Самый главный минус отеля-это деревянные перекрытия, когда люди ходят сверху ощущение, что потолок сейчас упадет на тебя. Слышимость 10 из 10. Завтраки очень печальные. И очень сильно пахнет нафталином в коридоре. В остальном номера соответствуют фото

Понравилось месторасположение

На сайте были фото обработанные через фильтр. Красочные фотографии. Не видитесь на это. Забронировали один номер двухместный. По факту выдали трёхместный номер. Попросили поменять на другой номер, не было свободных. Номера старые. Запах стоит старой мебели. Шторы порваны. Вид из окна на стройку!

Прекрасный отель в тихом месте, прям рядом со всеми достопримечательностями Стамбула. Отэль небольшой, но очень уютный и комфортный. Завтрак был так приготовлен словно находишься у себя дома. Рядом расположено множество небольших ресторанов, где можно поесть очень вкусные местные блюда.

Situation géographique parfaite. Proche de l'arrêt de l'autobus qui va à l'aéroport. Le déjeuner était très varié et complet. Le personnel très gentil. Nous avons laisse nos sacs pour revenir les prendre plus tard pour un départ tardif. Toutes les visites du quartier ont été faites à pied.

La douche était brisée et giclait partout mais c'est un détail.

La habitación era grande y espaciosa. Amir (la persona que atendía la recepción en el turno de noche) era genial. Muy agradable y educado. Nos ofreció ayuda en todo momento y un trato cercano y cálido.

El desayuno estaba muy bien , perfecto para coger fuerzas para empezar el día con energía. Estaba a 8-9 minutos andando del tranvía y a 5 minutos andando de la mezquita de Sultanhamed,cerca de todas las atracciones principales de Estambul.

El acceso a la calle del hotel estaba en obras y era de difícil acceso . La habitación era cómoda pero la alfombra estaba deteriorada y el mueble del baño oxidado . Las paredes son finas porque escubamos a los vecinos del piso de arriba bastante aunque no impedía el buen descanso por las noches . El frigorífico de la habitación no enfriaba bien .

Персонал был очень приятным и старательным, они помогали и шли навстречу в любой ситуации. Спасибо за это! Мы чувствовали себя в безопасности. Также отель находится в отличной локации, вокруг много кафе, а до главных достопримечательностей можно быстро дойти пр красивым Стамбульским улочкам!

Нам достался номер в подвальном этаже. Когда над нами в фойе ходили люди, это было очень громко. Рекомендую взять беруши.

Отличное расположение.Рядом есть абсолютно все.В шаговой доступности достопримечательности и трамвайная остановка что дает возможность ехать куда угодно.Завтраки вкусные,персонал добрый отзывчивый.Парни знают русский,большая благодарность Амилю,который всегда подскажет и расскажет💖

La ubicación es excelente a 5 minutos a pie de la Mezquita de Sultanhamed, a 8 minutos del tranvía y a 13 minutos del gran bazar, con multitud de restaurantes y tiendas nada mas salir del alojamiento. El desayuno variado ya que es muy cómodo disponer de un buen desayuno para empezar el día con fuerzas . El personal amable , servicial y siempre disponible . Ubicado en una zona céntrica pero tranquila para descansar ,barrio muy seguro y tranquilo.

Las paredes y techos son bastante finos y se escucha al vecino con facilidad aunque no es algo por lo que no se pueda descansar bien.el suelo y las alfombras pueden ser renovadas por lo demás ha sido una estancia cómoda. La nevera funciona pero no enfría muchísimo aunque creo que es algo normal en Estambul.

A reggeli egyszerű volt, a kávé finom, a fogadó személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A szoba tágas, az ágy kényelmes. Közel volt gyalogosan mindenhez is, nagy Bazár, Topkapi-palota, a Márvány-tenger.

Nem volt lift, csak egy meredek csigalépcső, kissé régimódibb a hotel és kicsi.

Мы жили на мансарде, от куда открывается великолепный вид на мраморное море и Малую Айя-Софию. Очень удобное расположение. Приехали на автобусе из аэропорта — от остановки минут 10 пешком. До всех основных достопримечательностей тоже легко было добираться. Много кафе рядом. Номер чистый, персонал приветливый, вкусные завтраки. Нам все очень понравилось!

The location of the property is really good. It's close to tram T1 and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are big enough and we especially liked the fact that it's a smallish place so there is never noise. The breakfast is always a bit different and coffee and tea can be served all day, for free. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Jamil and Amil.

É um hotel muito pequeno, extremamente bem localizado numa área calma mas perto das maiores atrações turísticas. O quarto era enorme e a casa de banho também. O staff, especialmente o Camil, foi muito simpático, falava muito bem inglês e mostrava-se disponível para ajudar em tudo o que fosse possível.

