I traveled with my parents. I liked this location too much! Very cozy place, friendly staff, good breakfast! And private parking. I’d like to come back here again.

La elegancia de una casona antigua de estilo....la amplitud de los cuartos. La amabilidad de la familia dueña, la cochera, el variado desayuno. Lo elegí porque estaba con auto y Firenze es complicada con la zona ZTL. El barrio es elegante y tranquilo. Lleno de pequeños restaurantes y bares....el paseo hasta el centro a pie es agradable. Sin dudas volveré.

Tolle alte Villa mit sehr nettem Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber in allen Belangen und eine eindrucksvolle Villa , die sehr schön eingerichtet ist. Gute Klimaanlage, die beim Schlafen nicht stört. Und auch beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts. Die Bushaltestelle in die Stadt ist in der Nähe und wenn der Bus fährt, ist man in 20 Minuten im Zentrum.

Man sollte eine gute Portion Gelassenheit an die Bushaltestelle mitbringen;)

Immaculately clean very large room and convenient for shopping in Florence. Beware of public transport given that no cash is taken on buses. If you tap your card you can only buy 1 ticket with that card. Failure to have a ticket results in a hefty fine by ticket inspectors who show no compassion for tourists.

Only a small thing. No toiletries are supplied, shower gel etc.

Freundliches Personal, Bushaltestelle in ca 5-10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tickets gab es an der Rezeption. Gutes Frühstück mit Brioche, Müsli, Toast , Joghurt, Aufschnitt. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände

Tökéletes volt, kiváló személyzettel. A reggeli és a vacsora szuper volt. Az elhelyezkedés csodás. A hotelben a család régi története megjelenik képek, fotók, régi filmszalagok formájában, mégis friss, mai, modern. Bármikor visszamennénk!

Sajnos az ajtók nem zárnak, ujjnyi rés volt a vetemedés miatt. A falak vékonyak, így minden ki és behallatszik.

Le bâtiment et son petit jardin où l'on peut se garer. La chambre et la salle de bains spacieuses, le confort de la literie et l'amabilité des propriétaires.

Emplacement un peu éloigné du centre qui nécessite de prendre sa voiture ou le bus.

Piękna willa, właścicielki bardzo miłe i kulturalne. Czystość idealna, czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Lokalizacja również idealna do zwiedzania Florencji, polecam autobusy, warto pobrać aplikację na telefon by łatwo kupować bilety.

Super tolles Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Toller Balkon. Waren rundum zufrieden.

Villa tenuta benissimo, all'interno di un bel giardino. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite, con aria condizionata. Colazione disponibile dalle 7.30.

A noi andava benissimo perché avevamo cose da fare in zona. Se dovete andare in centro, bisogna spostarsi coi mezzi o con l'auto. Comunque zona local con ristorantini carini e tutto pulito e ben tenuto.

Taxis in Florence are quite expensive, so travelling to the city centre by taxi every day can become costly. There are bus stops conveniently located near the hotel, making public transport a good and more affordable alternative. While taxis are certainly more convenient, that added convenience comes at a higher price.

A beautiful old villa with a garden. A 20-minute bus ride to the centre of Florence. Spacious rooms with a terrace. It’s close to a rather noisy road, but it didn’t bother us at night. A good breakfast – not just the usual Italian fare of coffee and a pastry. A wonderful place.

This is a family-run B&B business in a lovely green area, only 5 km from the city centre. We received a warm welcome from the owners. They were willing to help, providing all the necessary information and being very kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful location, with a well-maintained house, garden and private parking. There are several bars and restaurants nearby within walking distance. The city centre of Florence is a short 20-minute bus journey away (No. 17/7). You can purchase bus tickets at the front desk, which is very convenient. The rooms were excellent, as was the villa. The bathroom was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet. We really enjoyed staying in this lovely place. In the pretty garden were nice seating areas. Breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of food. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Florence

La struttura è una villa del seicento circondata da tanto verde. Praticamente un’oasi di verde in città. Sembra di stare in un’altra epoca. Molto pulito e accogliente, letti comodi e camera molto silenziosa nonostante si trovi proprio su una strada. La mattina a colazione (varia e abbondante) abbiamo conosciuto la figlia dei proprietari che ci ha raccontato con amore la storia del nonno, della famiglia e della villa. C’è la possibilità di parcheggiare nel cortile interno a pagamento. Bellissima esperienza, ci torneremo.

Non c’è l’ascensore quindi con un bagaglio pesante meglio chiedere una camera al piano terra o al primo piano.

Die Vermieterfamilie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es war eine sprichwörtlich familiäre Atmosphäre. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen waren, war es sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Es war möglich, das Auto auf dem Privatgelände zu parken und die gute ÖPNV- Anbindung zu nutzen.

Aufgrund der sehr verkehrsgünstigen Lage, konnte man das Fenster eigentlich nicht öffnen, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, sich auf der Straße zu befinden.

A friendly welcome. A lovely house and garden with some character. Several bars and restaurants within an easy walk. Buses to town from nearby, but they were a bit irregular. City centre 45 minutes on foot.

12 euro per dag voor parkeren op de privé parking van het domein is toch wel heel duur. Normaal is dit overal gratis.

We liked all, the location is not really in the Centre. Is near (3-4km) , the only issue if we can say it was the bus 7 which circulates a little hard ( specially in the night ) but it has nothing to do with the location and how we felt

Vila superbă, portocalul de la întrare, camera spațioasă și confortabila. Micul dejun excelent servit în bucătăria foarte frumos amenajată. Chiar dacă e la distanță de centrul orașului deplasarea cu autobuzul e ok.Cartierul e foarte frumos, aproape de vila sunt restaurante cu preturi ok unde se poate servi cina. Personalul foarte amabil.

