The hotel's decor and ambiance was great - it felt both hip and welcoming. The room was spacious enough for two people and had a nice layout. We opted for the breakfast and it was really great - one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had.

Our room key kept getting disabled, so we had to keep getting it fixed. Not a big deal at all.

Muy cómodas las camas. En el baño, el agua de la ducha caliente y con buena presion como asi tambien los artículos de cortesia (cepillo de dientes, gorro de ducha, etc).. Tambien muy bien los artículos disponibles para prepar te y café (Nespresso). En cuanto a la ubicacion es excelente si vas a utilizar el tren para movilizarte a otras ciudades. Esta ubicado frente a la Estacion Atocha. .

Nos faltó el bidè La zona está en obra por reformas en la calle y en la estacion de Metro. Mucho ruido que esta amortiguado por la buena insonorizacion de las Aberturas.

I splashed out on a room with balcony but building works right outside the hotel meant we could not use this. Also, it was harder to get to the hotel as the whole roundabout was closed off on three sides

I loved the vibe of the whole hotel, the people are super friendly. Very cool style.

Some of the restaurant staff were a bit inexperienced and there’s also the language barrier but they’re very friendly so all good.

Excellent location for Atocha station whilst not too far from the centre of town and good restaurants etc. Stylish and clean with good facilities. Very good sound-proofing, as traffic noise was almost unnoticeable, despite my room overlooking a very busy road intersection. Good rooftop restaurant.

Screens over the window meant I could not get a clear view.

El hotel esta a 5 minutos andando de la estación de Atocha y es muy cómodo para ir andando al Retiro y al centro de la ciudad. Es un hotel moderno y el staff es encantador. Yo fuí con mi hijo en verano y le encantaron los albornoces de jirafa en la habiatación ☺️

Quizás el precio, tiene un precio muy alto en algunas épocas pot encima de los hoteles de su categoria.

Estaban en obra en los alrededores. Pero no es culpa de ellos Estas al lado de la estación de Atocha. Si te manejas con trenes es ideal

Tolles Boutique Hotel mit eigener Bakery. Breakfast ist im 7. Stock mit toller Aussicht. Guter Guest Service mit Organisation von Restaurant und Tickets. Zimmer sind nicht all zu gross aber haben alles drin. Super Welcome im Zimmer mit Champagner und Chocolate.

Schade was das im Zimmer z.bsp das Vanety Set nicht aufgefüllt wurde oder das Wasser im 2. Tag. Das Zimmer 124 im 1. Stock kann ich nicht empfehlen da die Aussicht in den Innenraum war Atrium.

Poor service at the roof top restaurant. We needed to wait for 10 minutes at the desk to be told there was not availability! Very poor!

Even though there was a lot of construction outside, my room was quiet. I liked the security guard in the lobby as well.

Everything was super clean and good quality bed, best bed I’ve slept in for a while!

The lobby and room were clean stylish and comfortable. Very quiet too. Perfect location for exploring the major galleries and central tourist spots. But it has the added benefit of sitting just outside the busiest areas. The breakfast in the restaurant is exceptional.

I had lunch in the rooftop restaurant on one day. The food was average and significantly overpriced. Fortunately there are many great restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Room is very small, there is noise in several times I think it’s from room service outside the room in early morning and in afternoon also in the next room to me some one was doing some jobs there and too much noise and my bed was shaking tow times.

It was located next to a massive roundabout, road construction and not close to quaint shops. The quieter bar area inside serves ONLY sushi for bites to eat. They should tone down the quirky glitz vibe a little (but that is my personal opinion, I like tranquil after a long day out)

The style of the hotel is very nice; it feels very homey, warm, and inviting. The staff was nice and friendly and seemed professional.

As in many places in Spain, especially at this hotel, gluten-free options are almost nonexistent. This hotel seems to be more suited to people who eat everything and anything. There are no organic fruits or vegetables available, and very, very few, if any, gluten-free options. It’s designed for people to eat, drink, and get full. There is always room for improvement.

The staff were all very professional and personable. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel room was modern and very comfortable. We decided to try the brunch set menu up on the rooftop terrace. Fantastic food, great portions, and very good value for money. Big shout out to Carlos, our server, who was excellent. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main train station and is also ideally suited for the 3 art museums that are between 20 and 30 minutes walk away. There is also a small cafe and barber shop (closed on a Sunday) situated in the hotel lobby. We will return next time we are in Madrid.