Notava-se que era uma casa de madeira que tinha sido convertido num hotel familiar, portanto é necessário que se empenhem na manutenção do mesmo.

Era muy cómodo , limpio, tenía aire acondicionado y estaba cerca de la mezquita azul y Santa Sofía. Y lo más recomendable, Kemal que nos trató como si estuviéramos en casa.

The hotel is making every effort to satisfy customers. The hotel has been very careful to satisfy our needs, and cares very much about its customers. My recommendation to Mr. Chamal was probably to exploit less or not at all the main room underground, as this one would allow the hotel to position itself even better towards its customers and receive an even higher score.

On a aimé le côté cosy,on se sent dans une maison familiale . La chambre toujours propre et le petit déjeuner très varié et copieux. De plus l'eau est à volonté ainsi que le café et le thé. Personnel sympathique ! L'emplacement au top à 5 min à pied sans exagérer de la Mosquée Bleu et l'arrêt de tramway Sultanahmed.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Vom Hotel aus erreicht man jede Sehenswürdigkeit locker zu Fuß. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Kemal hat uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben und auch das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend.

Leider war das Hotel sehr hellhörig, sodass wir nicht wirklich gut schlafen konnten, aber das nimmt man für den guten Preis gerne in Kauf.

Struttura pulita ed organizzata, vicina alle principali attrazioni, si può girare a piedi senza nessun problema! Staff super accogliente e gentile, la sera in cui siamo arrivati il ragazzo alla reception ci ha aiutate ad ordinare una cena buonissima ed abbondante al prezzo di soli 9 euro! Incredibile!!!

The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the old city, walking distance from everything. The rooms were spotless and surprisingly spacious for Istanbul standards. Staff were genuinely helpful and warm, not just polite. Breakfast was solid. The building itself has a nice character to it, not your generic hotel feel.

Nothing significant worth mentioning. Minor things like street noise in the morning, but that’s Istanbul, not the hotel.

Lovely hotel, comfortable room, delicious breakfast. Very helpful staff. Especially Ibrahim-he was always ready to help and gave a lot of advice that made the rest even more comfortable.

Lovely place to stay! The staff was very friendly and polite. The stay here was wonderful; everything we needed was provided. Everything is clean. And I have to mention the breakfast. The best I’ve ever had at any hotel in Istanbul! A wide selection of everything—salads, desserts. There was a vegan in our group, and she usually has a hard time finding something to eat for breakfast, but here it was a different story.

The hotel is located on a quiet street. The breakfast is delicious, and it's clean.

We didn't like the basement room at all! It's very small windows face the sidewalk where the hotel staff sit, smoke, and talk loudly from early morning until late at night! It's a family room, so it really doesn't suit us. Is not easy to find it too !

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. Ibrahim and the entire staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and located in a great area, making it easy to explore the city. We also enjoyed the food, which was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The overall experience was excellent, and we truly felt at home during our stay. If we visit Istanbul again, we will definitely choose this hotel without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Great location 5min walk from the hippodrome and blue mosque, great local restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tea, coffee in the room and a machine in the breakfast room and bottled water available at any time.

Area looks a bit shabby but for an ancient city that will be an ongoing challenge.

Locația este foarte aproape de inima Istanbulului, lângă Agia Sofia Mică. Personalul foarte amabil, de ajutor. Clădirea este veche, însă restaurata, în stilul unei cabane de munte din lemn.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bereit, die Gäste zu unterstützen. Die Leistungen des Hotels entsprechen dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Das von uns gemietete Zimmer im Souterrain entsprach jedoch nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Insbesondere das Badezimmer könnte eine kleine Renovierung vertragen. Da der Zimmerpreis jedoch sehr günstig war und wir das Hotel in der Regel erst gegen 22:00 Uhr zum Übernachten genutzt haben, können wir diesbezüglich keine wesentlichen Beanstandungen vorbringen.

Остановилась в Mataraci Konak во время поездки в Стамбул — осталась очень довольны. Отличное расположение: рядом основные достопримечательности, при этом улица достаточно спокойная. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать. Номера уютные, чистые, уборка ежедневная. Завтраки приятные, всего хватало. Особенно понравилась атмосфера небольшого уютного отеля с турецким колоритом. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова.

Хорошее расположение. Персонал всегда готов помочь, любые вопросы решались быстро.

Le petit déjeuner decevant( jus d Orange constitué à partir de sachet probablemen, peu de fruit) . Le bruit du bar en face et on entend les pas des personnes dans les chambres au dessus. Penser au masque car rideau non occultant

I stayed in the family room in the basement. It was quite noisy, the bathroom ceiling was very low, and overall the room could use some extra attention to details as somewhere to hang the towels… The breakfast was ok, though the coffee machine could be improved.

