Loved everything! From the checkin they accommodated our late arrival when we reported we would only arrive much later in the night. The place was clean, the setup was amazing. Breakfast was exceptional, tasty with variety. I'm actually glad we didn't book with the popular hotels because this was better value for money with similar grand service. The host was kind and so was her staff. Beautiful Seaview at the breakfast room. I appreciated the attention to detail even with the mini toiletries. I had forgotten my cotton wool and was so happy to find a jar with cotton pads. We really enjoyed a cozy stay❤️

The place exceeded my expectations, so there's nothing I can fault.

Clean and quiet

Reviewing as a guest as well as a fellow bnb owner, even though its only been afew months, I can honestly say this is by far one of the best places I've stayed. I've even stolen afew ideas for my own extension plans🤭 Everything a guest needs is on hand and readily available for use. Ample space for clothing and empty suitcases for long stays. Any info you might need is on the wall signage or the dresser. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Shops are 5 minutes away and you can get in and out of the area without much traffic issues. Overall, I'll definitely rebook whenever I need to stay over in Umhlanga.

The room was clean and great, friendly atmosphere. The neighbourhood was great high end. Amazing views of the ocean and very very quite streets. Great architecture, well maintaned community.

The host was always available and willing to assist. The room was large and spacious, I liked the patio though it was cold that night. The place is in a quiet neighbourhood.

The particular room doesn't have the view but it is nice and quiet when everyone is home. The room is too close to parking and everybody wakes up when other guests arrive or leave.

Very pleasant experience and friendly staff. We felt that we were taken good care off and the place was very clean. They also have an honesty bar, the view is amazing and we were very pleased with the service.

Nothing really, maybe just the TV is very small and far against the wall, not even worth watching TV but that is not a big deal.

The location of the property, the size of my room with the added amenities of a mini kitchenette with kettle and fridge, plus the separate bathroom with shower and bathtub. The welcome by Happy and assisting me with my luggage was really appreciated. I also loved the breakfast and the size and quality of the omelette the chef prepared for me, and finally, the parking spaces. thank you very much

Although this is not major, the pillows could do with interval dry cleaning to remove the smell, and the shower door needs fixing as it doesn't close properly, letting water flow onto the floor. The bathroom could do with a small table or cabinet where one can put their bathroom amenities

Spacious clean room with mini fridge and microwave. Quiet residential surroundings where you can even hear the waves hitting the rocks although this is not next to the sea.

Location is not walkable to shops or restaurants. Not convenient if you don't have a car. Need to use Uber

I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was tasty and the proximity to the beach and restaurants was the cherry on top.

Very nice view onto the sea and nice familiar feeling but still privacy through the private entries to the room. The staff was particularly nice, always helpful and kind.

The manager was absolutely brilliant - so welcoming. He was very helpful in organising a taxi for me. I loved the heavenly decor, comfy bed and amazing hot shower! I would definitely recommend it. Close to shops and beach, excellent security

Oh my goodness what a lovely room is Suite 4. This will definitely be our go to place in future. The breakfast was beautiful the view from the balcony to the sea and the beautiful trees on the right was spectacular. The staff especially Lucky..... Oops I mean Happy was a real all rounder. He is really very hands on. Thank you for a beautiful stay we had to pay little more for Suite 4 to have the extra room due to unforseen reasons. Really and truly this was a very awesome stay.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was exceptional. Even though my room didn't have a view, it was great knowing I could take a few steps and get a view of the ocean. The room was neat and had everything one needs. Very comfortable stay.

We had a very lovely stay. The staff was friendly and took great care of us. The room was spacious and comfortable. I loved the spacious shower. We were provided a cot bed and baby bathtub for our LO, which was great.

It would have been helpful if there were plates and cutlery for warming up and eating.

Loved the attention to detail, all the little things in the bathroom like the body wash and roll on. Happy was so kind and attentive to all our needs.

Very quiet and private stay. The room is very spaceous, clean and the air con is great when I need it. The DSTV was great for keeping up to date with the soccer. It was good to have a desk to work from too. And the bed was very comfortable. Very nice to have a pool too which I had the sole use of every day which was great. The staff are also very friendly.

Only thing wld be the step leading out of bedroom was a bit high and could be a problem. 2nd step shld go all the way across. Otherwise nothing we didn’t like.

Very friendly welcome and the staff were great through the whole stay. The room was cleaned every day and supplies topped up. It was also very convenient to be able to park right outside the room in secure parking and the location was great. I hope to be back soon!
