A személyzet hozzáállása sok esetben nagyon pozitív, segítőkészek stb.

Furcsa időszakok, szabályok, nem használhatjuk a spat, csak 9 és 7 között, az udvari medencét ugyanúgy, pedig magát az udvart kb éjfélig lehet, tehát kissé érthetetlen. A koktélnak csúfolt ízesített jégkását vagy mit nem minősíteném. A szobám erkélyajtaját nem is lehetett használni, inkább nyitva hagytam az egész idő alatt. Nem igazán indokolható mindezek alapján a kifizetett ár. És a parkolás a környéken gyötrelmes, szinte lehetetlen..

The staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous! The room is spacious. If youre travelling by bus, its a few mins away from the bus stop.

The toilet needs thorough cleaning and could benefit from descaling. The towels smell like bleach and very hard for the skin. The mattress is quite uncomfortable too.

Jako smo zadovoljni boravkom u hotelu Ilusion Calma & Spa. Odlična lokacija, blizu mora, hotel uredan i čist, a osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i susretljivo. ❤️ Posebno pohvaljujemo hranu – veliki izbor i sve je bilo jako ukusno. 😋 Također, imali smo mali problem s klimom jer nismo znali kako je uključiti, ali osoblje je odmah došlo i pomoglo nam, što nam je puno značilo. 👏 Sve pohvale cijelom osoblju! Proveli smo prekrasan odmor i rado bismo se ponovno vratili. 🌴☀️🇪🇸❤️ Preporučujemo!

Мне очень понравился персонал отеля, особенно Саломея. Она всегда была очень доброжелательной, помогала с любыми вопросами, подсказывала красивые места для посещения и объясняла, как до них добраться. Благодаря её помощи наш отдых стал намного комфортнее. Номер был очень чистым и уютным. В нём было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: шампуни, мыло и другие принадлежности. Когда мы приехали, фен не работал, но проблему устранили буквально сразу, за что отдельное спасибо персоналу. Особенно хочется отметить питание. Для трёхзвёздочного отеля оно превзошло все мои ожидания. Еда была невероятно вкусной и разнообразной. Каждый день предлагался большой выбор блюд, всё было свежим, качественным и приготовленным по-домашнему. Ресторан стал одним из главных преимуществ этого отеля.

Единственное, что мне не понравилось, — это вид из номера. Окна выходили на очень старое здание, и пейзаж был не самым приятным. Также меня немного удивил возрастной состав гостей. Во время моего пребывания большинство отдыхающих (80%)были пожилого возраста 70+ поэтому атмосфера больше подходила для спокойного отдыха. Для более молодых гостей, которые ищут активную обстановку и общение со сверстниками, это может быть не самым подходящим вариантом.

I am inexperienced in lone travelling abroad. However, from the moment I entered the hotel to the reception area, I felt entirely comfortable. All staff I had any contact with throughout, from check-in to check-out, were welcoming, supportive and informative; alleviating any personal travelling fears I may have had prior to my trip. The variety and quality of food was exceptional and plentiful. Room had everything needed for a short trip.

I did not like the signage as you enter suggesting the hotel is 3 stars (3 ***). The attitude, knowledge and abilities of all the staff involved clearly, and deservedly, is more than this rating From front of house facing to back room staff, 3 stars is in-suffice for their combined efforts

Chambre propre, personnel souriant et aux petits soins ( un grand merci à Samuel qui est à la réception), le petit déjeuner en buffet qui etait tres varié et bon. L emplacement et la proximité de l hôtel des stations de bus, de l aeroport et des autres commodités. Je recommande.

It was reasonably priced but you get what you pay for and the quality was poor. We only stayed 1 night before flying and one night was enough.

Lo que sin duda destaco fue la atención de Manu y Sergio en recepción.Llegamos de un viaje largo muy cansados y la atención de estos chicos fue maravillosa,incluso nos adelantaron un poco el check in y nos avisaron cuando tuvimos la habitación lista.Estuvieron atentos en todo momento , muy amables y profesionales.Da gusto encontrar trabajadores así.Gracias.Habitacion 513 , estupenda.

Die Lage war super, nah am Zentrum und Strand. Ruhige Seitenstraße. 4 min zum Bushaltestelle. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Personel im Restaurant swhr freundlich.

