とにかく綺麗だった。ランドリーがあるのもよかった。 朝ごはんが美味しかった。特に時間ギリギリでもスタッフが親切だった。
A simple walk to Disney, but far enough to be pretty quiet.
Parking rates were higher than quoted, the ice machines were down on several floors, and the wood floors meant we heard every movement of the people in the room above us.
Everybody was nice and courteous.
The location was perfect close to the park
Breakfast was nice and convenient
Parking fees were high
Clean and nice . Kids love the breakfast
清潔、スタッフが親切
給湯器の使い方が難しかった。
It was very clean and close to Disneyland park
Breakfast to be open little longer on week days. It closed at 9 and I felt like it was too early. 10 am Should’ve been good
We had to come to CA for a last minute funeral. We were traveling with three adults and two children ages 9 and 5. Not only was this location perfect but we were able to fit everyone in the room. Our kids were thrilled about the bunk beds. The staff is 10/10. It appears to be a short walk to Disneyland. We had family member get sick and the Sarah and the front desk staff helped us by getting another room right next door so I could quarantine her but also help her with anything she needed. The only thing I would say is the pull out is not comfortable and bring your own blankets if you are using the pullout.
This is the perfect location to stay in if you are going to either the Anaheim Convention Center or Disneyland. Very convenient and walking distance to both. There are restaurants nearby and a 24 hour Walgreens just steps outside the door. Great, friendly helpful staff. You can’t go wrong staying here! I will definitely stay again in the future.
swimming pool is good for kids!
The soundproofing is not very good. In particular, for the past two nights, the rolling noise from upstairs has continued until around midnight, which is very loud and disruptive. Then the noise starts again around 6 a.m. I’m not a light sleeper, but I have genuinely been disturbed by the noise.
Place was perfect! Quick walk to Disneyland. Shopped @ Walgreens at made dinner in the room. Plenty of space. Could see the fireworks from the room. Breakfast had several choices & was good.
La proximité avec les parcs Disney et le petit déjeuner
Trop bruyant côté rue
When we arrived we were told that there was an issue with the water system. The staff went out of their way to accommodate everyone arriving. Later in the week there was a lot of banging going on that we only noticed because we stayed in our room for a day to recuperate after going to Disneyland and then the D23 Expo. They went out of their way to investigate and they found out that the noise was coming from the roof where they were fixing the boilers. At the end of our stay Ethan and Sarah (who seemed to be there 24/7) made it a point to continue to assist us. I would definitely stay there again.
Stayed in a one bedroom kitchen suite. The hotel is basic when compared to their competitors. There is no hand wash supplied. We stayed 6 nights and we got no service at all. No restock the toilet rolls so you need to buy your own. No restock of towels so we managed with what we started with. We didn't try the free breakfast as a 9am end time was a little early for us. The staff are variable in their approach. The evening supervisor was a little rude and definitely preferred Americans to overseas guests. There is no real late check outs as you need to ask at 6am on the day of check out. We chose to add another night as we would be flying 29 hours after check out. The evening supervisor could not understand this and wanted us to get up at 9am to check out, move rooms and then check back in later in the day. It was difficult to arrive at what we needed. We paid an extra $400 to stay an extra 4 hours. The beds were too soft for us. Pros - close to Disneyland and the convention centre. Cons - No restock of towels, toilet rolls and no hand wash supplied. Staff variable in their approach. Not welcoming to overseas visitors. Staff have no understanding of what is standard in other US hotels and expect you to know all their policies. Information supplied at check in is inaccurate. The manager did not want the feedback that this needs to be updated to reflect the reality. We were not charged the cost as quoted on the booking via the Hyatt app. The overall cost was amended the day after check in to cost us an extra $500. Staff could not explain this. We are staying in Anaheim again in April and have found a competitor which has better rooms with better amenities at a slightly lower cost. This hotel is only 2 minutes extra walk to Disneyland and closer to the convention centre.
