Sehr sauberes und geräumiges Loft im EG. Sehr großes und bequemes Bett. Parkplatz (gegen Gebühr) 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Schöne Dachterrasse vorhanden. Tolle Lage um die Stadtbesichtigung zu starten. Viele Restaurant beginnen nach einer Gehminuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten an der Tankstelle (2 Gehminuten).

Check in und Parkplatzreservierung wurde teilweise an die falsche Email Adresse versendet. Nur eine Kaffeetasse vorhanden gewesen. Leider kein Kabel TV

The location was perfect. It was convenient to walk to many restaurants and attractions, and the parking garages were conveniently close.

Some hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes on would have been helpful. Also, some liquid soap in the bathroom instead of melting bars would be good. Some thought the shower was slippery and had nothing to hold on to.

Nádherný apartman na vyššom poschodi s oddelenou spálnou. Velmi dobre vybavená kuchyna, takže skvele na donesenie capuccina a croisantov z nedalekej skvelej kaviarne. Poloha uplne v centre pri starom meste, 5 minut od najznámejsieho muralu ale aj od rieky. Všetky miesta, ktoré sme chceli vidiet boli na pešo, v okoli skvele reštaurácie vrátane Michelin restaurácie, mali sme tam skvelu večeru. Zažili sme aj skvelý koncert v parku pri rieke. Ak by sme sli ešte niekedy opäť do Quebec, urcite zvolime toto ubytovanie

Jediné s čím sme sa trápili pri príchode bolo prvé otvorenie apartmánu po zadani kódu - treba specialne potiahnut klucku.

Peu d’ustensiles et d’accessoires de cuisine. Un seul fer a repasser par étage, c’est trop peu. La terrasse au toit devrait être aménagé adéquatement. Climatiseur non fonctionnel en pleine canicule.(l’effort de réparation semble avoir été mis mais sans succès).

Très bon emplacement en plein centre du Vieux Québec, idéal pour se déplacer à pied, avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. Proximité immédiate également de la Basilique Notre-Dame de Québec et des rues commerçantes environnantes. Appartement propre, spacieux, lumineux et parfaitement aménagé.

The bedrooms didn’t have windows, no doors just curtains and the air conditioning didn’t reach the bedrooms.

No balcony or outdoor area, but we were busy visiting places in Lower and Upper Town Q.C. so it wasn't really missed.

Location was exceptional and quiet. We could easily walk to lower and upper Quebec City. Highly recommend this place. We were close enough that it was accessible without being too noisy. also liked the rooftop which provided a lovely view.

It could be helpful to have a specific assigned parking spot (versus paid parking) but that may not be possible in Quebec City. We had paid parking, but the lot was full. The contact person offered to refund the paid parking in full and also quickly recommended alternatives. In the end this was not a problem.

The place was very spacious for our group of 4. It was clean and we enjoyed watching the fireworks from the rooftop terrace. The location was perfect for exploring Quebec City.

The apartment is very dark at night. It would be nice to haabe brighter lights in the bedrooms. The bedside table lamps don’t provide much. Also, paper towels are not provided.

Pretty great flat overall. Easy check-in, perfect location, comfortable bed, pretty clean.

Considering the price, there are things that feel a bit meh. Like the door to the bathroom wasn't able to close. Limited space to leave clothes. No laundry detergent was given, nor coffee filters.

The property was very nice and in a great location, convenient to the old town and the waterfront; the rooftop terrace is very nice, too!

The only issue was the option to “reserve” parking at Quai Saint André; it doesn’t actually guarantee you a parking spot as the lot was full when we arrived, and there is no parking attendant. There happened to be an event happening at the time and the area was very busy, but the company (Les Lofts) was nice enough to refund the amount of the parking.

We would have welcomed some small touches such as if we had been provided with some kitchen paper and coffee filters.