Zimmer vor allem Badezimmer veraltet und sehr ungepflegt. Klimaanlage- sehr schwach, wir hatten die 4 Tage durchgängig an und es war nicht besonders kühl. Die ganze Anlage durch die Jahren runtergekommen. In Lobby Möbel die schon visuell beschädigt waren. Schwimmbadbereich ohne Konzept und leblos- die Liegen waren sehr dreckig. Allgemein ziemlich öde.

Na Malorku chodievame niekoľko rokov v priemere 2x ročne, takže máme prejdených kopec hotelov s all inclusive. Vypichla by som viac vecí, ktoré ma sklamali: - klimatizácia, vôbec nestíhala, alebo to bol len ventilátor, v izbe bolo horúco a nedalo sa tam existovať ani spať, dokonca bola veľmi hlučná - preležané postele, za 5 nocí pobytu nebolo vymenené ani raz posteľné prádlo - priestor jedálne bol veľmi malý so slabým výberom pre vegetariánov a ľudí s laktózovou intoleranciou, stále opakujúce sa jedlá, na raňajkách napríklad iba jeden druh masla - hotel potrebuje rekonštrukciu, rozpadajúce sa dvere v izbe aj kúpeľni

Die Lage war gut. Man kann mit dem Bus vom Flughafen direkt zum Hotel fahren und man ist auch innerhalb von wenigen Minuten am Strand.

Das Hotel an sich ist schön, die Zimmer jedoch nicht. Wir waren zum Glück nur für eine Nacht da. In unserem Bad und auch Zimmer waren sehr viele Scherben, die Handtücher haben gefehlt und es war auch sehr viel Schimmel vorhanden. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass das Zimmer gar nicht richtig geputzt worden ist, sonst wären vor allem die Scherben aufgefallen. Das Personal hat die Scherben jedoch schnell weggemacht und auch Handtücher gegeben. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht geschmeckt, es gab jedoch viel Auswahl aber geschmacklich war es einfach nicht gut. Der Pool öffnet erst um 9:00 Uhr, was ich persönlich spät finde.

L'hôtel est situé à quelques mètres d'une grande plage. Les buffets sont plutôt bien fournis et bons Le personnel est accueillant et réactif. Les chambres sont bien isolées.

Everything was lovely in our stay. Of course you need a reality check as this is a 3 star refurbished hotel so some of the details are not perfect as you might have seen elsewhere, but definitely an amazing value for money. Great location near the airport with quick and cheap public bus lines. Food was diverse every day so you don’t feel like always eating the same.

Deserts were not as cold as expected. Soundproof in the rooms is very weak, doors closing nearby have big impact of the sleep.

Apenas como sugestão: acho que deveria existir mais fruta tanto nos lanches/snacks como nas refeições.

A szobában a klíma alig csinál hideget, éjszaka izzadtunk. A szoba tisztasága nem megfelelő. Kávét 8:00 előtt nem lehet inni sehol, a szobában a minibár üres, túl sok tengeri és vegetáriánus étel, alap húsételek ritkák, fagyott gyümölcsök, vagy sótlan vagy túl sós volt minden. Az étteremben iszonyatosan csúszik a padló, olyan mintha olajos lenne. A SPA rész 7 éves gyerekkel csak 12-16 óra között látogatható, ebéd viszont 13 órától van, így gyerekkel szinte esélytelen lejutni. Egyszer voltunk a 8 nap alatt.

The food was excellent, my room was lovely, the location was great. The cleaners, bar staff, restaurant staff and reception staff were polite, helpful and hard working.

I think that the pool area could be smartened up a bit and made more attractive, and i always prefer my drinks in glasses rather than plastic beakers, but i understand the reason for this. Thank you. A lovely stay.

Great for short stay and for the price. The staff is super helpful, and kind. The food was plenty and great choice of variety. We have arrived 11 pm and we still could get some dinner as we have booked the all inclusive package. The closest beach is about 5 min walk. Well located with bike rental and shops nearby.

The wifi was not working well. There is no extra towel provided for the pool.

Lovely area, right next to the beach, airport and shops. Staff are absolutely amazing! There is also entertainment. Rooms are nice and clean, hotel is also clean and there was plenty of options for food. Drinks were very nice!

