We were actually taken to totally different hotel which was quite run down.

Google Maps didn't take taxi to the entrance so got dropped on street and wandered around for a while to find it.

Airport pick-up didn't happen as advertised and promised. Had to organize and haggle at midnight with a local taxi driver as a result

It was a very big, spacious room with everything we needed. We booked for a night, the day before of our flight. They provided free transfer to the airport which was really big bonus. And the breakfast was also included, it was simple but delicious.

Amazing location for airport! Staff were super helpful and even offer the airport drop off if you dont use the pick up. Couldnt recommend any better of a place to stay if only a night before your flight!

We had a very comfortable stay in HAAP Transit Hotel. I had booked this as a "transit" :) between my flights from DaNang to Bangalore. I spent a night alongwith family at HAAP Transit hotel. We landed from DaNang at around 11:30 pm and the owner was very courteous to send a car to pick us up such late in the night. We reached the facility at 12:00 am. We felt very sorry for waking up the bell boy at that hour but he kindly supported us by giving us the rooms. The rooms very so spacious, you fit in an entire army :) I dont know HAAP has given such big rooms at such reasonable prices. If we had stayed there for 2-3 days my daughter would have loved to use the Jaccuzi. Next morning we went for breakfast and the i guess it was the owner's mother who was in the kitchen. She was very caring, smiling and hospitable. Then the owner herself came and asked her for the choice of our breakfast from the menu and hot hot food was cooked for us :) To top it all, the owner herself gave us a free drop to the airport in her car. This is a great example of what we call in India as "Atithi Devobhava". Overall an excellent stay. We would love to come back again in future.

My expectations were very low since we only paid $30 for the room with breakfast and was blown away. The room was large and very clean. There was a spa tub and a separate shower with great water pressure. It was warm in the room, but as soon as we turned on the A/C, it cooled off quickly. There was a nice window, so the natural light in the morning was very nice. The breakfast was delicious. The owner called a car to take us to our next hotel and it was very new and nice. All the staff were very friendly. They have a massage chair in the lobby, so I got a free chair massage while waiting for our car, It was a great experience.

La suite était immense, l’hôtel est super bien placé juste à côté de l’aéroport et un chauffeur m’y a conduit gratuitement. Je n’y étais que pour quelques heures avant mon vol mais j’en garderai un très bon souvenir.

事前にwhat's up のアプリをインストールして連絡したので、ハノイ到着後に空港wifiを繋げてホテルにピックアップを頼みました。10分くらいでスムーズに迎えにきてくれ、帰りも夜中でしたが空港に送ってくれました。 向かいにBBQが食べられるローカル食堂があり、なかなか美味しかったですよ。

Very large, clean room. Nice floor tiles! Tasty breakfast. Does its job as a transit hotel.

Don't be put off by first impressions or the back street entrance! Bathroom needs a slip mat or better drainage.

Трансфер на новой Mazda 8..✅✅👌туда и обратно. Дааа покатались первый раз на крутой бензиновой тачке. До этого 2 недели по Нячангу ездили на Электричках по приложению Xanh taxi. Тоже круто. С учетом что страна не продает ни нефть ни газ) Жили в211 на 2 эт. В номере Очень оригинальный огромный стеклянный санузел с занавеской. Очень необычно но круто!! Можно восседать на Троне.. Шутка. Минибар по необх. Вода free. Пиво не пили-наверное за деньги но оно дешевле Колы во вьетнаме😂 Белое белье , отличный матрас. Высокий крепкий широкий. Кондей -сплит бесшумный. Локация, персонал, все фото соответсвуют. Чистота, в санузле простор чистота бритва зубные щетки паста шампуни гели фен полотенца и даже фильтр для воды на Душе. Вьетнамцы очень доброжелательные-Видно что очень стараются для гостей. Получили багаж написали в Вотсап и чер 10 мин нас забрали на новой Машине. Супер.

