Everything was great
Nothing honestly
Great pool facilities and afternoon snacks
Trying to look for seating area by the pool
Amazing resort, very yummy food, best service ever
Nothing
My review is for the summer period I am sure things can be change after summer. Food was great we tasted everything especially about Turkish food which I recommend a lot. I see some staff having the same food which is very nice to see them in the restaurant. I hope all the staff is having this option.
I am deeply sorry that customer profile is very low, they put their trash everywhere, trying to occupy seats even for the evening kids shows. I can recommend to Hotel to change their services and bring more educated people from the same country instead of these people. The slide pool was blurry especially after lunch. And I didn’t feel it is clean, but again people are waiting in the slide pool with their babies, and using there as a baby pool and adult pool to sit on the stairs and relax. The staff is not handling to get them out, I understand they are not enough as number and of course very tired because these people doesn’t understand and cannot be educated. The slide pools is not for babies but unfortunately parents are sliding with them and no one says nothing. The slide rules are not being implemented as general as well, therefore it is very crowded and impossible to enjoy. But again these reviews are for summer I am sure it cannot be the same in the other periods.
Parfait je recommande
The pool was very nice and clean, the slides are incredible. The food was very good, the guests in the dining area are a bit too frantic (wild) during meals. But I guess the hotel cannot have influence over that. The cocktails were great, the evening shows were very interesting, the spa is nice, good quality service. We were very satisfied as a family.
The elevators take a long time sometimes and the bathroom tap was often stuck, hard to open gently. Otherwise it was incredible.
Staff was very friendly. Food was good
Very good kitchen, very good chef, very good personnel
Rooms are small
Very enjoyable stay in general. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the facilities within the resort and the animation activities. The overall cleanliness is good, and the quality of the swimming pools and the beach is satisfying.
The food was good overall, but the dessert menu could use some more and better options.
English: The only thing I liked was the food; it was quite good
English: I did not like the way the staff treated us. The rooms and bathroom were extremely unclean. The bathroom was dirty, the shower was broken, and the room was very hot. This was the second time we requested to change the room, but unfortunately, the same problems were present in the second room as well. The place was generally not clean, the staff were unhelpful and there was very little cooperation. The dining period also ended very quickly, with no flexibility or cooperation from the staff. There was also an unpleasant smell in the property, the bed sheets were not changed, and there were not enough bathroom amenities provided. Overall, the place was extremely disappointing. We paid a large amount for our stay, but unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory and I did not like the hotel.
Great hotel and great experience, booked land of legends from Sunpoint Service and great experience, best prices and no queue when we got there. Would have cost me more if I booked online or if I paid on the day. Would definitely recommend and speak with the guys, make sure they know the full situation and they can give you the best advice
A very mixed review for this hotel. Pool area - Great for kids, lifeguards work hard to keep everyone safe. The whole area is so slippery! Literally people, especially kids slipping, constantly. Pool shoes are an absolute must for children. Slides are great fun but for some reason are only open for 4 hours a day, which is a shame. Rooms / cleanliness - Lovely and clean, cleaning staff work hard. We are a family of 4 and my youngest child slept on an uncomfortable camp bed for 10 nights though and the whole room felt very cramped. There was definitely not enough storage for all of our stuff. The hotel generally is always very clean however we did see lots of beds / furniture stored in stairways like many others have mentioned. The front of the hotel is a complete car park and ruins the appearance. We had a lovely view from our balcony, definitely make sure to get pool view as I can imagine the other side of the corridor would not have been particularly nice. Food / drinks - The food is nice in the main restaurant but can become repetitive. The snack bar has exactly the same food every single day, and not really a big selection. We had to go to the main restaurant at lunchtime to get a bit more variety. Don’t waste your time with the a ‘la carte. We went to the Chinese, got basically prawn crackers and small main as the ordering system wasn’t explained to us. The drinks selection wasn’t too bad and cocktails being made fresh. No imported /branded spirit though. It would be handy to have a self service areas for soft drinks as the bar queue is often big. Entertainment - The team work hard. My kids enjoyed lots of the activities at kids club and the staff were lovely. The evenings though could be a bit boring. The shows are pretty poor. For a 5 star hotel, you’d definitely expect a lot more. Excursions - Do NOT use the excursion company in the hotel. Absolute scam!!!! We found out online that they’d overcharged us by about €60+. When I confronted him, he very rudely told me I’d basically paid for his time (all of 10 minutes). His whole attitude was awful!! I raised this with guest relations and told them they should not be allowing this company to run from their hotel. (Company booklet shown in images. They sit just inside the hotel lobby) Overall we still had a nice holiday but there are lots of things that could be done to improve this hotel as it is definitely not 5 star.
I really enjoyed the facilities, the cleanliness, and the pool. Everything was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming.
Just one small piece of constructive criticism: I think it would be better to focus less on the appearance and variety of the cakes and more on their quality and taste — even if that meant offering just one type of cake, but making it truly delicious.