He estado contenta con la ubicación, es un sitio bueno y animado. Además está cerca la playa. El desayuno es satisfactorio. La habitación es agradable. El personal de limpieza muy simpático y me ayudó a localizar las zonas del hotel por las que pregunté.

El personal de recepción justito de simpatía. Los camareros de la barra para la piscina, me ignoraron varias veces (los dos que estaban). Al final les tuve que llamar la atención de que se iban para otro lado en cuanto les llamaba.. Sólo quería saber cómo iba las bebidas que se tomaban ahí. Se ve que no me hacían ni puñetero caso pq no llevaba la pulsera de todo incluido. Pero si yo quiero tomar una bebida y pagarla también lo podía hacer, así que cómo no me atendían, les dije que no me huyeran que me atendieran. Fue muy desagradable. Lo otro que no me gustó fue el aire de la habitación. Hacía un ruido enorme. Lo tuve que apagar pq tenía dolor de cabeza. Y además se nota que es antiguo y no va bien. Para empezar a notarse había que tenerlo encendido mucho rato.

The location was near the airport for an easy commute, but far from downtown Palma

The bedroom was not clean. There were moldy tiles in the bathroom and the sheets had hairs all over them.

C'est proche de la plage et des restaurants. Par contre avec ce prix ya des hôtels beaucoup mieux notés, le petit déjeuner était excellent. Les serveurs du restaurant était très agréable.

Le mec chauve avec lequel j'ai fait mon check-in était vraiment désagréable, pas de bonjour ni bonsoir, j'ai dis trois fois bonjour, hola, hello avec différents langages mais il n'a même pas pris la peine de répondre, directement donner moi votre passeport j'ai pas besoin de votre réservation, il n'a pas donné de bonnes explications. Par contre le check out était bien avec un mec souriant.

Nous avons apprécié le personnel, toujours agréable et serviable, ainsi que la formule all inclusive. Il y avait un bon choix de plats au buffet, ce qui permettait de trouver facilement quelque chose à son goût. Un grand merci également à la dame du ménage, qui était très gentille et très chaleureuse.

La nourriture restait assez médiocre, même si elle est tout à fait passable pour les personnes qui ne sont pas trop exigeantes. Nous n’avons pas eu la meilleure chambre ni la plus belle vue, et l’hôtel est assez mal insonorisé.

C’est un hôtel ancien mais les personnels sont là pour aider, pour votre confort et bien être ! On est arrivé trop tôt mais ils nous a donné les bracelets et on a fait petit déjeuner. Chambre étant prête avant midi et ils nous a laissé rentrer dans la chambres. Pour la cuisine faut pas attendre grand cuisine mais on général on étais très content.

La cena no estaba mal, había variedad, pero poca calidad y poco atractivo cocinado. El desayuno frío muy desagradable, con todos los platos sucios amontonados, el pan duro, la máquina de café no funcionaba. El chico de recepción nos atendió muy bien y nos hizo café en la planta baja. La escalera enmoquetada muy sucia. La luz se cortaba y tuvimos que subir a la quinta planta en ascensor. Me pregunto, un hotel así no tiene Sistema eléctrico de alimentación ininterrumpida? demasiadas personas en el vestíbulo

Byliśmy w hotelu 12 nocy. Z basenu i spa nie korzystaliśmy. Pokój, który otrzymaliśmy był brudny. Przed położeniem swoich rzeczy musieliśmy przetrzeć wszystkie półki. Wszędzie zalegający kurz i poklejone blaty. Łazienka z grzybem i wyciekającą wodą z prysznica. Codzienne sprzątanie polegało na zmianie ręczników i pościeli. Tylko jeden raz mieliśmy posprzątaną podłogę i łazienkę. W całym hotelu klejące podłogi. Na śniadaniach dużo produktów do wyboru ale ich jakość średnia. Niektóre dania bardzo tłuste. Niestety był to jeden z najgorszych hoteli w jakich byliśmy w ostatnich latach i nie był tani.

Die Personal steht, nett und hilfsbereit war, sie haben alle auch auf Deutsch gesprochen. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich, und riesengroße Auswahl. Ich habe mich in dem Hotel richtig wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt.🥰

Gab’s nicht, was mir dort nicht gefallen hat. Es war alles super dort.

