המזרונים והכריות קשים מאוד כמו כן אין שמיכה מתכסים בסדין

צוות ידידותי, נחמד, עושה כמיטב יכולתו כדי לסייע, הסכימו מיד להאריך לנו את שעת הצ׳ק אאוט, למרות שהיה עומס במלון. ממוקם במרכז העניינים, צמוד לבתי קפה ומסעדות. מרחב הליכה של שתי דקות מחוף הים.

Schöner Pool. Gutes Frühstück. Zimmer.

Liegt leider nicht am Strand.

עברנו כמה מלונות וזה אחד המלונות היותר טובים בארוגם, השירות היה מעולה , כל הצוות עוזר בכל מה שצריך .

Personeel was enorm vriendelijk.

Het bed had geen dekbed, alleen een dekbedovertrek. Ook was er maar 1 kussen per persoon. Verder werkte de airconditioning niet, we werden naar een andere kamer geplaatst maar ook daar werkte de airconditioning niet.

Sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal, sehr gute Lage, sauberes großes Zimmer mit Terrasse.

Das einzige ist der Pool. Dieser ist zwar sehr groß jedoch kann man ihn nicht nutzen. Das Wasser ist sichtlich schmutzig inklusive toten Fliegen.

Personeel erg vriendelijk, airco was 2e dag kapot en hebben zonder problemen een nieuwe kamer gekregen. Daarnaast erg goed ontbijt! Ook alles in de buurt, dus op loopafstand te doen

The rooms lack many facilities for the price. I think the place is extremely overpriced.

This is a good hotel! The bed was hard, but we were comfortable enough and had everything we needed.

Vlotte regeling bij technische problemen zoals defecte of slecht afgestelde airco. Heel vriendelijke medewerkers, zelfs de manager. Waren geïnteresseerd in ons. Zeer rustig in het hotel

Zou toch op onze kamer een opfrisbeurt mogen hebben. Bediening in restaurant kon wat vlugger. Niet alle medewerkers begrijpen Engels maar met Google Translate is het haalbaar

Bed was comfy. Decent breakfast. The guy in the pool bar/breakfast area was very attentive. A short walk to the beach. Enjoyed the BBQ fish at the Wave restaurant with a 10% discount. Air con and fan in the room.

Hotel in general is a little run down but adequate for the price and our requirements

excellent stay at the Blue wave, staff were friendly, attentive and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was a nice way to get away from the heat. Def recommend staying here.

L’emplacement

Le rapport qualité prix. Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix et les nuits sont bien trop chères. La piscine est impraticable car elle est sale et trouble. De plus, le lit était vraiment confortable à cause d’un matelas quasi inexistant et très fin. Cela ne vaut pas le prix.

Fantastic location and great staff.

The property was a bit run down and needed some maintenance.

Greeted with a cool cloth and a drink as we arrived. Kind and attentive staff. Kumar was very informative and welcoming. The accommodation is beautiful, huge and really clean. Private pool is excellent too. Had a lovely dinner too after the safari. Would stay here again.

Blue Wave 10/10 Our expectations of Arugam Bay were pretty flat. As we took the turn off of the main road up to the hotel, we gave each other a nervous glance as the area between the main road and the hotel is pretty rundown, however as the driver turned into the hotel reception area, ww felt immediately at ease. The hotel is large with a decent size swimming pool and restaurant area (although the restaurant area was mainly used for breakfast only). The room was clean, spacious and functional with everything you need. There are viewing balconies at L2 as well as a rooftop terrace area where you can watch the sunrise. but what really made this hotel such a special experience was the staff. Chamara and the team really went the extra to make sure that everything was done perfectly. Whenever we had a question or a request the team were there to assist (Chamara very knowledgeable about Sri Lankan history and great for travel Tips). The location is also superb. You are literally a 1min walk away from the main strip and a 2min walk from the beach. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay at the hotel longer as we had to move on due to full occupancy. Overall, highly recommended.

This hotel located close to the beach. Beach is few minutes away on foot. Rooms were clean, spacious and had all amenities needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had string hoppers for breakfast and it was delicious. Parking avaliable in front of the hotel. Overall stay was good and can be recommended.

Maintance is low. AC and safety deposit box had issues.

The pool needs to be cleaned

The ONLY thing we liked about the property were the beds, they were comfortable and clean.

Everything, apart from the above! The place was just dirty, the table at breakfast, the pool chairs, the pool itself was murky which was worrying! The breakfast, arrived at the table told no SL breakfast available only western. When it came apart from the fruit & pancakes the rest was inedible. The so called western breakfast was odd, mash potato? Stir fry? And what was expected on the breakfast, chicken sausage and beans were both fridge cold and the eggs were raw!!! We obviously didn’t eat it! The tea & coffee were also disgusting, undrinkable! At check out we complained and asked to not be charged for the breakfast, at first they said we must pay for the whole breakfast, we refused, they then just insisted on us paying for the juice, fruit & pancakes, which we did, just to leave this experience behind! Literally no idea of customer satisfaction/service! We have travelled all over Sri Lanka and never experienced anything like this, by far the worst experience we’ve had at a hotel anywhere in the world!

Seems it’s one and only hotel in Arugam Bay between hostels and guesthouses. Not a brand new, but stiin good condition and good maintained. Special thanks to Thilina for his help and support

Staff aome were lovely, bug clean pool, big room

Air con failed at night, 3men walking through the room chatting while trying to sleep (i get it they were trying to fix it) stayed the night elsewhere, we were not given anything for the inconvenience, we did not eat breakfast there as restaurant staff were non existent, again still haf to pay, inconvenience leaving my bag there 1.5hrs after checkout. Do not have half the facilities they promise (sauna, spa service, gym, no pool table Very overated and over priced. Much better places with an easy vibe and better facilities around Non existent hot water, scarce warm water

Hardly ever hot/warm water, pillows thick lumpy, bed hard, sheet isnt enough, no shade at the pool, gym didnt work, no pool table/spa/sauna like stated, drinks or food would take min 30min, foot rinse did t work, didnt have warm chill vibe

Pool is very good. Breakfast is not up to value. Room is ok but need to be more clean there was a cockroach.

Variety of breakfast

The staff was amazing - always very friendly and helpful. For my birthday they were so kind to offer a cake and when returning to our room after breakfast I found a happy birthday writing with flowers. Thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness!

The gym is very old and not working

We came to Blue Wave, for its location, close to the main area, with restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is very welcoming. Lovely grand entrance, beautiful gardens. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were super clean and very spacious. Breakfast was ok and had all of what we needed to start our day.

The beds were very hard and the pillows very uncomfortable.

The location is absolutely perfect, and the staff is very cooperative. Food is amazing. Everything went smoothly, from check-in to room service, from house keeping to amenities and from restaurant to reservations. Also very close to all the attractive places like Kumana national park, nature and wildlife tours, Jeep Safari, beaches.
