Appartamento piccolo ma ben organizzato e pulito. Abbiamo soggiornato in tre e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Host molto gentile e posizione veramente centrale che permette di girare a piedi.

Appartamento super confortevole e arredato con cura e buon gusto! Piacevole l'illuminazione con punti luce secondari (abat jour e piantana) per creare atmosfera e accoglierti all'arrivo. Letto con materasso in memory per dormire meravigliosamente. In dotazione, oltre ai prodotti da bagno, c'erano anche pantofole, cuffie per la doccia, tappi per le orecchie e un phon Dyson. Anche l'angolo cottura aveva tutto l'occorrente, compresi olio, sale, oltre a zucchero e caffè e prodotti per la pulizia. Tutto in ottimo stato. Inoltre si possono avere le pulizie giornaliere. Filipe è stato molto accurato, pronto e gentile nelle indicazioni. La posizione è ottima perchè si può raggiungere velocemente il centro a piedi ed è vicino sia ad un supermercato che al parcheggio coperto.

Prachtige loft met leuke en praktische indeling! Heel goed gelegen aan metro Trinidade, supermarkt om de hoek, veel restaurants in de buurt. 25 min te voet tot aan de Douro. Alles te voet bereikbaar. Metro tot aan kust en luchthaven. Communicatie omtrent het verblijf met Filipe verliep heel goed. Dagelijks nieuwe handdoeken en poetsdienst. Alles aanwezig. Heel netjes en duidelijk.

This place was perfect. It’s one block away from the train station and also walking distance from all the main streets. Everything was clean, check-in was easy, the rooms get cleaned daily like a hotel, the host is responsive, and there are extra amenities like a Dyson hairdryer!

La ubicación del apartamento muy buena, la limpieza era excepcional y además el apartamento estaba muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario y con detalles muy buenos como las zapatillas para estar allí o las cápsulas de café. Además llegamos pronto y no hubo problema en hacer el checkin antes de la hora.

Great location and a lovely apartment! It’s right in the city centre, so everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment is really nice, comfortable, and well located. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we had a question. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! 😊❤️

Everything about this property is phenomenal, it was one of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed and I couldn’t recommend it more! As a solo female traveller I felt safe in the location, the kitchen was well equipped, comfy bed, homely vibes and even a Dyson air wrap! I loved the recommendations and the story about the apartment. There was great sound proofing and even a beautiful balcony. Thanks for a fab stay!!

Obiekt sprzątany codziennie, wszystkie braki uzupełniane na bieżąco,. Czysto i przytulnie. Dużo przestrzeni do przechowywania. Świetna lokalizacja blisko centrum, metra, dużego supermarketu oraz wielu knajpek. Niczego nam nie brakowało.

Brak windy, klatka schodowa trochę zawilgocona co skutkowało nieprzyjemnym zapachem, ale w apartamencie już tego nie było.

Edificio bastante antiguo

De ligging is redelijk centraal en het is een leuk authentiek pand.

De loft waar wij met z’n 5-en sliepen is wel erg gehorig. Dus als er iemand ‘s nachts naar het toilet moest, was iedereen wakker. Dat is wel inherent aan het oude houten gebouw. Maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden als je licht slaapt.

Het appartement was mooi ingericht, zeer praktisch op een kleine oppervlakte. Felipe antwoordde onmiddellijk op elke vraag; zeer correcte info.

Je hoort wel alles van de bovenburen; gelukkig maakten die niet veel lawaai.

L’appartement est très bien placé . Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec tout ce qu’il fallait pour le petit déjeuner. La personne qui s’est occupée de l’entretien de notre logement était très efficace et à l’écoute . Il y avait des indications de sorties et autre dans l’appartement . La communication est très facile !

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und eignet sich bestens für einen Kurzurlaub in Porto. Der Gastgeber hat uns einen günstigen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe vermittelt. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf Kirchtürme und die Dächer der Altstadt (wir hatten die Wohnung im dritten Stock).

