Pub area was really nice. Staff really friendly. Pub grub and breakfast.
We had the Cream Room. The shower leaked over onto the bathroom floor after every use as the shower door has been fitted the wrong side of the stopper. The TV turned itself on at random times in the night and at 0730 in the morning. The WiFi was intermittent even on the bypass network it kept dropping out. The bed was two singles pushed together. The electrics sockets didn’t all work so for example the left side of the bed had no bed-lamp. It wasn’t really that clean - dusty and bathroom felt grubby.
Very clean, modern decor in rooms, very good breakfast, about a minute from the castle, close to most things as its a small town.
cant think of anything
Comfy bed good location
Had to check in at the bar no reception available. No offer of help with luggage. No parking at the hotel. breakfast self service requested poached egg Florentine which were served cold. Requested scrambled eggs the next day they were to wet and mushy.ordered a evening meal from the bar menu of chicken milanise It was served with crispy potàtoes which were dry the chicken tasted like a Kentucky fried and a dry salad . It looked like a childs meal in the presentation. Also there was no parking at the pub. Which was inconvenient. However the staff were very pleasant even though they seemed understaffed
Room was great. Dining room very poor, dark and dated. Breakfast disappointing - bacon undercooked almost raw
Dining experience. Bar area terrible seating and set up
Position in town
Good location Breakfast good Nice atmosphere
No chairs in the bedroom
Location and rooms are good
Definitely understaffed. Food quality has dropped since we were there last. Wouldn’t recommend meals other than breakfast.
Room was modern and large Luxury bathroom and nice seating area Check in staff extremely helpful and very welcoming .
Hotel bar and restaurant didnt live up to standards of hotel. They may have been short staffed the evening we were there to be fair
Excellent location, smart bar and restaurant area, and very nice family room. All staff were great. Food excellent.
Was surprised that no table service for dinning.
Buffet breakfast
To have bins in the breakfast room that you didn't have to touch when placing waste cereal packets in them, foot operated would be much better.
The staff are very helpful here & breakfast & dinner is served promptly without sacrificing quality. The bar serves good drinks & there is a friendly cozy atmosphere. Immediately across the road is a convenient Spar store next to a wonderful fish & chips place - with a bus stop in front.
The "Chocolate" room we had was situated in the new building next door - unfortunately the room though good in size felt a little tired, old & stuffy. Parking is an issue as you have to find off street or local chargeable car parks nearby which is fine however cars need to be shifted from these locations by 8.00am to avoid next day / hours charges. The restaurant menus' Vegetarian options for dinner were limited.
Well designed and comfortable Very quiet room at the Townhouse
Nothing
The staff were great made you very welcome and helpful
Location Excellent staff Food
Paying £15 per night for a small cockapoo that doesn’t make any mess.
Lovely old pub done up to an excellent standard
The fact it was attached to a lovely restaurant and pub. The staff were very accommodating.
The atmosphere in the pub was too quiet, could have done with some music especially with being bank holiday. The restaurant food wasn’t great for the value and the fact you have to only order st the bar and no table service!
Very nice room
Nothing it was spot on
Great
Great accommodation, friendly staff and delicious food
Nothing
Ideal location literally 200 yards from the sea and small promenade. Also next door to Beaumaris Castle. Very dog friendly.
Stairs and landing carpet a bit grubby and could do with a clean or replacement. Parking isn’t great and could cost a lot if you’re not willing to comb the streets looking for one of the very few empty spaces. If you have to park on sea-front then perhaps consider dropping off luggage first if you have a bit. Early morning noise is a problem if you’re given a bedroom overlooking the main road. Deliveries start at about 5.30/5.45am!!
Food excellent Rooms larger than expected Old world charm
Nothing
This hotel was in the perfect location for our exploration of Anglesey, it was clean and nicely decorated. And the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were wonderful, and when Booking.com hadn’t effectively sent our booking across (we asked for a twin, but that didn’t get told to the hotel) they made the extra effort to swap our rooms and ensure we were comfortable as soon as possible.
Parking can be tricky, and you’ll almost certainly need to pay privately, but the staff were very helpful in recommending the cheapest method.
everything !
leaving !
Central
Little bit overpriced
Way to park nearby. Right in the village. Easy for walking. Very dog friendly. Staff were very helpful and happy. Great value
Excellent location, friendly staff
Shower could do with a bit of TLC - cleaning off the mould and unblock the shower drain would be good
Location
Noise outside of beer delivery at 6am. No plugs at bedside tables
Fabulous location and historic building part of the town. Top floor rooms pretty and light. No noise from pub even though floor above but I was at the back.
Was very busy Sunday afternoon with lunch. Cery much old coaching in vibe in front rooms but light and airy conservatory and courtyard at back.
The rooms where lovely. Location ideal 👌 Staff friendly Breakfast delicious 😋
Parking, wasn't sure where best to park.