My family and I have just returned from this hotel and had a lovely time . Location was a little further away than expected but we did have access to Land of Legends which was just around the corner , which was great for an evening out . Food , although plentiful , didn’t really cater Brits and only one main restaurant which was more like a canteen . Food only ever like warm at best . We also went to the Chinese restaurant onsite which was 2/10 for food but 9/10 for service . The staff in this hotel are hardworking , kind and friendly . The animation team during the day were brilliant . Not much for over 10s on the evening . Limited drink choices on the all inclusive too . Rooms were great as was the pool and slide areas. This is such a mixed review as I believe the hotel was value for money but some tweaks to the night time entertainment and food and drinks options would be desirable .
Let me give you my honest review of this hotel after staying here for 10 days. We actually got back home yesterday, and before we came I had read a lot of mixed reviews, especially about the food. So I wanted to share my own experience. We landed on Sunday night at around 11:30pm and checked into the hotel. At reception they asked if anyone had any allergies, and I explained that both my partner and my son have severe nut allergies. They were both given blue wristbands to identify their allergies, which I thought was a really good idea. However, after checking in, we asked if someone could help us with our luggage. There were four of us, four large suitcases and four cabin cases. We were told there wasn’t anyone available because they were too busy, so we had to take everything to the room ourselves. That wasn’t the best first impression. The next issue was the room. We’d paid for two adults and two children, but our room only had one double bed and one single bed. We were travelling with friends who were two adults and one child, had paid less than us, and they had exactly the same size room. Considering it was almost midnight and we had two tired children, we had to go back to reception and ask for another bed. Around an hour later, after the children had already fallen asleep, someone knocked on the door with a pull-out bed. Personally, after paying a lot of money for this holiday, I didn’t expect one of my children to be sleeping on a pull-out bed. Now let’s talk about the biggest issue… the food. This hotel is advertised as five-star, but in my opinion, the food really doesn’t reflect that. My partner and son both have severe nut allergies, and my son is also a very fussy eater. I’m vegetarian myself, so I eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, but we really struggled. Almost everything contained nuts or had nuts sprinkled on as decoration. Even simple things like slices of cheese had walnuts on them. The broccoli had almonds. Desserts contained nuts, and so many dishes weren’t labelled correctly. Sometimes the labels weren’t even next to the correct food. Cross-contamination was probably my biggest concern. Staff were using the same serving spoons between dishes containing nuts and dishes without. Even at the ice cream station, they were using the same scoop for pistachio and vanilla ice cream. When you have someone carrying an EpiPen because of a life-threatening allergy, that’s incredibly worrying. Despite the allergy wristbands, it honestly felt like they made very little difference. We spoke to the chefs multiple times and also spoke to Guest Services. The lady we spoke to actually had a nut allergy herself and understood how serious it is. She apologised and said they were trying to improve things, but unfortunately it didn’t change our experience. There were several occasions where we actually left the hotel just to find somewhere safe to eat because we simply couldn’t trust the food. We also booked the à la carte restaurant one evening, hoping it would be better, but sadly it was probably one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Despite knowing about the allergies, they served my son an ice cream containing nuts, and we had to point it out ourselves. The response was simply, “Sorry.” I never even received my starter because the service was so slow and disorganised that I eventually just walked out. Now, the hotel itself wasn’t all bad. The rooms were clean, and the cleaners worked really hard. There were a couple of occasions where we had to ask for fresh towels and for the minibar to be restocked, but generally the hotel was kept clean. If you want a sunbed by the pool, though, you’ll need to be up very early because they get taken quickly. One other downside was the constant pressure from the spa staff. We actually planned to have massages during our holiday, but the sales approach completely put us off. We were repeatedly told that if we didn’t pay within two hours, we wouldn’t be able to book. We just wanted to relax by the pool first and get our money from the room later, but they kept pushing us so much that we eventually decided not to bother. Overall, we still had a lovely holiday because we made the most of our time away together as a family. But for me, the biggest letdown was definitely the food and the complete lack of proper allergy management. When you’re dealing with life-threatening allergies, food labelling and preventing cross-contamination aren’t optional—they’re essential. If the hotel improved its food, allergy procedures and stopped guests feeling pressured by some of the sales staff, I genuinely think it would be a much better place to stay. Unfortunately, based on our experience, it’s not a hotel I would return to.
Everything was perfect!!!

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and respectful throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of The Land of Legends, making it unnecessary to use a taxi. It is also approximately a 7-minute walk from a large shopping mall. The quality of the food was excellent, with a wide variety of options available. We particularly appreciated the selection of healthy meals suitable for athletes. In addition, there was a dedicated food section designed specifically for children, which was a great feature.
The gym was relatively small and the equipment appeared outdated, with a limited selection of machines and free weights. For a hotel of this standard, a larger and more modern fitness facility with a wider range of equipment would be expected.