Our stay at Hyatt House Anaheim Resort/Convention Center unfortunately did not meet our expectations. The biggest issue was the delayed check-in. After traveling and arriving expecting our room to be ready, having to wait significantly impacted the start of our trip. We also had an issue with the shower in our room, which added to the frustration. What was most disappointing was the difference in how our concerns were handled. My interaction with Cesar at the front desk felt dismissive and very scripted, and I left the conversation feeling like my concerns weren't really being heard. I do want to specifically recognize Andrew. He was kind, empathetic, and genuinely tried to help. His approach was completely different and made us feel like someone actually cared about our experience. The room itself was clean, and the location is convenient for visiting Disneyland. Hyatt did ultimately acknowledge our concerns and worked to resolve the situation, which I appreciate. However, considering the issues we experienced and how they affected our stay, I expected a better overall experience.
We had a great stay at the Hyatt. My kids loved the pool and breakfast. Margarita was so nice and made sure we had everything we wanted for breakfast. We would love to stay again.
BAD Hotel stay and would NOT recommend for any families going to Disneyland. We came to hotel at 430pm - expecting to check in and hit the ground running since check in was 4pm. We were told no room were ready (along with other people checking in) and they'd "call" us when our room was ready. 530pm we finally got a call for our room - AND we didn't even get the park view room I paid for. All Hyatt offered was, next stay with us, book via HYatt and call and we can try to upgrade your room...
Nice big rooms and close to Disney. Was impressed with how friendly staff was and how easy it was to get our stroller delivered.
The hotel is perfect for the people who attend the convention center. (10 minute walk) Rooms are very big adapted for the families that go to Disney amusement park. (10 min walk too) Service during breakfast is great. As an example, I take every morning coffee with ice, and I had to ask for ice the first day, the following days Margarita offered me a cup of ice every morning without me asking. That's called being attentive and showing affection. I never write reviews. Today I had to do it!
Wonderful, clean hotel within walking distance of Disneyland. Full kitchen and a nice "living" space in which to relax. We also really enjoyed the blackout shades.
I would stay here again and again. The staff were very helpful. The free breakfast was so good. Everything was so clean. If you didn't see a fork around- the staff would get it in a second.
Great sized room and kitchen features for doing some meals in the room. The pool area was great and lots of amenities nearby for quick meals.
High quality hotel with great accommodations and amenities. Staff was excellent and made sure everything was taken care of and there were no additional costs.
Очень хороший отель Чистые номера, чистая постель и приятная ванная комната Вкусный завтрак
Можно разнообразить меню на завтраке
Our stay was less than stellar. We had stayed here about 8 years ago and were excited to return. However, the first room had a dead cockroach in it. We were promptly moved to a new room and comped all of our parking fees to make up for it, which was appreciated. However, even in the new room, we didn’t feel like it was cleaned as well as it could have been. The room, while seeming to be updated, still felt tired. It needed some fresh paint and some touch ups to dinged doors, walls and furniture. The hallway temperatures were also wildly inconsistent, from super hot in one area to freezing cold in another. The breakfast buffet was good. I always appreciate the free breakfast and there were good options. The front desk staff were super nice, especially after the incident, and did call to check in. Overall, it just a disappointing return from lit last stay. I don’t know if I would choose to return to this particular hotel on the future.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained. It was very welcoming and family-friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, warm, and delicious with a great selection. A special thank you to Margarita Gutierrez for her exceptional hospitality and for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly rate it 10/10.
Overnight the fire alarm went off three times over the course of 3.5 hours. Our room phone didn’t work so I had to go to the front desk. There was only one employee who wasn’t able to reach anyone from management and a group of very unhappy customers. On checkout the next day, the front desk was very belligerent about any compensation for an unpleasant stay instead of bring proactive for their mistake.
I want to be able to give this place 4.5 stars as we only really thought a small handful of things were needed to give it 5 stars. The location, cleanliness, staff, and breakfast were all fantastic. The rooms themselves need a bit of a facelift as they are starting to show some wear and tear. I know this is Disneyland, so they are overrun by kids all the time. However, a few small updates to furniture would go a long way. Ethan at the front desk was great and was friendly each morning when I went down to get my free water. By the end of the trip he greeted me by name. We'll continue to recommend this hotel to any friends and family traveling to the area.
