Cozy and well tucked in just on the edge of the city. 8 mins away from the centre and far enough to get seclusion and quite. The staff are all amazing. Every single one of them will make you feel special. The service is so personal you are made to feel welcome and comfortable.

The packages at the spa could be better for when you don’t feel like going out for a treatment.

No water in the washrooms for 3 hrs after check in. Sanitary fittings leaking. No good breakfast

Loved the resort. Beds were comfortable. Even a sofa to sit & read. Food was great. Staff were excellent.

Staff was nice. Room was good size. The restaurant was the best part of this property. The fish skewers were yummy. Also, the room was a decent size my son and I were sharing. We had twin beds. And I will say air conditioner was great!!!

The bathroom drain was clogged and the ceiling over the shower was falling. The rooms have adjoining doors to next rooms. And our Neighbor was incredibly loud blasting the TV and drinking till all hours of the night. I did call the staff and they asked them to move inside. Overall, the property is just a B. It’s not bad but it’s definitely not good. But I was probably looking for more polish which seems to be hard to find out here. It seems like all the hotels in a boot in the downtown have construction going on around them so they’re all noisy anyway. It’s quite hard to find a good hotel out here.

This is my second review for the same Property because I stayed another night. As I said on my other review, the best part of the Property with the size of the room because I had twin beds with my son. Also, the air-conditioning was fantastic, and the restaurant was great.

The bathroom was kind of disgusting and the ceiling was falling down over the shower. The drain was clogged. The rooms have adjoining doors in the Neighbor was crazy loud until about midnight. Nobody remembered our name and we just kind of felt like it was a blah experience. It’s about a 10 minute car ride from downtown and ubud when there’s absolutely no traffic. When there is traffic, it’s about 25 to 30 minutes in a car.

Kitrandjes in de badkamers en toiletten kunnen vervangen worden.

We hebben hier een hele fijne tijd gehad! Twee aaneengeschakelde kamers met het gezin die erg ruim waren! Personeel was ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Wij vonden het juist fijn dat het niet helemaal in het drukke centrum ligt en je juist hier lekker in een oase van rust komt.

De bedden waren wat aan de harde kant vonden wij.

La ubicación, el personal que te ayudaba en todo, la limpieza. Todo.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De faciliteiten maar ook dat we last minute een dagtour konden boeken.

Dat er niet iets van smoothies of yoghurt aanwezig was bij het ontbijt. Eten kon over het algemeen beter.

the hotel is a bit outside the town, so it's i a much more quiet area (but they do have a free shuttle that gets you to Ubud twice a day). Very clean, the staff is amazingly nice and they make you feel like you are part of their family. Good breakfast, with lots of choices even for vegan/vegetarian. It has a pool and an on-site spa, which offers very good massages.

we stayed in a room that was separated from the neighbours by just a door- so we could hear everything they were saying/doing...it was quite noisy at times

Das Personal war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich! Die Unterkunft hat eine ruhige Lage, mit Grab ist man aber sehr schnell im Zentrum. Beim Frühstück gab es eine tolle Auswahl und alles hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Ich habe mich hier während meines Aufenthalts rundum wohl gefühlt!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect, a beautiful room, great pool and delicious breakfast. The staff are a credit to the resort and Bali.

The place is amazing. It was our first time in Bali and the experience couldn’t get better. The staff is so kind and makes everything to improve the satisfaction. The breakfast and dinner at Resto at Radha Phala were also amazing.

Tranquility compared to the business of ubud Staff were wonderful

Loved the bedrooms (especially the comfy bed) & the aesthetic of the rustic bathrooms. Going for breakfast every morning was beautiful with Restiti telling us about places to visit around Ubud. The hotel itself feels super clean. The staff also checked the room before we left to make sure we didn’t leave any items. They carried our luggage too. We would come back again next month with our family.

We were 4 adults with 2 kids staying at Radha Phala and they have connecting door connecting our room but each room has door which make it still private for our families. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. THE BEST THING HAPPENED when we got spa near the pool and they gave us the LAST TOUCH TREATMENT on our room with Hita and Desi. The staff were extremely nice and I would speak with them and they say hi to my children every day. WE LOVE THEM ALL. We would definitely come back on August ;)

We were well cared for, as Arvan made sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. He booked free shuttle for us, and fed us delicious black rice pudding! When we checked out, the kitchen team gave us Balinese snack in stick shape, so they were all so nice

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. What stood out the most was the genuinely warm and attentive team. Every staff member made guests feel seen and welcome, sincerely showing interest in our plans and always being willing to help. The atmosphere in the room was calm, comfortable and very relaxing. I finally had a chance to properly rest and sleep well. The bed was excellent and the overall feeling of the space was very peaceful. What I especially appreciated was the style of management through genuine guest connection. It was wonderful to see the General Manager personally communicating with guests, showing sincere care and interest. This creates a very different feeling compared to many hotels and says a lot about the culture of the team. A special thank you as well to the massage therapists — their professionalism and care added greatly to the overall experience. Overall, I would be very happy to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

The only small point I noticed was that from time to time there was a knocking sound in the room, almost as if someone was knocking on the door. It happened several times, so perhaps there may be a small technical issue worth checking.