We liked the green clean idea, hoped out of having our room cleaned for a day, .two free drinks given
The booking details were misleading. I know the place and wanted to be in the Townhouse not the Bull itself. Despite the booking saying we were in the Townhouse, our room was in the Bull. I booked a larger bed room rather than the standard 'cosy' room. Our room was certainly on the cosy side. Only one armchair and little room.
Good location
The rooms were basic and felt like a cheap premiere inn. The breakfast wasn’t very good quality
Staff were very friendly and helpfull
Breakfast, my evening meal
Location, food, and room were all excellent.
Lovely room, welcoming and friendly staff and great breakfast. Highly recommended.
Location, bars and outside space.
Stayed in a room on the front of the old building. Bathroom very tired and not very private from the street. Pillow case protectors missing on some pillows. No hand held shower facility. Noisy taps. Limited wardrobe space. Key with large fob awkward to carry around. No complementary water. Ancient hair drying equipment. For £200 per night we expected better.
Room was lovely but hated the glass panel between bathroom and bedroom. Tje staff and the meals were excellent but some delays caused by change of menu.
Not a lot the staff dealt with our issues brilliantly and we would stay again next summer when we visit Beaumris again.
Lovely to stay in an original coaching house with many original features coupled with very comfortable bedroom and a lovely breakfast.
The evening meal experience - self ordering at the counter, average food.
Attentive and friendly staff. Traditional decor. Relaxed atmosphere
Street level noise at times in the night
Clean and tidy, great location
Cooked breakfast wasn't the best
Location and staff
Beds too soft and shower screen leaked in Pearl
Great location Very good breakfast with lots of choice. All staff were very friendly
Room could have done with more lighting
A lovely combination of old pub/inn on one side of the road and modern hotel rooms on the other. It's very comfortable and quite luxurious. The place is very well maintained and clean. The food is good. The old bar is a nice place to sit and drink a beer after a long drive to Anglesey! It's a great location too. We have tried other local options and always come back.
Nothing really. At the price its good value.
Great location in the heart of Beaumaris. Top class facilities and a lovely Olde world pub with additional really nice courtyard setting Really good breakfast, and lovely breakfast service from the Ladies.
Liked everything.
Friendly and competent staff Atmosphere and decor Dog friendly Location
Food was ok could be better Shower seal was poor and had to mop up the floor every time we used it…. Reported it but no body was bothered
The room we had was in the building across the street in the New Townhouses. The room has access to a small courtyard which means that you can open the door to allow natural fresh air into the room.
Unfortunately, as nice as the room was, the bath/shower let the room experience down. There was very visible black mould on the seals around the shower partition and the tile grouting around the bath would benefit from an application of bleach spray.
The room and the bar and eating were very good. The staff were friendly and helpful!
Evening catering not as good as morning
The location is very good the staff were really helpful, rooms were to very clean and furnished to a great standard. Breakfast was brilliant with the continental and hot options. All in all very good would recommend.
Great base for a week's holiday. Lovely town. The staff at the B&T are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Our room was large and comfy, with two chairs to sit and read, etc
Our room 120 was lovely and spacious Great location & fabulous beer garden
The food wasn’t good. All in our party were disappointed with breakfast & lunch
We had an unexpected upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. We were in the Townhouse, which was clean and quiet with the bonus of air conditioning. It was hot when we stayed, so this was greatly appreciated.
All excellent… relatively expensive.
Parking
We loved our stay recently, the staff were amazing especially Pat.
Nothing
rooms and service
very slight minus for slightly bland food. more spice in the food would be good ((in my opinion)
The bedroom was excellent and the staff very friendly.
The food could have been a lot better!
GOOD LOCATION FRIENDLY STAFF
ROOMS IN NEED OF REFURBISHMENT NOT VERY CLEAN TOO HOT. NO VENTILATION
It was a lovely hotel and the staff were so welcoming
Very nice rooms in townhouse and exceptionally helpful staff
Restaurant quite busy for dinner but not a big issue
Lovely, clean and well looked after
I couldn’t fault it
The position of the hotel was good, the bedroom was ok very noisy from outside traffic
The bed was very uncomfortable, meals were in the Bar area because not enough staff to open the Restaurant Room
Loved everything about this place. The location, the building, the amenities, the staff, the food...
Onsite parking would be a bonus but at least you can park close by
The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. We are coming back at New Year and can't wait.
Nothing
Breakfast excellent, location in the middle of the town also excellent, various areas to sit to suit the mood & weather. Bed very comfortable & the room very spacious.
Toilet didn’t always flush.
Room was good, but not excellent because it had several small faults including loose sash windows that rattled in any small breeze. Friendliness of the staff
Food. Evening meal was poor. Bland and tasteless, or preferred not to eat (possibly undercooked). Felt like TV student dinners. Breakfast disappointing, very basic on display (cereals, toast etc), and rest ordered from kitchen. Welsh vegetarian b/fast not great.