It’s a nice hotel close distance to Disneyland. Staff are very friendly. Definitely come back again. Highly recommended.
It was good
Na
Friendly employees. Exceptional service
Everything was great
Location and view of fireworks.
Room was too expensive.
Location, Staff and Facilities were all great. My only expectation would be to see available transportation to Disney and back.
No. Complaints
Good morning Team Hyatt! We are here at World of Hyatt in Anaheim, CA. We are checking out today and wanted to share how amazing our stay has been. Customer service is exceptional especially from Myrna during our breakfast, she is friendly, attentive and a quick worker! The beds and pillows are comfortable. Having the mini kitchen amenity is so convenient when traveling with little kids. Thank you for being our home away from home.
We really enjoyed our stay here when visiting Disneyland. Our room was ready early and we got to unpack and setup before visiting the park. The room was very clean and we liked how spacious and quiet it was. The breakfast options were good. The kids enjoyed the pool and there were plenty of towels. The staff were friendly and courteous. I would stay here again. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the entrance of the park.
Nothing the was very dirty the blanket had stained and the fridge didn’t work the TV didn’t work the remote didn’t
Great spot with Walgreens, Starbucks and Blaze Pizza. The walk to Disney is about two blocks and is great. Nice rooms, very spacious and feels like a bit of home
El tener que pagar deposito y estacionamiento
The breakfast was amazing. Margarita and Myrna were very helpful to our family at the breakfast. They helped our mom as she had a scooter so had a harder time getting the breakfast. They both were very kind and funny and engaging with us.
Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, not great.
We selected a room with kitchen (including dishwasher) on purpose. But the dishwasher was truly disgusting. Could not use it. In addition the dishwasher vent at the sink really made the kitchen area stink. We reported it and it was looked at but the unit and drain needed replacement. Pool was not clean. Very cloudy water and dirt on floor of pool.
We wanted a place to staff that was functional, clean and gave us good access to Disney land and that is exactly what we got. I like the fact that the rooms were suitable for families. There was 5 of us, and they provided enough space, along with bunk beds, to fit us all. Staff were very nice.
Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities.
Чистая постель
В принципе все хорошо
Check-In 7/3/26 Celene welcomed my family and checked us into Room 340. She confirmed our reservation was for a Disney view room and provided helpful information about the property, including breakfast, bar, and pool hours. The check-in process was friendly and efficient. Room 340 Room 340 features two queen beds in a separate bedroom, along with a living room and kitchenette that includes a sofa sleeper. The spacious bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. The room was clean and well-equipped with kitchen utensils for four, a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric cooktop, and a counter with seating for three. Important Note: Room 340 overlooks palm trees… it is not a Disney park fireworks view. Based on our experience, this room should not be categorized or sold as a Disney view room. Bar Jeff was amazing, hands down the best bartender in town! He was personable, attentive, and made the experience memorable. Breakfast The complimentary breakfast offered standard hot breakfast items, along with coffee and juice. Margarita was especially pleasant, walking throughout the dining area, cleaning tables, and checking in with guests to ensure everyone was enjoying their meal. Pool The pool area was very clean and well maintained. Outdoor games, including Connect Four and cornhole, were available, although the Connect Four game was broken during our stay. Housekeeping Rooms are serviced every other day. During our stay, we requested fresh towels, extra sheets, and blankets between scheduled cleanings. Housekeeping responded quickly, and every request was handled promptly. Opportunities for Improvement * Our room keys stopped working. We experienced issues immediately after check-in, after initially entering the room, and again after returning from lunch. * Room 340 should be removed from the Disney view room category unless the view accurately reflects that designation. * The shower water pressure was noticeably low. * Communication at the front desk could be improved. I spent approximately 10 minutes speaking with Dina about our concerns regarding Room 340 not being a Disney park/fireworks view and the price difference between a Disney view room and a standard two-queen kitchen suite. Although it appeared she was documenting our conversation, Front Desk Manager Ethan later informed me that no notes had been entered into our account. Better follow through and documentation would help ensure guest concerns are properly addressed. Overall Despite the issues we encountered, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel. We would also stay here again. My recommendation for both guests and staff is to confirm the room category before assignment. If the reserved room type is unavailable, the hotel should be transparent with guests and adjust the rate accordingly. Those small improvements would make an already enjoyable stay even better.
