צוות המלון היה מקסים ואדיב מאוד!!!

לפני שסגרתי את החופשה בדקתי חוות דעת וציפינו ליותר...! כשהגענו היו נמלים במיטה, היו חרקים במקלחת. הצוות הגיע מיד להחליף סדינים אך החוויה הזו הייתה לא נעימה. בנוסף האוכל היה טעים אך מגוון קטן יחסית, במיוחד בארוחת בוקר. הסככות בבריכה כיסו כמעט את כל הבריכה והיה חסר שמש לכולם.

הבריכה הייתה טובה. ארוחת בוקר הייתה טובה.

חדר קטן, אין חניה, מקום מיושן מאוד, מעלית בעייתית בייחוד בשבת.

צוות מסביר פנים חמודים מאוד, חדר מושלם מיטה מפנקת . פינקו אותנו בנוף היפה לכינרת. האוכל בסדר. נקי מאוד. נהנינו נשוב שוב

מקום מושלם קרוב לרבי מאיר בעל הנס שדרגו לנו לחדר נוף. הנוף מטורף! אל תוותרו על זה!

המים היו מעט קרים .

חדר גדול ומרווח מאוד ומפנק

ארוחת בוקר הייתה עלובה ממש ולא מזמינה.

את הנוף והמיקום!

היה חסר לנו לוז של התפילות בבית הכנסת.

ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. מיקום מצוין למי שרוצה גם מלון וגם גישה בהליכה לשחיה בכנרת בחוף פתוח כל היממה (אין את זה באף מלון אחר בטבריה). נוף מעולה. נקיון ללא דופי.

בצ'ק אין היתה פקידה חדשה שבטעות חייבה אותנו פעמיים על השהות. למזלנו בצ'ק אטוט שמו לב לטעות ותיקנו. השטח הפתוח שלפני המלון מוזנח וראוי לנקיון וטיפוח. חנית עפר נוחה וגדולה אבל עם גרוטאות

את החדר האוכל והאוכל עצמו לא עשיר גם את הבריכה , הבר שלא עובד בלובי

Adorable hotel avec la gentillesse des employés et surtout une merveilleuse vue sur le lac , je reviendrai souvent pour sûr.

The room look good and clean, and the view was beautiful.

The shower got flooded each time we used it. The food was terrible, it looked bad.

ריח לא טוב מהמחסן בארוחת בוקר

קיבלנו יחס טוב מאחראית המלון בערב לאחר תלונה שלנו בקבלה הגענו 7/9עד11/9

לא נקי היו נמלים על המיטה חדר קטן ורק לאחר שיחה עם האחראית החליפו חדר אבל כמובן שזו פעם אחרונה שאני מגיע לשם

החדר גדול מהרגיל מעוצב ומודרני, הרבה כריות מסוגים שונים, שתי שולחנות,שתי כורסאות, הרבה נקודות אור בשליטה נפרדת. חולונות גדולים מאוד עם נוף לכנרת, חניה חופשית במרחק כ 50 מטר

דלת הכניסה לא מבודדת רעשים ולא מגיעה עד הרצפה, קולות מהמזדרון והמעלית נשמעים בחדרים.

קיבלנו חדר עם נוף מדהים על הכנרת, מרווח ונעים, הצוות היה נעים ואכפתי ועזר בכל מה שהיה צריך. בחדר האוכל, האוכל היה טעים מאד, ומגוון מאד. יש מגרש חניה גדול ליד המלון בחינם, ומכיוון שהמלון רחוק במעט מהעיר הוא מאד שקט ויש לו אחלה חוף שיחסית שקט.

קצת רחוק רגלית מהמרכז של טבריה למי שרוצה לצאת בערב.

שקט. נקי. שווה את המחיר. יחס הצוות נעים ביותר.

הצוות היה מקצועי ביקשתי חדר לכיוון הכנרת ואכן קיבלתי היה בעיה קטנה עם המזרונים וטופל במהירות ממליץ מאד החדר אוכל היה נעים והחדר היה נחמד כנראה שאחזור שוב

הניקיון מרגיש שאפשר קצת יותר כגון אבק והרצפה במקלחון

We were thankful for the upgrade and the beautiful view from our room. It was clean and the room itself very nice.

The area outside of the hotel is quite run-down, and the elevator was very loud which could be heard clearly into our room from early morning hours. The pool wasn't open in April.

The beakfast is OK. But the clients in the hotel wasted a lot of food. They took too much and could not finished the foods. The tables leave a lot foods after they leave.

My room is big and with sea view.

We arrived for a weekend vacation, we were welcomed by a kind reception staff, a clean and tidy room, suitable for a couple. Everything is maintained and well maintained, a large and clean outdoor pool, a large and tidy dining room, the quality of the food is excellent and there is a large selection for everyone. Kind staff. The place is best suited for organized groups. Free parking near the hotel and in the square near the hotel, walking distance to the Sea of ​​Kinneret about 5 minutes as well as to Rabbi Meir Baal Hans site

Good morning, We enjoy our stay in this hotel, the jacuzzi is very nice, the hotel is very clean, in fact it has a very pleasant aroma when we arrive at the reception. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The food was varied and abundant. We spent some wonderful days. We'll be back. Thank you.

