Reviewed Sep 10, 2026A instalação é excelente: localização ótima, chuveiro delicioso, mobiliário e utensílios completo. Apenas um comentário: tiraria o tapete do quarto. Acho que ficaria melhor e de limpeza mais fácil. Entretanto isso não atrapalhou em nada nossa estadia. Já fiquei 3 vezes nesse apartamento e quando voltar ao Porto ficarei nele novamente. Agradeço a todos pela excelente hospedagem.

Les places de parking payantes, et tu es obliges de rester de rester coincer devant la porte du garage des minutes pour qu on te voit dans la camera puis pr t ouvrir la porte. Plus les meubles (lites chaises) sont dans un etat décevant, l appartement est très ancien avec manque d hygine et de proprete... plusieurs choses a refaire

Los sofá cama son muy incómodos. Hay uno que cuenta como la “quinta cama” pero en realidad no tiene ni colchón. El apartamento es apto para 4 personas, no 5. Poco equipamiento en la cocina.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Appartamento spazioso, con una camera da letto separata e un soggiorno ampio che permette di lasciare il divano letto aperto senza rinunciare allo spazio per mangiare comodamente. La cucina è ben attrezzata e c’è tutto il necessario. Il soggiorno è molto luminoso grazie alla grande finestra. La posizione è ottima per visitare la città, sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici, e il Ponte Luiz I si raggiunge facilmente con una piacevole passeggiata. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze: il check-in online è semplice grazie alle indicazioni fornite e, in caso di necessità, sono sempre pronti ad aiutare.
Qualche tenda renderebbe l’appartamento più riservato senza dover oscurare completamente la stanza. La doccia potrebbe essere migliorata con una cornetta regolabile e orientabile. Il divano letto è comodo, ma per due adulti può risultare un po’ piccolo.

The apartment was on the top floor and could get pretty hot. It has a couple of ventilators, but could use an airconditioning for extra comfort at night.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026La posizione di questo alloggio è perfetta per chi arriva dall'aeroporto: vicinissima al centro e a tutti i mezzi pubblici, in particolare alle principali linee della metro che fermano a Trindade. Noi abbiamo alloggiato al primo piano e alla sera c'è abbastanza silenzio. La via è piena di negozi e ristoranti, e si trova a pochi passi dal Mercado do Bolhão. L'appartamento è pulito e ordinato, con una dotazione minima per la cucina e la lavapiatti. Il proprietario è molto cordiale e disponibile.
Sarebbe stato apprezzato avere un condizionatore perché al nostro arrivo la temperatura era oltre i 37 gradi ma abbiamo trovato in camera un ventilatore che è stato comunque molto utile.

Nagyon meleg volt Portoban, és nincs légkondi a lakásban, csak egy álló ventilátor van. Az ablakok egy zajos utcára nyílnak, nem lehet aludni, ha nyitva vannak.

Nada, solo como una idea tener un salón en un espacio tan pequeño te quita lugar para la mesa-comedor.

To be honest its hard to complain but if there was an airconditioning unit of some sort as the room got very hot. I understand from speaking to Renata, the lovely lady that came in to clean the room that they can't put in the units due to planning regulations on the building, however there are better options than just a fan. Worth considering as it was very hot