There was a lot I could say about this hotel. Mostly bad, however. The night manager Ibrahim was very helpful, we had a problem with children running and screaming, swearing and kicking doors at night. I spoke to him and within minutes it was sorted and we never heard any children again. He was available at any time of the night and was most helpful. A lot of staff were rude and disrespectful, especially ‘some’ guess services and bar staff. However Ibrhaim was very eager to help. Aswell as this Nikita was very good and helpful when it came to incidents and my younger sisters, one of which suffers with some ticks. Thank you to some of the staff.
Have just returned from a week at this hotel. The beginning of our stay was great, we had a fantastic time. Came with our 2 children, aged 2 & 4. Kids pool was perfect for them, was never too busy and great that it was shaded. Would recommend getting down early (730/8am) for sunbeds as they get taken up quickly. Especially if you need a few together or want to be close to the pool. The kids club entertainment team were great with our oldest son, he got his face painted one afternoon and was delighted. They all do a great job there! Food unfortunately was very repetitive, im by no means a fussy eater but the choice was poor. A couple of nights I just had chips and pasta. The snack bar by the pool is also the same offerings every day. For a 5 star hotel I would have expected to at least be offered a drink at meal times but you had to get everything yourself. If you aren’t down sharp at 630pm for dinner then you’ve no chance of getting a table, the dining hall simply isn’t big enough. Unfortunately the last 2 days of our stay, my partner became very unwell to the point we were unsure if he would be able to fly home. When we arrived back in the UK, he had tests done by our GP and he has salmonella poisoning. We believe this to potentially be from the Chinese à la carte as he started to feel unwell the day after eating there. A very disappointing end to our holiday. Not a lot to do around the hotel either, we did go to land of legends one evening but it was very busy and a bit much for our children so we didn’t get to see the show, but we could see the castle from our balcony. There are a few shops about a 10 minute walk along the road but nothing of note. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or return.
So this is my honest review. I'm on day 5 of my week stay here. I'll start with the positives. The lobby is nice and clean and welcoming. The lounge bar is chilled and relaxing as is the downstairs coffee bar. Good bus service to the beach. Watersports at the beach are crazy prices. The jetski is €100 for 15 mins and the jetcar is €300 for 15 minutes. The slides by pool are good fun. The room is a good size and clean with everythingyou need. Now for the not so good bits. The rest of the hotel is fairly grubby. The corridors have rubbish left out woth plates or food left on the floor. The staircases have not been cleaned for at least the duration of our stay but I would say a few weeks or more. The main restaurant is the usual free for all chaos. Lots of food on the floor. 3 times in 5 days I have cut into my meat from the show cooking station to find it's not cooked properly. You won't go hungry but meal times are not enjoyable. The drinks are poor. Either to weak or way too strong. It's hit and miss depending on who serves you. Again not a deal breaker but just not enjoyable. We end up asking for extra mixers to adjust the strength ourselves. The pool bar has a good selection but nothing is chilled. The beer is warm so not really an option. The pool is very crowded, especially in the afternoon, although saying that today seems much quieter. The indoor pool is closed as they doing some repairs. Everyday they tell us it will be open tomorrow. But it never is. The evening entertainment is so loud. If you have a young family don't expect to get any sleep before 23:30 as the rooms do nothing to keep the noise out. You honestly struggle to here the TV over the entertainment (we use the firestick). Land of legends is great. Some big queues for a maybe 2 to 3 hours for some slides in the waterpark. Taxis are a rip off. Some ok little shops not too far from the hotel. Kadriye market on Tuesday was good and worth a visit. We used a dolmus bus which is cheap and easy. Overall I would rate it about 6 out of 10. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. It is more in keeping with a standard 3 star. I wouldn't recommend it friends or family and wouldn't return. We have made the most of it and it has not been awful. From the other guests I have spoken to, it appears to be a mixed bag. Some can't fault it and others agree with me. The main complaint from everyone is the food and drink.
Definitely not a 5 star. I have no idea how this is rated as such. The good parts: the animation team and ground staff work really hard. An evening walk to the legends mall and watch the light show is great. The bedrooms decor is neat. The rest…. Beds are uncomfortable, pillows are horrible- solid and the stairwells, carpets are grotty and dirty. There are mouldy mattresses stored on the stairwells?? The lifts are unclean and grubby. The smoking around the pool is prolific, sunbathers are packed in like sardines around the pool, the slides close for hours each day for some unknown reason. The pool is large and absolutely packed out constantly (as there isn’t anything else to do). It’s actually a very boring resort, no pleasant lounge, books, sports (outside of the pool) or decent lobby with entertainment. There are a couple of basic shops and the ‘nightclub’ is a room with house music and opens for 90mins at 11:30pm? Just very odd. Who this is catering for, I am unclear. It’s too hot in the shade and not enough to do, you can’t relax here - it’s chaotic, wired and the evening noise is relentless, no air conditioned luxury lounges to sit and read in or take in any views. The chairs in the inside bars are all terribly stained, with people sat with their feet up on them on an evening and the smell of cigarette smoke permeates everywhere. The worst part is the food hall- buffet- where there are flies all over the salads and puddings at every ‘meal time’ we stuck to the basic foods which were covered over. Food is repetitive, basic and canteen style, rather than a 5 star all inclusive. The flies were evident every single meal time and therefore it’s endemic- not a one off. There is a really unpleasant smell near the kitchen in the food hall- so much so you can’t sit at that end of the room. The en-suite in one of the rooms we had has the most unpleasant smell (drains we suspect) Really very disappointed and won’t return to Turkey. The cleaning staff are present in public areas and work hard sweeping up and washing down the pool seats each evening. Management must address these noise, cleanliness, occupation and noise issues. The dining food needs to be in fridges and covered up at the very least. Self serve drinks for the pool and again the hygiene needs to be considered- wasps and flies all over the bottles. Such a disappointing holiday.
