Location is good

A cleaner got caught slept in my room during my return when i'm away for 2 days. This is not acceptable.

Pintu tandas rosak, pintu tandas tembus pandang nampak bayang2, tak sesuai yang ada anak2. Makanan sarapan perlu lebih meriah. Kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan lagi lebih2 lagi di tempat parking.

Breakfast choice is OK and the view is nice. Nearby giant taman perling & just walking distance. A lot of restaurant nearby if you're not choosy for food. Top floor balcony with a nice view.

Arrived at main entrance and no one pick-up our bag. I have to take the luggage cart by myself until i saw a man smoking at the side of it finally assist me and his actually the bell boy. His been looking at me all the while getting the bag outside from my bonnet. No sense of hospitality. Parking floor is not well maintain. Be extra careful which floor you park and the only working payment kiosk only available at level 2. Level 4A payment kiosk is not working so plant correctly when you want to go out because you need to go to reception to get the parking ticket waived from charges. The entire layout of the hotel looks old. Floor are not vacuum regularly. Using torn curtains for my room. Shower head broken. No kids pool and its on the top floor share with bar and if you're not concern about alcoholic drinks then it's OK.

Good spread of local breakfast. Room is clean and satisfying.

Devido ao carpete e cortinas e estofados antigos, tive alergia, entretanto não sou alérgico, para entender o nível de poeira. Camas são boas, mas um dos banheiros tinha mofo nos cantos. O quarto do casal tem um vidro para o banheiro, cujo a cortina não broqueia o sol da manhã, logo acordei 06:00 da manhã com a luz e não consegui dormir... Muitas cores e paredes de diferentes tons, isso não é confortante no final do dia.

The hotel room was poorly maintained, unhygienic, and stuffy with inadequate ventilation. The carpet was old, dirty, and in poor condition, making the room feel unpleasant and uncomfortable. At night we were coughing badly

We stayed in the amerin suite, comfortable room, and big space.

The swimming pool was dirty, with fungus on the side and on the floor. Not well maintained. Even the walkway to the room, the carpet flooring looks dirty.

I injured my foot while stepping on the floor. The sharp edge between carpet area and tile area was very sharp.

Staff was friendly and helpful, there is a convenience store right next to the hotel too!

The facilities around the hotel, just walking from the hotel to the shop, mall and etc.

There are no iron & ironing board in the room, really don't expect that with the price of the room charges.

The location for the hotel is nice. Near to shopping mall and etc.

Not to the 4 star hotel standard. Breakfast no variety. Hairdryer not latest and can overheat. No iron in the room.

I will never come back, the room sink was leaking, the sheets had stain, the bath tub was dirty, the room had smell. Floor had previous guest food. Swimming pool on rooftop had cigarette buds inside, not well maintained Breakfast basic They need to refurbish the hotel

Location wise is good. Got a lot of eateries,a barber shop,minimart and a 24hrs self service laundry shop outside,nearby the hotel. Perling mall and Durian Taman Perling Stall is opp hotel.. Hanis, the reception staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok. I like the finish outcome,the house keeping cleaned the room. They put a good scent of room fragrance, that gave out a fresh, nice sweet smelling. The valet attendant in charge, always put in their very best smile whenever we are in and out of the hotel.

We can only use the washing machine inside the suite to wash our clothes, but not the dryer since it has a reminder notice of dryer spoilt. Gym room,a lot of spoilt equipments.

Cleanliness of the room - toilet mouldy and stained. Stained bedsheet and pillowcase. No variety of breakfast spread.

Welcoming was ok but, the toilet was full with watermarks everywhere. Booking at “ Amerin Suite “ but got like 2 star hotel . Need to be careful with lamps because the wires . Living hall full with dust. Staying on floor make really itchy. Not worth for money.

The location is strategically advantageous, offering proximity to the city center and a plethora of nearby restaurants and shops. The breakfast service is commendable, featuring espresso machines and a diverse selection of food options. Furthermore, the pricing for a two-bedroom apartment during school holidays represents excellent value.

The hotel's interior, including the pool, gym, and cafes, appears rather dated and unclean. Furthermore, the extra bed mattress is excessively firm and feels flimsy, emitting a squeaking sound with even minimal movement, making it poor value for money.

The area & facilitates are well equipped. They have small little spa & massage shop, a pool-side pub for you to chill out Outside the hotel they have a small 7-11 with basic necessities and lots of Malay food store. Basically you can just walk out to find food instead of drive out. The buffet although are not much variety but the services and food are nice for a 4 star hotel.

The room are big as we booked a family suite when we step in there is a moldy and sweat smell and look at the toilet it was so dirty and old. Pillow are moldy and are not clean at all.. the room are really disappointing. The corridors are smelly when we walk out the lift. Really have to do something about it. It’s totally can’t rate as a 4 star hotel