Very awesome experience. Great customer service. Clean hotel. All grate amenities. Comfortable stay and happy. Will be visiting again. Totally recommend.
I wish I could give ZERO stars! I have stayed at Hyatt properties for years, including this Hyatt House location in the past, and I can honestly say this was the worst hotel experience my family has ever had. From the moment we walked into our connecting suites, it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. The ottomans were covered in white residue, the TV remote and blind pulls were greasy, dishes in the kitchenette were visibly dirty, and the floors were so filthy that wiping up a small water spill turned a clean white towel black. There was food debris from previous guests throughout the room, including an old French fry that remained in the exact same spot for days. Hair was along the baseboards, around the toilet, and even inside one of the beds after pulling back the sheets for my daughter. We contacted the front desk and were promised a "deep clean." That deep clean never happened. Instead, we were told housekeeping was operating with only one housekeeper for the entire hotel during the evenings. The bed alone took hours to be remade. The following day, after spending the day at Disneyland, we returned expecting the promised cleaning. Instead, the room was still dirty. Hair was everywhere, the same food debris was still on the floor, and nothing suggested the room had received anything beyond the quickest possible touch-up. Staff continued insisting the room had been deep cleaned despite the obvious evidence that it had not. The hotel itself was also incredibly noisy, and the mattresses were completely worn out. They sagged so badly that you rolled toward the center as soon as you laid down. Customer service was somehow even worse than the housekeeping. Different employees gave completely different explanations, contradicted one another, and made promises that were never fulfilled. We received conflicting information regarding credits and billing, and it became obvious that communication between staff members was nonexistent. The checkout process was the final straw. We waited over an hour simply to receive an itemized bill. During that time, we watched other guests complaining about their rooms as well. The interaction with the Front Office Supervisor, Andrew Silva, was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Rather than listening or attempting to resolve legitimate concerns, I was repeatedly interrupted, spoken over, and treated as though my family's experience was an inconvenience rather than a serious service failure. Instead of taking ownership of the situation, I was threatened with having security called while simply trying to explain why the documentation they provided was inaccurate. No guest should ever be treated that way. The hotel manager refused to come out of her office! What makes this even more disappointing is Hyatt's own mission statement about empathy, integrity, respect, and caring for people. Unfortunately, none of those values were reflected during our stay. This hotel appears to be operating with minimal staffing while continuing to sell rooms it clearly cannot properly maintain. Basic cleanliness should never be optional, especially at Hyatt prices. A clean room, clean bedding, clean dishes, and respectful customer service are not unreasonable expectations—they are the bare minimum. This stay completely changed my opinion of Hyatt. What should have been a relaxing family vacation became a stressful experience filled with dirty rooms, broken promises, poor communication, and some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I cannot recommend this Hyatt House to anyone. There are far better options near Disneyland that actually understand hospitality.
Room was very clean and spacious, cleaning staff was kind and attentive. Breakfast had a variety, everyday something a bit different, it was excellent!! Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool & hot tub. Only two blocks away from Disney! We will definitely be back!
The location to Disneyland was decent, the room was big enough for two adults and three children. Everything was clean. Service was great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, plenty of food. would stay again. Recommend!
It was very clean and everyone at front desk was attentive and happy! Margarita at the breakfast restaurant was great, giving the kids ducks and balloons which made their day! My only but would be it was a little loud being too close to a main road so I had to wear earplugs
Great hotel within an 8-10 minute walk from Disneyland. My third stay at this hotel. I requested and received the family suite with a king bed and bunk bed, which was perfect! The gym was clean and always empty. The front desk workers were very kind especially Carlos. Everything was clean and the hotel is in great condition!
