Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra co znacznie ułatwiało poruszanie się po mieście. Pomocny i miły personel. Pokoje czyste, dobrze wyposażone. Kawa, herbata i woda dostępne przez 24h.

Limited breakfast options. Unclean and sticky floor. Not a great neighbourhood. Staff rejected my card saying it didn’t work at 4am in the morning but after we checked with our bank, they said that the issue was not on our end.. and turned out they didn’t swipe it properly. No apologies were given despite their fault.. esp with a kid at 4am. But we moved on as the rest of the stay was good.

Very clean and tidy, not far from Manhattan Centre, just a couple of subway stops

It was very noisy in the mornings and we were in the room bestie the elevator so could always her it when it was in motion.

The staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Their attention made it very welcoming. The breakfast was good.

The pictures of the hotel were a bit deceiving. The location is not the best but convenient to local stores and transportation. The room was small, the pillows were the WORST. The view, what view? Lol, but construction. Not pleasant when you have to live out of your suitcase for the 2 weeks we were there because you only have a small closet and no dresser to put your clothes away. I don't think I'll be staying there again.

Hotel com boa infraestrutura, quarto espaçoso, bem equipado ( frigobar, micro-ondas, louça básica ) cama confortável, material de cama novo, impecavelmente limpo, sistema de refrigeração bom, café da manhã bem servido, embora, pouco variado.

É uma área em transição estrutural, nível de desenvolvimento social baixo, ruas próximas sujas, pessoas em situação de rua rotineiramente, cheiro de maconha sempre presente ( legalizada em NY ), embora, sem qualquer incidência de violência ou qualquer abordagem hostil durante minha estadia.

The hotel is located in a transition neighborhood that has a lot of new hotels and a lot of warehouses. It is very convenient to a number of subway lines. The daily breakfast was excellent. If you drive you can find street parking and avoid the fee to park.

The area looks run down but it was safe and we never felt danger while walking to and from the subway even late at night. The biggest issue we had was a lack of towels racks in the bathroom which made it difficult to air dry towels between room being serviced.

Staff members were so kind and friendly. The water, tea and coffee stations available 24hours. It is veryt convenient have a breakfast included. Near of a metro stop.

We loved the breakfast options. I’m gluten free and was always able to find something to eat every morning. We loved having a fridge to keep our leftovers and takeout fresh.

The location was a tad scary, especially at night. People were shouting at us on the streets while we were walking back but other than that it was nice.

Friendly and helpful team! Always smiling and pleasant. Hotel and all facilities are clean. Rooms are well appointed. Lovely scent to body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Kitchen has everything you need and if you think of something else, just call the front desk. Will continue to visit this location. Close to subway. Love the proximity to Astoria...a favorite neighborhood of ours.

Service was good at the reception, very informative and efficient. Breakfast has more options than the standard hotels.

People from housekeeping were too noisy, they started speaking loudly to each other in front of the rooms and it was difficult to sleep with that noise, in addition, someone also from housekeeping was listening to something on the phone and it was quite loud. The mattress was too soft. Cleaning was performed but one of the garbage was not discarded and it was almost full and smelly. The location was bad for walking comfortably in the area.

The location was great for getting around using the subway which was a 8 minute walk.

There was a lot of construction work going on and if you’re located on the wrong side of the building it can be a little noisy very early.

Le personnel en général très accueillant et à l’écoute , un Rooftop sympa que nous n’avons découvert que vers la fin . Bien desservi la ligne de métro M/F est à 6min à pied .

Хороший, чистый номер. Приятный персонал. Прекрасный вид с крыши. Отель в хорошем состоянии, честно заслуженные 3 звезды! Метро в 5-10 минутах ходьбы от отеля.

Завтрак не понравился, нет ни овощей свежих, ни фруктов, ни здоровой еды для людей , которые привыкли есть хорошую еду, к сожалению. Было бы здорово, чтобы был более большой выбор горячих блюд. Завтракали вне отеля. Район, в котором находится отель выглядит очень небезопасным и грязным.

L'hôtel était super, par contre l'environnement stricte surtout pour se rendre à la station de métro la plus proche , on a un sentiment d'insécurité à cause de nombreuses personnes squattant les trottoirs pour fumer du cannabis et autres substances peut être. Par contre il faut savoir que ses personnes ne nous ont jamais abordés. Par contre on est à quelques stations du centre de manhattan en ligne directe métro M ou F (les weekend).

Habitaciones muy cómodas, personal muy amable y atento. Buena ubicación: solamente dos paradas en metro de Manhattan. El desayuno estaba bastante apañado, el personal que lo gestionaba fue muy atento.

Aunque la ubicación es excelente y permite llegar rápidamente a Manhattan, el ambiente del barrio nos generó cierta incomodidad, especialmente por las noches. En varias ocasiones había grupos de personas en la calle o alrededor de algunos comercios y presenciamos alguna discusión en la vía pública. No tuvimos ningún incidente durante nuestra estancia, pero creemos que es un aspecto a tener en cuenta para familias con niños. Es el único punto negativo que encontramos del hotel.

Tiene muy buenos desayunos, son variados. Tiene una ubicación favorable para movilizarse a distintos puntos de la ciudad

Het personeel was vriendelijk. Ruime kamers met prima badkamer. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed. Geen overlast van naastgelegen kamers. Een metrostation met lift circa 9 minuten lopen. Goed te doen van en naar het vliegveld JFK.