Lovely hotel. Our interconnecting room was close to restaurant, on-site spa, and pool bar. We loved our stay, I came with my wife and daughter, and she loved the kids spa treatment. Super friendly and helpful staff and great. Amazing breakfast!

The place is so amazing. The location is great very peaceful but not so far from the Monkey Forest Sanctuary. Breakfast was great, staffs were amazing and the food from the restaurant was too delicious for us. We missed it so much. We really love this place and would recommend to everyone who would like to go to Ubud.

Location is perfect, quiet, only 30 minutes walk to center and yet you don't hear any traffic, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I can’t wait to come back and stay again :)

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place is peaceful and quiet, perfect for resting. The bed was super comfortable too and they have connecting door for two rooms, perfect for family. Staff are very warm and friendly, especially Gilang, Boby, Sunny, Dewa Ayu, Juliadi, and Arya Juna, they make me feels like family. Breakfast was excellent and always on time. Bebek Goreng is a must try! Restaurant ambience also very cozy and calming. We also joined the yoga class in the front garden with wife and children, very relaxing experience. Will come back again

One thing I really miss already from this place is the bed, super comfortable and make us sleep very well every night. The whole atmosphere also very peaceful and quiet, perfect place if you just want to relax and rest your mind. Even better, Ubud Center still only around 30 minutes walking. Fresh air, quiet surrounding, really nice start for the day. Breakfast here was excellent too. We always excited every morning because the food was delicious and served on time. Restaurant ambience also cozy and calming, easy to sit there for long time enjoying the food. Big appreciation also for all the staff because they are very warm and caring, not feeling formal at all but more family-like. They made our stay feel very comfortable. I also recommend trying the Balinese Traditional Massage with Hita. One of the best massage I had during this trip, very relaxing and professional. Hope can experience full moon event next time when coming back again.

The location is very tranquil and perfect for anyone looking for a calm place to rest, while still being only around a 30-minute walk to Ubud Center. The bed was also extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The restaurant atmosphere is cozy and calming, and the food was amazing. The Indonesian food nasi goreng, mie goreng, and bebek goreng was especially excellent and became some of our favorite dishes. What made the experience truly special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and made us feel like family throughout our stay. I also highly recommend the balinese traditional massage, it was one of the highlights of our trip. We also joined the balinese offering making class with our family at the front garden, and it was such a calming and peaceful experience. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing stay in Ubud. We would happily come back again!

Stayed here with my family and honestly the atmosphere was so nice and relaxing. The room setup with connecting door really helpful for family trip, make everything easier and still feel private. One of my favorite thing was just sitting around the restaurant area in evening because very cozy and peaceful. Ayam Bakar Bumbu Bali also soooo good, we order again second time. Breakfast always ready on time and portion was satisfying too. Staff also always smile and talk kindly to us, not too formal but very genuine with Arya Juna and Mada. Sleep quality here also very good because bed really comfortable and area not noisy. Definitely one of the stay I will remember in Ubud. Will come back again for sure.

Amazing stay with very warm and family-like staff. The restaurant is cozy and calming, and the food is excellent. I highly recommend taking the breakfast package. Everything was delicious, served on time, and the shakshuka was amazing with their local fruits and pastries. Don’t miss the Balinese Traditional Massage with Atik, one of the best massages I had in Bali. The yoga class at the front garden was also very calming and perfect to enjoy with family. They also have a Friday acoustic event, which looked really nice but we had to check out before the day. Highly recommended resort for groups. Would definitely come again

We had such a lovely stay! The resort has a lush tropical garden and a very enjoyable pool area. Even better with cocktails by the pool, thanks to Boby and Sunny for making such wonderful cocktails by the pool. What made the experience truly special was the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and treated us like family. The spa was also wonderful, especially the Hot Stone Massage and Herbal Ball Treatment with Desi and Hita, which I highly recommend. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with delicious main courses every morning, and the omelette was absolutely awesome! We also enjoyed the activities provided by the resort. The Balinese Offering Making and Cooking Class were fun, interactive, and gave us a beautiful cultural experience to learn about Bali culture. The only unfortunate thing was that we couldn’t watch the cultural mask performance during the full moon because our stay did not fall on the full moon period. Hopefully next time! I would definitely recommend this place

-BEWARE! THE HOTEL STEALS MONEY FROM IT'S COSTUMERS- The hotel deceives its costumers. I went for a massage and the price of the massage was outlined clearly, but when I got the bill I was forced to pay much more than the actual price.

The facility felt very very small and was a bit of a trek to town! I didn’t get to sample the spa facilities but I don’t think there would have been much to it. Breakfast left a little to be desired too - built expectations a bit too high in my opinion.

We enjoyed the pool - the water was perfect and the rooms were clean and roomy. The breakfast was alright, the portions were perfect. Staff very friendly. The only downside was the AC - it didn’t properly cool the room.