From the time I have arrived so far my stay has been pleasant, food is good , slides are fantastic for the kids so far a great experience
Hotel is a good location for land of legends but not much else to do. The hotel need to action the feedback others have left, sort out the smoking areas. The sunbeds are touching each other and smoke is everywhere. Also, the entertainment is that loud you cant hear your TV in your room. Not everyone wants the entertainment, and for those who do, just turn it down, youve been repeatedly told yet do nothing about it. Were all shattered, we wont return.
It was good staff are moody and just walk past you but animation team are fantastic especially Mo he’s amazing so kind and friendly The food is boring it’s just always the same The pool is really slippy round I slipped a few times but slides are amazing and the pool is very big and quite warm to be honest bar staff are rude The rooms are always very clean and bathrooms round the hotel are very clean The beds are hard as a rock
We recently stayed at Queen’s Palace and, overall, I’d say it was an average holiday with both positives and negatives. The biggest positives were the pool area, the water slides, the entertainment team, the drinks and the staff. The entertainment crew work incredibly hard throughout the day and evening and make a real effort to involve everyone. The bar and restaurant staff were always friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. I also want to mention the lifeguards, who were excellent. I witnessed first-hand how quickly they responded when a child got into difficulty after coming off one of the slides and needed to be pulled from the water. Their reaction was immediate, professional and reassuring, and they deserve a lot of credit for how alert they were. The beach was also nice, although the beach snack bar often ran out of food quite quickly, especially during busy periods. Unfortunately, there were several things that let the hotel down. The food became very repetitive after a few days, with little variety from one day to the next. Around the pool, the decking and steps became extremely slippery when wet. Although there are wet floor signs in some areas, I nearly slipped over numerous times myself, and both of my daughters also slipped over while simply walking around the pool. My wife unfortunately fell down some wet steps, which was quite concerning and is something the hotel should continue to look at to improve safety. Guest Services were also very helpful when my wife fell. They checked on her, offered assistance and handled the situation professionally, which we really appreciated. The main pool is a good size, but it’s all one depth. This meant my daughters had to wear floats because it was too deep for them, while the children’s pool was too shallow for their age, leaving no real middle ground. The hotel shops are also very expensive. We found that the shops just 500 yards down the road sold many of the same items for around a third of the price. Our biggest disappointment was the behaviour at night. Children were regularly running up and down the corridors as late as 1 a.m., shouting, banging on doors and causing chaos. It made getting a good night’s sleep difficult. To the hotel’s credit, when we reported it, security responded immediately and dealt with the issue, but it seemed to be an ongoing problem rather than an isolated incident. We also witnessed a fight in the dining area, with people slapping each other near the food counters, which wasn’t something you’d expect to see in a family resort. Overall, there are definitely good things about Queen’s Palace, particularly the friendly staff, attentive lifeguards, helpful Guest Services team, entertainment crew, pools and slides. However, the repetitive food, slippery pool areas, noisy corridors at night and some issues with guest behaviour mean I don’t feel it quite lives up to the standard I was expecting.
I really didn’t believe the reviews about the food being repetitive etc. to be fair, food is ok. Just always the same. This is not a 5 star hotel - 3 star maybe. I think it’s got 5 stars because of the facilities but in terms of the service; it was terrible. Staff just shove past you - always look moody. The only staff who were approachable were the animation team and a young girl on the main reception. Staff are not friendly at all. You try and politely ask for help and they ignore you. Usually when I am on holiday and you eat in the main buffet, you are asked if you want drinks etc. never once got asked but instead had to queue in the endless queue to get a soft drink. I found the hotel dirty. The common areas were littered. However, this is not the hotels fault - the visitors would sit by the pool and just throw cigarette ends on the floor. The maid did the bare minimum - I would never expect anyone to clear up my mess. But the floors in our room which got dirty from us in and out, were not cleaned. I don’t think our bed linen was changed the whole time we were there. The mini bar (which was just water) was not restocked daily either. My biggest gripe was the fact that everywhere you went people were smoking. I would have thought the hotel/management would be more mindful of smoking nowadays and the fact it is a family Hotel and children were constantly Exposed to smoke. You can’t even relax on a sun lounger without having smoke in your face. There should be designated smoking areas. Also seeing cigarette ends everywhere was disgusting. Although hotel cannot help the clientele; they can impose smoking areas to avoid this. The stairwells were laden with mattresses and baby travel cots. Made the place look more Like a hostel than a ‘ 5 star’ hotel - also a huge fire hazard I have been to Turkey before and had a fantastic experience hence why we came back but this hotel was so disappointing To be fair, guest relations did reach out but we were very busy and I did not want to spend my limited time highlighting to them which was glaringly obvious. Furthermore, there would be nothing they could do to change the situation during my stay; at least not with the issues I have raised.