Das Hotel war sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück war gut, das beste das wir auf unserer Reise durch Amerika hatten. Wir konnten an der Rezeption Regenschirme ausleihen, aber Vorsicht sie berechnen eine Gebühr, man muss extra darauf hinweisen diese auch wieder von der Rechnung runterzunehmen. Im Nachhinein von Deutschland aus war für uns keine Rückerstattung mehr möglich. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse mit sehr schönem Blick auf Manhattan und die Skyline.

Die Gegend ist nicht gerade die Schönste, es wird aber gerade umgebaut und wird sich sicher in der Jahren verändern. Haben uns nie Unsicher gefühlt. Der ganze Müll und die Ratten, naja ist halt New York.

직원들의 따뜻하고 편안한 응대와 깔끔한 시설은 딱 좋았습니다. 침대가 포근해서 매우 편안하게 잤습니다. 발렛 파킹이 되어 안전합니다. 특히 발렛 직원의 성실한 태도를 칭찬합니다. 로비에 24시간 마련되어 있는 커피가 좋았습니다.

밤 늦게, 그리고 새벽에도 간간이 사람들의 소란스러운 소리가 창문 너머로 들려서 잠을 설쳤어요. 지하철 타고 다닐 계획이었으나 지하철을 이용하지는 않았어요. 호텔 위치나 뷰가 썩 쾌적한 동네는 아닌 것 같아요.

The room was clean and well kept, and the entire facility appeared updated.

The neighborhood did not seem very safe - especially after sunset. The nearest subway station was at least 8 min walk away.

Had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Nice big bed, tv, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, good shower. Breakfast included. Staff very friendly and accommodating

Nothing to dislike

J’ai beaucoup aimé la chambre que nous avions, plutôt monder et bien agencé. De plus, le rooftop est un vrai point positif. La gentillesse du personnel est également un gros point fort.

Concernant le ménage, les poubelles étaient bien vidées, les draps de lit et les serviettes changées, mais petit bémol, le sol n’a jamais été passé à l’aspirateur. Dernier point, l’isolation des chambres, sous la porte d’entrée, un espace de vide laisse rentrer la lumière et forcément le bruit.

Lorsque des personnes sont dans le couloir on entend tout dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuné, il pourrait être ouvert plus longtemps et il pourrait y avoir plus de choix et surtout remettre ce qu’il manque car il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix si on arrive un peu plus tard

I recently completed a 6-day stay here and, unfortunately, would not recommend this property. The primary issue was a complete lack of service. Despite requesting housekeeping through the mobile app and confirming my request in person at the front desk, my room was only cleaned once during the entire week. The check-in process was equally disappointing. There was no recognition of my status, and I wasn’t offered so much as a bottle of water upon arrival. Beyond that, the staff was generally unfriendly and unhelpful. To top it off, the surrounding neighborhood is not great and didn't feel like an ideal location for a stay in the city. Between the service failures and the location, I will not be returning to this hotel.

I loved everything about the premises. Perfect reception with respectful and professional staff. The rooms are good size, super clean with all the necessary stuff to keep one going in NY.

Struttura molto pulita ed accogliente, personale gentile e sempre disponibile, metro perfetta, a 10 15 minuti a piedi. Colazione non molto varia, ma comunque con più scelte. Ho apprezzato la possibilità di prendere bevande calde e l’acqua a tutte le ore in modo gratuito.

Sfortunatamente, la struttura è su una zona non molto turistica e con persone non sempre raccomandabili. Ma penso stiano facendo dei lavori di riqualificazione dell’area.

Hôtel très propre, confortable, personnel très aimable et aux petits soins. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement et de façon sécurisée dans les rues adjacentes. Métro à 5 min à pieds. Parfait pour visiter Manhattan en transports et Brooklyn en voiture.

Le petit déjeuner a clairement baissé en qualité depuis 2024. Vaisselle jetable, pas assez de tables pour tous les clients. Qualité des produits plus que médiocre… Nous avons été déçus. Autre point à prendre en considération : le quartier: clairement pas le plus beau mais nous ne sommes jamais sentis en insécurité. Métro à 5 min et patrouille de police dans le quartier. Donc on y vient pour dormir et c’est tout!!

L équipe accueillante, souriante et toujours prête à aider même avec la barrière de la langue ils ont fait l effort de comprendre ce que l on souhaitait. Une attention particulière pour mon anniversaire (décoration de la chambre, friandises et cookies) — un geste qui fait vraiment la difference

Seuls bémols : parking payant et Climatisation ou du moins le type de climatiseur aux US diffèrent de ceux vendus en france par exemple en france plus silencieux et discret

Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon, les lits très confortables et la station de métro à 5 min, pour le petit déjeuner si vous êtes plutôt salé, passez votre tour.

Le quartier est en construction, pas très avenant et paraître peu sur, mais une semaine passée et aucun problème avec mes 2 filles grandes ados.

The receptionist who checked me in was very nice and friendly. She had a smile the entire time, very welcoming. Having kitchenette in the room was amazing.

Rooftop felt unsafe with the rocky tiles. The breakfast area was under construction & food quality and options could be improved.

A área onde o hotel está localizado é bem ruim pois as ruas são muito sujas, com muitos moradores de rua.

Friendly and welcoming stuff.

One day prior to our arrival we were informed over email about the construction site nearby, too late to cancel for free. Overall very noisy which made our 5 nights stay not comfortable as we could not get enough sleep. The air conditioning is very close to the bed and there is not enough wall hooks eg. In the bathroom for the towels.

- Most of staff are friendly - Rooms big enough with powerful showers. - Beds not quite big enough for two people/ children. - Good breakfast quality and choice. Area too small for busy periods. - Location leaves a lot to be desired, although no problems or concerns about safety. - All in all, its a cheaper option than staying in Manhattan. 5 mins walk to subway & two short stops.
