Overall, the hotel is relatively clean. However, the toilet, flooring, and furniture show signs of discoloration and wear. If you’re just looking for a place to rest for the night, it’s definitely a decent and recommended option.

Is quite warm in the capsule. Temperature can slightly adjust to cooler. Female toilet & shower room lock needs to do maintenance. Almost stuck inside.

I like the bed and the pillows because they all look clean without any stains. The facilities in the bathroom are also functioning well, including the hairdryer and water heater. The water pressure is super good, the water does not smell chlorine, and I did not experience skin itchiness after bathing there. There are two types of toilets in the hotel, so no worries if you are a person who feels more comfortable using a squatting toilet or a sitting toilet. Most importantly, the receptionist and the hotel employees are friendly, patient, and helpful. The lobby in the hotel also has a water dispenser to refill plain water, which I like the most because I can avoid getting bottled mineral water repeatedly. The different types of lights in the room are also adding points, as you can adjust the brightness of the room according to your preference. Last but not least, staying here is also very convenient because Terminal Bus Sungai Nibong is near the hotel, and you can enjoy different foods at the Oriental Forest Food Hub downstairs.

Everyone had to keep their shoes in a locker provided and wear the slippers belonging to the hotel every time they entered the room and bathroom, so it was a bit inconvenient each time you left the hotel. We wore the slippers whenever we went to the bathroom, so they were in a wet condition almost all the time (I guess that's why I found out that the slippers were a bit smelly). I felt uncomfortable because there was no bathroom mat outside the room. I had to be quiet or speak very softly because the soundproofing in the room was not good. The air conditioning in the room was too cold to the extent that I had already rotated the switch to make the wind smaller, but the whole room still made me feel freezing cold. Although the bedsheet was thick, it was not enough for me to keep me warm. I had to wear socks at night because it was too cold. I tried to stop the air conditioning by taking out the hotel card, but it was useless because the air conditioning was still working.

That one old staff who like to intervene in other people's business. There was this one person maybe in a middle online interview. When that person finished, this one staff thought he/she had the rights to correct or gave an advice on that person on what or when to do better. That person didn't asked for your advice, so don't be entitled to give your thoughts because its not your life.

Staff at this hotel is incompetent and horrible, especially the man with the glasses. He was very rude and arrogant and accused me of stealing their room key when I didn’t and talked to me so rudely. He then checked the camera and reached back to inform that the key was found. When I escalated the situation, they did not do anything about it. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, did not want to shower there. Would definitely not recommend.

The communal lights were soooooooo bright it lit up my sleeping pod. Like hospital brightness. Like the sun. They should turn some off or at least dim them. #eyemasksareneeded

If you just want a place to sleep and shower. This place is perfect. Clean bed, clean toilets, friendly staff and cheap price. Free car park for hotel guest also

Some facilities are a bit old but still usable

It's sort of like a hostel concept yet with a hotel feeling. Beds were provided individually so u can have a little privacy. The cube was super comfy. Definitely worth the stay.

The cubicle is super comfy and you get a good nights sleep without issue. Both the staff and people staying were friendly and accommodating. Would easily recommend it if you are ok being a bit outside.

The lockers are a bit small and don’t accommodate a regular size backpack. The bathroom could use some maintenance. The cash deposit (or alternatively leaving the passport) feels odd and like you aren’t being trusted - but it’s quite common all around. You want to be aware that it’s not in the middle of things (but still fairly close).

I like their arrangement of the male and female although is mixed with two gender，but they have arrange girls in one section and male in another section which I satisfied with it cuz is a lot more safer for girls

the aircond is too cold and the air ventilation is bad cuz during shower is very hard to breathe ，if can please provide more hanger

Staff were really helpful. Easy check in and check out process. Room was clean and comfy bed. I liked the privacy capsule and they provide you with basic amenities. Its opposite of bus station so it is easy to travel locally as well as intercity.

It will be better if they can replace the existing shower gel with other brand and also add shampoo in the showers.

Very clean, they provide the best pillow ever..memory foam pillow which i never had in other dorm style hostel

The staff during check in didn’t greet me politely which i was not happy with it, They seem angry the way he talk to me due to i was i late for the check in but i already make a call to inform regarding the matter which i told to different staff (different staff during call and check in) . Need to improve communication skill and how to greet customer politely..

convenient clean affordable friendly Stayed 3 nights for a trip / tour to Penang, this has been cost effective and the pods / beds are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and professional, briefs each guest well on arrival as staying here is quite different from a regular hotel. During my visit, the weather is hot outside, but in the room with all the capsules the air conditioning is cool and comfortable. Location is very accessible., near Sungei Nibong bus terminal and public buses e.g. Rapid Penang route 401 stops near Sungei Nibong bus terminal. Grab is readily accessible to/from this location. There is a laundry about 400m away from the hotel and a 7 Eleven convenience shop across the street about 300m away. I managed to do laundry while travelling and visiting Penang and it is almost a home away from home for me. And it has been a great visit to Penang for me while staying at the hotel
