Ein ganz ganz tolles Hotel! Check in bis check out war wirklich toll. Feines Buisnesshotel mit professionellem Service. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Klimaanlage hat bestens überzeugt bei 38 grad Außentemperatur.!

Beautiful rooms, very quiet (Park View). Very nice bathrooms with a great shower. Excellent air conditioning-effective and almost noiseless. Location is amazing. Most of the stuff is just great but some are unfortunately a default. Housekeeping is surprisingly bad, same with the room service.

With no response As below email Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment that, despite your apology, nothing has actually been done to resolve this matter or restore my confidence in the Sofitel or Accor brand. I reported numerous serious issues during my stay, including: Extremely poor room cleanliness. Air conditioning that was not functioning properly. A breakfast experience far below the standards expected from a Sofitel property. No proper dining service available despite what was advertised. A significant discrepancy between the hotel’s website and the actual experience provided. Poor management and a complete lack of proactive customer care. Your email simply states that my comments have been shared with the hotel management. However, no one has contacted me with a meaningful resolution, no explanation has been provided, and no gesture has been made to compensate for such a disappointing experience. As a loyal Accor customer, I expected far more than a generic apology. A luxury hotel should take ownership of its failures and demonstrate that customer satisfaction is genuinely valued. At this stage, I do not feel that my complaint has been handled appropriately. Unless concrete action is taken, I will have no confidence in staying at Sofitel or recommending the Accor Group to colleagues, friends, or professional contacts. I would appreciate a substantive response outlining: What investigation has been conducted. What corrective actions have been taken. What Accor intends to do to resolve this matter and restore my confidence. I look forward to your prompt response. Kind regards,

Super City Hotel - super Service! Sehr zentrale Lage, grosses Zimmer.

Exceptional overnight stay. Wonderful location. We arrived very early off a long haul flight, feeling a bit wrecked. They accommodated an early check in and their kindness went beyond. Service 10/10, special thanks to restaurant team. Breakfast was wonderful and we dined for dinner which was lovely. Room was great. Couldn't get a massage at late notice so best to be organised and book early. Thank you Team Sofitel Frankfurt.

voor een 5 sterren Hotel van de groep Accor - Hier Sofitel- was de Ontbijt Manager of Restaurant Manager uit Georgien, een soort ROBOT. Geen persoonlijk gevoel voor de Avocado Toast. Slecht gepresenteerd uit de keuken.

Indien keuze a la carte wat het ontbijt betreft, is de presentatie op het bord uit de keuken, zeer basic. In iedergeval geen gevoel voor 5 sterren Niveau.

Freundliches und professionelles Personal , zuvorkommend und organisiert. Man sieht direkt, das Hotel wird ordentlich geführt, man fühlt sich wohl , und spürt das Management hat alles im Griff! Sind schon Stammgäste.

I got a room on the first floor from the street side. The windows are not enought quite and after the Metallica show I couldn't get relax bc whole Friday and Sunday night a lot of car drove at my windows. Why I got the first floor at the street ? Im 20 years with Sofitel.

Sehr freundlicher Service. Schnell und hilfsbereit . Sehr gute und angenehme Betten. Top - Lage!

Ausstattung Minibar spärlich. Am Anfang mussten einige Dinge ) Bademantel)nachgefordert werden, was allerdings prompt erledigt wurde.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the business district where all the offices are so excellent choice for a business trip. The staff at the reception were very pleasant and helpful. I was delighted to find out I had a nice room upgrade with amazing views and a super great bathroom. The breakfast is varied with very good quality coffee and fresh orange juice, two elements that unfortunately you find rarely good in hotels these days. I will absolutely stay again for my business and family trips.

When I travel to Frankfurt periodically, I stay at the Sofitel. Always consistently great and responsive staff, extremely comfortable beds, pillows and blankets and a quiet, peaceful place, great location, beautiful design. has everything you need for both leisure and business trips, spa, gym, great saunas. One of my favorite hotels in general.

Beim Frühstück ist es eine wundervolle, entspannte Atmosphäre mit schöne Musik, unaufdringlich, und das Frühstück Angebot und das Service ist super in Ordnung

Bar food - forget to eat something there . not a level of Sofitel at all ( please go and check Sofitel in Barcelona ) - i had once also dinner there - absolutely a disaster . my recommendation is to hire a proper cook and team ..

GM S. Opitz and his great team are doing a fine job at this Sofitel in Frankfurt am Main, super close/facing the "Alte Oper" (Frankfurt's famous concert & event hall) and the Opera Square. The Sofitel Frankfurt Opera, opened at the end of 2016, I believe, with approx. 150 rooms, 30 suites, SPA, restaurants, conference - & ballrooms. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, numerous other financial institutions (Deutsche Bank, UBS Germany) and some of Germany's most well-known high-end shopping streets, e.g. Goethestraße and Freßgass. FO at check-in/out was professional & efficient, more German than French style and (free) smiling never killed anyone but I liked the efficiency.... Rooms and bathrooms are super clean, nicely sized and quiet when facing the small park area. Did not use SPA, concierge team, Schumann's, nor breakfast during short stay. Uneventful, nice business stay. When in Frankfurt would stay here again.