Picked this hotel for its proximity to Disney and included breakfastt. About a 10-15 min walk to Disney. Great breakfast. Small issue with room shower, front desk was very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again.
Location as near to food area
Room is not sound proof and the at 10pm u cant watch tv or talk inside as the next room will be banging on you to silence , inform the staff they said its a house so it has to be silent by 10pm, aside the most expensive parking we ever have, $40 a night
Muy bueno me gustó mucho la ubicación la habitación el personal amable Muy bien ubicado a una cuadra de Disney
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Family Stay for Disneyland! We had the most wonderful stay at Hyatt House and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Disneyland! From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. The front desk team was outstanding, and Carlos deserves special recognition. He is truly a once-in-a-lifetime employee. No matter how busy the lobby was, he greeted every guest with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. He went above and beyond to make sure our family felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfect for our girls’ trip. We had adjoining rooms for three moms and our daughters, which made the stay so convenient and fun. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with plenty of options each morning, making it easy to fuel up before long days at Disneyland. Margarita was a standout team member! One of our favorite surprises was how walkable the hotel is to Disneyland. We loved being able to leave the car behind, and each evening we watched the Disneyland fireworks from the hotel—a magical way to end the day! Exceptional service, spotless rooms, great breakfast, and an unbeatable location. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely stay here again on our next trip!
Don't stay here! While the property is very nice and in a convenient location, they do not seem equipped to handle the needs of their guests. Housekeeping disregarded simple requests and actually UNMADE a bed each day. The breakfast was lukewarm and poorly prepared and did not change for 5 days. The hot water is intermittent and the shower will burn you cycling from hot to cold about every 90 seconds. Even as a Hyatt regular, this property missed the mark.
Very easy to access by car and walking. Also very quiet and clean. I like that our room faced the back so there wasn’t any street noise.
Nothing really. The alarm clock went off very early which was disruptive - but that wasn’t the hotel fault.
Arrived and the room was clean and good size. While enjoying the free breakfast the area is clean and spacious also. The staff maintains it clean and well equipped. We celebrated my daughter’s birth early in the morning and the staff made it extra special. Margarita went out of her way to sing for my daughter and maintained the breakfast area well cleaned.
Very nice and hospitable staff all around. Nice rooms and plenty of options for all sizes of families or needs. Loved the overall atmosphere. Only wish the had shuttle to Disney and back to establishment.
We had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the hotel is in a fantastic location within easy walking distance to Disneyland. The property was very clean, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the layout of our one-bedroom suite was disappointing. It felt very narrow and cramped, especially once the sofa bed was pulled out. Interestingly, another family member stayed in a standard two-queen room, which actually felt much more spacious. Our suite also had some functional flaws. The bedroom and bathroom doors opened into each other, creating an awkward bottleneck. Furthermore, the room wasn't stocked with enough towels or pillows for our guest count. My biggest concern, though, was the shower—the water temperature fluctuated violently from scalding hot to freezing cold without anyone touching the dial, which is a bit dangerous with kids. I did alert the front desk about this. I would definitely stay here again because of the excellent staff and location, but I will opt for a standard room next time instead of a suite.
I usually enjoy staying at Hyatt properties, but this time we decided to stay closer to the parks instead of at the Hyatt Regency. When we first arrived, I loved how spacious and clean the room was. Unfortunately, that’s when the problems began. First, our room door would not latch properly. We discovered this after returning from dinner and realizing the door had never fully closed behind us. Every time we left the room, we had to slam the door to make sure it locked. We didn’t make a big issue out of it, but it was definitely a security concern. The next morning, on the day of our Disney visit with early reservations, the shower head stopped working, leaving my husband unable to shower before we left. I called the front desk around 7:00 a.m. and was told there wasn’t any maintenance staff on site that early. Fortunately, by the time we returned later that day, the shower had been repaired. However, we were then surprised to find that the hotel had no hot water. I do want to recognize the excellent customer service, as the staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was also very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the parks. However, between the faulty door, the shower issue, and the lack of hot water, our experience fell short of what I expect from a Hyatt property. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would choose to stay here again.
