İm Zimmer war alles defekt. Lichter, der Stuhl, Duschkopf.. Fetnseher war vom Jahr 2000 geblieben. İch hatte im Mülleimer einen benutzten Kondom was nicht mir gehörte habe dir Mülltone sofort vor die Türe hingestellt. Auf den Kissen, wo wir noch nicht benutzt hatten waren Makeup flecken.. und und und und und.. 90 Euro für ein Club Zimmer zahlen und so was erhalten. Niewieder

Frühstück ist gut, Lage kann man nach Zimmerausblick bewerten. Zimmerausblick zur E5 Hauptstraße ist ziemlich laut. Zimmerausblick zur Stadt ist ruhiger aber nicht besonders schön.

The room i booked was big enough but also it meant to be big. The location is good The facility seem to be clean.

Many things: First of all, this is not the normal dedeman. It is the budget one which is next to dedeman hotel. Smells cigarette like hell! : the floor was non smoking floor but the whole floor and my room was smelling cigarette. I suffered from it my whole stay. This is not acceptable. When asked, they say some customers just smoke. Like what the hell? Put better detectors then! For sake of selling room, they tolerate these things. Non smoking room and floor loses its meaning. Room size: superior room was big but bathroom was very small compared to room size. AC doesn't work. They keep saying it is central system and will send someone, they couldn't fix. I ended up sleeping windows open, and since it is next to main road, it was very laud. Breakfast was not included, and if i wanted, i would need to pay 25 euros. That's crazy amount. Despite booking superior room, the first day, the room only had towels, unlike what was promised on booking com.. It was only second day when they put slippers etc. I asked for early checkin. They kept saying depends on availability, nobody informed me until i went there early morning only to find out they dont have rooms yet. In the photos, they have expresso machine, but the room doesn't have it.

Ödemeyi 5300 TL yerine 5300 Euro olarak çektiler ve aradaki farkı ancak 13 gün sonra iade ettiler. Neden bu kadar geç diye sorduğumda yanıt vermediler.

Odadaki ışıklar karmaşıktı. Ve lavaboda havalandırma yoktu

No internet connection and the price we paid is a lot for what we got! They placed a card with another name etc. Terrible check in took ages! The receptionist bombarded us with loyalty registeration etc. I said this is taking ages so please stop so he stopped after this!

No internet connection!!! WiFi doesn’t work and excuse: Apple devices! The receptionist took my laptop worked on it for ages without saying anything! Very strange

Frukosten var bra. Läget ok. Roomservice. Trevlig personal.

Rummet såg absolut INTE lika fint och fräscht ut i verkligheten. Handtaget till wc var sönder, hållaren till toalettpappret satt inte fast i väggen. Lampskärmarna var tex sönder. Dålig ventilation osv. Internet funkade inte heller så bra på rummet. Kuddarna och täckena hade behövts rustas upp.

Die Lage, Ausstattung und Zimmergrösse im Dedeman Istanbul waren wirklich sehr gut.

Leider hat der Service bei den kleinen, aber wichtigen Details enttäuscht. Es wurden weder Wasserflaschen in der Minibar nachgefüllt noch neue Gläser für Tee oder Kaffee bereitgestellt. Auch die Fusstücher wurden während des Aufenthalts nicht ersetzt. Schade, denn mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit beim Service wäre der Aufenthalt perfekt gewesen.

Nothing sad and depressing hotel

Booked as was convenient for me however rooms were small even though had the club room bed i complained about mattress was thin and lumpy and pillows also were worn out and thin Waste of money not worth staying there wasted my trip by booking to stay there. Beds pillows and duvets need immediate attention

Only positive side is hotel is pet friendly.

Lobi çalışanları oda temizliği oda büyüklüğü gayet yeterliydi. Sadece oda biraz loştu ama o da büyük bir negatif durum değil, çift olarak memnun kaldık

Her gün temizlik yoktu. Odalar biraz bakımsızdı.

This is the most relaxing and quiet hotel to stay in Istanbul, I love to come here on all of my trips to Turkey. The staff makes the quality go above and beyond as well.

Kahvaltı süper, çok çeşit vardı. Konumu mükemmeldi.

Otele check-in saatinden erken gitmek zorunda kaldık. Resepsiyondaki robot bey hiç yardımcı olamayacağını iletti. Sanki birşeyler ona kodlanmış ve onun dışına çıkamayıyor gibi... Otel, check-in saatinden önce misafir kabul etmek zorunda değil evet fakat küçük çocuğumuz vardı hazırlanıp hemen çıkmamız gerektiğini söyledik ancak hiç esneklik göstermedi. Otel müşterisi olmamiza rağmen otoparka her giriş çıkışta ücret ödemek zorunda kaldık. Bizim için kötü bir deneyimdi. Tekrar tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel olacağı kesin.. We had to arrive at the hotel before check-in time. The robot at the front desk told us he couldn't help us at all. It's as if something has been hard-coded into him and he can't get around it. Yes, the hotel isn't obligated to accept guests before check-in time, but we told him we had a small child with us and needed to get ready and leave immediately, but he was completely inflexible. Also that Despite being hotel guests, we had to pay a parking fee every time we entered and exited. It was a terrible experience for us. It's definitely not a hotel I'll choose again.

Initial booking, there’s error, sent a message that two guests and will pay 2nd person breakfast. Hotel didn’t bother to reply. On arrival 1st September found that I have to call Expedia.com. I didn’t book through Expedia. It’s not possible to contact hotel.com or Expedia at that time.If I have booked two persons stay at the time of booking, it should be the same cost.

Always comfortable and to a high standard. Istanbul's best hotel.
