Secure parking for our motorbikes, comfy bed, comfy sofas, well equipped kitchen for us to self cater properly, great shower, stunning views and absolutely fantastic location. Walking distance to the supermarket which I’d a decent store and literally less than a minute to the beach. Communal area with books, games and jigsaws you can borrow. The hosts were very lovely and helpful.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026I loved our room and our sea views of the beach during our stay. I got to experience an Ohope Beach Sunrise it was absolutely stunning. There was a swimming pool that I didn't get to utilize during my stay but plan to do this when I return in the future. It was easy to park our car and walk to our room from the car park. Highly recommended and will definitely return when I am in Ohope again.

The carpet being white, they need to change the colour of the carpet. And the pool was still to cold to swim in plus there's no rubbish bin, there was no plug for the electric blanket and because we booked two room the room upstairs , the linen smelt bad and was dirty other then that it was an amazing experince

Extra towels for the beach or pool.Even boogie boards to use The bed was very comfortable.It had an amazing ocean view.Secure parking.Surf Club over the road.Great cafes in walking distance.We went fishing on the local Wharf on our way home and caught a decent fish too. We also appreciated the kids' toys and DVDs, boogie boards to borrow, grill in the common area, covered garage for our car and bikes, and full, well stocked kitchen. Staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way on multiple occasions to accommodate a few of our special requests.

The large balcony allowed for easy indoor - outdoor living. Some of us really enjoyed using the gym and pool which were both in excellent condition.
The publicity photos mostly show views from the top floor. Being on the next floor down still gave a sea view but it was partially blocked by the roof in front of us and not as good as top floor views.

Manager Alison was very helpful and gave us a a bottle of milk upon arrival so we could enjoy a welcoming and much needed cup of tea, along with biscuits and chocolate treats after a long drive in the rain. Glad to say we enjoyed sunny skies and sea views and sounds from our patio, plus laps in the perfectly heated pool and swims in the sea. The apartment was equipped with everything, including beach towels, so we had a very comfortable stay. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend!
