Property isn’t really luxury, it’s very tired and old. We booked for our anniversary and messaged to see if we get get a good room but had no response. We were put in 1308 next to the cleaners cupboard and so heard cleaners banging and clashing next door each morning. Smells weird (maybe due to the amount of wood) Microwave was dirty when we tried to use it Flip flops provided are uncomfortable, hard and dirty Shower goes hot cold hot cold No black out curtains Hear neighbours easily on other side through Wall Cleaning trollies going past early morning back and fourth Cleaners very loud slamming doors and dragging furniture.

I didn’t like all the threatening and aggressive signs in my apartment. Do you need to stick all these threats of signs everywhere in the room? Difficult to relax when you are constantly reminded of FINES all over the apartment, unfriendly tone, you shouldn’t treat guests like this. Cant upload them all here, limit is 4 pics, but there were more with unreasonable and confrontational threats of fines. You really think I will lose your refrigerator? Never seen anywhere else leave silly notes about bottles etc

Guest Feedback
Feedback themes are sourced from guest reviews provided by our data provider.
What guests love
- •Excellent and frequently praised pool
- •Friendly, helpful staff in many reviews
- •Spacious, well-equipped apartments/rooms
- •Good location near restaurants and main area; walkable to coast
- •Consistently clean and well-kept property
- •Strong value for money mentioned by several guests
Areas to consider
- •Prolonged internet outage with poor management follow-up reported
- •Some rooms/apartments feel outdated; shower pressure/temperature issues reported by one guest
- •Thin walls/noise between units for some guests
- •Gym issues: defective AC and some lack of lighting
- •Occasional small bathroom storage space
- •At least one instance of disputed minor charges (e.g., freezer glass, lost card fee)
Cleanliness
9.2/10Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness: described as 'spotless', 'très propre', 'muy limpio' and 'very clean' across several stays, indicating consistently high housekeeping standards.
Service
8.5/10Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (welcome guard, attentive personnel, 'adorable' staff), though at least one report noted management was unresponsive about a prolonged internet outage and a questionable charge, so service is generally strong but with occasional management lapses.
Location
9/10Many reviewers note a very convenient location near restaurants, main area and walking distance to coast; one comment said not as close to the beach as expected but still walkable, overall a strong location.
Room Quality
8.1/10Rooms are described as spacious and well-equipped often, but some guests note issues: small bathroom storage, thin walls/noise, uncomfortable bed for one reviewer and at least one outdated apartment report, so room quality is good but with noticeable negatives for some guests.
Amenities
8.6/10Pool is repeatedly praised (fantastic, calm, lane and kids pool); gym exists and is appreciated but there are complaints about gym lighting and a defective AC affecting usable time, so amenities are strong overall but not flawless.
Value for Money
9.3/10Several reviewers explicitly call it 'good value' or 'excellent rapport qualité-prix' and 'recommended, buena relacion calidad precio', indicating a perception of strong value for the price.
Food and Beverage
8.7/10Few mentions but positive: an on-site eatery praised ('fijn eet gelegenheid', Lai Thai restaurant and wine bar noted) and no major complaints about food service, so F&B sentiment is modestly positive.
Overall Experience
9/10Multiple reviewers report very positive stays ('Amazing', 'Everything is perfect', 'Muy buena estancia', 'Tout était parfait'), reflecting a generally excellent overall experience despite isolated issues (internet outage, occasional maintenance).
