Es waren alle super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist gigantisch und die Terrasse zum Frühstücken einfach genial. Uns hat es super gut gefallen.

Personnel aimable, literie très confortable. Très belle rénovation des chambres melant modernisme à l'ancien. Nous avions à notre disposition des petites attentions fort appréciables (thé, fontaine a eau...) a proximité de la chambre.

Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver l'établissement. Tout d'abord, parce qu'il faut passer par de toutes petites ruelles parfois un peu sombres pour y arriver. Mais surtout parce que l'établissement est en fait un étage dans un bâtiment et que sa réception est dans un autre hôtel situé juste en face.

Attention l accueil n est pas dans le même bâtiment que les chambres et le trajet jusqu aux divers parkings est fastidieux avec la chaleur des canicules. Évitez Genova en voiture!

Il contesto e la vista sono impagabili. Le camere sono ben ristrutturare e il palazzo meraviglioso. In centro a Genova, un angolo stupendo.

Le lieu est magnifique et très bien placé.

Il faisait juste chaud car malgré la clim le lit étant en mezzanine la fraîcheur ne monte pas vraiment dans le haut de la pièce

Fantastisch mooi hotel aan een pleintje in het historisch centrum van Genua. Het is een totaal gerenoveerde verdieping in een oud gebouw. Ontbijt is in het twin hotel ah pleintje. Prachtige design meubelen.

Emplacement de la climatisation dans la chambre.

Emplacement hyper central dans le vieux Genes à deux pas du port et des palais, dans un ancien palais rénové avec beaucoup de goût : meubles design, confort. Petit déjeuner parfait dans le palazzo Grillo juste à côté. Bon accueil de l’équipe qui nous a fourni de bons conseils sur les restaurants… un super séjour!

Difficile de trouver quoi que ce soit à redire ! Alors juste un détail : dans notre chambre (suite avec mezzanine, très haute de plafond) où nous étions en août par une journée très chaude, il fallait faire marcher la clim à fond pour que la mezzanine atteigne une température confortable. Résultat il faisait frais dans la partie inférieure de la chambre… Le très vieil ascenseur de l’hôtel (4eme étage) nous a fait faux bond une fois. Impossible de dire si c’est un pb récurrent… ça a été l’occasion de monter le très bel escalier du palais 😉

Dos acessos ao hotel. Situado numa zona restrita a pedestres com ruas muito estreitas.

Stilig og smakfullt dekorert innredning, moderne og delikat tilpasset en bygning fra 1600 tallet. God seng, høyt under taket, romslig og komfortabelt bad med god dusj. Greit frokost tilbud i nabohotellet, fin takterrasse å nyte den på.

Ikke reis hit om du kommer med bil og masse bagasje, Booking.com siden beskriver at det finnes parkering på stedet, de har også bilder av et parkeringshus blant bildene som presenterer hotellet, men realiteten er at de ikke har parkering, det er heller ikke mulig å kjøre til hotellet da det ligger i gamlebyen, så hele parkeringssituasjonen er misvisende. Vi parkerte i det offentlige parkeringshuset, men det er 600 meter å gå med bagasje. Når vi spurte hotellet om parkering, så anbefalte de et helt annet parkeringshus enn det det er bilde av på nettsiden, det skapte forvirring og det kostet oss dermed mer, siden de hadde avtaler med det andre parkeringshuset, men det var sent på kveld og da hadde vi allerede parkert. Ellers var det MYE støy fra aircondition anlegget på rommet, såpass mye at det var plagsomt. Det var heller ikke helt enkelt å forstå sent på kveld at man skulle sjekke inn i hotellet ved siden av, der ligger også frokost salen.

L'aparell d'aire condicionat feia massa soroll i no tenia comandament a distància. Potser haurien d'actualitzar-los per proporcionar més comoditat.

Lovely little hotel right in the heart of Genoa's old town. We parked at Marina (secure parking) and walked about 600m to Hotel. Tuk Tuk shuttle available for return for only 5euros. Room was great in all respects and location was perfect to explore old town.

The shuttle service was not available when we arrived - c'est la vie.

Prima ligging in het centrum van Genua. Het was even zoeken naar de receptie, die zich in een ander pand bevindt. De accommodatie zelf is gevestigd in een mooi gebouw met een bijzondere antieke lift. De verdieping met de kamers is juist heel modern en smaakvol ingericht. Onze kamer was ruim genoeg en bood alle gewenste comfort, met een goed bed en een royale badkamer met fijne douche.

Enige nadeel was de airconditioning, die erg veel lawaai maakte.

Malgré l’air climatisé la chambre était chaud car en mezzanine. Aucun ventilateur (ce serait un must vu que la ville est très humide). Aucun frigo et il faut débourser 5euros pour de la glace. Ce sont des petites choses qui feraient une grande différence.