Alles auf höchstem Niveau! Makellos sauber, sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem Reisenden nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Incómoda la distribución para dormir en el apartamento para 4 y el cama sofá no era demasiado cómodo.Lo que era incómodo es el Wáter que siempre que lo utilizo tenías que usar una manguera incorporada

This stay was really amazing! We booked this accommodation for our vacation stay in Porto and hoped to live in a good location in Porto and to have a very good service. And we obtained it indeed! First we received very clear communication on our arrival expectation. Then we accessed our room and hotel with one code only. The ordered catering already waited for us in the room. We were very OK with what we got in the bags for our stay. When missing anything, we just asked our host and all was immediately managed to all our satisfaction. Room was very OK for our stay, kitchen included, and very good solution of bathroom and rooms to close if we needed so. The air conditioning was helpful and balcony too - there was some reconstruction during the working days, but we did not mind it, all was well organized and covered. Everyone in the hotel respected the quiet hours, which was good as well. We did find the television with all main application access - great! It does not work in some better rated hotels sometimes but here it did :-) In the room we found many very useful "small things" that helped us to have a better stay in here than anywhere else. And what I must emphasize? Here there was the very best "users manual" describing everything, that I have ever seen!! OBRIGADO

As I mentioned there was some reconstruction but really this was not any problem. Also the older house with "paper walls" was not any problem for us - we did enjoy our holidays in Porto and the quiet stay in here finally :-)

Séjour de rêve! Le lieu est charmant, très propre, très pratique. Tout est pensé. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Avant et après le checking, nos bagages sont gérés (avec prise de photo de l'emplacement des bagages).

Tout était bien . Le canapé clic clac du salon est forcément moins confortable qu'un vrai lit.

Fantasztikus kis ékszerdoboz, minden olyan mint a képeken, kifogástalan felszereltség, hibátlan lokáció. Továbbá a szállásadó kommunikációját, segítőkészségét emelném ki ami szintén nagyszerű. És végül az Ő étterem ajánlásai, 10/10!

Nyilván egyéni preferencia, de egy kis joghurt jó lett volna a reggeli csomagba. Illetve a szoba bejárati ajó belülről nem volt zárható, ezt meg kellene igazítani.

The apartment is stylish and well maintained. It is unique and offers a fun travel experience. They also have a washer and dryer in the common area.

The stairs are a little challenging.

I loved the building & how they had integrated the old with the modern. It had charm & had everything one could need. The balcony was a beautiful touch & Filipe responded to multiple questions immediately. Highly recommended. I will be back. Thanks to all. And perfectly quiet.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful, impeccably clean, and exceptionally well equipped, with even the smallest details thoughtfully taken care of, including manuals for all appliances. We particularly appreciated the excellent breakfast and the daily housekeeping service, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is outstanding – just a short walk from the metro station with direct access to the airport, while the city center can easily be reached on foot. We would highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again.

The only minor drawback was that, due to the age of the building, some noise from neighboring apartments could be heard at night. This slightly detracted from an otherwise outstanding stay, but overall our experience was very positive.

The property was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. There was lots of food provided for breakfast.

The hallway was still being worked on. The space around the bed was very small which made it difficult to get in and out of. There was no view from the balcony.

La limpieza del apartamento es de agradecer. La decoración es preciosa y tienen muchos detalles en el aseo y en la cocina. Lo que me encantó fueron los tapones para los oidos jajaja. Yo utilizo siempre y se me olvidó llevarlos, verlos en el baño me hizo gracia y me salvó la noche 🤣🤣

Todo genial. Igual para los demás huéspedes se puede hacer algo "alejado" pero realmente, está a un paso de todo!

The apartment was great - cozy and very practical for a family with two children. The location was also very convenient to visit the city, with the bonus of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Very well equipped kitchenette, microwave, Delonghi coffee machine, kettle and mini dishwasher. Good air conditioning, comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, safe, quality hairdryer. At night and on weekends there is absolute peace, on weekdays there is noise from construction work during the day, but the windows isolate well. A very pleasant surprise was the welcome purchase of basic groceries and lots of little things that are very useful (teas, coffee machine capsules, salt, sugar, basic spices, oil, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing detergent, slippers, map...). Ideal location in a quiet side street and a few steps from the main metro station Trindade, but we walked almost everywhere. A large supermarket is just around the corner. Easy check-in with a code on the door. The owner responds almost immediately and always tries to accommodate.

The only imperfection is that the bathroom with toilet is only behind a thin wooden wall, so you can hear everything.

Wir waren im Loft im 3. OG. Super ausgestattete Wohnung. Auch Dinge, die man sonst nicht immer findet: Ladekabel für Smartphone, Nespressokapseln, Mehrfachsteckdosen, Stadtplan, Restauranttips. Zusätzliche saubere Wolldecken. Klimaanlage. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Und sehr sauber mit täglicher Reinigung durch Personal. Supermarkt um die Ecke, genauso wie Valetparking 12€pro Tag. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar! Super Kommunikation mit Filipe.

