Nous avons particulièrement aimé l’accueil nous avons été reçus avant l’heure très réactive niveau communication. Le parking est un grand + on nous a amené jusqu’au parking qui se trouve à qques mètres de l’hôtel indispensable le parking Tout est à proximité à pied.

En Booking aparecen muchas fotos de distintos apartamentos y no pude saber exactamente cuál era el reservado. La planta del salón y cocina al final no tenía ventanas a la calle y por tanto, había poca luz natural.

Πολύ ωραίος χώρος, καθαρός και περιποιημένος. Το επάνω δωμάτιο, φωτεινό, με υπέροχη θέα και με πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι. Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί στη ρεσεψιόν.

Το κοντινότερο πάρκινγκ είναι 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια οπότε φροντίστε να φέρετε το αμάξι μπροστά για να ξεφορτώσετε βαλίτσες και τσάντες.

El personal es muy amable y tienen muchas cosas a disposición de los huéspedes, cunas,tronas, toallas..

El desayuno no era muy bueno, los cruasanes estaban duros. La piscina estaba sucia y al final nos tuvimos que salir de la de pelos que se me estaban enredando.

Nos atendieron muy bien, incluso antes de llegar nos contactaron. El apartamento que cogimos era muy bonito, estaba muy limpio y muy bien equipado. Estuvimos muy cómodos y tiene una ubicación excelente, cerca de todo andando. Tienen disponible un parking justo enfrente, aunque se paga a parte. La alberca no tiene horario mientras no hagas ruido, aunque no pudimos bañarnos por el tiempo. Se ve todo muy bien cuidado.

Apartamento excelente para estar tranquilos y descansar. La pequeña Alberca es ideal para refrescarse de las altas temperaturas de la ciudad. Apartamento super cómodo, tiene de todo! La cama muy comoda, todo super limpio y el personal muy agradables y atentas. Si volvemos a Córdoba volveremos aquí, nos hemos sentido como en casa.

Die Lage des Hotels und des Hauses sind außergewöhnlich. Es handelt sich um ein typisch andalusisches Haus mit einem Pool im Innenhof, der sich perfekt eignet, um sich an den heißen Nachmittagen des sommerlichen Córdoba abzukühlen. Die Wohnung befand sich im zweiten Stock, und obwohl die Einrichtung im Laufe der Jahre etwas gelitten hat und etwas veraltet wirkt, stört das nicht. Das Bett könnte bequemer sein, aber die Wohnung verfügt über alles Notwendige für einen längeren Aufenthalt in der Stadt: eine Küche mit allem, was man zur Essenszubereitung braucht, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, ein Badezimmer mit einer kleinen Badewanne, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Fernseher und einer zentralen Klimaanlage. Sowohl das Wohnzimmer als auch das Schlafzimmer hatten jeweils einen französischen Balkon mit Blick auf die Straße. Das Personal an der Rezeption und der Besitzer des Hotels waren äußerst freundlich. Eines Abends verlor ich meine Tasche, und um 23:00 Uhr gab mir der Hotelbesitzer einen neuen Schlüssel und war sehr nett und verständnisvoll für meine Situation. Ich kann das Hotel bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

I could live in this apartment. Very thoughtfully designed with all the right things in all the right places. Set up perfectly for long stays and very private. Well provisioned with more than just tea/coffee facilities too.

At first glance I'd say the photos made it look a bit nicer/fresher/newer than the reality, but there were lots of other positives to offset that.

Réception très accueillante (merci pour l'accompagnement jusqu'au garage et pour la manoeuvre), joli patio fleuri et agréable bassin pour se rafraîchir. L'appartement en duplex est spacieux, les deux salles de bain sont appréciables.