-Дискомфорт создают самолеты( близость полосы) выход- беруши. Но если очень устали то вообще не обращаешь внимания. -не успели позавтракать. Уехали на рейс в 5:45. Оставим дегустацию еды на следующий визит)

We had a big, clean room with a great shower and great bed. The staff made a few mistakes but they were always friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help. The main street of Noi Bai is 5-10 mins away and has a few cafes and restaurants if you need to get out a bit. And of course the price is great. It was also convenient that the bus service from Sapa dropped us off at the airport and the hotel is about a 5-min drive away

Necesitábamos un hotel para pasar la noche entre vuelos. El hotel está situado muy cerca del aeropuerto y te recogen y te llevan gratis. Aunque la primera impresión al llegar al hotel no es la mejor, las habitaciones son espaciosas y están limpias. Suficiente para pasar una noche.

Prima e durante il soggiorno abbiamo chiesto piu volte un check out tardivo, due ore dopo il consuento e se ci fosse un sovrapprezzo da pagare, ma nessuno ci ha dato risposta. Per tutta la permanenza nell albergo, dove non abbiamo nemmeno usufruito della colazione poiche era inesistente, abbiamo dovuto farci la doccia senza acqua calda e con poca acqua corrente. Al momento del check out alle h 14.30 invece che alle 12.30, ci hanno detto che avremmo duvuto pagare metá tariffa in piu dell intero soggiorno e che avremmo dovuto pagarci la navetta aereoportuale. Avevamo scelto questo albergo anche per la navetta gratuita compresa nella prenotazione ma ci é stato detto, una volta pagata la struttura che avremmo dovuto provvedere al pagamento della navetta di tasca nostra.

It was a 6 minute car ride from and to the airport. The staff was very welcoming and nice, spoke good english. The area is very local, it was hard to find a place to eat… but we managed. They offer a free taxi ride to the airport, also early in the mornings, so nice!!!

Huge bathroom which was all glass door so you could see into the bathroom from the room. This is not something bad perse but we thought it was a very weird design…. It could be cleaner tho, the floor had a lot of hairs on it, as well on the bed. The tv was left of the bed. We didnt use it but also this was pretty weird to us. The neighborhood was a little dark and gloomy, especially at night. The hotel matched this vibe

We got the free upgrade of the room and it was very specious, also they let us do the let’s check out and helped with airport transfer. Very nice and friendly family stay

The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The free simple breakfast was nice to have for an early flight. The free shuttle to the airport was very helpful and the workers were nice. Some workers spoke English and if they didn’t, we used google translate which worked out fine.

The location seemed a little sketchy, however, once you’re in your room, it’s not too bad. There aren’t a lot of restaurants or markets around. There was one restaurant right across from the hotel that offered hotpot and Korean BBQ. We did eat there and it was good. The family spoke some English and had a picture menu available.

A great stay for one night, but the cost of the taxi to the airport is about double what an uber would be. However it worked out for us as my friend and I were travelling to the airport separately, and they kindly charged us only once for the taxi.

The staff is very friendly. Especially Ms Dung, the girl at the reception desk is very kind.

ハノイで乗り換えで２０時間あったので、ここに１泊しました。 部屋とバスルームは広く、清潔。 無料のペットボトルの水も部屋にありました。 事前に知らせれば、空港送迎もしてくれます。 （空港からの送迎頼むなら事前予約必要でWhatsAppをインストールしておくと、ホテルとの連絡に便利、行きは自腹でGrabに乗るという選択肢もあり。） 家族経営で空港に行く宿泊客の扱いに慣れている様子だった。 ホテル周辺は、観光地はないですが、住宅街で小さな商店やレストラン（外国人向けではない）もありました。

バスルームはガラス張りだが、カーテンができるので、心配不要です。

We needed a convenient place to spend a night near the airport and this place did the job. The transport from the airport and back the next day was included and was a very nice bonus! The hotel was very clean and quiet and operated by a very nice family.

Inside a narrow street and our van refused to go in so had to drag all the luggages which was a hassle .. some ACs were not working ..

We stayed at this property for a few hours as we had an early morning flight and wished to be close to the airport. The room was exceptionally clean and well equipped, with both air conditioning and a fan. The shower was spacious, and the bed comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our 5 a.m. airport transfer was punctual and went smoothly.
