Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The location of the property was perfect for what we needed. We were close to the airport and close to the city.
From the moment we walked into the room it did not feel clean. The floors were dirty and there were stains on the shower curtain. The air conditioning barely worked, we had very rough nights sleeping here due to that. We also rented a car and finding parking at night was atrocious, we spent 45+ mins one night circling the streets surrounding the hotel to find something.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Stayed here last minute for an unexpected night due to a cancelled flight. Comfortable, spacious and clean appartment with a very nice bathroom. We arrived very late with a baby and had some issue with entering the room (card wouldn’t work) and later the AC (turns out it worked on a sensor) so I reported this to staff and even though he was working alone, he was extremely helpful and even came up yo the room twice to help us, without complaining. Even though we had had a rough day, our experience with the hotel itself was very positive. Would recommend for sure!
Rooms were slightly dated as was the AC, took a long time for the room to cool down. But that’s the only thing, it was otherwise a comfortable stay.

The noise. You can clearly hear people above moving about and especially you can hear moving furniture. Don't know if it was cleaners or just guests, but the sound of scraping chairs was a given beyond approx. 8:30am. No sleep-in for you! I think putting some soft cloth on chairs/tables could help. No carpets, so that probably contributes to it. Price seems a bit too high for the place (value for money), but perhaps that seems to be the case for Palma in general.

The apartment is small and there's simply too much furniture for this size - the sofa blocks the way to the balcony, even the small table with two chairs are too much for this place - you can't go to the bathroom without disturbing the person, sitting at the table. The fridge leaves little space to approach the sink and the cooker. It all feels really cramped. The fridge is old, literally looks like an artifact from the 1970s. The freezer has no door - how am I supposed to put my ice cream there? And the apartment is totally overpriced.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026The staff were excellent, Tommy on reception particularly, I left my phone in a taxi and he spent hours of his own time calling around etc and eventually found it when he didn't have to at all. Very grateful! Nice place, basic but clean functional room. Not cheap but good for Palma price wise.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026We arrived with a bag of shopping gifted to us including things like Prosecco, wine, meat, biscuits, water and chocolate. We were given a bottle for unlimited water to use. The hotel is perfect if you have a pram and a baby with a reliable lift and a ramp to the pool. We were provided with free cot hire which was a full sized wooden cot. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The food and drinks at the hotel were excellent value however there is a supermarket 2 minutes away to get more supplies if you wish. Lots of restaurants and the beach within a 10 minute walk. The bus to Palma city costs €2 each way and the airport €5 with the bus stop 2 minutes walk away. Lovely relaxing holiday.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026The room was clean, comfortable beds, lovely pool area and staff were always friendly. Great welcome hamper and was great being able to top up are water bottles rather than buying water every day. Great location in easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bus stops for exploring Palma. Supermarket was just on the corner too.

Erkély, légkondi, hütőszekrény, saját fürdő.. ezek összességében hozzajárultak a jó konfort érzethez. Személyzet kedves segítőkész. Csak ajánlani tudom.
Evőeszközök (kis kés) hiányosak voltak. Párna kényelmetlen.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Great location, 2 mins walk for bus stop (airport, Palma) 1 min walk to mid size supermarket (fair/local price) 5 min walk to beach with loads of restaurants and water sports. Calm shallow bay good for young kids. The apartment is spacious, comfortable with lovely balcony looking over beautiful garden and pool area. Good prices at the bar and cafe downstairs. 3.50 Euro for a pint of lager. Kitchen good enough to make simple meals, fridge with freezer box. Peaceful pool area, adult and kids pool, almost enough loungers and parasols, with lovely mature trees and flowers. Shaded terrace with seating/lounge area and pool table. Good for couples, families or Solo. Not a party place Was pleasantly surprised how little you hear the planes from the airport. By the pool you can hear them in the distance, but it's not intrusive. In the room you don't notice them at all. Would recommend, it's good value for this area so close to Palma.
The only issue, which I already spoke to the staff about, was the Internet connection doesn't allow your phone to automatically reconnect. You have to keep logging back in. Fine if you have free roaming data, but be careful if you pay for your holiday data. The aircon struggles to keep the large room cool.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026The staff were wonderful and the location is excellent. We were given an upgrade on arrival at no extra cost. The pool and bar area have been recently renovated so all clean and a nice little sun trap. Cocktails were also great!
Twin beds pushed together. Would have been nice to have had the option of a double. Also the light on our balcony didn't work but other than that no complaints