La déco est rustique, l'accès en voiture dans des rues étroites peut s'avérer délicat

Ήταν από τα ομορφότερα μέρη που έχουμε μείνει στη ζωή μας. Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Οι ιδιοκτήτες εντελώς ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Τα δωμάτια πανέμορφα, με προσεγμένη την κάθε λεπτομέρεια, καθαρά, φροντισμένα σε κάθε σημείο. Τα κρεβάτια πολύ άνετα, οι χώροι μεγάλοι, κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη, όμορφη διακόσμηση. Πολύ καλό σύστημα κλιματισμού (σωτήριο για τις θερμοκρασίες του καλοκαιριού), που όμως έγινε λιγότερο απαραίτητο μετά από μια δροσιστική βουτιά στην μικρή αλλά πολύ όμορφη πισίνα, μέσα στην εσωτερική αυλή του ξενοδοχείου. Να σημειώσω ότι μας παρείχαν εξτρά πετσέτες για την πισίνα. Με σύμφωνη γνώμη όλης της οικογένειας ήταν ότι καλύτερο έχουμε συναντήσει σε ενοικιαζόμενο διαμέρισμα. Και επαναλαμβάνω ότι οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν εξαιρετικοί. Εάν μπορούσα να βάλω μεγαλύτερη βαθμολογία, θα έβαζα 15.

(τα λόγια της συζύγου μου:) Δε μας άρεσε που έπρεπε να μείνουμε μόνο για ένα βράδυ. Οι φωτογραφίες στην εφαρμογή, νομίζω ότι το αδικούν πολύ. Είναι πολύ πιο όμορφο από κοντά.

Piccola terrazza apprezzabile la sera per rilassarsi al buio con le stelle , piccola vasca nel patio molto fresca ed elegante Letto al piano superiore molto comodo La cucina ben attrezzata e fornita di extra che a volte nn si trovano neppure in hotel !! Tipo acqua in frigo caffè e altro la zona veramente Silenziosa e tranquilla ma vicino alle zone da visitare.!

abbiamo alloggiato nell APT n 3, dalla prenotazione le foto erano diverse e non mi aspettavo un appartamento di due piani , consiglio di inviare foto corrette per non avere sorprese . .mi aspettavo più spazio , docce non idilliache una allagava il bagno ogni volta che veniva usata in cucina per aprire il divano letto di cui avevamo bisogno essendo in tre . Tra letto , tavolo con sedie , tavolino e una poltrona molto grande tutto era un po' al centimetro ...... Consiglio quando necessario il secondo letto. di preparare l' appartamento togliendo la poltrona per dare all ospite la possibilità di organizzarsi più facilmente . Ho avuto difficoltà nell incastrare il tutto. Inoltre non ho avuto un grosso riscontro in termini di benvenuto ,consigli e spiegazione dell appartamento, cosa che invece mi aspettavo dal momento un cui esisteva una reception.!! Tutti consigli per migliorarsi !!

Parfait: les lieux à visiter sont hyper accessibles à pieds, l'appartement était parfait, les équipements au top, tout comme l’accueil et le personnel présent. Le lieu est charmant! Merci!

S’il fallait émettre une critique ce serait le manque de lumière dû à la localisation en rez de chaussée mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un superbe séjour. A savoir si cela est rédhibitoire pour certain(e)s. Et peut-être la literie un peu trop moelleuse à notre goût... mais les goûts et les couleurs ;-)

La seule chose que nous n’avons pas aimé c’est le canapé lit qui est vraiment très inconfortable même pour des enfants il y a un creux au milieu et dès que l’on bouge à peine ça grince c’était l’appartement 4 dommage juste pour ce détail car les lits de la chambre sont confortables

Wunderschöner Innenhof und individuelle Wohnungen. Wir hatte eine im Erdgeschoss Nr. 2 die war vom Schlaf-und Wohnbereich sehr schön. Die Küche etwas klein und in die Jahre gekommen aber für zwei zum Frühstück reicht es. Dann hatten wir noch Nr. 3. Sie ging vom Erdgeschoss ins Obergeschoss mit Balkon. Total schön, nur der Balkon schmälert das Erlebnis. Er ist komplett kahl ohne jegliche Deko usw. Und mit äußerst unbequemen Sitzmöbeln. Die Lage ist super und die Dame mit der wir Kontakt hatten sehr nett. Parkplatz ist ein paar Meter um die Ecke in der Nachbarstraße in einer Tiefgarage für 20 Euro pro Tag. Also bis vor die Tür fahren, ausladen und dann Auto wegbringen. War ohne Probleme. Sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Es gibt auch ein Mini Frühstück aufs Zimmer sozusagen wenn man mag...8 Euro pro Person.

