Very hospitable staff. Excellent location!

In the middle of night someone banging on room doors . Drunk’s neighbours were smoking on a non smoking floor . Reception don’t pick up calls at night .

A good choice for travelers — conveniently located near night markets, restaurants, and several attractions. It is dated and needs some revamping, but it is relatively comfortable and well-connected, so good for exploring the city.

Located in centre of Hatyai. Food stalls, restaurants and massage shops nearby.

Always my priority to choose here when have trip to Hatyai.

This hotel is nearby to all amenities. Morning can go kim yong market. There are morning market outside the hotel. Within walking distance to odean and robinson. All the shopping are nearby. Easy to call grab to go for shopping. Food average around this area and the restauramt is rather expensive.

Hotel location was very good, in the city, there are lots of eatery shops and near to Kim Yong Market.

Great place to stay as food n mall are close to us

We loved the hotel, although they weren't helpful in helping us change to a smoking room because the choice wasn't available during the booking online. However.the room is clean, cool and nearby to a lot of shopping spots. The staff were helpful and all smiles. So that's a good thing too.

Convenient with shops around and there is also laundry shop. Friday, Saturday & Sunday also have night market. Stayed high floor nice city view. Just that first night room has a small cockroach and ants even though we stay at the 31st level.

This place is near to all the amenities. It is a good location with friendly staff.

The place very beautiful..

The location was great. Cleanliness can be improved. Staff can also be more proactive during interactions with customers. Don’t refer me to the tuktuks outside the hotel when I asked about booking transport.

A very strategic location that can easily find food, shopping, walking distance to KimYong Market. The room was very big n clean. Everything is perfect here

I turn on the max for my hot bath, the running water is low which is different from the cold water. And i have to take a longer time to wash up because of it. Moreover, other than the standing shower, there is no alternative for me to use other means to bath for example a separated shower spray is not available

The room is clean. Service is great and location is great, even when it is raining we can shop and eat at the ground floor

Water leak from the shower area to outside after every bath, the whole area was wet at all time and got bad smell within the bath room. Location was excellence, convenient for shopping and eating within walking distance.

very local to most things, older place, was a pain having to catch 2 lifts every time up or down, buffet was closed (covid i guess)

Great located at the central of Hatyai.

The newly renovated rooms were looking very sleek and modern. Spacious room with lots of personal space for luggage and clothes. Food street was just around the hotel lobby. Appreciate the welcome drink upon check-in, a touch that has been forgotten since covid-19 started.

The elevator which need to change often are quite confusing sometimes probably the board saying which elevator will reach which floor should be bigger ! Not only place at the elevator there as sometimes staff are not around and its confusing especially for elderly

This hotel is under renovation during my stay. I stayed in one of the old rooms for a cheaper room rate. However, I was surprised that the hotel did not provide coffee or tea. Apart from the location, I chose this hotel since it had a pool. However, the pool needed renovation badly. The edges of the pool was just cement and not tiled.

Terrible wifi

Location is good. But rooms are old and airconditioning is very noisy. Can't really sleep well.

Room given was old and have n uncharacteristic smell. The mattress was creaky when sat on. I had to forgo the 2 nights without refund and checked into Centara Hotel across the street. How could we enjoy the stay when it was to celebrate my wife's birthday. Really disappointed.

location is excellent for I need not have to travel to go where is necessary. In front of hotel there are many street vendors paddling their wares, local fruits and foodstuffs. Massages outlets are plentiful arround the areas and available in the hotel 7th. floor. Breadfast is provided and got a wide spread on the 10th floor and lunch and dinner are cheap and good available on the 33rd. floor. Eat all you can for 189 baths and for senior only 149 baths. Only bad comment is that the menu of the food serve never change and wifi always dropped and slow causing lagging in the surfing. Otherwise, I find it is valued for money paid for the stay.

Centralise . Night markets just around hotel. Can hop on free shuttle bus opp hotel at central hotel to go Central festival Mall , which is new , modern n bigger .

Friendly Staff & clean room

The hotel is right in the middle of hatyai town where all the main activities happen. The hotel also provides good facilities. I particularly like the sauna. The security is also quite tight.

Need to improve swimming pool maintenance.

There were stains at the bathtub and the marble floor was cracked at the bathroom. Air-conditioner wasn't cool and no connection on the wifi internet. There was dust at the drawer and cupboard. No buttons for "Do Not Disturb" and "Make Up Room". The staff wasn't friendly and no smiles at all.

No direct lift to hotel room , have to change lift from the 10 floor lobby. Very troublesome.

I accidentally booked a smoking room and it took an hour to get it straightened out. The fact that they have a no cancellation policy is low down and dirty. I will never stay here again. The rooms were old and outdated and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting.

Hotel and its facilities are quite old but location is superb

The room is very dark and all things are old. WIFI is terrible. Have to relock in everytime you leave the room. Breakfast is very basic. Expect at least some Thai delight on the local pastry or cakes. Location is great to shop and find food.

The Hotel Has no changes or improvements for the last many years. Comfortable with no other complaints. Regards, Mr Mrs Manogaran, Singapore.

Good Location

The Lee Gardens Plaza hotel is starting to fall apart. I had to change rooms twice, once because the room smelled intolerably bad and the second time because internet, phone and air conditioning did not work. The final room was barely acceptable and the air conditioning still had only two settings: very cold or off. The gym has a lot of rusted equipment that did not work well (only a few pieces of newer equipment). The breakfast is quite so so but perhaps acceptable for the hotel grade.