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Świetna lokalizacja - tuż przy stacji metra Trindade. Dostępna winda. Wygodne łóżka. Kaloryfery. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Blisko na śniadanie- polecam cafe Urca. Dobra restauracja w pobliżu - O Antunes. Łatwa komunikacja z właścicielem.
W łazience blat przy umywalce jest za wysoki dla niższych osób. Brak mniejszego wyciąganego lusterka, a lustro jest za daleko, bo blat jest bardzo szeroki. Brak mydełka przy bidecie.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Das Einschecken und die Kommumikation war hervorragend. Die Lage ist genial, die Metrostation Trindade ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt. Restaurants, Geschäfte aller Art sowie eine große Markthalle sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Appartement besitzt eine gut ausgestattete Küche, wir haben nicht gekocht sondern nur das Frühstück zubereitet, dafür war das Geschirr und das Besteck ausreichend. Im Bad gab es Pflegeprodukte, eine Badewanne und ein Bidet. Das Doppelbett ist bequem, allerdings müssen die Fenster wegen des Lärms nachts geschlossen sein. Man hört die Geräusche der Bahn, uns hat es allerdings nicht gestört. Das Housekeeping muss lobend erwähnt werden. Nach ein paar Tagen gab es neue Handtücher und die Bettwäsche wurde gewechselt. Die Sauberkeit im Appartement war tadellos, oft wurden die Räume gereinigt und die Böden gewischt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen.

Lokalizacja apartamentu przy ruchliwej ulicy i remont domu na przeciwko, i trochę hałasu ale na to właściciele nie mają wpływu a remont kiedyś się skończy.

Кухня снабжена полностью разной кухонной посудой, микроволновкой и посудомоечной машиной. В комнате уютно, кровать мягкая, белье новое. Банные полотенца белые и очень мягкие. Из всех апартаментов, которые я бронировала в разных странах, эти самые лучшие. Есть просторный лифт. Но нет кондиционера. В мае он мне был не нужен. А при жаркой погоде может можно будет обойтись вентилятором. В кухне открывается окно и в комнате открываются двери на балкончик. Расположение отличное. Все достопримечательности рядом, как и метро. Два супермаркета в 5 минутах. Отдохнули отлично.
По большому счёту все понравилось.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Trindade駅に非常に近く、Trindadeにはバスも止まるので便利。 アリアドスを通りながらサン・ベント、リベイラ方面に行くのに、下り坂で散歩するのにちょうどいいです。 広くて設備も整っています。 小さなテラスがあるのも良かった。
メトロが走る音が聞こえます。 アパートメント内の他の部屋の音も聞こえます。

Tesisde havlular eski ,sert ve grileşmişti..kaldığımız oda da kesme bıçağı yoktu ..bu güne kaldığımız yerlerde en azından bir tuz/seker gibi ilk etapta ihtiyaç olabilecek malzemeler olması gerekirdi..

Las camas están extremadamente viejas y el sofá cama es una tabla. El internet es muy malo! Y nunca me llevaron la toalla extra que necesitaba.

Les travaux dans l’édifice voisin car cela produisait beaucoup de poussière mais, je sais c’est temporaire mais on c’est abonné à être présents en même temps.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Very good location! The room was cozy and had everything one would need (even all kinds of kitchen utensils). Check in was also smooth.
It is worth mentoning that the street is very busy (which is expected in the city center). Especially loud noises on Friday and Saturday nights. Bring earplugs. While the outside noise is uncontrollable, on Monday morning we woke up to very loud banging noises coming from inside the building. Maybe there is a better time for construction work than 8:30-9:30 in the morning…

Reviewed May 7, 2026Es un apartamento muy amplio y muy cómodo. Las camas son estupendas, el baño enorme, la mesa del salón grande y funcional, la cocina equipada y todo muy luminoso. Estuvimos muy a gusto.
Dos pegas: no había bayeta en la cocina (sí fairy y estropajo) y limpiar después de fregar se nos hacía complicado y no había ni aceite, ni sal, ni un triste sobre de azúcar. Comprar todo eso cuando vas tres noches mo compensa porque los paquetes o botellas son muy grandes. Podían poner monodósis y facilitar la estancia para los que vamos varios días y queremos desayunar o cenar en el apartamento.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Ευρύχωρο, με ιδιωτική εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μεγάλο μπάνιο, μικρό μπαλκονάκι στο δρόμο, άνετο και καθαρό. Στο κέντρο της πόλης, δίπλα στον κεντρικότερο σταθμό μετρό (Trindade) και σε καλή τιμή. Όλα καλά!