Wie gesagt... Küche in der einen Wohnung und der Balkon in der anderen. Sonst alles gut.

Beautiful accommodation in a great location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful about the local area. Great facilities and exceptionally clean. We made use of the kitchen which had everything we needed, washing machine was also a bonus with a tablet provided.

The location is nice, close to the old city center by walking, quaint little streets etc. Appreciated having a washer inside the unit. The reception staff was very nice and helpful - they called us a taxi on our last day, which was great as there is no Uber/Bolt in Cordoba, so this was key to making it to our train.

The pictures look nicer than reality, the room felt dated and in need of a refresh. The ventilation in the bathroom was pretty poor. One window was facing the street and one facing the patio, we didn't feel very safe opening the street one, but then the patio one let a lot of noise in, from other people in the hotel who were just hanging around.

Apartamento muy cuidado, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia cómoda y confortable. El personal muy amable. La ubicación es muy céntrica y la calle es tranquila. Nosotros viajamos en coche y se puede acceder hasta la puerta para cargar y descargar maletas y luego hay que buscar aparcamiento al otro lado del río.

Nada, cogimos sólo una noche porqué íbamos en ruta y nos hubiéramos quedado mucho más.

The aparthotel is nicely designed and beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful and efficient. We appreciated availability of parking. Our apartment was on the ground floor and by design it would stay cool on hot days.

Le logement était spacieux, bien équipé et avec 2 salles de bains. Nous avons pu faire une lessive. La piscine était à l’ombre pour se rafraîchir. Les hôtes ont été très arrangeants et plein de bons conseils pour visiter la ville. Le patio était très agréable.

Silti henkilökunta halusi että maksamme pysäköinnistä vaikka sanoimme heille että auto on liian korkea. Lisäksi tykkäsimme ensimmäisestä yöstä ja halusimme varata toisen yön samasta huoneesta koska näkymät ikkunasta olivat todella kauniit. Henkilökunta sanoi että huone on varattu toiselle perheelle ja heiltä löytyi toinen huone jossa myös samat näkymät. Se oli valhe ja toisessa huobeessa ei ollut yhtäkään ikkuna kadulle. Jäi huono kokemus paikasta

My wife and I had one room (#5) that was really nice. Decent kitchen, nice couch and sitting/TV area, and dining table (which we didn't actually use). The bedroom and main bathroom were up stairs on a second floor and were nice, though wouldn't be good for someone with mobility issues. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law had another room (#3) which was not what any of us expected, though I'll discuss that in the "didn't like" section. It was also a two-story setup, but smaller for the same price.

When I booked both room through Booking.com, they were both listed as "superior one-bedroom apartment) with two side-by-side twin beds, which was one of the main reasons I booked rooms here in the first place. Trying to find places with either king sized beds or side-by-side twin beds for both couples is more difficult than settling for queen beds. Both bookings were for the 646 sq ft apartment with 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. However, one of the room we received was that size and with 2 twin beds. The other was the 538 sq ft apartment with 1 queen bed. This was disappointing because I specifically didn't choose that version and chose the large apartments with the 2 twin beds. When we discussed this with the folks at the reception desk, they said that you can't choose which of these types of rooms you will get when booked through Booking.com, since they're called "superior one-bedroom apartment" in both cases. This seemed messed up because they are listed separately in Booking.com and I chose those with the better bed setup and larger size space. They did say you could be more specific about which of those rooms and bed types if you book via AirBnb or Expedia, which seems weird. So either this is a facility issue or a Booking.com issue, but one couple didn't get what I knew I booked, and that was quite frustrating.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement mit einem Patio. Sehr Liebevoll eingerichtet und mit sehr vielen Pflanzen. Kleiner Pool zum erfrischen. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Zentral gelegen.

Die Klimaanlage war laut und hat eine Zeitlang bei 40 Grad nicht funktioniert. Nach 1 Stunde hat es wieder gekühlt.