Wunderschöne alte Villa, die in Top Zustand ist (restauriert) und über einen abgeriegelten Innenhof mit Parkmöglichkeit verfügt. Unser Appartment im Obergeschoss hat über eine wunderbare Dachterasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick verfügt. In den Abend- oder Morgenstumden ideal zum draußen sitzen. Appartment ist mit Klimaanlagen in sämtlichen Schlaf- und Wohnräumen ausgestattet. Die Innenstadt von Florenz ist für Personen, die sich nicht vor einem längeren Spaziergang scheuen fußläufig zu erreichen (3km). In ca. 15min Gehdistanz findet sich das Fußballstadion und nebenan ein bewirteter großer Kinderspielplatz, an dem sich unsere Kinder austoben konnten.

Das Appartment liegt direkt am Einganz zur ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato), was bedeutet dass man beim Autofahren (Anreise, Abreise, Einkauf...) gut aufpassen muss nicht in die ZTL einzufahren und damit verbundene Verkehrsstrafen zu kassieren. Diese restrektive Regulierung scheint vordergründig Touristen zu treffen, da wir auch innerhalb der Zone regen KFZ-Verkehr hatten und Florenz generell als wenig fußgängerfreundlich empfunden haben. Es fehlte in Florenz an Schwimmbädern (teilweise Ende Mai noch geschlossen) und das was es gibt entspricht nicht unseren Erwartungen an eine Badeeinrichtung. Wenig Angebot für Familien/Kinder. Man muss den Urlaub als Familie gut planen und gezielt im Vorfeld Programmpunkte planen.

Eine soooo schöne Stadtvilla. Nette Gastgeberin, sehr bequeme Betten, tolles Frühstück. Leider haben wir nur für eine Nacht gebucht und fahren weiter, hier wären wir gerne länger geblieben.

Lovely and gracious property. A large secluded property with sitting areas outside on the room balconies and in the yard. Outside of the busy traffic area of the city but with lovely restaurants nearby and public transit.

It was very spacious and clean

The balcony was very inviting but had some little ants 🫣, and that put me off from going there ☹️, but probably because of the trees, but definitely amazing view from it 😍.

It was very tranquil, with beautiful grounds at the property and the surrounding neighborhood. The building was beautiful as well!!

Excellent rooms, lovely villa. The bathroom was well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. About a 2.5 km walk to the center of town in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Bus stop is a few steps away also. We alternated using the bus and walking to and from the center. You can purchase bus tickets at the front desk, which is very convenient. They will also give you detailed directions on the various buses and stops and schedules. We really enjoyed staying in this lovely place. The family are so helpful and kind--they live on the property and are always reachable. Pretty gardens with seating areas. Also, we found some great restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of food. We definitely will be back!

Das historische Haus hat eine gute positive Ausstrahlung. Die hohen Räume sind sehr angenehm. Die Betten waren sehr gut zum schlafen! Wir werden diese Unterkunft wieder für unseren nächsten Urlaub in Florenz buchen.

La struttura è meravigliosa e immersa nel verde. La posizione è stata davvero comoda, ma solo perché si trova vicino al Forum Mandela, dove avevamo il concerto. Questo ha reso gli spostamenti molto facili e veloci.

Nei dintorni non ci sono molte opzioni per mangiare. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare un posto vicino e alla fine abbiamo dovuto ordinare McDonald’s da asporto, che non era l’ideale.

Estuvimos muy tranquilos en el hotel, la habitación era muy amplia, tranquila y limpia. El desayuno sencillo pero muy correcto, bueno y abundante. Para nosotros, la ubicación fue ideal porque estaba a pocos metros de la vivienda de nuestra familia, aunque queda lejos del centro de Florencia hay transporte público para acceder al centro. Tiene la ventaja de la tranquilidad.

Quizás el precio que era un poco exagerado.

Lovely place with lots of character , nice paintings , very pleasant well kept garden. The suite is nicely decorated, it was great to enjoy the sun on the balcony. We cycled into the historical part of Florence in around 10 minutes, so it's great without being in the crazy hustle and bustle of the town. The owners at reception and breakfast are lovely and pleasant

There is noise from the traffic when you are outside on the balcony, but it does die down in the late evening and you can't hear it once the windows are shut

El aseo 10 de 10, muy confortables las habitaciones, organizado, la casa es hermosa , así como sus jardines. La anfitriona es muy amable. Es un excelente lugar

Aunque es retirado del centro o de lugares históricos, el transporte en la ciudad es de fácil acceso por lo que no es complicado desplazarse.

Everthing was perfect,we took the junior suite,it was so nice with a balkony view to the garden. This is a charming villa with supernice stuff.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, with a good shower. The bed was very comfortable. The area is quiet and pleasant. The hosts were very helpful in terms of accommodating my need for gluten free food and alternative milk. They were kind to store our luggage during the day.

A more extensive breakfast would be welcome.

It was better than we could have hoped for. Our room had a large balcony where we enjoyed the morning sun. The room was spacious, and the whole house is so cozy. It felt like we had arrived at an Italian nonna’s home. A big plus is the parking in the courtyard. You can get to the Old Town very easily by bus the fare is 1 euro per person. Breakfast was just like in a home kitchen, which we really liked.