Not rating the resort as a whole, just the Chinese al a cart. Fatma and Tugba (tugbu?) where very helpful and the food was very well and to a high standard. Very good, would come again!
This hotel was a very clean hotel with good facilities. It is a small hotel so easy to find everything. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent and always cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. On a less positive note, the food was in my opinion very average and food hall understaffed. Food was hot and miss in terms of standards. You have to get there early for best food. Food hall was far too busy at peak times and noisy. The main issue I had with the hotel was the fact that I am probably used to higher end hotels but for the price we paid you can’t complain. The hotel was overcrowded for the amount of facilities available. Daily activities were great fun and kids club also very good but busy. Evening entertainment was fantastic. Overall good experience, had a nice family break away.
We were really looking forward to this holiday, but unfortunately the hotel did not live up to its advertised 5 star standard. In our opinion, it was much closer to a 3 star experience. The food was very repetitive with little variety throughout our stay. The air conditioning caused us constant problems and barely cooled the room, making it very uncomfortable. The shower pressure was also poor, and on two occasions had to speak to reception about the rooms not been cleaned (no clean sheets, just making up the beds) & the floors with visible day to day mess of foot traffic. Although the majority of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, our overall experience was overshadowed by the behaviour of many other guests. We experienced racism during our stay, particularly around the Land of Legends area, and seeing this directed towards children was especially upsetting. It made us feel very unwelcome. The bar was another disappointment, with the alcoholic drinks tasting heavily watered down. We've previously stayed in a 4 star hotel where the quality of the food, drinks and facilities was significantly better so this certainly didn't feel like a genuine 5 star experience. Sadly, we left feeling disappointed. While there were some positive aspects, they weren't enough to outweigh the negatives, and we would not choose to return or recommend this hotel based on our experience.
Currently on day 4 of a 7 day holiday. We are a family of 7 one child with a disability and needed 2 rooms, there were no options to book interconnecting or family sized so i tried emailing ahead to discuss this. We needed to be together so we could both support my son with his disability. After writing 4 emails i finally got a response saying we would be put down for an interconnecting room. On arrival we were not given an interconnecting infact we were on floor 5 and our rooms not even close to each other it was a nightmare and has made the holiday difficult. There was no empathy or attempt to help us so we are struggling. Hotel itself is fantastic but not 5 star, in comparison to other 5 stars i have stayed in Antalya I would put this at a 3-4 star. Staff are miserable, no one fetches drinks to you round the pool like usual 5 star hotels. Place in infested with wasps and mosquitoes but I suppose it’s not their fault. Foods good no complaints there, good selection of cocktails. Kids club great, pools clean. Don’t get a landview room unless you want to be woken up at 6am by the cockerel every day. Air con not very cold to the point i had engineer up to look, he washed the filter in out shower leaving a load of muck and said it was clogged but not seen an improvement. Not the worst hotel in the world we still had a great time just not the experience we had hoped for when paying thousands to come on holiday to “5 star” you expect more. Would I come back no but its clean and kids loved it.
