De Locatie is perfect! Het ligt heel dichtbij een metro station die je direct verbind met lower -en upper manhattan.

Llevo 10 años viajando por Queens. Así que he conocido varios hoteles de la zona. El LIC es caro, tiene mobiliario viejo y desayuno escaso. Con una tarifa más pequeña, sería aceptable. El Wingate, en la misma zona, es infinitamente mejor. Hice reservas para dos días, y me hicieron pagar 17 dólares por cambiarme a la habitación del segundo día. Inaudito. Bien ubicación. Atención en español. Poco más.

Mobiliario antiguo. Caro. Desayuno pobre. En Queens hay mejores hoteles a precio más interesnte.

Everything. Perfect location, few minutes walk to subway. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was also good enough for us. Nice spacious and quiet room. We really loved this hotel and had an amazing stay. Highly recommended. Will be back for our next trip for sure. Thank you LIC Hotel.

La ubicación, cerca del metro, las habitaciones, el desayuno y el personal muy amable.

El ruido. Hubo un día puntual que estaban tocando en el tejado de al lado y se escuchaba muchísimo, cuando nos quejamos por no poder dormir parecía que molestaba más nuestra queja que el ruido. Si lo saben deberían insonorizar las habitaciones más cercanas.

Hôtel excellent. Très propre. Chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. 2 machines à laver et 2 sèche-linge à disposition pour un coût très raisonnable. Le rooftop est super car il y a la vue sur Manhattan. A 5 minutes à pied du métro. A 30 mn à pied de la rive de East River avec la vue sur Manhattan.

Struttura che consiglierò sicuramente a coloro che vorranno venire a Ny. Camere pulite ogni giorno, corridoi sempre profumati e in ordine, colazione con pancake e uova strapazzate preparate al momento. Terrazzo panoramico sullo skyline veramente emozionante. Apprezzata tantissimo la possibilità di poter riempire sempre le borracce con acqua a dispenser freschissima, dopo km e km di passeggiate! Metro a pochi passi che ti porta ovunque

Non ho nulla da segnalare. L’unica cosa da sottolineare, ma che non è un difetto, è giusto per conoscenza, la zona non è ricchissima di pub/locali dove andare in serata, ma è una zona tranquillissima.

Location is wonderful, 1 metro stop away from Manhattan, and with free parking in the streets nearby. Perfecto to arrive by car and let the car parked to go visit NY by metro all day long. Breakfast is also nice and staff nice.

Hotel muito bom, a localização é otima, pertinho da estação de metro da court sq/23st, o bairro também me pareceu seguro, bastante restaurantes por perto, o café da manhã é bom, não tem muita variedade como outras pessoas disseram, mas não me importei, é raro hoteis em NYC terem café então já é um diferencial, os funcionários são atenciosos, muitos falam espanhol, e a limpeza também era muito boa, recomendo e me hospedaria novamente.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very hospitable and attentive. The breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel was within walking distance of the buses and train stations, with bodegas nearby as well.

The available parking on the hotel property is limited , I didn't see an ironing board in the room.

Hotel muito bom, a localização é otima, bem pertinho do metro da court sq/23st, a linha E que passa lá vai tanto para Manhattan, quanto para o aeroporto, é bem fácil chegar a qualquer lugar, e os arredores também tem bastante restaurantes, achei seguro. O café da manhã é bem estilo americano, que os brasileiros podem estranhar, mas é muito bom, a limpeza também foi excelente.

Hotel muito bom, a localização é ótima, bem perto da estação de metro da court sq/23st, da pra ir facilmente pra qualquer lugar, o bairro é bem legal, vários restaurantes perto, achei seguro. O café da manhã é bom, bem estilo americano, o que alguns brasileiros podem estranhar, não tem tanta variedade, mas é suficiente. A limpeza também foi excelente e os funcionários são bem atenciosos, muitos falam espanhol.

Letto King size comodissimo. Camera spaziosa e per nulla rumorosa. Pulizia ok. Colazione forse non troppo varia, ma prodotti di qualità. Vicinissimo a diverse linee metro.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Mehrere verschiedene U Bahnen führen schnell nach Manhattan. Die Gegend ist nicht so hektisch.Das Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse ok. Das es das aber überhaupt dort gibt, ist super. Trinkwasser kann jederzeit aufgefüllt werden und die Dachterrasse ist super.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und zum zweiten Mal wieder rundum zufrieden! 😊 Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, nur etwa zwei Minuten von der Subway entfernt, sodass man Manhattan schnell und unkompliziert erkunden kann. Besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Blick auf die Skyline von Manhattan ,gerade abends wirklich beeindruckend! Das Frühstück ist ganz gut, man hat alles, was man braucht. Dazu kommt ein sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, bei dem man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen das Hotel!

Placé idéalement à 15 min de métro du cœur de Manhattan. La literie est de qualité. Les chambres sont simple mais c’est très propre et petit déjeuner compris. Personnel très aimable.

It was clean, the room was quiet, and the location was just a short walk from the subway.