We love the room and the location. The locations close proximity to the park was definitely a perk.
Here’s a polished version: During breakfast, there was a leak coming from the roof. While it was not the staff’s fault, it was somewhat distracting during the meal. The breakfast itself was average. We really enjoyed the potatoes, but we found the meat selection to be limited and somewhat disappointing.
the room was amazing! it was spacious and clean. the location was great too.
the breakfast was ok and the garage was stinky.
Great staff!!! Average atmosphere; clean rooms. Trouble woth hot water
This place at the Hyatt has been great and the hospitality service from the front desk to the breakfast buffet has been a great experience especially Myrna at the culinary buffet. She has been great with attention to details and always asking what the customer needs dueing breakfast, she treats us like family especially engaging with my daughter, she was so nice and caring to her. Thanks Myrna for what you do and your passion and dedication in treating the customers like family.
Having stayed here multiple times in the past for our Disney trips, we were so exited to have another stay here. I’ve realized the experience definitely depends on the room you get. We got probably one of the worst rooms this time around. A king and sofa bed. The beds itself were fine but the pillows literally sank in so deep once you laid your head down. The bathroom door was so extremely heavy, we had kids and this felt so dangerous to us given the door doesn’t stay open and automatically shuts due to how heavy the door is. There is very visible were and tear inside the shows (hard water and rust). We also started our trip of badly because we booked a room on points and at the time of booking, the king and sofa bed was only available. Prior to check in, I checked both booking sites and the Hyatt app if any suites were available to pay extra for. When we got to check in and I inquired about paying to upgrade to suites, front desk worker told me that all rooms for the dates we were staying for were booked for the dates our stay. I’m not sure how this is true if it’s available showing on the app itself? What absolutely killed our stay was that during our second night (the only offer housekeeping every other day), on our second night (last day), I started to pack to go home for check out the following day, I realized my very distinct Mickey and Minnie Disney ears were missing. These were distinct because I hand glued each rhinestone on both the removable Mickey and Minnie plush ear - they cannot be missed because they are so sparkly. I spent almost 4-5 hours for each Mickey and Minnie for the ears. Completely missing. I had set a designated spot (open slot on the drawers, right underneath where the TV is). All my ears were placed there. That particular ear, completely gone. I wondered the best way to go about this, day of checkout I went down to front desk to see if they have a lost and found, if anyone turned in ears, nothing. Then I stated my concerns that my ears went missing the day our room was cleaned. I distinctly remember the ears being placed right underneath the TV. Their website for lost items, apparently she couldn’t log in, she told me to do it myself to report it missing. Then I pushed the subject and finally was told I could file an incident report & mangement would call me. I still haven’t heard back from management. The worst part of this trip was , we had purchased a case of water bottles. Because the bathroom door was so heavy, we used it to keep the bathroom door open. On the day of checkout, we were planning to leave the unused water bottle in the hotel. We packed our belongings. All our luggage were on the luggage cart, room was cleared and checked before we left the room. Again, we left the case of water bottles on the floor in the restroom. I scanned the entire hotel room to make sure we didn’t forget anything. My husband did the same- both of us did not touch the water bottles on the floor. We then closed the hotel door, walked through it the hallway, tons of housekeeping staff were already cleaning rooms. We (myself, husband and kids) took the elevator down to the garage to unload. My son then asked for water and realized we didn’t have any with us so I said, let me go back to the hotel room to grab a few waters we left behind and then I’ll check out afterwards. I get back to the hotel room, used our room key to get in (because again, it’s still working because we haven’t checked out yet). What do I see and notice ? The water bottles that were on the floor when we left the hotel room, was now sitting on the bathroom counter. This visibily tells me someone came directly into our room after we took off to the garage and checked our room and moved things around (particularly the water bottles). Again, my husband and I confirmed we both didn’t touch the water bottles and left them on the floor. This was scary and odd. We are dedicated Hyatt members and have had such great experience with Hyatt but this on near Disney needs major work including management and staff. What a nightmare of a stay , we won’t be staying here anymore. Not worth the points or money.
