك! بعض موظفييين اللي يقدمون المشروبات للغرف يدخل بدون استئذان.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. They're supportive. I like the fact that there is food everywhere and drinks. I like the show activities during our stay. I like the fact there are enough swimming spaces. The room was clean, and the toilet was clean. The air-condition was effective. Also, I want to say a very big thank you to Sudena, one of the guests' relations team who took her time to take us around the place . I will definitely come next time

We stayed 7 nights at InnVista Belek with our two children and had a wonderful, fantastic time — the kids absolutely loved it! Great location too — only about 10 minutes’ walk to The Land of Legends, very convenient. Special thanks to the Guest Relations team — Darya, Suzy and Meva — they were always helpful, friendly and made everything easy for us. Also big thanks to Baha, the hotel photographer — he took lovely shots for us, beautiful memories we will keep forever. We also tried the Hammam / spa service — excellent and very relaxing. Would happily recommend InnVista to families — clean, well‑run and great people!

It is only ~10 minutes away on foot to the land of Legend, but with children, bags, heat or tired legs, a shuttle would make a huge difference — safer, easier and much more family‑friendly. It would be a great extra benefit just like your beach transfer.

كل شي الأفطار كان جيد ولذيذ , الموقع ممتاز , الموظفون متعاونين ومجتهدون على رغم ضغط العمل , اطلالة الغرفة جميلة كانت مطلة على الالعاب المائية مباشرة استمتعت جدآ , وايضا موظفة علاقات العملاء كانت لطيفة وشرحت لي كل ما يلزم معرفته بالفندق.انصح بتجربة الفندق وسأعود مرة اخرى باذن الله.

انصح بتنويع الأنشطة الترفيهية وانصح بزيادة عدد الموظفين لتغطية العمل وخدمة العملاء .وتحسين نوعية لحمة الكفتة .

Everything! It’s clean, aesthetically pleasing. It’s organised, with a whole children activity with timetable so parents can choose what activity they are intresses in. Children went for perfume making, so much fun! Food variety!!

لم تكن جميع البارات تعمل لذلك كان في زحمة في البارات لاخذ العصير ، الموظفون مشكورين يبذلون قصارى جهدهم ولكن بحاجة لزيادة عدد الموظفين لتغطية ضغط العمل ، الترفيه محدود بحاجة لتحسين ، اللحم بالطعام بحاجة لان يكون نوعية افضل خصوصا الكفتة .

Good location, friendly staff, good and great variety of food, clean, multiple pools and activities for both adults and kids. Great customer relations service.

Rooms could use a little bit of makeover. They are large, clean, so nothing to complain about. Would like to see a small coffee machine and kettle. We did received it free of charge by contacting the guest relations team but there’s a different feeling when you walk in the room and see them. The minibar was refilled daily with whatever you need.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Innvista Hotels Belek. The hotel offers a great variety of tasty food and high-quality drinks. The service was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The pools, entertainment programs, and daily activities were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and amenities, which was a nice touch. The staff deserves special recognition for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay. We also loved the hotel café, which served excellent coffee and delicious cakes. An additional advantage is the outstanding value for money. The hotel offers a high standard of service and facilities at a very reasonable price. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belek. The only small downside is that the hotel is not located directly on the beach. However, this was not a significant issue, as a regular shuttle bus service conveniently transported guests to and from the beach throughout the day.

Although we booked a standard room for two people, we were pleasantly surprised by its layout. The accommodation consisted of two separate rooms, providing extra comfort and space. Another great feature was the bathroom, which included both a bathtub and a separate shower – something not often found in standard rooms.

We just returned from a fantastic stay and honestly couldn't be happier with every single aspect of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff take enormous pride in maintaining the property — everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms and bathrooms to the pool area and common spaces. Not once did we come across anything that felt neglected or untidy. Truly immaculate. The food was great. The variety on offer at every meal was outstanding — from fresh local dishes to international options, there was genuinely something for everyone. Everything tasted homemade and flavourful, never bland or repetitive. But the real star of our holiday? **The Kids Club.** Hands down one of the best we've ever encountered. The staff running the club deserve a special mention because they were simply exceptional. Warm, patient, energetic and clearly passionate about what they do. Every single day brought a new creative activity — from arts and crafts to themed games. Thank you!

The entrance to the hotel, was very appealing. The reception area was spotless and the staff smiling and ready to help. Our room (1301) was large enough, clean and bright with a pool view, we had many complimentary items, which were all very useful.and the fridge was restocked everyday & Rooms cleaned everyday. The food was varied, plenty of choice for adults & children, looked appetising. The pools and areas were always clean, Sultan does a wonderful job, and was very helpful when my grandaughter was unwell one day. Was impressed there were always sunbeds available around the pools. The boy delivering drinks round the pool was very fast & efficient and remembered our drinks order everyday. Bar service was good also at the bars. Something that wasn't 100% were the consistency with cocktails, some were ok, but mainly the staff wasn't very knowledgeable of ingredients and the drinks were wasted. (we just stuck to lager in the end). We tried the Dragon restaurant one evening, We wasn't very impressed with the food or service unfortunately. One thing I wasn't so happy with was the lack of daytime activities, no one was coming round giving information or asking if people wanted to join. The man from the Spa was quite irritating & pushy i felt. The chikdrens evening entertainment is very loud and repetative. Also The Adult entertainment wasn't great. There was smelly cat poo, in the amphitheatre area too which was disgusting. The worst thing we found was actually totally out of your control the infrastructure outside the hotel, pavements broken and covered with rubble, major roadworks and noise, it made it very difficult walking with prams & young children. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would stay again if in the area. We would ( and have already) recommended our friends 💯

Koszosak a szobak , kaja egyenlo a moslékkal a napi takaritas kritikan aluli meg penzt is adtam, se nem fertorlenitenek se nem porszívoznak stb..a fogadtatas a recepcion felhaborito a kinti barban csavohoz hozza sem lehet szolni kedveseeg mosol nincs az arcukon ! Mindenki hany es megy a hasa !!! A recepecion ha keves penzt adsz kukcionak akkor nem megkernek hogy adj tobbet hanem hozzad vagjak a penzt mint egy kutyahoz !!!!

Отель довольно свежий, вся мебель и в комнате и на территории в отличном состоянии, в спа есть и сауна и хамам и крытый бассейн. Тренажерный зал очень хороший, большой, много тренажеров. Еда вкусная и разнообразная, блюд много. Персонал приветливый и доброжелательный.

Good breakfast. Not for me as a solo traveler but seemed good facility for kids and families. Next to a theme park.

Old facility perhaps built in the 80s. It took me quite some time to locate the room the way markings were. You cannot walk to the beach. AC did not work, only the heat. Most items in the breakfast were not kept warm and cold such as fried eggs. Some not fresh enough. No drinking water served in room.

Some of the staff there are really friendly and trying their best, this isn’t a staff issue it’s a management and Owners issue. They have no control on the property.

Mass brawl in reception as we arrived The pool was out of action the entire time and was a thick brown sludge All of the à la carte restaurants were closed, so buffet only 3 times a day There is no security and no one keeping kids in check, so the kids are just running wild. They are in the sauna, spa area, everywhere with no controls They were hosting a teenagers football tournament in the area and had allowed many of the teams to stay on property at the same time as holiday goers, so was crazy and dangerous. Kids were throwing glasses of their balconies into the area were people and their kids were sitting. Place had a raw sewage smell the entire time