I hope they could offer at least 3 or 4 different breakfast options. We stayed for 6 nights, but they only had 2 sets of meals that were served on alternating days. Overall, the food was great, and we had a great experience. We really enjoyed our stay!

People working there were very friendly. However, the price for a hotel like this was an exaggeration.

I really didn't like the threatening messages from the hotel, they made me feel very uncomfortable even before we arrived to this hotel. I think this hotel is very simple to send warning messages like that.

Non ho gradito il fatto che una mattina mi hanno detto che, trascorsi i 30 minuti a disposizione per la colazione, dovevo abbandonare la sala c'era gente che aspettava. Eravamo con una bimba di un anno e capite bene mezz'ora a volte non basta.

Had to pay 30$ for parking each night. This was not clearly mentioned while booking the Hotel. So that felt like an additional expense.

Mükemmel bir teras manzarası var ve gün batımını izlemek büyük keyif veriyor. Her yere kolaylıkla ulaşım sağlanabilecek bir konumda olması avantaj sağlıyor.

Yatak konforu biraz daha iyi olabilir, personelin ilgisi artırılabilir ve odalarda kalan konukların ses çıkarmasına engel olunabilir. Koridordan bile gitar çalma sesi geliyor ve buna engel olmuyor iseniz hoş karşılanmaz.

Ho pernottato 12 notti e il cambio letto è stato effettuato solo 2 volte ( uno richiesto da me ) , il cambio asciugamani avveniva tutti i giorni.

Na hotel ve Spojených státech byla snídaně vynikající, kovový příbor, porcelánový hrnek:-) vajíčka, slanina, káva, tousty... Skvělá je i lokalita, čtyři linky metra, na Manhattan coby kamene dohodil. Už víme, kde budeme bydlet při příští návštěvě New Yorku:-)

Nic mě nenapadá, pokoj byl velice čistý (úklid každý den), postele pohodlné, příjemná recepce i lidé u snídaně. Děkujeme.

Ein gutes Hotel und große Zimmer für New Yorker Verhältnisse. Es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank und eineiige Möglichkeiten für unsere Sachen zum verstauen.

Die Klimaanlage war recht laut zum schlafen.

We checked in this afternoon and at first this little hotel seemed fine. It is very close to the subway, very simple but clean. However, in the evening, it's a different story : very loud techno music started next door making it impossible to rest or sleep. The staff who seem accustomed to this situation, could only provide ear plugs as a solution. However, noise cancelling headphones and ear plugs can't cover the constant pounding.

Breakfast was really good. The food was fresh and hot. Bacon was crispy. The hotel was really nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is located right near the subway making it easy to get around.

Eravamo con due bimbi e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Mi spaventava la moquette ma nel complesso tutto pulito. Posizione molto comoda alla metro e zona molto tranquilla

Really convenient for subway into the City or to the airport. Quite hip area with nice craft bars and food. Although up and coming area it felt really safe. Hotel breakfast was great

Blisko do metra, szybko można się dostać do centrum. Czysty, wystarczający pokój. Co prawda monotonne śniadania ale na plus że są i można coś przegryźć przed wyjściem. Miła obsługa i cena jak na Nowy Jork bardzo przystępna.

L’établissement était très propre, le personnel a pu m’aider à plusieurs reprises et l’emplacement juste à côté d’une station de métro facilite énormément les déplacements. Le wifi fonctionne très bien et la chambre dispose d’une climatisation qui fonctionne parfaitement.

J’ai eu du mal lors de l’usage de la buanderie.

Ubicado a 1 cuadra del metro que conecta con Manhattan, hotel muy limpio con un desayuno bastante aceptable! Brindan cafe y agua caliente todo el tiempo para el mate.

Quizás agregaria alguna variedad más en el desayuno.

1. Parking information It would be helpful to make the parking situation clearer in the Booking.com listing. I'm not sure whether this is managed by the hotel or Booking.com, but it should mention that the number of parking spaces is limited and they are available on a first come, first served basis. Otherwise, guests may unexpectedly have to look for a nearby parking garage. 2. Staff were slightly too "curious" The night before check-out, I received a link from the hotel asking me to confirm my estimated departure time. I completed it and stated that I would be leaving the room by 9:30 a.m. At around 8:30 a.m., while I was loading my car and taking my luggage down in several trips, I returned to my room and found the housekeeping staff closing my door. The "Do Not Disturb" sign was still hanging on the door, and the housekeeper had clearly seen it before entering. She immediately apologised ("Sorry, sorry"), but I don't think housekeeping should have entered the room before my stated departure time, especially while the Do Not Disturb sign was still displayed.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was not fancy but it was very good. Excellent location for easy access to subway. Neighborhood felt safe enough to walk around at night. Room was basic but clean. Bed was comfortable. Happy that we could leave our bags before check in and after check out to explore city.

Don’t forget to put your do not disturb sign on your door before bed or they will be knocking to clean it before 9. You have to go down to breakfast with everyone on your reservation to get breakfast.
