Die Zimmer rochen sehr muffig, Trotz Zimmerwechsels blieb der unangenehme Geruch bestehen.

Hotel bardzo dobrze położony. W miarę cicho i przyjemnie. Personel bardzo miły i przyjazny. Pokój czysty, nie zbyt duży, łóżka wygodne, pościel czysta. Śniadanie w porządku.

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay overall. There was nothing about the experience that stood out positively.

Very disappointing experience. There was a strong urine-like smell coming from the AC in our room. Unfortunately, the hotel did not address the actual problem. There were no other rooms available for us to move to, and the staff only tried to cover up the smell, which did not help. In the end, we had no choice but to turn off the AC and spend the entire night in a stuffy room while still having to deal with the unpleasant smell. It was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep. I understand that problems can happen, but I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. The hotel should have made a better effort to resolve the source of the problem rather than simply trying to cover up the smell. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not expect this from a hotel at this level.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il personale è stato estremamente disponibile, gentile e chiaro nel fornire tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. La struttura è molto pulita, curata e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. Un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è stata la loro disponibilità: avevo bisogno di un adattatore Schuko per il mio PC e non solo sono riusciti a procurarmelo, ma la mattina successiva mi hanno anche detto di tenerlo. Un gesto di grande cortesia che dimostra l’attenzione verso gli ospiti. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel e ci torneremmo molto volentieri!

Śniadanie na papierowych talerzykach i z plastikowymi sztućcami w Holiday Inn Express! Personel nie donosi produktów, które się skończyły, nie ma, to nie ma, nie sprząta stolików po gościach. Na śniadaniu brak warzyw, brak wędlin, brak serów, nie wiem jak mogę jeszcze to skomentować. Poprosiłam o posprzątanie pokoju, dostaliśmy dużo dodatkowych ręczników, ale łóżka nie były pościelone. Breakfast served on paper plates with plastic cutlery at a Holiday Inn Express! The staff didn't replenish items that had run out—if it was gone, it was gone—and they didn't clear tables after guests left. There were no vegetables, cold cuts, or cheeses at breakfast; I really don't know what else to say about it. I asked for the room to be tidied up; we received plenty of extra towels, but the beds weren't made.

Good location. Breakfast was satisfactory, but have experienced better. I was impressed by the overall efficiency of the hotels offering, all the necessary features required at a clean and good quality level.

Mancava completamente l’allestimento del divano letto destinato a due persone. Erano stati preparati soltanto i due letti matrimoniali, mentre il divano letto era rimasto chiuso e inutilizzabile. Nonostante siamo arrivati intorno alle 17:00, ci è stato comunicato che non era possibile preparare i posti letto mancanti perché non c’era personale disponibile. Ci è stato addirittura suggerito di provvedere noi stessi utilizzando alcune lenzuola presenti nell’armadio, che peraltro non erano pulite. Abbiamo quindi chiesto, in alternativa, di poter avere un’altra camera già pronta e allestita, ma anche questa richiesta è stata inizialmente respinta. Solo grazie all’intervento del manager, Geno, che si è dimostrato davvero eccezionale comprendendo la gravità della situazione, è stato possibile trovare una soluzione. Ha organizzato il nostro trasferimento in un’altra struttura nelle vicinanze, facendosi carico dei relativi costi e garantendoci finalmente una sistemazione adeguata.

Die Lage und auch das Personal waren gut. Außerdem gab es für US Verhältnisse ein halbwegs brauchbares Frühstück. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber.

Allgemein waren die öffentlichen Bereiche nicht sauber. Der Pool war voll toter Insekten und auch die Außenbereiche waren teilweise schmutzig. Die Klimaanlage hat einen unangenehmen Geruch abgegeben. Hieran hat man sich allerdings nach ein paar Minuten gewöhnt.

We stayed here for several nights and overall had a very good experience. The staff at check-in were friendly and welcoming, making for a smooth arrival. The hotel was clean throughout our stay, and one of the standout features was how quiet the rooms were. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well and allowed us to keep the room at a comfortable temperature without noise issues. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The pillows were just okay, but not enough to detract significantly from the stay. The shower had great water pressure, although the shower floor could use a more thorough deep cleaning. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, including hot items that changed regularly. We visited during what appeared to be a particularly busy time, and the breakfast area was crowded each weekday morning for an hour or two. The staff worked hard to keep everything stocked and clean and did an adequate job considering how busy it was. The pool area was nice and enjoyable, though towel availability was inconsistent and could be better maintained. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff and several strong amenities. A few small improvements would easily make this a 5-star stay, but we would definitely consider staying here again.

The bathroom tap was leaking whole night and we could not sleep due to the noise it made and there was water leaking out of the shower tap. It was I come to the front desk and they told they have made a note of it but did not care to fix it or offer us a different room. Overall disappointing. Did not get the service for what we paid for

The room was spacious (we were upgraded to a suite) and clean. There were computers in the lobby that our kids really enjoyed. The location was convenient — about a one-hour drive from Yosemite Valley.

Breakfast was very crowded. There were no available tables, and we had to wait 10–15 minutes for one to become free. Some of the food ran out well before breakfast service ended.

Beds were incredibly comfortable and there were plenty of towels for everyone (since there were 4 of us in a double queen room). The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were great too.