The breakfast buffet A
The shower water comes and go from regular temperature to very hot water it burns my body
This hotel is always accommodating and always very clean. Love the pool. Loved the view and the people who work there are great.
Room was cozy for a small family, great storage for our items. Close access to food was also a plus and the bar in the lobby was perfect. Fitness center was well equipped and facilities were clean!
More sparking options at the bar! Rooms were oddly cold despite thermostat saying it was 72 degrees. Pool was small, but good for a couple families at a time. Breakfast is a lot better at the Convention center location.
Perfect location for a day at Disneyland and downtown Disney. Room was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunkbeds. We will be back next visit.
Spacious room, good service, convenient, great location,-15 min walk to the disney parks.
Breakfast included was very basic, more variety would be nice, also extending breakfast until 10 am ( it ends at 9am)
Location was fantastic. Brekky each day was excellent. Large room and super comfy. Pool was awesome too.
Thin walls, so could be noisy from above. Staff excellent in dealing with boisterous kids though.
We have stayed at Hyatt house to visit Disneyland twice in the last few months. Our latest visit in June 2026 was great. The customer service from Carlos and Celene was wonderful. We really appreciated Carlos helping us get a quiet room! We would recommend the Hyatt house to anyone traveling with kids. Our only disappointment was breakfast ending at 9am.
We stayed in the Hyatt House for our Disneyland trip and were delighted in the prompt and helpful staff, they rolled with check-in system challenges and were so friendly. The room we were given had a kitchenette and large bathroom and best part- view of the park fireworks! And it was so quiet, we didn't hear any of our hallway neighbors. The lounge area is cozy and large, very inviting and roomy for breakfast with all the rope-droppers. The pool was clean and beautiful with poolside games like corn hole and giant connect 4, which my kids loved, and plenty of seating. Great proximity to the park. We will stay here again.
Excellent
The view and the cleanliness and close to Disneyland.
We had an amazing stay! We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite with a fantastic view, which made our trip even more special. The hotel also surprised my daughter with a birthday balloon, and it absolutely made her day. The customer service was outstanding and truly exceeded our expectations. This experience has made me an even bigger Hyatt fan. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, as I wish the food quality was a bit better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.
Great hotel, amazing staff and walking distance from restaurants, stores and Disney park. We've stayed at this property multiple times and plan on doing so. The staff has always gone above what's expected to make our stay amazing.
This Hyatt House is not at the level of other Hyatt House properties we have stayed at. I suppose this is to be expected for the location, busy-ness and high volume of people. The floors in the room felt gritty and dirty. The light in the bunk room didn’t work. The water is either scalding hot or freezing cold. Breakfast was ok - better than most other Disney area hotels. Pool is beautiful, but the hot tub was dirty and had scum on the surface. The most disappointing part to me was that we were charged for parking when we didn’t bring a car! No one ever asked if we had a car and I wonder how many people pay that $50 a day without realizing it! That being said, we would stay here again for the the proximity to the parks, the breakfast and the better quality than many other Disney hotels.
Love this hotel! Clean, comfortable and staff was great
Na
Very clean, cleaning staff was quick to clean any mess around the hotel, close to Disneyland ,staff was very polite and friendly.
Shower water will change temperature from warm to hot than cold, the upstairs people made so much noise they wouldn’t walk they will stomp, also the leg rest the kids will play with it and you can hear it moving back and forth.
The bedrooms had bunk beds for the kids, great free breakfast, property was very nice and clean.
I liked everything.
Hands down the best place in Anaheim! The hotel was well kept, clean and staff was amazing! Has one of the best pools for kids and adults!
The hotel is really nice.