Great size room
Nothing great stay
Lovely room Lovely building Great breakfast
We were a large party, and the staff accommodated us very well. The rooms (Townhouse) were large and comfortable. There was a good choice of food at breakfast, and it was well cooked.
The mobile data signal in Beaumaris is poor, and the wifi, although free, was often offline during our stay.
Nice room , all staff very friendly and helpful Dog friendly Very old building - very interesting
Nothing
Lovely large room .. Bed was excellent..
Having a bath which was very high to climb into ..
The room was large, comfortable and quiet
The room was great unfortunately the food in the Bull wasn't that great
The room was nice
Food really poor. Evening meal mostly inedible. Pie pastry soggy, and cabbage hardly cooked. Breakfast poor. Scrambled eggs grossly under cooked. Mushrooms old and appeared reheated. Other guest sent food back.
Very Central, on the Main Street in Beaumaris. Lovely courtyard to sit in, very close to the Sea
Nothing
room, staff was accomodating
tried to go out at sunrise, no signs on how to and had no signal
The room. Silver, in the Townhouse. However, very unusual, it had 2 TVs, but no fridge, which was disappointing - the weather was very hot.
The dining setup was ok, up to the point where ordering food at the bar was mixed in with busy check-ins, and people wanting just drinks. The process took ages, and seemed unnecessarily elaborate. Every arrival was given a verbal description of breakfast times, where things were, how to find the carpark, and seemed to last an age. I'm sure that the staff found this equally long winded, but they bore their burden with good humour. Then the moment of ordering.... the pasta dish with meatballs was off. Substitute? The fishcakes were off. By then we were committed to dine in house, knowing that alternatives would be booked up. We settled for Thai green, which was ok, just, but 2 steps away from our original choice. Why have a menu with items on it that were unavailable, which you only know about having QUEUED FOR 20 MINUTES behind folk checking in and order elaborate drinks????????????? Bloody annoying, the staff need medals, the designer of the 'system' should be shot.
Great location, literally 90 seconds away from the coast and the castle
Vegan breakfast options were a little limited
The bedroom & bathroom were both very large and well equipped with everything you would need. The addition of air con was a very welcome surprise! The staff were pleasant and welcoming.
I personally found the bed and little toi soft for my liking, but it was reasonably comfortable.
Great location, comfy beds and lovely beer garden.
Everything was good. The only thing I would suggest is that the staff are more proactive during breakfast service by telling guests that they need to order food at the bar rather than waiting patiently at their table.
Good choice bkfast , location
Rooms were unbelievably hot needs air conditioning also asked for another fan was told one per room they are small fans needs 2 per room
Garden area very pleasant.
Main menu meals disappointing. Not really restaurant quality but restaurant prices.
Room was excellent, breakfast was lovely
Only disappointment was that there wasn't a fridge in the room. Especially considering we had dogs with us, as we were unable to keep their food in a fridge.
Location, inn and food
Noise in room 118 is off the scale as it aligns with kitchen fans that are on 6 to10pm and then 7 to10 am. Unhelpful attitude of senior staff
Great staff, food and location.
Well situated buildings were well maintained atmosphere was great.
Nil
It was a good size room and dogs were made welcome.
The food other than breakfast it was rubish chips with every thing.
Everything. The room was big and cosy, the staff was nice, the location is perfect, and the breakfast was perfect
The only thing was the bathtub that was a little bit clogged.
Great location, and nice room.
Pretty hardcore access with a child to the top floor, no ramps for prams so def not kid friendly. Mouldy food at breckfast and was just ignored.
Most things, very good staff, good teatray in room
No proper curtain in Cream Room therefore too bright from 4.30am making it difficult to sleep
Room was perfect. Breakfast was lovely.
Great location in Beaumaris
Evening meals good be better , very basic food & expensive for quality
Friendly

The staff, the breakfast and the room we had
Nothing
The included breakfast was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Location was convenient for the visit. The room was pleasantly laid out and had everything we needed.
Our room (118) was clearly above the kitchen and outside dining hours the room was not affected. However they had clearly mounted a huge extractor fan and the noise of that during dining hours was very noticeable. Generally this did not affect sleep as they turned it off before then and it only start at 7am for breakfast.
We've been before but loved the separate cottage style for us and our dog. It made it easier going for breakfast and leaving him in the room in his crate, so he wasn't stressed being left somewhere new.
Nothing. It was a lovely stay
The pub the room the location would definitely recommend and return
Staff lovely
WiFi was a bit of an issue
Large room and good location. Breakfast was really good, in fact the breakfast was the best part of our stay
Price, it’s technically a pub with rooms and the price of £249 a night is not value for money. Also our toilet flush was broken
Great breakfast, friendly staff.
Lovely staff, great location and large room
Really poor wifi, dusty light fittings and we had to complain about a dreadful fish smell (it was sorted for our return)
