Breakfast was good and stuff was very friendly ,they made our stay very special,We were celebrating my partners birthday ,they arrange a bottle of champagne and a cake for him.The ocean view from our room was breathtaking.

La posizone è da favola in quanto si affaccia direttamente sul mare. Alla mattina con mia moglie abbiamo fatto una passeggiata in spiaggia uscendo direttamente dal camera... spettacolo. Un pochino freschina la camera ma noi siamo andati in pieno inverno sud africano. Colazione super con vista sull'oceano. la casa è bellissima all'interno.

The photos were old ones of our room it was not as in the photos. It was a bit tired looking.

We had a wonderful stay at The Pink Lodge in Wilderness. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome and well looked after. All of the staff were attentive, friendly and genuinely caring, with special mention to Tim and Theresa, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The lodge has such a peaceful, homely atmosphere, and the beautiful surroundings make it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome!

Fabulous location! On the Beach! Close to lots if restaurants. You can go for long walks on the beach, easy access to beach via stairs. Beautiful room, comfortable bed. Very nice Breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff! Loungers to lie on to watch the sunset and to watch dolphins go by in the morning

The stay was comfortable. The view of the ocean from the entire Pink Lodge was just too beautiful. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and the coffee was really superb. Therese at reception was absolutely helpful and sweet

Lage, Freundlichkeit des Personales. Die Lage direkt am und über dem Ozean ist grandios.

Dieses Haus hat technisch und von der Infrastruktur seine besten Tage weit hinter sich. Es zieht durch hängende 80er Jahre Alufenster, die Ausstattung ist insgesamt lange nicht mehr zeitgemäß; Sorry! Eine Renovierung ist mehr als überfällig.

Die Lage direkt am Strand mit privatem Zugang, die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Fürs Frühstück füllt man einen Zettel am Tag vorher aus, auf dem verschiedene Eierspeisen und Zutaten gewählt werden können. Diese waren auch sehr lecker. Auch konnte man Obstsalat auswählen, diese Portion war sehr klein. Sonst gab es keinen Käse, keine Wurst, nur abgepackte Marmelade zu Toastbrot und einer anderen Sorte Brot mit Rosinen.

The beach in front of the property is amazing. A 5 mins drive to some nice restaurants in the center of the small village.

The furniture is quite old and would benefit from modernization. The overall space lacks freshness and contemporary touches, which gives a somewhat dark impression.

It was quite clean and peaceful as expected with friendly hosts

Super tolle Lage - absolut klasse Durch den Garten ans Meer ,ein Traum Vom Frühstück aus Delphine gesehen wirklich einmalig!!!!

What an incredible setting! Literally on the beach - we could walk out of our patio doors from our floor-level room, through the garden, down a few (steep but easily manageable) steps and on to the most magnificent sandy beach with the wild sea beyond. Even managed a paddle! The view was spectacular by day and night and with little light pollution we were astounded to see a truly star-filled sky with the Milky Way beyond. Breathtaking. Our very welcoming host Cathy (hope that is spelt correctly) greeted us on arrival and showed us our room and around the Lodge amenities and gave us some great advice on where to go locally. Our room was very generously proportioned with sliding patio doors onto our terrace and the gardens and beach beyond. It was very clean with plenty of storage for cases etc. The bed was super-comfy and the linen and pillows were crips and of a great quality. The bathroom was spacious with complementary good-quality soap and shampoo. Great towels too. A very generous, delicious and varied breakfast was served in a lovely airy room overlooking the beach. Everyone who served or attended to us was genuinely friendly and helpful. Always a sign that a place is well-run and staff are happy and valued. Although the Lodge is just off the busy N2 and at our time of visiting there was much construction work going on the Lodge is a peaceful haven away from all of that noise and busyness. TIP - From the from door of the lodge turn left and after a short (safe) walk through a very up-market, quiet road you will come to a sign pointing to Selina's Restaurant. Down a few steps and you will find an excellent roof-top restaurant serving fabulous food with views of the beach and mountains beyond. Give yourself a treat and go! A 15-20 minute walk crossing the N2 gets you to Wilderness village where you'll find plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. Finally thanks to Cathy and all the staff for making our stay so memorable.

Das Frühstück war sehr sparsam. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich runter gerockt.