Loved everything ❤️
We had a great stay. We checked in around 4 o’clock (Carlos was awesome), and we were upgraded to a larger room on the top floor. The room was very clean, large, and had a kitchen. It was close to the elevators, but very quiet. All of the staff that we encountered were great (special thanks to Eddie, for getting us some ice). Breakfast was surprisingly good. There were two buffet lines, and it was a full hot breakfast with fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, and pancakes. There were several types of tea, coffee, and juices. We’ve stayed at different Hyatt places and Hyatt Houses and this is one of the nicest, and cleanest that we’ve stayed at. You can tell that the management and staff really care about this property.
L’établissement était à proximité de Disney (10min à pied environ) La propreté de l’établissement Le petit déjeuner avait ce qu’il faut Les réceptionnistes étaient supers accueillants Le laundry avait plusieurs machines à laver
We absolutely love staying at the Hyatt House Anaheim and have continued coming back for the last two years whenever we visit Disneyland. The location is perfect, just moments away from Disney, which makes everything so convenient for our family trips. What truly keeps us coming back though is the incredible staff and service. Every single stay has been pleasant, welcoming, and stress free thanks to how attentive and customer service oriented everyone is. The breakfast staff especially deserves recognition. They are always friendly, hardworking, and genuinely attentive to guests. The complimentary breakfast is honestly one of our favorite parts of staying here. Having, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, French toast, coffee, milk, and so many options available every morning saves us from having to leave and search for breakfast elsewhere before heading to the parks. It really makes the experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Another huge reason we appreciate this hotel so much is because I have celiac disease, and the staff has always been incredibly accommodating with gluten free options. That level of care and understanding means a lot and has never gone unnoticed. We also love being able to come back after a long day at Disney and just kick back by the pool. The pool area has such a relaxing atmosphere and is the perfect setting to unwind and recharge during downtime between park days. It really adds to the overall experience and makes the hotel feel like part of the vacation itself. Thank you to the entire Hyatt House Anaheim team for always making our stays memorable and comfortable. We’re actually getting ready for another Disney trip now and are excited to return once again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Disneyland.
Great hotel and room funtionality. Staff members very helpful and thoughtful. The only issue was the check in. Knowing that check in was not promised until 4pm, however our room was not ready in time and ended up notgetting the keys until 4:45pm. This was only a problem due to my circumstances needing to get to an important dinner at 5pm. I had called ahead to ask if even an hour early was possible and the said they would try which is understandable, but it ended up being much later. On a very great note, at breakfast the staff was amazing and so nice. There was a specific person I would like to mention, Margatrita, I believe she was staffing for the breakfast served. She went out of her way to say hi to my kids and asked their ages engaging in conversation. Once she found out that that exact day was my sons 3rd birthday, she again wnet out of her busy morning to bring him a piece of cheesecake with a candle, balloons, and some Mickey coloring books. Then she set down a small speaker on the table and sang Happy Birthday to him. An outstanding way to start a little ones birthday!! Being the great mother that she likely is, she even brought our 5 year old daughter the same coloring books and balloons .... knowing how little kids are. All in all, great experience with my family and planning on staying at Hyatt Place hotels on our future travels.
Great room, with plenty of space for two boys to play safely. Close proximity to Disneyland makes it our go to everytime. Particluarly because of the Walgreen below should we forget an item or need something in a pinch, and the starbucks below also make it easy for us to get to the park early with b reakfast in hand using mobile ordering.
Great hotel. Myrna was a joy to us during our breakfasts. Hyatt House is lucky to have her.
Hyatt House is always our go-to. The location is so convenient and being able to come back for a mid-day break from Disney is clutch. The complimentary breakfast is solid and Myrna is amazing taking care of our group and going above and beyond to make sure our breakfasts went smooth. Highly recommend!!! Myrna is the best!!!
Great location and room. The front desk staff was great. The breakfast was delicious. Myrna was so friendly while we enjoyed our meal. I would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a good experience.
Great and clean hotel. Amazing customer service at the front desk and breakfast especially Margarita
Walking distance to Disneyland. Easy access. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
My only issue was the shower. The water would be hot and then cold. There was no consistent water temperature while showering. You either had hot or cold water as you took a shower.
