Very clean and affordable

I loved the location and breakfast staff member named Miriam was outstanding. She greeted each morning with a smile and pleasant attitude. She made sure the breakfast items were replenished quickly and hot. Miriam made the stay of myself and family very enjoyable. We stay at this location when we visit family in Elmont New York. Thanks for another nice stay.

My first night - I didn’t have hot water to shower.

The staff were very good, front desk, maids, and the breakfast staff.

The pull out sofa was terrible, it was lumpy and a horrible sleep.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the location was ideal for us as we were visiting family in the area.

The reading light over the bed would not turn OFF....so had to position it behind the lamp so we could sleep.

Breakfast was excellent. Place was clean and neat. The staff Miriam is an excellent staff.she goes above and beyond and make sure everything is well stocked.Always has a great smile.

The rooms are clean and well maintained.

I didn’t like a midnight phone call stating my carbon monoxide monitor had fallen off the wall when it had not. Instead there were children running up and down the halls that tripped the sensor. Breakfast I couldn’t eat because of use of fake eggs. Very limited options. Bed too soft for my comfort level. Patio looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while.

The room was very big spacious and effective and comfortable beds.

It was kind of run down. The carpeting in the lobby and in the hallways were very dirty. Not just stained but dirty. Especially in the breakfast area. We were in there at 9:00 pm and I was stepping on spilled Cheerios!

Clean , welcoming . Allowed us early check in due to a wedding and arriving early to the area . I was a bridesmaid and needed my spouse and kid to check in early while I got ready . The staff was able to help. We are so thankful

No hot water, no help with change of room, no help with luggage, disrespectful and dismissive attitude of the staff. Will NEVER stay there again.

Breakfast was ok but not exceptional. Service person was good - pleasant and helpful. Breakfast items were ok but could have had a few more options. Room was nice and clean and roomy.

One thing was a total turnoff. The bathroom faces the two beds and has a bathroom with a sliding door. The problem was that sliding door had a translucent finish so the light shined through. OK during the day but at night if anyone used the bathroom in the middle of the night it lights up the entire room. I was thinking maybe there as a switch that only shown light in the bathroom. Maybe I just missed it. But otherwise it's not a good configuration.

The location

The set up was a little weird. I did not like the bathroom directly across from the bed. So when someone goes to the bathroom you’re interrupted by the bright lights from the bathroom.

one of the nicest marriot bonvoy places i've been. wasn't there long enough to enjoy all the benefits of the facilities. Enjoyed Free Parking, Breakfast included. Convenient to many things.

Not that i didn't like something.. however, in the Bathroom it would be nice to have -at least 1 additional small soap bar, shower cap, q-tips, maybe hand lotion. we were 3 adults in a queen suite with only 1 small bar of soap. Instructions about the TV would have been helpful.

On the other hand, the front desk employee during checkout came across as a bit rude, which left a negative impression. The rooms are quite expensive for what you get. In my room (113), the sofa had an unpleasant odor, as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bathroom is located in the middle of the room and the towels were average at best. I also noticed ants in the bathroom, which was concerning. Additionally, the morning light was very bright and the drapes didn’t do much to block it out, making it difficult to sleep in. Overall, while there were a few positives, the stay did not feel worth the price paid.

Wir sind zu dritt angereist und als wir in das Zimmer kamen war die Schlafcouch nicht bezogen. Uns wurde gesagt wir sollen uns alles selber aus dem Schrank zusammensuchen und es selbst beziehen.

Front desk associated was friendly and polite. Room was clean and well maintained.

The cleanliness of the facility, the staff was courteous, and the breakfast was delicious everyday.

The pool needs to be cleaner. I also didn't like that our room keys didn't work for the entrance. You had to ask the desk each time.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Room was really comfortable and it meet all my needs. Then , the complementary breakfast was excellent and friendly staff( Mariam). Her service was great. The food taste good and and healthy. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Overall it was a awesome time. Thank you to all the staff members.

Relativ ruhige Lage. Ca. 30 Minuten vom CFK Airport entfernt. Das Personal war sehr nett. Frühstück entspricht dem üblichen Amerikanischen Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist groß geschnitten gewesen. Ebenso das Bad - das war sehr schön groß.

Teppich in den Zimmern sollte mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Betten waren mir etwas zu weich, aber das ist ein persönliches Empfinden.

Breakfast was very good, fresh and hot!!! The location was very accessible as well as conveniently located near dining areas and shopping.

I didn't like that the room did not have up-to-date USB charging ports for iPhone or Samsung galaxy C-ports. And the ones they did have were very few, 2 to be exact.

The gym was clean, the room was clean.

Grossly understaffed the whole time. There was always a group of people waiting to be served while the front desk was fielding a phone call. You sold beers at the minimart but nobody in the hotel had a bottle opener. Not at the ice machines, not at the front desk, not at the mini mart, not in the room. I had to drive 20 minutes to find one. Small things matter. It felt like an oversight that you would sell only beer that requires a bottle opener without having a single one. The room was far from quiet. We could easily hear guests in other rooms, footstep noise upstairs. The room was set to 80 degrees on the thermostat which made it feel like a furnace (we didn't realize until the next day). There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

A comfortable 2 nights' stay. Convenient location for shopping, free parking for our rental car, decent breakfast and a spacious room. A family oriented place.