It was very close to the land of legends
• no irons provided in room • food was disgusting • in my 10 night stay my room was cleaned twice • not much to do for little kids • kids play area was way to small • night entertainment was poor • boring resort
All inclusive food swimming etc very nice and comfortable nice facilities
The pool slides were closed and it was a little bit disappointing we could not use them

We recently returned from a week-long stay at Aydinbey Queens Spa Hotel in Belek, Antalya, and overall, it was a mixed experience. When booking, the hotel looked very appealing. The photos online and on social media were beautiful, showing a clean, landscaped entrance and a spacious, welcoming exterior. However, the reality was quite different. On arrival, the front of the hotel was crowded with parked cars and lacked any real landscaping, giving it a slightly run-down and shabby appearance. The images used online are somewhat misleading, as they don’t reflect how the hotel actually looks in person. The hotel itself was extremely busy during our stay. It felt overcrowded, particularly around the pool area, which is far too small for the number of guests. Sun loungers were packed tightly together—around 20–30 in very close proximity—and the sheer number of people made it feel quite overbearing. The whole atmosphere around the pool had a bit of a run-down “Benidorm” vibe, which wasn’t what we were expecting. We didn’t manage to use the pool once as there were never any beds available, and even if there had been, the lack of space would have made it uncomfortable. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the food. There was a wide variety of options available, and everything we tried was well-cooked and presented in a clean environment. This was easily the best aspect of the hotel. The rooms were modern and reasonably well-maintained, which was a relief. After spending time in the busy communal areas, it was nice to return to a comfortable space. Housekeeping visited daily to tidy the room, although it didn’t feel like a thorough clean was done—floors were not mopped during our stay. We also booked excursions through the hotel representative. I would strongly advise being cautious here, as prices seemed inconsistent and inflated, with a lot of room for haggling. It felt like costs were being made up on the spot. The hotel staff were generally pleasant, but communication could be challenging as not many spoke English. The hotel seems to cater primarily to Russian and Turkish guests, and as British travellers, we did feel slightly out of place at times. There is a shuttle service to the beach, which was adequate—nothing special, but it does the job. I have seen reviews from people saying they would return here, but unfortunately it just doesn’t meet our standards. Overall, while this was a relatively cheap holiday and you do get what you pay for, it’s not somewhere we would choose to return to. The overcrowding, misleading presentation online, and general upkeep of the exterior let it down, despite the good food and decent rooms.
Att de va nära land of legends, gångavstånd
Väldigt slitet hotell
Activities very very good cater to all ages too nothing was repetitive. Imo & Efe friendly professional and helped out a lot Food was very good staff was very kind and helpful
The bedding was good. The rooms were spacious.
The food was below average. Not worthy of 5 stars.

Food was very good, starter were waiting for us at the booking time & the 3 courses were served fairly quickly/well cooked, we were served by Tunahan & Servan, they very polite & regularly checking if we were happy as the night when on 👍
Konum yemekler herseyin toplu bir yerde olmasi cok guzeldi
.alkollü içecekler daha kaliteli olabilirdi
The Resort is very good, full of activities specifically for family with children, break fast was good with good quality food, overall atmosphere is good
one thing i didn’t like was staffs from the reception, they didn’t speak english and were very cold with guests and some of them very rude, good resort like that should work on that point
Stayed at Aydinbey Queen’s Palace & Spa on 09/07/2026, and unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. The room was not clean when we arrived, and the air conditioning wasn’t working on our first day. To make matters worse, we found bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5-star. The biggest concern was safety. The lifeguards finish work at 4:00 pm, and while we were there, a 5-year-old boy drowned and had to be resuscitated. I cannot understand why a family resort would have no lifeguards on duty so early in the evening. The food was very poor. It was the same menu every day with very little variety, and there weren’t enough options to cater for different tastes or dietary needs. After a few days, it became repetitive and disappointing. The management staff were also very unhelpful. They didn’t seem interested in listening to guests’ concerns and rarely even smiled. Communication was inconsistent too. We were initially offered a late checkout until 6:00 pm because of the issues we experienced, but on the day of departure we were told we had to leave the room by 3:00 pm. One member of staff says one thing, another says something completely different. There were very few positives. The hotel is within walking distance of Land of Legends, which is convenient. Also, one of the lifeguards, Yorne, was excellent, and Amir, a young waiter in the restaurant, was friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I would not recommend staying here if you are expecting a genuine 5-star hotel experience. My room number was 5131, and based on my experience, I would not return.
Good place to spend holidays. We we together with my daughter in this hotel. It was amazing. Thanks for our reloading. Staff is very professional. Atmosphere is very high energetic. Strong brand and service. Thank Youu
Positives: The rooms were nice, and cleaners were good and helpful. And air con was good which is a must for that heat! The atmosphere was nice for families plenty to do for kids staff at the kids club are lovely, pools are nice and clean and there’s no huge rush for sunbeds just I would put a towel out before 9/9:30 if you want a okay sunbed location. Food and drinks were nice with plenty of bars and places to eat, a decent selection of food with various dishes every night. Negatives: Flooring by the pool is LETHAL! Kids grippy socks/ sea shoes are a must! Staff were sometimes not the friendliest especially when asking for cocktails they don’t seem to be too keen on making them. Not a 5 star hotel I would say more of a 4 but it’s not too bad for the price (I get this isn’t a hotel issues) taxis to and from the hotel are very expensive even though it’s not that far away to towns nearby you just can’t walk them due to the roads Hotel shop Is very expensive Spa staff are very pushy coming up to you every day! When you’ve said no 4 or 5 times Hotel reps for the excursions are nice however will charge you through the nose ( tried to charge us a couple €100 for pirate boat trip, I booked online through the website instead for €36)
Nice hotel good customer service dilyara was very nice and helpful good breakfast and room service
The atmosphere is really nice and the rooms look amazing
Tres bon choix
good service all round nice staff especially su
Amazing holiday. Great rooms and views. Food was varied and so much choice of everything and Constantly being replenished. Plenty of bars, snack bars and little cafes inside and outside. Ice creams, barbecue ,pastries the list goes on. I had a freshly made omelette every morning and was lovely. All the staff work extremely hard and everywhere is kept clean. Always happy to help or assist. Their was seven of us and we left this lovely hotel last Friday. My only negative part was how some other visitors behaved towards staff from being demanding, rude 'selfish and Piling their plates so high that most went on the floor and no attempts to clean it up. The staff were constantly having to clean behind them. As I said their was no shortage of food ever. Loads of sunbeds, patio areas , large pool and smaller children's one. Entertainment, regular free shuttle bus to beach and return. Small shops in hotel selling clothes, shoes handbags and toiletries sweets floats etc and games area. Hairdressers and spa. Ordered taxi from reception and went to belek which had many shops , bars and restaurants. Land of legends very close by and visible from our room. Overall a lovely relaxing holiday.
