The staff are approachable, the place is clean, the restaurant are ok. In the room they don't have ref, no water serve in the room so you need to ask if they have it and it's every corner anyway.

We stayed there 4D3N so we need a ref, it's nice to have a ref, no water serve in the room. They use light colours of the curtains but then they change it right away. Overall 8/10

Staff are very friendly. They also have OJT/interns during our stay and we learned that they were given allowance! Thumbs up for that! Sorry big time! I forgot to return the rfid! If I got the chance to come back to Bohol, I will return it. Hahaha 😆

Hotel staff are very accomodating. And the location are good. I am quite happy for our short stay.

Bathroom needs a good clean. And our room there were no bedside table.

My family and I were disappointed with our stay due to several issues. We were informed via email that free terminal pick-up was included, which I confirmed three days in advance with our travel details. Because of this, we cancelled our family’s plan to pick us up in Tagbilaran. However, no one arrived, and we had to hire a van ourselves. At check-in, the front desk provided us with breakfast vouchers for three, indicating that breakfast was included. We used these on our first day. On the second day, we were unexpectedly told that breakfast was not included and that we needed to pay—even for the first day. Although the first day’s breakfast was eventually waived upon checkout, we were still charged for the second day. Additionally, after these issues, I reviewed the listed amenities and noticed that items such as slippers and a hair dryer were not provided in the room. When I requested them, I was told they were only available upon request, along with a shower curtain, which was also not initially set up.

Grrat Staff,accommodations was good,clean, and Staff very helpful! We did breakfast here, was good also!

The menu for dinner was limited but Staff did their best to please.

Reception waited until after they charged my credit card to inform us that they had no internet. Not allowing us to make a decision on our own if it would be OK.

Did not have a pleasant experience-- encountered an incident regarding security deposit that was not resolved in the end. The hotel manager Ariel, had a very strong personality. He was not easy to communicate with and did not have the willingness to see through the problem and help resolve it. Giving feedback to the management team to help improve customer service.

Furnitures are old. Aircon is noisy. Breakfast is not good. Took them long time to serve breakfast. They served cheap sweet instant coffee. Elevator not functioning. Far from the center. Not worth the price.

Nice hotel outside center of Tagbilaran. Modern look, good restaurant. Some small rooms doesn't have window. They change me the room for one with window next day. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Very noisy. At the upper floor they had an religious meetings, they move furniture and sing through the afternoon. Be aware that every transfer to the city, pier and airport is not cheap.'

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful and the hotel is not far from malls or airport (30mins from airport). Room is smaller than shown in picture. Only one small blanket that barely feels like it fits in the bed. No hot water. The shower has no curtain so if someone is using the toilet, they will also be having a shower at the same time haha. Good value considering the price for the room. The restaurant has good tasting food, but small portions.

The location is great. The staff are excellent, hospitable and helpful. The hotel is clean. Our room is very spacious.

They need to provide some more things for the guest such as hair dryer. And please put shelf or rack in the bathroom for the shampoo/ soap. And also to hang towels or robe. There’s none in our room. Provide coffee and tea please.

Great staff especially the vivacious and engaging front desk officer who greeted us.

Room 214’s toilet had poor ventilation. One of the beds also faced smack into the sink and mirror located outside the toilet and bath.

if you don't have a Motorcycle or service vehicle commuting may be a challenge though is besides the road its just that public transport can be a bit daunting . I had to rent a motorbike for my whole stay so that I can be very efficient .

Hotel is very nice. Just location wasn’t fitting for us. We come late evening and it was very hard to find any place to eat. Otherwise everything is fine

Great place, good value, nice restaurant

The staff were extremely nice, room clean and comfortable.

The location is on a busy road, we prefer a quieter area. Restaurant is only open till 7:30 pm, bit too early for us and no restaurants in walking distance, one needs to get transportation to eat.

The hotel was past its best days. Staff were friendly but no tea or coffee or water to room, no tea in the restaurant either. Room was large and comfortable and clean.

Affordable rates and clean, low key hotel

(1) the lampshade had no bulb; (2) the location of the 2 ceiling lights is not well planned, thus the distribution of the light missed almost one half of the room; (3) there is no mirror in the room, only in the toilet; (4) the room should have a luggage rack

A little far from downtown. No bath mat, but it’s needed. The bed was way way too soft. The sink was clogged. WIFI was very slow. Breakfast was good.