Loved the location. Thought that the amenities were excellent. In particular, the kitchen was well equipped. The electronic door did cause us problems a few times. Some concerns about the Wi-Fi and its security. Beds were nice, bathrooms were fairly spacious, and lots of great natural light. I feel that it is a good value and would stay there again

The space and location are lovely. We were right in the heart of old town, but our street was quiet at night. The space is large and comfortable with everything you need for a short or longer term stay.

While it was amazing to be able to drop off our baggage early, the price to do so was high.

On nous a recommandé où aller stationner que nous avons payé à l'avance donc aucun soucis nous avons repris l'auto 2 jours plus tard et nous étions à moins de 5 minutes de marches. L'appartement était très propre avec ascenseur et code facile d'accès pour l'entrée ou l'appartement. Nous y retournerons en amoureurs en prenant un loft.

We requested an extra blanket but they said they did not offer extra blankets which was very strange. They gave us a few extra sheets instead. We wish they would have given us an extra blanket.

Clean and compact. Great terrace. Nice TV and couch. Kitchen had adequate pots, utensils and and dishes. Good bathroom and shower.

There’s a giant trash can right in front of the property. The windows can’t be opened. There’s no AC or window for the bedroom which is separated by a curtain and bedroom gets stuffy. The bed is small and too soft, and the corners of the bedframe are strange as others have mentioned. No coffee was provided but lots of cafes nearby. No pot scrubber I. The kitchen but it was ok.

Leather sofa were not comfortable, lacking in decor . Very basic .On the site they mentioned a coffee maker which was there but there was no glass carafe receptacle for coffee to drip in . Which was a real bummer when you feel like having a cup of coffee in the morning. And no little touches such as tea bags or coffee with creamers . They also mentioned ironing board and iron . Not to be found anywhere in the Unit. They also mentioned ironing board AC but only in the Living room area . Bedrooms have no AC so need to leave doors open . Very misleading.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and walking distance to everything we were interested in or a quick car ride.

The carpets is the hallway to the apartment were worn.

Nice and quiet location, close to everything. Very spacious for our family of 3. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The stuff responded to messages quickly.

We arrived on a hot day, so the AC seemed a bit inefficient and slow to cool down the apartment quick enough, but it was fine during the night.

Great location! Very large unit, great space, king size comfortable beds, a bathroom in each bedroom. Very clean. Liked the upstairs patio area. Although there isn’t a washer and dryer in the room, they are available on the floor below which was great! Also, communication was great and quick response to any questions we had.

Walls between the two bedrooms are very thin so everything you say can be heard in each room. Lol. Would love to see a wee bit of coffee left for arrival. If you come in at night and haven’t been able to go to a store, it would be helpful and welcoming. Also perhaps some napkins or paper towel?? Otherwise the place is very well equipped.

disappointed there was no coffee, paper towels or information about where to get groceries, wine and pharmacy needs 2 of the bedside lamps did not work - one didn't even have a bulb bed frame corners were a hazard to our shins - I gashed mine the first night and it became infected there were large dust balls under the beds more hangers in the bedrooms and some shelves would be nice so we don't have to live out of the suitcase

We were in the heart of Old Quebec City within easy walking distance of all the major sites and restaurants. Information on where to park was provided and very helpful.

A TV that provided cable channels would have been nice as we were eager to watch the Stanley Cup final game that night. The curtain to separate one of the two bedrooms from the rest of the room was a little odd. Not sure why they wouldn't put in a second bedroom door.

The windows aren’t openable. So the air was a bit not that fresh.

A magnificent apartment, spacious and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and good sized bathroom. Very close to some great restaurants and a wonderful cafe for breakfast. It is also very close to the famous shopping street in downtown and just 200m from secure parking.

The only issue was the talking noise in the wall adjoining the bedroom, not too bad but annoying. We were in room 301 so try to avoid if you can.