Einzigartige Lage an einem der schönsten Strände Südafrikas. Direkt von der mit Liegen ausgestatteten Terrasse geht es zu Fuss durch einen gepflegten Garten über eine Holztreppe in die tosenden Wellen. Das ganze Haus ist stilvoll mit Antiquitäten ausgestattet. Wilderness und diese Lodge waren ein Höhepunkt unserer Reise

Da gab es absolut nichts zu bemängeln

Wir waren glücklich über die direkte Lage an diesem Traumstrand hier. Beim Frühstück waren wir die ersten die kamen, und die letzten die gingen - wir konnten uns kaum losreißen von dem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer den wir dort hatten. Sehr freundlich Gastgeber die uns eine Verlängerungsnacht ermöglichten.

Der Aufenthalt in der Pink Lodge war sehr schön. Wir waren in Nellis Nest. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und groß. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Das Personal ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist gigantisch.

Unser Zimmer war nun doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovation vertragen.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Badezimmer Mini und Türe <1,70 m

Hatte den Raum Pebbles gebucht, wegen der privaten Dachterasse. Diese ist super und ich durfte sogar feststellen, dass es noch eine meerabgewandte und somit windgeschützte 2. Terasse hatte und sogar auf der unteren Etage noch einen Innenhof zum Sonnbaden. Der Raum geht über 2 Etagen, die Treppe nach oben ist schmal und etwas steiler wie üblich. Das Frühstück wurde immer am Vortag aufgewählt und war gut.

Das B&B liegt direkt am Steilhang über dem Strand, mit direktem Zugang zum Sandstrand. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber sehr nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Einzig die Sauberkeit war keine 10/10. Es hat gepasst und es ist schwierig mit der Meeresluft, aber etwas mehr mühe hätte gut getan. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, aber wenn man sehr kritisch ist, wäre noch Luft nach oben.

Es ist ein atemberaubender Ort direkt am Indischen Ozean. Zu Fuß ist ca. 800 Meter am Strand entlang ein tolles Restaurant (Salinas). Wir die zwei Tage Dort sehr genossen.

Unser Zimmer samt Bad nicht sauber und in einem sehr schlechten, heruntergekommenen Zustand (Couch durchgesessen, Bezug gammelig, Bettlaken schmutzig u.a.).

The location is magnificent. The beach is a short walk across the grass and down some steps.

The outside is modern but the apartment we stayed in is a little tired and needs to be updated.

We were very warmly received by Tim and the newly appointed Theresa. Nothing was too much trouble when attending to our needs. The views of the ocean and the proximity and easy access to the beach were special. Breakfast was really good.

Accommodation, Breakfast and Location was excellent. This was a really 'fine' holiday and I would recommend this for any family that want a few days break.

Tolle Lage. Das Familienzimmer ist eine riesen Wohnung, leider ohne direkten Strandzugang. Dazu muss man einmal rüber ins Hauptgebäude. Tolle Aussicht und praktisch mit der Küche

The view and location are outstanding . Breakfast was good . The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and are ready to assist where they can.

The room we were in (Neptune) the access into the bathroom was very difficult especially for taller people. The shower is in the bath and the access into the shower was difficult and challenging, I doubt an older person would be able to get in and out. Suggest taking the bath away completely and only have a shower. The other two rooms we rented (Gogo suite) both showers had no shower curtains so the floor was sopping after a shower and the toilet in the one bathroom was leaking onto the floor. Would be nice to have some covered parking

The view was amazing! Just loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the sea and then pop down to the beach for a walk and a swim. The main beach with lifeguards is a short walk away, but if you dont go past your waist you can have a dip in front. The breakfast was delicious too. It is just a short walk to Salina's resturant on the beach and the food is great too.

The room we stayed in was a little dated.

I loved the view from our room. Excellent location - full beach and sea access. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day. The dining room has a beautiful view of the ocean. I loved the little cocktail cheese sausages, and, that every now and again, we were treated with croissants at breakfast.

The room had a small kitchen, but some very basic utensils were not available, like a bottle opener and a corkscrew, and scissors. The freezer part of the fridge was unable to get cold enough to make ice. Also, the lodge advertises the use of wi-fi, which in today's modern world is crucial, but it only worked for one or two days... very inconvenient. A little bit more flair can be given to breakfast though (including presentation)...why not put out muffins and croissants every day? Where were the scones? I would've loved to eat 'fresh' and nicely 'grilled' mushrooms every day (& not from a can...).