Izrazito srdačno i pristupačno osoblje, jedan od najboljih hotelskih doručaka. Sobe su jako čiste, super opremljene (u kupaonici ima pegla za kosu).

Mali minus za tuš, u našoj sobi jedna od glava tuša nije najbolje funkcionirala. Također, po noći stalno u sobi blica svjetlo alarma za dim i klime te to malo smeta za spavanje.

We LOVE this hotel, we originally booked because it is right near the madcool festival transit but we had a fabulous stay and a great breakfast each day. The shower was amazing and was a fun atmosphere in the common areas. Lovely gym too!

We didn’t love the room we were put in as there was only a very small window overlooking the courtyard - however it was a decently sized room so we elected not to ask to move. Would request another room for future stays.

Stayed for one night at the end of a two week Spain trip, and was exactly what we needed. Very comfortable room, great facilities (the view from the restaurant is amazing), very decent breakfast and fantastic staff (went out of their way to help anyway they could) Thank you so much!

Der Handtuchwechsel hat leider gar nicht geklappt, musste selbst an der Rezeption neue ordern.

Room was nice and bed was extremely comfy. Aircon was good and not too noisy during hot weather. Breakfast was very good. Close to train station for next leg of journey.

The only downside is that the corner of the table is so sharp that it is easy to hurt. I hope it can be improved. In addition, the lights on both sides of the bathroom mirror are too bright! It would be nice if you could choose to turn off the lights on both sides, but you can't. You have to turn them all on at the same time.

Excellent location across from the train station and close to the Prado, Retiro Park, Reina Sophia and Literary district. Super welcoming staff and comfortable room. Early check in too! Beautifully decorated- would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you’re planning on taking the train. There’s a direct bus (203) across the street to the airport.

The hotel is relatively new and nice design. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The views from the the restaurant at the top are lovely. The breakfast was spectacular.

We took two beers from the mini bar and whilst drinking realized they were expired. They did not charged the beers after we check out though.

There were certainly some positives, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. We were left some treats, which was a nice gesture, but they only arrived while we were out for dinner, so unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy them. However overall the experience simply didn’t live up to what we expected from a hotel in this category and at this price point.

Unfortunately, our stay was rather disappointing, especially considering the price and the expectations we had of the hotel. Check-in was slow and quite chaotic, and the room, while clean, felt very small for the price. Our room was also located right next to the lift, which made it quite noisy, and the shower did not work properly.

Las instalaciones y los espacios comunes son muy bonitos. La atención del personal es extraordinaria. La habitación es muy amplia y con todas las comodidades, tenía hasta plancha para el pelo. La ubicación pilla muy bien para la estación.

The location of the hotel is great; the breakfast is fantastic and very varied; the room is modern and well laid out and fitted. But, it is the staff - across the board - who make all the difference. Excellent public transport nearby too.

Not anything that the hotel could change - construction in front of the building. Then again, there is construction work happening all over Madrid.

This was the third time I have stayed at the Only You Atocha. It is perfectly situated for the big three museums: The Prado, the Thyssen and the Reine Sofia. It is also very close the the Retiro and the beautiful Real Jardin Botanico parks. The hotel is situated very close to the Atocha underground. The room was a decent size and the buffet breakfast was very good. Everything is very clean. The staff, as always, were very helpful.

Amazing hotel just across Atocha train station which is very convenient if you continue your journey on a train yet not far from all important venues in Madrid. Metro station is next door so you could get very fast to the centre. This was my second visit in 2 weeks. Again I felt very comfortable in the spacious room, had a great night sleep and enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the rooftop terrace overlooking the city. The hotel has a very special atmosphere, modern and sophisticated. The staff at the reception and in restaurant were amazing, polite and friendly, yet professional, you just feel they do their best to make you feel ONLY YOU.

Layout of hotel is a little strange--halls felt long and narrow, difficult to find my way back out to the lobby. Also, I didn't have time to get the full breakfast, electric kettle in my room did not work, and there was no way to get a cup of coffee before I took my taxi to the airport. I'd suggest getting the coffee shop just off the lobby to open earlier!