Das Hotel ist auch sehr ruhig. Keine Ballermann Party Gäste sondern viele Paare, Freund:innen, die entspannte Zeit am Pool verbringen. Sauna Bereich mit einer Sauna, Dampfsauna und Whirlpool auch super schön. Das Hotel war modern, hell und sauber. Die Zimmer viel größer als erwartet (Doppelzimmer) mit einem großen Balkon und Bad. Das ganze Personal sehr herzlich und freundlich. Leckere Cocktails all inclusive. Sehr gutes Buffet, auch mit vielen vegetarischen Möglichkeiten und Abwechslung. z.B. frische Omelettes und Pancakes am Morgen, großes Salat Buffet. Vom Flughafen leicht in 10min zu erreichen mit einem der örtlichen Busse für 2€. Bushaltestelle sowie Supermärkte und Cafés direkt ums Hotel. Nur 200m Fußweg zum Hafen und Strand.

Idee: Mehr Ablagefläche im Bad, ob noch ein Regalbrett oder Schrank wäre super praktisch.

Понравилось всё🥰 Замечательный персонал, быстрая регистрация, просторный чистый номер, соответствующий фото (с балконом и шторами блэк-аут) , в который заселили на час раньше, без доплаты.🫶🏻 Расположение (на автобусе А2- одна остановка до аэропорта)👍🏻 .Отличный Wi-fi, на завтрак и ужин (полупансион) - швецкий стол, ужин- максимально разнообразный и вкусный 😋🔥🔥🔥. Есть комната, где можно бесплатно оставить свой чемодан/рюкзак уже после выселения, это очень удобно. Сервис на высоте, спасибо❤️❤️❤️

Gostaria de relatar que quando cheguei na acomodação, foi oferecido um quarto inferior ao que tinha contratado no aplicativo. O quarto que me ofereceram não funcionava nem o ar condicionado e também não tinha água.

Não tinha infraestrutura necessária. Paguei caro para não usufruir do que contratei.

Waren mit 6 Personen in diesem Hotel und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war sehr gut, es wurde immer sofort aufgefüllt wenn etwas leer war. Die Zimmer schön und sauber. Bad hatte eine begehbare Dusche. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, nahe am Flughafen und Strand.. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Grüße an Daniel von der Rezeption.Toll fanden wir die frisch zubereitete Paella und den Sangria am Samstagmittag, die es noch zusätzlich gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war alles perfekt, keine Beanstandungen.

Hotellet ligger tæt på stranden. Mulighed for leje af strand/pool håndklæder, hvis de altså har nogle... Morgenmaden er ok. Det er til at få en ledig solseng ved swimmingpoolen.

Frokost og aftensmaden er meget fastfood, manglede lav fedt kød. Værelset var slidt, når vores værelsesdør var lukket, kunne man se lyset fra gangen hele vejen rundt om døren.

Las habitacione son muy cómodas El personal de comedor encantador así como la gran variedad de comida que tienen. Se encuentra muy bien situado y en zona muy tranquila. Gracias equipo.

La carne grigliata nello stesso ambiente in cui si cenava. Purtroppo questo faceva si che l'aria fosse molto pensante, si respirava l'odore della griglia e si usciva da lì con i vestiti impregnati

Для отеля 3 звезды отель оправдывет свои возможности, даже более чем.Персонал приветливый разговаривают на разных языках.Еда разнообразная, есть много овощей морепродуктов , мяса , на пору овощи и фастфуд.Бассейн теплый с соленой водой и для малышей отдельно.

Персонал очень приветлевый отзывчевый,рассположение 5 км от аэропорта поэтому спешить не надо при вылете, рядом прекрасный пляж песок мелко глубина очень далеко от берега , рядом много морский эскурсий и рпзвлечений. Безоппастно гулять вечером.

Mi experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Todo el personal fue súper amable, desde recepción hasta los camareros y las camareras de piso. El hotel ofrece shows por las noches y al mediodía preparan paellas, lo cual hace la estancia muy agradable. Además, cuenta con piscina, spa y bebidas como granizados que se pueden disfrutar en cualquier momento. Quiero agradecer especialmente la amabilidad del equipo desde el primer momento: me permitieron entrar a la habitación antes del horario de check-in y, el día de mi salida, pude seguir disfrutando del spa porque mi vuelo era tarde. Sin duda, una estancia muy agradable y un trato excelente. Gracias!