Beautiful view. Great food. Comfortable bed. reasonably priced. Beautiful pool. Super staff. Close to beach.

Air conditioning is not so efficient. Pool had very limited hours.

Surly reception staff. Basic room, which smelled damp. Small double bed, with poor mattress. No room service ( We didn’t have the half board package and didn’t know it was a mile walk into Tiberius). Avoid if you can.

Our Holy Land tour group stayed at the Royal Plaza Tiberias during March 2023. We were give a very good welcome to the hotel. The staff were dynamitic an were very helpful especially the manager. I would recommend the hotel if you are staying in Tiberias. It is however 20 minutes from the centre of the town. The food and accommodation were excellent and the staff service were very helpful. The bedrooms were spacious with many having great views of Galilee. The hotel is good but sadly the pool was not yet open for this season. The dining room could have been bigger but the food was excellent. The rooms were clean with good service. For those who want it there is a souvenir shop in the lobby. We made good use of the bar probably could have had a beer on draft. If the hotel was just a little nearer to the centre it would be perfect for any touring group. Worth booking!

My spouse and I are doing an EO tour of Israel and Jordan. When we arrived at the Royal, we were so impressed! Great view of the Sea of Galilee, in room hot tub, tasty fruit tray. The view off of the lounge is amazing. But, there were a few issues. We’re in room 910, and there is a distinct sewer smell in the room. The fitness room and pool are closed, and the staff seemed annoyed to even be asked about it. The in room tub would have taken a half day to fill to a useable level The meals were good, and it’s not the worst place I’ve stayed. It just had so much promise initially! I truly hope they can pull it together.

We stayed at Royal Plaza for 2 nights. The hotel is quite big and the service is good. There is nothing fancy but needs the need of most people. The buffet breakfast and dinner are the best part of the hotel. There are lots of choices of cold and hot food.

My family and I stayed at the Royal Plaza Tiberias on 28 February to 1 March 2023. The hospitality of this hotel is very good, especially the manager who is still young and welcomes us. this is one of the hotels that I recommend when staying in Tiberias. staff service is very satisfying. lots of food choices. spacious room. responsive porter. although the water in the bathroom is always stagnant and needs repair, overall the hotel is good. the location is a bit far from downtown but the rooms are comfortable. the dining area is a bit cramped for groups. clean rooms and floors. guests with wheelchairs are not a problem. my family and I have stayed at this hotel several times and their standards regarding quality have not changed. it's just that the souvenir shop in the lobby is rarely opened. there is a small bar in the lobby with ample selection of drinks. i am happy to stay in this hotel.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods and was very tasty. The room offered a beautiful view of the lake.

We loved our stay at the Royal Plaza hotel. it’s all newly renovated and very clean. the room is a great size and very spacious. bed was very comfortable. the staff are so helpful and it has a wonderful feel. the food buffet at breakfast and dinner have a huge variety and are delicious. the location is perfect. we will definitely be back!

The air-conditioner couldn't heat up the room

I stayed here for 2 nights with my tour group with the half-board service. I enjoyed the room very much as it was large, the elevators were plenteous and worked well, it had its own temperature control, many towels, a lovely shower, and a lot of light! It was clean as well. The front desk did fail me on wake-up call requests. I usually ask for one to back up my own alarm. The breakfast and dinners were ok, but not great. The staff seemed to be in short supply during busy times. The food could be seen transitioned from day-to-day. It is a fine value, however, and I would choose it again. Don't hesitate to choose to stay here.

The hotel is very nice with a great view of the Sea of Galilee, and feels welcoming. The room was very big. Very appealing and comfortable. Food in restaurant was excellent. Lots of variety on the Buffet and tasty choices.

We were disappointed that although the weather was 33C the pool wasn't open.

The room as well as the elevators were dirty! A large group of young people from USA arrived to Hotel and there was a lot of noises, screaming, out loud music even late evenings but administration did nothing to calm down. Swimming pool and Gym open only from 10:00 am to 5 pm Breakfast was VERY GOOD!!

This hotel is showing its age. One floor was remodeled. Many to go.

The hotel was Ok but the service during check in and in the restaurant was bad - in these CORONA DAYS ! only 2 persons at check in in Thursday for lots of people In the restaurant the service men without the mask on the nose and mouth!

Hotel very bad, dirty and the room was not ready (15:00). You cannot eat at the hotel the food is bad, and worst of all it does not interest the hotel staff.

This hotel knew better days. It needs renovations. The staff was kind. The dinning room has no view and is too crowded. Food was Bellow everage. Room's wall had a peeling color. There is no official parking place and you will have to find one on your own.
