Reviewed Sep 17, 2026L'emplacement est top, parking à proximité ce qui est très pratique pour transporter les valises ! l'appartement correspondait aux photos, aucune mauvaise surprise, endroit très charmant et très propre.
On a regretté de ne pas avoir une capsule de café à notre disposition. Quand on vient pour une nuit, c'est sympa de pouvoir ce faire un café le matin. L'expérience aurait été au top avec ça !

Basic loft without any extras like another blanket. There is zero storage for clothing and luggage. Building front door lock did not function and repairman was three hours late to service it at 10:30pm. He knocked on our door and quickly entered our loft to talk to us about it. The lock was never fixed during our three night stay. Our unit was also entered while we were away on a report water had leaked from our bathroom to a unit below. There was never any standing water or problem we saw. None of us were convinced there was a unit on the street level below. Bottom line, it's unacceptable to enter private space at any time without seeking permission.

Ci hanno messo al 4 piano senza ascensore, una scala con dei gradini ripidissimi, con le valigie non è da tutti!! Siamo stati in 2 posti prima di trovarlo. Poi non si sa il perché avevano staccato dal contatore l’acqua calda e la prima notte non ci siamo fatti la doccia. Abbiamo chiamato e hanno risposto che avrebbero mandato qualcuno.. non è arrivato nessuno e ci siamo arrivati da soli alla soluzione. Il divano letto non era pronto e ci siamo dovuti far portare le lenzuola perdendo 1 ora aspettando che arrivassero. Se fosse stata sera uno dormiva sul materasso…

Le lit bébé prévu n’était pas dans l’appartement à notre arrivée. Le temps qu’il arrive le soir notre bébé dormait déjà ce qui n’a pas été pratique du tout pour notre arrivée après un vol long courrier

Vorauszahlung des Parkplatzes würden wir nicht mehr machen. Man bekommt Ticket auch bei der Einfahrt. Und wenn alle Plätze voll sind, hat man zwar bezahlt, kann aber trotzdem nicht parken, vor allem, wenn man vor 18 Uhr ankommt.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Die Lage war super! Eigentlich war es sehr hübsch gestaltet, aber es gab keinen Bügel und keinen Schrank in der Wohnung! Man konnte außer an 4 Haken nichts aufhängen. Der Aufgang zur Wohnung war eine steile Treppe, die kaum begehbar war. Die Treppe in den Hinterhof war ok, aber es war ein riesiges Wespennest am Eingang!
Der gefährliche Aufgang, das Treppenhaus, kein Schrank und kein einziger Kleiderbügel und nur 4 Haken. Zudem funktionierte der Code bei der Eingangstüre bei unserer Ankunft nicht und wir kamen nicht ins Haus. Als wir die Notnummer anriefen, war ein Gespräch nur auf Französisch möglich und die Dame war so unfreundlich, kaum vorstellbar! Die Haustüre wurde dann geöffnet und blieb die ganze Zeit offen…??? Zudem klappte es mit dem gebuchten Parkplatz nicht, er war bereits voll belegt, als wir kamen. Angeblich wird uns der Parkplatz gutgeschrieben, aber das half uns in dem Moment nichts, mussten 1h einen Parkplatz suchen!

The room was poorly ventilated, making the environment uncomfortable throughout my stay. The staff consistently disregarded customers' concerns and failed to provide appropriate assistance. When these issues were brought to the manager's attention, they were handled in an evasive and dismissive manner rather than being addressed professionally. Overall, the level of service was far below expectations, and the experience was highly disappointing. I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience.

They only provided shampoo, and the tubes were extremely small. Even using an entire tube for one shower wasn’t enough to properly wash my hair—it was honestly the worst shampoo I’ve ever used. Despite that, they only provided two small tubes for our family of four staying four nights, which was nowhere near enough. There was no conditioner or body wash, and even the toilet paper wasn’t sufficiently stocked. We constantly had to contact the management to request basic supplies because we kept running out of one thing after another. They should provide an adequate amount of toiletries based on the number of guests and the length of the stay instead of making guests repeatedly ask for essentials. That said, I do want to mention that the management team was courteous and responded to messages promptly, which I appreciated.

L’air climatisé était brisé. Ils nous avaient avisé environ une heure avant notre arrivée mais le courriel s’est faufilée dans mes indésirables… Ils nous proposaient un autre autre loft mais nous étions déjà tout installé et le loft proposés n’avait pas de lit superposé comme le nôtre. Ils nous ont alors offert des ventilateurs mais ceux ont tardes à arrivés. Il faut dire que nous étions à la fête de St Jean. Le matelas de la chambre des maîtres n’était pas très confortable.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Super localisation à côté de plusieurs parkings et dans le vieux Montréal. L'entrée dans les locaux est complètement autonome, aucun soucis et en plus, le personnel est réactif. Logement bien équipé, il manque juste une égouttoir pour la vaisselle sinon ras.
On avait la chambre au 3eme étage et c'était sportif avec les deux valises et le bébé, l'escalier est raide et étroit.