We spent 10 days here, the holiday did not get off to a great start. We arrived as a family of 4 and the room only had 3 beds. Went down to the reception to request another bed. The receptionist was not really interested and didn't lift his head when talking to me and continued to flick through his paperwork. The porter then turned up with just a mattress to lay on the floor. I refused this and asked to speak the manager. He was not much help either, just told me they are fully booked and had told the porter to put a new bed in the room. The porter arrived with a folding bed, which he asked me to rearrange the room to fit the new bed in. Eventually the porter did this and fitted the folding bed. The bed was broken and when I pointed this out he propped it with a pillow and told us that was it. I posted an initial review that night and 1st thing in the morning I was contacted by the customer service manager, who was nicer and helped fix the issue. She listened apologised and got the broken folding bed replaced with a proper bed, she also gave us an extra night in the A'la Carte restaurant and sent a bottle of wine and fruit plater to our room as a way of compensation. Once she fixed my issue I was asked if I could amend my review to highlight this. We had no real further issues on the holiday. I appreciated that she took the time to try and help. Some of the positives- We had a great family holiday, the kids had a fantastic time on the water slides and at the mini disco at night, they had a ball, which was the main objective of this family holiday, a good place for kids. My wife had a treatment at the spa and said it was a great service and treatment she received and was good value for money. The shows at night where very good and if high quality. The beach was great and the free shuttle bus was on time. The cleaner at the beach was one of the nicest staff members we met, ensured the beach area was well looked after, but also engaged with our kids, said hello and had time for people. Some of the negatives- our experience on arrival mentioned above. Not all the staff are very friendly and smile, this seemed like the culture in the hotel as more where like this than not. Spare beds stored in the stair way, very crowded when at capacity, which made it difficult for the staff to clear rubbish, clear and reset tables as quickly as I would expect for a 5 star hotel. One the last day I went to take part in one of the activities and told it was full and not enough balls to participate. The staff member didn't try to alter the game so that everyone could play or even apologise, again just lack of care and attention that you would expect for a 5 star hotel. Overall summary, we did have a good family holiday, but this is not a 5 star hotel, so please do not expect a 5 star service. I would rate as a 4 star at best. Just seemed over crowded. Also as a point to management if a room has been booked for 4 people ensure that the room is set for 4 people, as people will have had a long day travelling and want just to rest for their first day of their stay, not deal with issues. This is an honest review, showing both positing negatives of the holiday.
Good Family Resort, But Not a Luxury Experience Excellent facilities for families with children. The water park, beach, and all-inclusive food options kept our kids happy throughout the stay. The resort offers good value for money. It caters more to Turkish local taste which is not necessarily a bad thing, you get to experience their culture and food more.
However, cleanliness could be improved, and the buffet became very crowded during peak times. Our final impression was also affected by a couple of staff interactions that felt unnecessarily unfriendly, especially considering this is a family-oriented resort.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Aydinbey Queen’s Palace & Spa. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food was delicious with a great variety every day. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling. They made us feel welcome from the first day until the last. The pools, entertainment, and overall atmosphere were excellent, making our holiday truly relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belek and would definitely love to come back!
Was very nice i will recomend to evry bady
Everything was fine and super. Thanks to guest relations department for all help and assistance in everything
Great guest relations they were very professional an good in every aspect of our holiday. Also reception and bar were very professional and great. They gave us grat room and super cocktails.
Very good atmosphere and animation. Grateful value and visitor service very helpful and funny and found our lost things. Also thanks to Ibrahim for kindness. You are the best.
Everything is really perfect. The Guest service staffs are amazing. Many thanks for Hilal, Begüm, Nikita, Dilara and Su. We want to come again this hotel and thanks for Aydinbey Hotels.
