Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, it's not a super long walk, I'd say around 15-20min, and there's a lot of hidden places you can explore while you walk around. There's also buses from the station to the hotel and back, and the bus stop is around 3min walking distance from the hotel. It is located in a very quiet area, but during the day you can find a lot of nice stores and a small bakery very nearby (near the bus stop) - I had a delicious mellon pan there. There are also nice restaurants nearby. The hotel is big and quiet. My room was spacious enough, it was clean and very comfortable and I had all the amenities I needed for a night stay. The staff didn't speak fluent English, but they all had translating devices, so I had absolutely no trouble understanding them (and the other way around). They were really nice and very helpful. They dealt with my luggage transfer request very promptly and professionally and all went super well: my luggage arrived the destination next day in perfect condition. They also kept my luggage for a while after checkout, so I could enjoy my last hours in the city luggage free. I had a great experience here, and I think it was good value for money. I would no doubt stay here again.
I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

反面宿泊する部屋は長年リフォーム もしていないのかかなり古く痛んでました。総評としては宿泊場所としては悪くありませんが、最近できた駅前のホテルの方が良いのではと思います。

昔ながらの鍵でドアを開けるタイプでしたが、それはよいのですが、なんと 鍵が折れてしまいました。 夜だったので朝知らせようと思ったが タオルを頼んだのを持ってきてくれたので その時話したら、その後部屋に電話が来て 10000円請求された。結果払わなくて済んだが、鍵を乱暴に使う訳もなく 一方的な請求と感じた。その部屋は友人が使っていたが移動後、夜なのにドアノブを 変える作業が始まり、騒音だった。

Walking distance to shopping centre and food outlets. Elevators (Lifts) were OK. Quiet area and quiet in rooms. Cleanliness
Restaurant was unavailable for Dinner and nearest options were 10 minute walk in zero temps and snow. No info provided for other local food options. Initially wi-fi took time to connect but it seems like they had maintenance inspect and rectify the issue. Eventually worked OK. No option for "take-out" or room service.

The room fridge worked but the freezer part didn't work so my ice packs that I brought couldn't freeze. So I had to buy bagged ice. The walk to the hotel from the train station was a bit long. The restaurants close by were all closed by 5. Seemed like the town was dead

The room in the main building is old style but the room was clean, very good size and with good bathroom. The suite in the South building was modern design with all facilities required. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We spent 2 nights here and the place exceeded our expectations.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026L'hotel est vetuste, nous avons eu une chambre avec vue sur le mur d'en face à 5 mètres de distance, l'accueil était très en dessous des standards. Nous avons dû partir tellement notre chambre d'hotel était claustrophobique - une première au Japon. Nous avons essayé de demander un remboursement et ils n'ont pas voulu, ce qui est fairplay mais pas du tout commerçant sachant que c'était la soirée du jour de l'an et que passer la nuit dans une chambre horrible n'était pas très plaisant. Juste en face, un autre hotel, le Kokusai 21, moins cher, bien plus confortable, meilleure vue, et surtout un accueil normal et bienveillant.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2025Pokój w japońskim stylu, który zajmowała moja rodzina, był duży, bez problemu mieściły się 4 osoby, 4 walizki, łazienka również była dość duża.
Pokój oraz łazienka zdecydowanie wymagają odnowienia a przede wszystkim sprzątania. W pokoju krzesło miało przeciętą tapicerkę, która zresztą była brudna , na wszystkich drewnianych elementach pokoju była duża warstwa kurzu. Gdy wytarłam płytki przy drzwiach wejściowych do pokoju ręcznik papierowy był czarny :( W łazience odpływ wody na podłodze był niezbyt przyjemną dziurą między płytkami

タイミングかもしれませんが、フロントの案内が、無愛想だった。 南館でしたが、膝の悪い母を連れていたので、洗面所との段差をなくすようにしてほしい。 他のホテルで、段差を緩和するため、低い台をおいてあるところもあったので。 南館の壁紙を新しくするだけで、随分違うかと思います。

M au goût du jour. Les salles de bain sont totalement archaïques. J'ai dejà vu plus grand sur des bateaux de croisière. Ces mêmes salles de bain sont un point excessivement décevant de la chambre. De plus il n'y a aucune prise usb. Le point technologique aussi a besoin d'etre corrige rapidement.

The bathroom was small and had a lot of mold in the corner. The ventilation fan did not work either. Felt generally sick in the room and was very hot. The air conditioner wasn't working. I brought this up to the staff they just told me to open the window. Tried to use their laundry service but they refused to accept us. Do not recommend going.

南館に泊まって、口コミで覚悟はしていたが部屋が暗かった。

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025本館のお部屋はクラシックで落ち着きました。 広さもあり浴槽も大きく、仕事で疲れた時にお風呂で癒されました。
カーテンが劣化でか、かなり切れていてガムテープで何箇所も補強してありました。裏側なので気にはならないですが、そろそろ新調してもいいのでは？とは思いました。