Great for our family: Free crib and playground a few blocks away. No bathtub but had a shower head with a hose. Spacious kitchen Walking distance to the major attractions and good restaurants.
Very little we didn't like. Could use more hangers and storage in the bedrooms.

Because its a lovely old warehouse conversion there are only a Manual Lift to get your cases up and down, so you earn and deserve that drink and eat in the many little restaurants and cafe close by.

It’s was very small for the both of us. We are both 6ft tall and there was a lot of “ducking” in the bedroom. The “queen” bed looked more like a full. The headdress decoration above the bed was a little in your face and unpleasant as it was so close to our heads. Could’ve used a throw blanket or two and some laundry pods would’ve been nice but we bought some and left them behind for the next guest.

No one answered the emergency phone number provided. The code sent didn't work, and we were left in the snow in -19°C weather for almost an hour before an employee arrived and showed us the correct building. Furthermore, we selected a property with 2 bedrooms for 3 adults. The sofa bed is inside the bedroom, offering no privacy between the adults. It is not a suitable property for 4 adults. I slept in the living room on an uncomfortable two-seater sofa. I felt completely cheated, especially since I emailed the property inquiring about these errors and they did not respond.

Crochets à installer dans la salle de bain et barre pour serviette à mains. Il n'y avait pas de liquide à vaisselle, pour laver à la main. Savon pour lave-vaisselle cependant.

Light out in bathroom, dead batteries in TV remote, no coffee or creamer, tea, dryer did not work, technician had to come, chipped wine glasses and old scratched plates, no where to hang any clothes ie. Hooks in bedrooms, no shelves or dressers,. Couch only held 2 people and unit rented for 4 people.

Voilà un logement idéalement situé qui pourtant a des aménagements contrastés. Deux chambres coquettes… sans penderie. À la limite, une penderie commune à l’entrée permettrait de mettre les vêtements si on reste plusieurs jours. Super cuisine avec grand réfrigérateur congélateur et plaque de cuisson avec four et four à micro-ondes… sans planche à découper, pour ne citer que cela. Un rien, consultable sur internet, permettrait d’en faire une cuisine bien équipée. Franchement, un petit effort et ce serait le top.

Il n’y a aucun rangement ni aucune penderie dans les chambres. L’escalier est trop exiguë et pentue.

Une des chambres était minuscule et l’heure d’arrivée trop tardive. L’hébergement n’était pas prêt à l’heure prévue. C’est beaucoup trop petit pour 4 adultes.

No wardrobe to hang clothes. . Linen on beds were lightweight, and no blankets were supplied. No instructions to be found on how to use air-conditioning to warm the apartment.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Een mooi appartement met mooie, nieuwe meubels, keuken en wasmachine/droger. Genoeg verlichting maar net te weinig sfeerverlichting. Erg fijne bedden. Alles was schoon en doorgaans goed onderhouden. Host telefonisch goed te bereiken en behulpzaam.
De keuken is karig ingericht: koken is een uitdaging met weinig pannen. Er waren wel vaatwastabletten maar geen wasmiddelblokjes. Geen koffie of thee; enkel zout en peper. Wat wel jammer was, is dat de marathon van Quebec op zondag werd gehouden en wij daar op zaterdagmiddag 4 uur pas van op de hoogte werden gesteld. We hadden (tegen betaling!) de auto op een parkeerplaats staan die urenlang niet gebruikt zou kunnen worden vanwege alle afzettingen. Toen zijn we maar om 7 uur 's ochtends vertrokken.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025Can be confusing coming into a new city and figuring out logistics. Communicating with the Le Lofts staff was very helpful and they were very patient. Clean, comfortable room. Stairways are very narrow and steep so caution if you are older and possibly have larger suitcases with you. Try for lower level apartments if available. Nice view of the port from the 401 loft. Would be nice if there were a small set of drawers. AC and air circulation system is a bit confusing and instructions could be updated and clarified. Location is very good. Parking is convenient and very close lot. Overall very good experience.

Sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Möbel im Wohnzimmer waren nicht sehr bequem. Genügend Geschirr aber sonst war ausser Salz und Pfeffer gar nichts vorhanden. (App 301)

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025La deco, le confort, la situation, la literie, et tout était neuf et parfait.
Aucun placard pour ranger les vêtements. Et même pas de sel, poivre, dosette café, gel douche ( juste un micro-savonnette ), bref absolument rien, et pas évident quand on vient de France et qu’on descend 2 jours dans un établissement d avoir ces petites choses de base indispensables.

Renovation works on a building across the road starting at 7am. This is obviously a very short term thing. Don’t let it detract from a great apartment in a fabulous city.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025Loved the loft and the area. I would just suggest a bath mat to use in shower for elderly mom it was slippery and hooks for clothes on the bedroom walls since there were no closets or hangers. Kitchen is well equipped