Just returned from 8 days here. It is certainly not a 5 star hotel, more like a 3. The good parts of this hotel are the rooms are nice/spacious & i found all the staff were pleasant. Our holiday was very disappointing because of our stay here, there is nothing whatsoever in the area other than Land of Legends, which appeals more so to kids. If you're the type that likes to stay at your hotel, I would consider paying more & stay at one of the "real" 5 star ones. Belek itself is like a ghost town. We went 3 times just to escape the horrible hotel food & honestly dont know how the shop/restaurants stay open due to lack of tourists. The hotel beach is a 5 minute bus ride but again, certainly not 5 star quality & not really worthwhile going. For me what spoilt the hotel was the amount of rude, ignorant, obnoxious foreign guests who let their children run havoc. The lobby resembles a kids nursery at times. The restaurant was like feeding time at the zoo, definitely not a relaxing environment. We lived on chips for the week as the food is very questionable. The area around the pool is a death trap, everyone slips/falls no matter what footwear on this slippy flooring. There is constant music poolside too, dont bother putting headphones in as you wont hear anything above the sound. Inside the lobby/hallways is also high gloss tiles where i also took a nasty fall. The Queens Bar is literally where a lot congregate on an evening as there's nothing else to do. Bed linens weren't changed in 8 days though towels are. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel, it seriously needs to reduce cost & change to a 3 star rating!!!
very nice hotel and best service
We liked the stay a lot . Wonderful services and employees . Thank u a lot Aydenbey.
Good hotel, great location and a much better staff that are very engaging and respectful.
We in all honesty’s enjoyed the kids mini club , it was fantastic . We came as a family , and every night we were watching the kids mini disco they had catchy songs that made the children follow along and all loved. There were three women who worked in the mini kids club their names are gamze , melike and sena. They were all were so friendly and lovely constantly entertaining everyone and continuously making everyone feel welcome. They are hard working women , who I would most definitely trust my child with. 🌸🌸
My experience at this hotel was amazing the most important part of this holiday was the mini kids club this is because the staff members Melike, Gamze and Sena were incredibly hardworking, making sure every child was included and safe. They were very playful and funny, which helped the children feel relaxed and happy, and the kids clearly loved being around them. The mini disco was fantastic, full of energy and laughter, and the girls did a great job getting all the children involved and having fun.
The kids club at this hotel is 5***** women who take care of the children are amazing, can’t say nothing bad about it, 5 of my children enjoy company of all the beautiful womens who take care of the kids ❤️😍
Plus points on this hotel great staff , good bar and drinks, very clean . Food good . Negative , dining room on evening so busy its hard to get seats at times , entertainment split into 2 areas would be better in 1 . Pool area floors get very slippy on the whole a good family hotel
Amazing location, warm and clean water in all swimming pools, great slides, spotless rooms with air conditionar, welcoming and hard working personnel in the hotel, amazing evening entertiments, tasty food and lovely drinks, fast service by the bars. We got a beautiful room with a view for the pool, it was enough food for every single guest, my son got a birthday cale with candels waiting for him on our arrival day - the hotel made our stay unforgettable - we are greatful and will be back!
Everything was good, I have no feedback about what was not as we enjoyed our stay in the hotel from very 1st minute!
I had a really enjoyable stay at a hotel in Belek. The weather was amazing the whole time, perfect for lounging by the pool and soaking up the sun. Speaking of the pool, it was one of the highlights — clean, spacious, and a great place to chill out. My room was also excellent: modern, comfortable, and spotless, which made it easy to relax after a day outside. The only thing that could’ve been better was the food choice. While what was available tasted fine, the variety wasn’t as wide as I’d hoped. A few more options would’ve made the dining experience match the high standard of everything else. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing break in Belek. Great facilities, lovely atmosphere, and with just a bit more attention to the food selection, it would be pretty much perfect.
This a good hotel, massive swimming areas with slides. Variety of food and unlimited buffet, could have had kebab and other international variety of foods. But it is value for money. Room was not so big but it was okay for our family. Close to The Land of Legends, we loved the night show.
We had to carry our luggage about 1.5km (carrying three luggage with a child) to get Uber as Uber cars not allowed to enter to this hotel or nearby area. This has to stop as competition must there for everyone rather creating monopolies for taxi hires. To go to Antalya with taxi 70 Euro from the hotel but with Uber it was 30 Euro. I have a question for the reader, who will you pick to hire a car?
La gentillesse dès personnes
C’est loin de la ville
Everything is great. We're very satisfacted.
Everything is perfect. Many thanks to guest relation staffs.
This is Not a 5 star Hotel. Where shall I start ? FOOD!!!! Horrendous!!! Warm , not hot food.. Same rubbish served most nights. Was a free for all. No organisation! Stale food. Tables left unattended, we had to look for a clean place to eat. When I asked for clean cutlery, I was told to take it off another table that had been used. Asked one morning for some melon, was told, NO !!!!!!! Flies on food. Awful. Went to the Italian restaurant, lasted one hour… the quickest I’ve eaten a meal!!! To top it all, 200 teenagers turned up for a three day break, running riot…. So glad to be home. Don’t waste your money!!!!
I booked a family room and it was a wonderful stay. I will definitely book this hotel again.
Very nice service and very nice experience