El sitio es ideal. Muy cómodo. Con menaje más que suficiente y muy bien equipado. Repetiré seguro. Me encantó. Merece mucho la pena.

Tuvimos un duplex. Arriba una habitación preciosa, con baño y una terracita. Abajo otro baño y el salón (con sofás cama) y cocina. La parte baja es un poco oscura, solo tiene una ventana algo pequeña. Aún así el sitio nos encantó.

Las habitaciones son encantadoras, limpias, con todo lo necesario y con pequeños detalles "regalo". El trato de las responsables excelente.

Great location, unique accommodation and the surprise of a small swimming pool

Struttura molto bella, accogliente e funzionale. Appartamento dotato di ogni confort che lo ha reso subito "come a casa". 10 per la presenza del bidet nel bagno principale! Ci siamo goduti anche una breve pausa nella piccola piscina utilissima per rinfrescarci dalla calura di questi giorni. Host molto ospitale e professionale. Consiglio vivamente.

The apartment was so beautiful and quaint with stunning views looking out over the old town with rolling hills and countryside. We loved the arched shutter windows, the washing machine and coffee machine. Judit was an exceptional host! She personally took us to the designated car park when we arrived and again when we left. She provided us with incredible service all round, letting us check in early and had wonderful recommendations of what to do and where to eat in town. The pool was also an amazing way to cool off. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

That we didn’t stay longer!

After so many recent self-check in experiences, I'd forgotten how nice it was to be greeted by real people! The reception and housekeeping staff was exceptionally kind and helpful and the room was very comfortable. The hotel itself itself is a gem!

The pool was small, but it was so fantastic for beating the heat midday. The value was fantastic. Beautiful apartment that was fitted with everything we needed. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The breakfast was great with a good price. We opted to have it in the patio, and it was a really beautiful spot to start your day.

The property is spotlessly clean, in a great location, well equipped and with wonderful, helpful staff. Would happily recommend a stay here, it’s a beautiful heritage building, lovingly cared for.

Room 5, was a fabulous duplex with amazing views, however the air conditioning on the bedroom floor felt insufficient for its needs, so we had a couple of very hot nights during our stay there (in May), which made sleeping a little difficult.

El alojamiento no cuenta con recepción 24 horas, sino únicamente en un horario limitado. Al llegar, nos facilitaron un número de contacto para emergencias o cualquier problema fuera del horario de recepción. En la noche tuvimos que llamar porque, al regresar de madrugada, nos dimos cuenta de que habíamos dejado las llaves dentro de la habitación. La persona que atendió la llamada, aparentemente el dueño, se mostró molesta y nos preguntó si habíamos perdido las llaves. Le aclaramos que no era así, que las llaves estaban dentro del cuarto. Nos indicó que llegaría en unos 20 minutos; efectivamente llegó, abrió la puerta y se marchó sin mencionarnos ningún cargo adicional. Al día siguiente, durante el check-out, la recepcionista nos informó que su jefe le había indicado cobrarnos una comisión de 50 euros por lo ocurrido. Nos negamos a pagarla, ya que en ningún momento se nos informó, ni verbalmente ni por escrito, que llamar fuera del horario de recepción implicara un coste adicional. Además, la situación se produjo en parte porque la cerradura de la habitación estaba defectuosa: para abrir la puerta desde dentro era necesario utilizar la llave, y al salir se quedó puesta en la cerradura. Finalmente no nos cobraron nada tras explicar la situación, pero nos pareció inapropiado y poco profesional que intentaran aplicar un cargo no informado previamente, especialmente cuando no habíamos perdido las llaves y el problema también estaba relacionado con el estado de la cerradura.

Both the receptionists were extremely kind and very helpful. They assisted us with bookings and all other questions. Thanks so much Gulia and Judit for all your help, also when my sister fell at the pool area. The apartment was fabulous. Really a beautiful interior. Spacious, clean and quiet. I certainly recommend people to stay here.

A cozy, beautiful and clean place with a comfortable living room and kitchen. The location is truly ideal and the fact that there is a parking arrangement was a significant advantage for us.

It was a little tricky to get to and from the parking lot, but the staff was nice, approachable, and informative and helped us a lot with that.