Отличное соотношение цены и качества - хорошие номера, есть все необходимое. Вкусные завтраки, без сильного разнообразия, но все свежее. Варят очень вкусный турецкий кофе. Персонал - отличный, всегда готовы помочь, подсказать

Страхотно местоположение на хотела. На пешеходно растояние от основни забележителности. Любезен и учтив персонал. Предоставиха ни Istanbul card, за лесно бързо и удобно предвижване с градски транспорт - изключителто удобство.

Липсата на паркинг, но бяхме информирани предварително и за това благодарим на персонала!

La gentilezza dello staff e la posizione ottima. Acqua, caffè e tè a disposizione 24/24. Colazione abbondante.

Insonorizzazione un po’ scarsa. Inoltre, consigliamo di indicare i vari ingredienti dei piatti presenti nel buffet della colazione.

Location - perfect, a lot of attractions are reachable by foot. The hotel is in old wooden house, so each step of another guests walking up the stairs or other guests walking upstairs our room. It can be cleaner in the bathroom, but the room cleaning was done every day. Breakfast is very very simple, same options each day, but home made pancakes were very delicious! Overall very good option if you are coming for few days and prefer exploring the city by foot.

Je suis parti en famille passer une semaine à sultanahmet à l'hôtel mataraci konak dans une chambre familiale, c'était propre changement de literie et serviettes tous les jours, petit déjeuner varié, et le personnel était sympathique disponible et de bon conseil. Merci à tous le monde. C'est un hôtel que je recommande bien situé on peut tout visiter à pied mosquée bleue aya sophia château tokapi grand bazar et plein de restaurant.

La ubicación es perfecta para conocer la ciudad, está a pocos pasos de la mezquita azul pero en una calle tranquila. La habitación muy limpia y cama cómoda. El personal muy amable, nos recomendaron restaurante para comer y sitios para visitar. Siempre dispuestos para todo.

Hotel je izuzetno čist, uredan i udoban, a osoblje jako ljubazno, profesionalno i uvijek spremno pomoći. Atmosfera je prijatna, lokacija odlična, a usluga na visokom nivou. Sve pohvale za cijeli tim. Svima preporučujem ovaj hotel. 😊

Очень уютный отель, милый интерьер в номере, чувствуешь себя, как дома. Круто, что деревянная мебель и дерево в отделке, это очень понравилось. Здорово, что есть холодильник и кондиционер, которым можно быстро обогреться. Прекрасно провела время, вид из моего номера был просто чудесный! Очень приятный персонал, отдельное спасибо Ибрахиму и Майе за добродушное, заботливое отношение. Влюбилась в Майин омлет и ленивый Наполеон. Ибрахим помогал по всем вопросам. Классное расположение, в сердце старого города, но при этом на тихой улице.

Довольно высокая слышимость в номерах, но плюсы сглаживают этот недостаток. Живые цветы на балконе были бы более гармоничны, и какие-то мелочи, вроде подушек на креслах, или стаканов можно чаще обновлять. В зале для завтраков можно поработать над интерьером, придать стиля и гармонии :)

Завтрак очень вкусный , сбалансированный, сотрудники каждый день предлагали турецкую кофе, на что мы очень рады, так как любим кофе , есть и кофемашина .Хороший отель, расположен в центре, все достопримечательности в шаге доступности. Особенно хотим поблагодарить госпажу Маю , очень хорошие, отзывчивые персоналы в отеле

Хороший и уютный отель, уборка каждый день, на завтра по желанию готовят турецкий кофе, доброжелательный персонал, в номере все в рабочем состоянии. Отель расположен в 3-х минутах ходьбы от Босфора (для прогулок по набережной). Если идти в сам центр города дорога немного в горку, но совсем немного.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación y el trato del personal .

En principio no es un hotel es más bien un hostal humilde ,no entiendo la puntuación en Booking tan alta . Sí, la ubicación es excepcional, el trato del personal muy bueno pero el hostal es muy muy básico , el desayuno justito . En definitiva si quieres buena ubicación y algo para solo dormir está bien pero nada más.

The friendly and helpful stuff and the location was great.

Only small downside was the soundproffness of the rooms as you could sometimes hear when someone is going up or downstairs. Otherwise everyting perfect.

staff are so friendly helpful and kind specially jamal and ibrahim are so helpful in every moment i need them they always guide us and show us best places they really make our tour better than what we expected , the woman who make the breakfest always ask us to try different turkich food that she maked . they are really really profissional staff and good people 🤍 . the place of hotel is near everything maximum 30 min on feet to visit every moment or restaurent around .
