Every single room i stayed in had an issue. LEAKING AC units in 2 rooms. AC unit not working in 1 room.. Stayed in 4 different rooms in the 2 weeks there and had no compensation. Moved rooms at 1130pm... and 430am. Which I found rediculous.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The pool area, view from the rooftop terrace, it was close to everything, ladies at check in desk were lovely.
• Mattress too hard • Pillows too hard, asked for soft pillows & they were still too hard. Woke up with a very sore back every day & even my opioids couldn't help my pain. • No milk, only 2 coffee sachets & 2 sugar sachets, needed at least 12 coffee & 12 sugar sachets for the length of our stay. • Fridge was not plugged in, had to pull fridge out to plug in. • Ice tray not clean • Microwave placed up high, was very heavy, had to get it down to plug in on different shelf. • Nowhere in kitchen to plug kettle in, plugged kettle in at bedside table. • Kitchen cutlery unorganised, mismatched & dirty • Plates were dirty • No dishwashing liquid, dish cloth or tea towel to wash dishes • No microwave food cover or cling film to cover food when microwaving • There was a stove & oven to cook but no utensils, pans, oven trays or oil • Kitchen window did not lock so was a constant draught of air making blinds tap the wall. • Some ants in room • Only allowed 1 towel each, I needed an extra towel for my hair so had to get by with a hand towel • No shampoo, conditioner or lotion, only body wash. • Only 1 roll of toilet paper. Although it does get restocked every day, it's a very cheap, thin toilet paper. Easy to use more than 1 per day. • Lounge & lounge cushions are hard. • Welcome drink coupon is for "juice only". Juice is actually cordial to Aussies. • Carbonara I ordered for lunch is not carbonara, it is spaghetti version of Mac & cheese with bacon & disgusting. • Ordered pizza bread expecting a basic pizza with cheese or oil, garlic maybe, but it was a dry, crunchy, plain pizza base with herbs sprinkled on top. • Ordered a long Island iced tea & it was almost unbearable. Will not order anything else from the bar or restaurant. Everything was terrible & disgusting. We know now this is why we never saw anybody at the food & drink area in our whole 6 night stay.

Wir haben das Hotel nur gebucht weil es ganz groß stand Barjerenfrei inkl. Frühstück. Jeden Morgen 15 Treppen zum Frühstück, mit 70 und 80 % Behinderung. SCHRECKLICH. Es war sehr, sehr, sehr, sehr, armes Frühstück. An der Theke wo die Marmelade stand, alles voller Ameisen, Das Essen in Wärmebehältern immer nur lauwarm, immer das gleiche. Wir wahren 60 Tage in dem Hotel, hatten nur 2 mal erlebt das es Hörnchen zum Tee gab, sonnst nie und kein Gebäck. 4 Sterne Hotel, es kann’s doch nicht war sein. Das Hotel Brauch schon lange eine Kernsanierung. Nachts kam aus den Abflüssen, Kanalgeruch, widerlich zum kotzen. Wir haben uns beim Personal gemeldet. Leider keine hilfreiche Idee. Wir haben dann nach Alternative gesucht und haben ein kleines Handtuch auf den Abfluss gekegelt. Dafür wurde uns an der Kaution 400 Batt abgezogen. Die Mittarbeiter sind nach unserer Meinung nicht interessieret eine gute Bewertung zu bekommen. Die Putzfrauen haben nur das nötigste gemacht, alle Ecken voller Staub und dreck. Die Betten wurden nur nach unserer Aufforderung frisch gemacht. Alle Bewertungen mit 8 und 10 ist voller Betrug.

Reviewed May 12, 2026The size of the room was great but the doors around the bed real weird. You will have the best omelette/scrambled eggs ever for breakfast. Cocktails are pretty good. The pool is neat only used a couple of times but its clean. Staff are great and are the plus point here. The view was neat with thunderstorms on show
The internet is woeful i mean really bad. TV will freeze constantly. The smell from the sink is like a rat called in and died. The tap was really loose so awkward to use. Washing machine unusable as theres not outflow pipework. The hob didnt work and the aircon broke twice it was fixed but next day spewed out so much water. Theres a bath but no bath stuff to actually have one. This was someones apartment you can tell so its empty. Strange feeling

The bed was very hard. lack of availability of menu items. not being able to charge food and drinks to room and it was not included in the advertising that the property only accepts cash and only has one eftpos machine for the entire property. they didn't have enough pool towels.

J’ai demandé à ce qu’on les change dans la soirée aucune réponse de leur part limite je pouvais dormir debout c’était pas leur problème. Nous avons ainsi retrouvé sous le matelas des préservatifs usagers que le personnel n’a jamais nettoyé. Le ménage n’était pas fait, il fallait relancer maintes et maintes fois enfin bref seul point positif : proche du centre ville de patong. Nous avons demandé un double des clés ils ont refusé pour X raison. 0/10 je ne recommande pas du tout