Molto pulita e accogliente

Es war schwierig, das Hotel zu finden, weil es nicht mit dem Auto anfahrbar ist im Gewirr der Innenstadtsträßchen, der Direktor holte uns persönlich auf einem anfahrbaren Platz ab und brachte unser Gepäck mit uns zu Fuß ins Viersternehotel an der Piazza delle Vigne in einem alten Palast mit Fresken, ausgestattet allerfeinstens mit modernem Design, da frühstückten wir dann auch auf dem Dach im fünften Stock, die Dependance, in der das Le Nuvole sich befindet, liegt gegenüber im vierten Stock, elegantes Zimmer, vier Meter hoch, bestens ausgestattet. Das Auto stellen wir später im Parkhaus am Hafen ab, das nur etwa 300 Meter weg liegt.

Gar nichts, wir waren überwältigt.

The location is different to find and the front of the hotel is not well signed. Follow the described route in the info rather than Google or similar. Try and avoid arriving later in the day/evening as the area is rather intimidating.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. It had a stylish interior and a comfortable bed. We felt right at home. Check-in and check-out were seamless, the location was perfect, and the receptionist was very helpful.

Es ist ein super nettes Team und die Damen an der Rezeption, vor allem Julia, waren sehr bemüht und höchst zuvorkommend. Allerdings sind wir aufgrund einiger Punkte noch am selben Tag abgereist. Wir haben also das Zimmer bezogen und sind jedoch nicht geblieben.

Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz, sondern nur einen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Das Hotel kann auch nicht mit dem Taxi direkt angefahren werden, denn es liegt mitten in der Altstadt. In einer Gegend mit vielen kleinen Gassen, in denen es leider kriminell zugeht. So konnten wir aus unserem Zimmer heraus sowohl Drogendealer sehen und auch Prostitutuierte. Das Hotel weiss dies auch und rät von jenen Gassen ab. Zudem mussten wir einige unserer Sachen im Auto lassen, da wir auf der Durchreise waren. Aufgrund dieses Umstandes waren wir letztendlich auch veranlasst, noch am gleichen Tag weiter zu reisen, da uns von mehreren Seiten gesagt wurde, dass wenn jemand die Sachen im Auto sieht, die Chance eines Diebstahls hoch sind. Kurzum: auch wenn der Service nett war, die Gegend ist leider zwielichtig und ein sicheres Parken des Autos, besonders mit Gepäck im Auto, waren nicht möglich. Die Rezeption des Hotels in einem anderen Gebäude als das Zimmer.

Ottima struttura, posizionata in un punto strategico. Da lì si possono raggiungere sia le principali attrazioni del centro della città sia il porto e l'acquario. Lo staff è molto garbato e disponibile. L'unica nota "negativa" è stata un pò di polvere trovata sotto i letti. per il resto tutto perfetto. Consigliatissimo

I liked the location and the charismatic feel because the building was old.

I didnt like that I got charged 20 dollars extra on an already expensive room to not have to have my elder mother climbing steep stairs towards a foam mattress on a wooden floor. The shower was broken. It would go from scalding hot to freezing cold and it would also turn off if you would flip it upside down. The matress was old, I suspect made of cheap foam because it would sink sideways. The location was central but also in molo so sometimes it could feel a bit intense. I think the value for room is exarcebated.

It's in this very old building so you have to be prepared for that. Instant coffee but otherwise I enjoyed it a lot. Had a big room with bathtub and the view was really nice.

The beautiful old historic building, conveniently located to the old port, Ducale Palace and other sites we wanted to see, and only a 5-minute walk to our pasta & pesto making class. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast, which was not included with our room, was very good with many tasty hot & cold offerings.

There were a couple of minor issues with our room (e.g., the heating rack didn’t work), but they absolutely did not detract from our stay.

The location was brilliant, breakfast was delicious, filling & plentiful and the hostess and receptionist were helpful

I did not like that we had to leave. If we had the time I would have stayed in Genova longer.

Very nice and clean hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful rooms. I found the shared living spaces very comfortable and cozy-good place to settle down and have a drink in the evening.

The area the hotel is located in did not feel very welcoming and safe during the evening and late night. We were robbed a few minutes away from the hotel on our way there. Obviously this is not a fault of the hotel, but bare in my mind when staying at the hotel. Though the hotel staff did try to help and resolve our issue by offering to call the police and assist with the language barrier.

The bed was so comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. Location was central. Staff were lovely and helpful. I found the common area with tea and coffee really cute. Staff also helped us with booking a taxi.

The AC was a little loud at times but it didn’t ruin the whole stay.

The room that we initially had was smelling mold and the staff was very concerned and gave us another room. I thank them for that, otherwise we would’ve changed the hotel. There was a facility at our floor which provided coffee, tea and water for free, place to sit and have a drink with friends- very convenient and well maintained. Very friendly staff!

No access for cars, we had to get a tuktuk service which was available only from 10 to 15 о’clock. Other option is a taxi to the parking lot.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est situé dans le centre historique de Gênes, nous avons visité la ville à pied. Notre chambre était spacieuse et magnifique.