The accommodation was spacious, clean, and in a fantastic location with many restaurants and bars just a short walk away. It was also within easy walking distance of Old Quebec historic town centre, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The apartment was comfortably large enough for two adults travelling with large suitcases and having a lift was a welcome convenience. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with and the check-in and check-out process was simple and seamless.

Keyless entry and easy to communicate with staff. Very safe place and area. We loved being in Old Quebec.

Located across Museum of Civilization in quieter part of Old Quebec. Walk through art galleries to shopping, cafés and restaurants. Comfortable accommodations and quiet. Accessible to bike rentals and trails. 5-minute walk to ferry to town of Levis; beautiful views of Old Quebec when you return on the ferry after dark. Traveling using public transportation: (to YQB airport) Take Bus 1 from across Museum of Civilization to Dorchester on Blvd. Charest E.; (to Montmorency Falls) after getting off Bus 1, walk a block to take Bus 800 to Montmorency Falls. Isle D’Orleans can be accessible from Montmorency Falls using UBER or other Taxi.

Excellent location, safe. Inside, it is super clean with great linens, towels and well stocked dishes pots etc. wonderful appliances and tv. Free laundry was awesome and upper deck has beautiful views

The air conditioner is in the living room and does nothing for the bedroom that get really hot in there. Needs a cooling AC unit in the bedroom too. People in units above, the sound of them are walking is very loud. We had a group that was like a herd of elephants for hours! Put carpets down in living/ area to muffle sound.

Les Lofts de La Barricade is located in the lower section of Old Town. Allows for easy walking access to all of Old Quebec. Excellent breakfast restaurant 3 minutes walk away (L’Antiquare Buffet), dinner at La Pizz in Place Royale, also minutes away. Can park right around the corner at SPAQ. Loft itself is more than adequate space, with a full sized refrigerator, eating area with table for 4-6, small living room with comfortable couch and TV. Sleeping area is tight but bed is comfortable. Small,single sink bathroom with good sized shower. No notable outside noise or noise from other buildings occupants.

We love the location, and the whole process was great. Our second time here. We had very specific requests due to some chemical sensitivities with cleaning supplies. They were extremely helpful and very responsive. We will definitely be back. The "negatives" below are only suggestions. We absolutely love this place, but a few things stand out that should be changed. We travel extensively, and we love this place.

The bed frames are probably one of the worst decisions I have seen at a hotel. Our first stay my girlfriend fell very badly after hitting the protruding bedframe. This stay we both left with several bruises, scrapes on our shins. They take up a ton of extra space as well. They should be removed. Curtains for doors is also horrible. Barn doors would be much better. Having only 1 heat vent for a two bed/two bath unit does not work. Living room was freezing, and bedrooms were hot. Need to provide at least one coffee or tea for first morning after arrival

Appartement 501: Les chambres complétement indépendantes avec deux salles de bains. Une des chambres et le séjour ont une vue rivière. La terrasse est trés jolies (bien que non utilisée car très froid). L'emplacement, juste au pieds du funiculaire pour la ville haute est top pour la ville. Il y a toutes les installations dont on peut avoir besoin (machine à laver en commun, etc...)

Les cloisons ne sont pas isolées. Même une conversation à voix basse est entendue dans les pièces à côté. L'interrupteur des lumières de chevet de la chambre 1 allumait (ou éteignait) les lumières d'un des chevets de la chambre 2. Beaucoup d'anomalies d'éléctricité (interrupteurs n'allumant rien ou des prises commandées non utilisées...)

Le stationnement avait été payé d’avance et un soir nous sommes arrivés plus tard et il était plein. J’ai contacté l’endroit par téléphone et la dame m’a tout simplement avisée d’aller dans un autre stationnement et qu’ils allaient me rembourser! J’ai trouvé l’idée assez stupide!

The property was very clean and quiet during our stay. Located near main attractions (10 min walk) and via rail (15 min walk).

Everything was lovely, however Cafe for the first morning would have been amazing! Ps. Bring your own ground cafe (they provide old style coffee maker with basket filter;).