Ok...ein paar Treppenstufen bis 3.OG. Aber das weiss man vorher.

Gostei imenso da estadia neste alojamento. O espaço estava impecavelmente limpo e corresponde exatamente às fotografias apresentadas. A localização é excelente, muito perto do metro da Trindade. O proprietário é muito simpático. Recomendo com toda a confiança.

Gemütliches und grosses Appartment, zentrale Lage, bequeme Möbel. Sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Platzbedarf. Das Appartment wurde täglich gereinigt und es hat betreffend Sauberkeit unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Metrostation ist nur ca. 100 m entfernt und auch sonst kann das meiste in Porto zu Fuss erkundet werden.

Die Küchenausstattung war leider etwas spärlich, es wäre praktischer, wenn die Ausstattung etwas umfangreicher gewesen wäre. Aber für Frühstück und kleine Snacks ist es ausreichend.

Das Loft war sehr nett und gut ausgestattet. Leider keine Beschreibung für die eletrischen Geräte wie Herd oder Netflix. Aber Filipe war sehr nett und hilfreich. Kam sogar selbst vorbei um uns alles zu zeigen. Auch Safe eingstellt, der nicht funktionierte. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Metro Trinidade in 5 Min zu Fuß, altstadt ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß. Platz Batalha wo der Hop on Bus wegfährt ca. 20 Min. , In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Kioske die Stadtpläne haben und wo man Hop on buchen kann. 30,--/ 48 Stunden. Zu empfehlen, 24 STd. sind zu wenig. Sehr nett kleiner Portweinwinzer auf der anderen Flußseite in Gaia. Weingut BOM DIA. Verkostung zu bezahlen, aber empfohlen. In der Altstadt sehr viele nette kleine Restaurants. Bootsfahrt auf dem Duouro sehr nett. Fischessen in Matesinho sehr gut. Mit Hop on zu erreichen, liegt auf der grünen Route der Grey Line.

Der Gastgeber Tiago mit dem wir vorher problemlos korrespondiert hatten, war bei unserer Ankunft einfach verschwunden, nicht erschienen, weder telefonisch noch über Whastapp zu erreichen. Er hatte uns vorher leider auch trotz Nachfrage keinen Türcode geschickt. Sonst hätte uns die Putzfrau hineinlassen können. Gottseidank war der 2. Betreiber Filipe telefonisch zu erreichen und hat sich gekümmert, obwohl wir nicht seine Gäste waren. wir haben von tiago auch die ganzen 3 Tage die wir dort waren nicht gesehen. 2. nachteil enges steiles Stiegenhaus, ohne Lift, Koffer schleppen bis unters Dach. Loft mit Gartenblick gebucht, der Gartenblick war eine riesen Baustelle und Baugrube, Das müsste bei der BGuchunhg mitgeteilt werden. Die Stockwerke darunter 1. und 2. Stock haben direkt in dieses finstere Bauloch hineingeschaut. haben wir gesehen weil beim Putzen offen war. Diese Räume sind sicher nicht zu empfehlen. Parkplatz Situation sicher eine katstrophe,.

Accueil et assistance de Tiago parfaite Emplacement idéal au calme proche de toutes commodités et intérêts.

Nous avons passés un séjour superbe dans l'appartement, joliment décoré, bien équipé et Tiago est d'une extrême gentillesse. L'appartement est idéalement situé près du métro et en plein centre.

Aussergewöhnlich stilvolle Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail. Wiir fühlten uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl, gut betreut durch Tiago, der uns auch gleich eine Einführung in die Stadt gegeben hat. Sehr gute Lage, die Stadt kann man von da gut zu Fuss erkunden, viele Restaurants in 5' gut erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wonderful apartment, a jewel! Perfect location, strong wifi, awesome smart tv, fully furnished kitchenette, close to metro stop.

The host was great and love the welcome breakfast basket which had everything we needed. The space was very spacious, clean and central. One of our favorite places to stay in our trip.

For those with walking issue be mindful of stairs since it doesn’t have elevator. It’s not an issue for us even we are on the top floor since we have small luggages.

Great location for exploring Porto. Very helpful recommendations for places to visit, eat and explore from Tiago. Apartment was very well-equipped - loved the coffee machine. Quiet and dark for sleeping well at night. Very accommodating to store our luggage when we arrived early, allowing us to explore. Overall, everything we needed for a great city break.

Que no hay ascensor, que para salir de la cama hay que saltar a la otra persona ya que uno de los lados de la cama doble da a la pared.
