Clean room and premises, pool, gym, very good staff, friendly and communicative. We did have ants in the room, although this is a common issue in tropical climates.

The pros 1.Spacious room,comfortable bed,clean sheets 2.Central location, close to shops and eateries 3.Clean and presentable with dining table. 4.John-boy and the Manager at Reception kind and helpful with room change. The cons1.Hotel looks new and renovated but obvious leaks around the bath and shower area appears to be a constant problem unresolved by Management. The pooling of water from shower dripping onto the floor is a safety hazard. Not so happy-looking housekeeping staff would attend to the leak by placing rolled towels around the bathtub. We were given a change of room for second night by a kind Manager but the same leak happened. The shower is within the old, high bath-problem if u have mobility issues. 2.Amenities were poor. 2 coffee sachets, no No slippers. Not even a second toilet roll for a 2 -night stay unless asked for. 3.Walls very thin. We were unfortunate to have inconsiderate neighbors who were heard till 2.00 am. Overall, it could have been a more pleasant stay but not so. Hadyai has great fresh food markets and such friendly people

Perfect stay for our first time in Hatyai.

Room is very big n comfortable. New hotel, walking distance to the centre area, have eateries right below the hotel.

Don’t waste your money. Find another place. Had specifically said no smoking and they gave us a smoking room. Said I didn’t pay so I paid again then two hours later they said I paid. Bathroom smelled and water coming from the walls. I could say more but you get what I’m saying.

Wonderful and comfortable. Very big bed with extra pillows given. The location is also strategic. Parking is good.

Great hotel in a fun part of Hat Yai. The massage at the sister hotel next door was phenomenal.

There is no separate area for shower and have to climb inside the bath tub. Is quite incovenient for elderly.

Definitely will stay here again next trip.

Walk a distance from the night market n eating place. Room a bit dim. Will not stay there but will see choose Centara or Lee Garden hotel for f to return.

Hotel is located in the city center, easy to access the local food nearby at night. Room is clean and bed is comfy. Breakfast is okay.

When we check in, The amenities in e room are not replenished.

Very low Water pressure for shower. Although got free WIFI , but the signal very bad and almost can said it useless.

It’s the cleanest hotel in town, convenient location and a lot of eatery places around the property

Room was relatively new and clean. In comparison with the other hotels we stay in Hatyai, the rooms are so much cleaner and new. Would be place to stay. Location wise, it’s quite centralized. 10mins walk to the market.

I was given a room near the housekeeping room. Everything was great, until the morning housekeeping calls that were directed to them. Sometimes I hear their phone ring as early as 7am in the morning. I’m a very light sleeper, and slight noise would wake me up. Would have appreciated if the staff could inform us beforehand that we’re prone to being disturbed by the housekeeping calls. But overall, it was still a good hotel with great location. The staffs were also polite and helpful when we had some queries regarding the room, as well as when we wanted to book a car for our early airport check-in at 5.30am.

In the city center, very convenience

Hotel looks brand new and is very clean too. Except tissues papers are quarterly loaded but replenish daily. Toilet paper rolls would be nice if standby another roll rather wait for next day replenish.

Great hotel to stay for holidays. Nice big clean room, aircon strong enough for hot Hatyai weather. Location quiet yet convenient for food and shopping and massage. Highly recommended this hotel to all travellers

Big room which can accommodate 3 guys well. Overall recommended.

Hotel is very new and clean. They have a proper gym which is impressive. However, I was surprised that they do not have self-ironing equipment but only laundry service. Need to improve on their breakfast selections and taste.

Better than expected but pillow was too high and hard. Bedroom slippers not provided. Otherwise all else is good.

The room was clean and big. it's very comfortable to stay here and the staff was very friendly. Will stay here again on next time.

amazing and loved the stay

Staff put my 6 rooms to smoking rooms which I requested a non smoking room... Although the hotel is new but the room electric plus was not in working,.. Room cleaner did not top up our Room tissue paper.. Counter staff service need to be improved...

Is really a very clean and new hotel so far in Hatyai city center. I used their Gym, with estimate 12m X 7m with new gym equipments. Swimming pool is a failure; washing the pool for 3 days and never complete. I can strongly recommend for a short stay in Hatyai.

Things I liked : 1) Location : Near street food and all the shops are within walking distance which was really fantastic. 2) Room : Every room has a bathtub. my room was clean, nice and cosy. Spacious room with a dining table where u can buy take-away food and eat in the comfort of your own hotelroom 3) Amenities : Pretty complete with all the necessities. Not sure if there's a gym/pool as we did a 1 night stop over so we didn't bother bout that. 4) food : street food easily available including birds nest, bbq prawns, etc. also, room service is available and it's pretty decent We do not regret paying 70+sgd for this hotel (:
