המלון נמצא במיקום מצויין, קרוב לחוף ים. ארוחת הבוקר והערב הוגשו בסגנון מזנון פתוח היו טובות. החדר היה נוח עם מרפסת.

בחדר בו שהינו היתה בחדר השירותים ונטה שהרעישה מאוד וראש המקלחת היה מקולקל ולא איפשר זרימה טובה של מים. למרות שבקשתי שיטפלו בזה, לא נעשה דבר.

Die Dusche sehr klein, das Bett sehr hart, das Abendbuffet aus unserer Sicht sehr an Touristen angepasst - schade. Die einheimische Küche hätte soviel mehr zu bieten.

-Le bruit de la VMC dans la salle de bain, -Pas possible d’avoir un café au bar après 20:00, -Il faut débarrasser sa table avant son départ du restaurant, -Eau payante dans la formule demi-pension (1,50€ pour 33cl), -Personnel non agréable sauf Lisa en salle de restaurant toujours souriante. -Restauration médiocre et horaire trop court (19:00-21:00), heureusement que nous connaissions la restauration crétoise avant ce séjour sinon, nous ne serions sans doute jamais revenu en Crète, -Changement des serviettes de toilettes uniquement tous les 3 jours, serviettes de plage et drap inchangés durant notre séjour (6 nuits), -Le dimanche pas de prestation ménage

La piscine et le logement

Le petit déjeuner (attente tasse à café et verre - Manque de diversité et de qualité de choix) et la restauration du soir (manque de saveurs, de diversités). La bouteille d'eau de 300ml à 1,5 euros alors qu'on la trouve à 1 euros le litre. l'absence de savon à l'intérieur de la douche, obligation d'utiliser le savon à l'extérieur de la douche

Харчування можно більш різноманітне👌Водорості на пляжі, але це не страшно. Природа🤷‍♀️

Дуже гарне розташування, піщаний пляж у 2х хвилинах від номера, чиста доглянута територія. Хороше місце для спокійного відпочинку.

Не включені напої на вечерю, але як правило на НВ всюди так. Не назву це мінусом, просто треба знати цю інформацію

Чудовий і затишний готель. Номер чистий і доглянутий. Ліжко зручне. Прибирають щоденно. Територія охайна. Їжа смачна. Сніданки стандартні, а вечірні страви змінювались щодня. Лежаки на пляжі зручні, але за них потрібна окрема доплата(20 євро за два лежаки і парасоля на день). Біля готелю багато ресторанів, кафе і крамничок.

Недоліків немає.

Отель просто супер, закрытая территория и очень уютная. До моря буквально пара шагов. Просторный и светлый номер с балконом, в номере были кружки и чайник. Питание великолепное, все блюда на завтрак и ужин были очень вкусные

В номере есть чайник и кружки, но нет кофе/чая/сахара

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und ordentlich. Ziemlich neu, Handtücher wurden regelmäßig getauscht und Zimmerservice war gut. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Lage ist ruhig. Pool ist gut.

Die Regendusche war am Duschkopf verdreckt. Das Essen war nicht gut. Beim Buffet fehlten regelmäßig Gläser/Tassen/Besteck oder der Käse war leer. Abendessen auch nicht wirklich lecker. Malia als Ort leider einfach nicht schön. Am Pool darf man seine eigenen Getränke nicht trinken und der schmale Strandabschnitt ist viel zu voll mit Liegen die man bezahlen muss. Für sein eigenes Handtuch bleibt kaum Platz.

Saubere Zimmer, Hotel liegt direkt am Meer.

The price was good and the bed was very comfy!

There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom and neither any coffee pods-the coffee box was empty..so bring all these for the standard room! Also the view was a bit awkward, English language was pretty poor and they were never at the reception desk..and the sign towards the restaurant were odd placed- moreso towards the beach.. food was cold as well and somehow it upseted my stomach..

Hôtel sans charme, parking qui ressemble plus à un terrain vague abandonné Le bruit ambiant : nous étions côté jardin et nous avons entendu la musique des boites de nuit et bars du centre ville même fenêtre fermées Les couloirs de l’hôtel sont mal pensés : les portes claques et vu que les gens ne sont pas discrets vous vous faites réveiller toutes les 10 minutes par les clients qui rentrent petit à petit dans leur chambre À la piscine ou à la plage, les transats sont les uns sur les autres, une vraie “usine à touristes”. Très loin du calme des hôtels un peu plus loin sur l’île. Le centre ville est très dynamique: plutôt pour les jeunes qui veulent faire la fête, beaucoup de bars. Cela manque cruellement de charme.

There were plenty of places to go for a walk nearby. Hotel has a fantastic beach and a great beach bar. The food was also very good, with plenty of options to choose from.

The room was on the first floor.

Great location on the beach, close to the Malia Strip and free parking. Evening meal buffet was different every day.

Abusive and rude staff who shouted at you and then glared at you from the bar for the crime of not paying for their over priced (x3) bottled water during dinner. Beach sports staff had different prices depending on your nationality and refused to allow you to photograph their price lists.

What I liked most about the holiday was the hotel by the sea, the beautiful surroundings, the easy access to the beach, and, of course, the delicious and varied food.

1. Man fick inte en flaska vatten när man anländer, man få köpa. 2.Maten som var inkluderad var inte alls bra, varken frukost, eller middag det gick inte att äta och till middag man måste betala för dryck inklusive vatten, så vi var tvungna att gå och äta middag ute.

Very nice staff, clean swimming pool. Very beautiful beach with beach bar which has reasonable prices. Great location close to the night clubs and pubs in a walking distance but far enough to have a proper rest.

Food was only acceptable, but still great for this price.

Minden közel volt, a tengerpartra közvetlenül a beach bárból léptünk ki, a szobák tiszták, a leírásnak megfelelően mi tengerparta, medencékre, kertre nézőben voltunk. A part homokos, a tenger kristálytiszta csodás türkiz. A személyzet segítőkész, kedves, az ételek büfé reggeli és büfé vacsora, mindig friss, ízletes, a beach bárban finom koktélok, ebéd lehetőség. A medence hangulatos, szuper volt A sétányról kiérve, üzletek, ajándékboltok, túraszervező üzletek, kölcsönzők tömkelege. Este hangulatos sétákat lehet tenni Malián, van élet.

Nem volt olyan ami nem tetszett.

El desayuno muy completo y la ubicación del hotel excelente con salida a restaurantes y comercios. La atrnción en la recepción es muy buena.

El hotel tiene salida a la playa , pero cobran 20 euros por una reposera. Eso inhabilita bastante poder disfrutar de la playa. Incluso algunas reposeras dentro del hotel no se pueden usar porque hay que pagarlas. No se entiende que pagando una tarifa elevada no se habilite el uso de la playa. Otro aspecto muy negativo: alquilan la zona del bar que da al mar para fiestas privadas , esto implica una invasión de la pileta y también, ponen música con un volumen excesivo, esto resulta insoportable.

Sicuramente la location: Malia è un posto fantastico per esplorare la parte nord di Creta. A mezz'ora di viaggio dall'aeroporto di Heraklion, la città è piena di vita, sicuramente molto attrattiva per la quantità di ristoranti e locali. L'hotel ha una piccola piscina, fondamentale per quando il mare è mosso. Durante la nostra settimana di soggiorno siamo riusciti a fare il bagno solo un giorno; per il resto, le condizioni erano proibitive a causa dei forti venti e delle onde. Il nome Aeolos non penso sia casuale...

Se siete italiani o amate il cibo decente, tenetevi alla larga dalla colazione o dalla mezza pensione. L'hotel è molto frequentato dalla clientela nord europea, che penso si trovi bene qui. La cena è sempre uguale, la colazione povera. Intorno all'hotel ci sono tantissime taverne e forni per fare colazione, che offrono sicuramente una qualità molto superiore a quella dell'albergo. Anche una semplice acqua a cena è a pagamento; non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere. Attenzione: alcune camere sono sotto il livello stradale; se capitate in quelle, scordatevi la luce o il passaggio d'aria.

Brilliant location, right on the beach and a short walk to plenty of restaurants and bars. Lovely modern rooms which were cleaned everyday. The staff were excellent as well and very attentive.

Επισκεφτήκαμε το AEOLOS BEACH RESORT 4 ημέρες για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση και δεν μας απογοήτευσε καθόλου! Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο , το φαγητό τρομερό , το δωμάτιο προσεγμένο και τακτοποιημένο . Υπάρχουν νεροτσουλήθρες στην παιδική πισίνα , μια πισίνα ενηλίκων και στην θάλασσα water sports. Εμεις επιλέξαμε να κάνουμε jet ski και ήταν μια πολύ ωραία εμπειρία

Το ενα αρνητικό είναι ότι οι ξαπλώστρες χρεώνονται (20 ευρώ το σετ).[η τιμή ισχύει όλη την ημέρα για τις ξαπλώστρες, μπορείς να φύγεις και να ξανά πας ] Το δεύτερο είναι ότι οι πετσέτες δεν αλλάχθηκαν και έγινε μόνο τακτοποίηση δωματιου όσο μείναμε .

The bar staff were very bad, except for Julia. The service was terrible. Everyone else was rude and inattentive, making the whole experience unpleasant. Julia was the only one who was friendly and professional.

За еду ставлю 4 из 10 , им стоит поменять повара , мы чаще ходили кушать в соседнее ресторан Mezes Garden Restaurant и вот именно здесь мы могли вкусно поесть 😁👍

L’emplacement et la qualité de la literie et des transats de la piscine (même s’il est vrai que dans la chambre il y avait une odeur désagréable (remontée des eaux usées) mais ça arrive parfois en Crète).

Certains membres du personnel, odieux! La nourriture, infecte! Et le dimanche, un Cauchemar! Comme les installations de l’hôtel sont ouvertes à tous (pour une somme modique ou une consommation, vous avez accès aux piscines). la piscine principale se transforme en une sorte d’Ibiza low-cost, sans aucune hygiène ni respect pour les clients. De plus, l’ambiance est désagréable et malsaine.

It was at the seaside, the bar, close to Malia center, food (everyday there wad a fish course as well, and salats, fruits, and 1 home made dessert), view from the big balcony. Bads were very confortable, bathroom was very clean. I recommend this hotel.

Kedves személyzet, mindenki beszél angolul. Finom ételek, bőséges választék. Makulátlan tisztaság a szálláshelyen és környezetében is.

A konditermet kicsit későn nyitják ki, reggel 8 órakor, ezért reggeli előtt nem sok idő van edzeni. A teremben nincs sem légkondi, sem ventilátor.

Lage vom Hotel einfach nur Schön! Zimmer gemütlich und so sauber, Terassen Ausblick wunderschön, Pool Area schön groß-bequem und ausreichende Liegen, Bar & Restaurant Lecker und Preislich völlig in ordnung direkt am Meer, Rutschen Kostenfrei für Hotelgäste und Der Service wunderbar sei es Rezeption oder Bar. Rezeptionistinen richtig freundlich und aufmerksam.

Buffet nicht das beste aber akzeptabel und liegen am strand nur mit aufpreis. Jedoch kann man sich nicht beklagen🤷‍♀️

Hôtel parfait, cosy, très bien situé à 5mn à pied du centre ville animé de Malia, le personnel du bar situé entre la piscine et la plage très sympathique et aux petits soins, leurs cocktails et la restauration très bons, les transats de la piscine très confortables, DJ et musique dans la journée très festif cela nous a plu

Déçus, les buffets petits déjeuners et dîner n' étaient pas qualitatifs, ce n' est pas le fait que ce soit un petit buffet mais très basique, peu de spécialités crétoises même pas un coin "grillades" proposées, cela ressemblait plus à une cantine ou self-service

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο, λειτουργικό, πεντακάθαρο, όχι μόνο αυτό αλλά και οι περιβάλλοντες χώροι που καθαρίζονταν επισταμένα κάθε μέρα. Η πισίνα ήταν πεντακάθαρη και υπήρχαν πολύ περισσότερες παροχές από όσες περίμενα να έχω. Το πρωινό επίσης ήταν πολύ καλό, με πολλές επιλογές δημητριακών και προϊόντα ολικής άλεσης.

Το φαγητό στον μπουφέ ήταν μέτριο. Η ποιότητα ήταν κατώτερη σε σχέση με την συνολική ποιότητα του καταλύματος. Συγκεκριμένα, θα ήθελα πιο φρέσκα λαχανικά στις σαλάτες του βραδινού.

Czyste pokoje, bardzo zadbany teren zielony wokół hotelu, super lokalizacja - piękne widoki, zadbany basen, wszędzie bardzo czysto, wygodne leżaki przy basenie. Dobre jedzenie, tylko za mało expresów do kawy przy których była zawsze kolejka, Naprawdę widać że personel stara się aby wszystko było w porządku, bardzo miłe uśmiechnięte Panie pokojówki, Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi.

muzyka gra za głośno przy basenie, fajnie jest jak coś wpada w ucho ale często było za głośno. Powinny też być jakieś przerwy w muzyce nie każdemu to odpowiada że cały czas coś gra; jeżeli przyjeżdżasz aby się zrelaksować i masz hotel przy samej plaży to super jest słuchać szumu fal a nie zagłuszającej wszystko muzyki , Szkoda też że trzeba płacić za leżaki na plaży; Zjeżdżalnie dla dzieci nie są czynne cały czas; a po 5 zjazdach strój córki był podarty,

Good location, just a few minutes' walk from the "party strip"—a road full of bars, restaurants, and clubs—but far enough away that you don't suffer from the noise. The hotel has a nice pool, a private beach, and a beach bar. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom, and pool towels were provided.

This was the only hotel that didn’t offer two small bottles of water upon arrival, which is a pity after a long journey. We also asked for help at reception regarding the bus to Heraklion airport, but the receptionist was unable to assist and even mentioned that there were no buses (which is not true). We were simply unsure about the exact bus stop location. This is important information that should be readily available in a tourism-focused hotel. The main area for improvement, however, was the restaurant. We booked half board because it was our last night and we expected convenience after a long day, but I regret that decision. There are many cheaper but great hotels with seafront and pool access where you can book breakfast only, and for the price difference, you can enjoy a much better dinner elsewhere. The quality of the dinner/buffet was very disappointing — honestly worse than a school cafeteria. What surprised me most was that no drinks were included. In over 40 countries I’ve travelled to, I’ve never encountered a place where even water or soft drinks must be paid separately when dinner is included; many hotels even include a glass of wine. Here, even a small bottle of water had to be paid for, which felt quite unexpected. It’s a shame, as it didn’t provide the experience we were hoping for on our last night on the island.

מיקום מושלם של המלון! במרכז מאליה אבל באזור שקט. הליכה קצרה ברגל ואתם במרכז והכל קרוב ונגיש! בריכות מעולות, חדר אוכל נחמד, קו ראשון לים, נוף מהמם. חוף מהמם. המלון מחולק ל- 3 מבני מגורים, ועוד שתי בריכות מופרדות זו מזו. בתכלס נהנינו מאד מהשהות וקיבלנו יחס מעולה מהצוות.

ווייפי מאד לא טוב. אוכל נחמד, חסר המון מבחר וגיוון. צריך לשלם על שתייה בארוחת ערב, צריך לשלם על שתייה ואוכל בבריכה - הם לא מרשים שהאורחים של המלון יביאו איתם שתייה או אוכל לבריכה - חיסרון מאד גדול שעלה לנו כמה מאות שקלים (בדיעבד היינו שוקלים מלון אחר רק בגלל זה).

Nous avons été déçus du petit déjeuner et du dîner, la qualité des aliments n’était pas au rendez-vous… Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, nous avons très mal dormi toute la semaine, les autres vacanciers n’étant pas respectueux des autres et font du bruit à toute heure de la nuit, dommage lorsqu’on est en vacances et que l’on souhaite se reposer (se faisant réveiller plus d’une fois lors du séjour par des vacanciers alcoolisés, nous avons dû demander à la réception d’intervenir auprès d’eux).

Proximité de la ville animée de Malia, sans en avoir les inconvénients du bruit. L’hôtel est à taille humaine familiale et calme. Nourriture très correcte

Musste für die Klimaanlage nochmal eine Aufpreis von 7 Euro am Tag zahlen.Das Personal am Buffet war nicht freundlich.

Extremely disappointing experience. We were charged €50 because a friend briefly accompanied us back to the hotel and spent approximately five minutes with us on the balcony before leaving. The visitor did not stay overnight and did not use the room. The main issue was not only the charge itself, but the way we were treated. The security guard approached us in a very aggressive manner, and the hotel manager informed us that we had to pay €50 immediately or leave the hotel. We felt pressured into paying because we were threatened with losing our accommodation. When we asked where this rule was stated, the manager initially claimed it was written in the hotel brochure. After further questioning, he admitted that it was not. We also checked the hotel information and Booking.com listing and could not find any mention of a visitor ban or a €50 fee. Unfortunately, this was not the only negative aspect of our stay. The room was below expectations, some of the towels had visible stains, and several staff members, including those working at breakfast, came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. We also found the hotel insufficiently transparent regarding additional costs. Although we had booked half board, drinks (water etc.) at dinner were charged separately, which was another unexpected expense. What makes this even more disappointing is that this is the first negative experience I have ever had in Greece. In my previous visits, I have always found hotels and staff to be warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. Unfortunately, this hotel did not reflect that experience. Overall, we were left with the impression that the hotel was more focused on additional charges than on customer satisfaction. The lack of transparency regarding the €50 fee, combined with the way the situation was handled, left us feeling disappointed and uncomfortable throughout our stay. Based on our experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The resort is well maintained and very clean. The beach is only a short walk from the rooms and it’s beautiful with white sand beach and crystal clear water. Additionally the staff especially the beach bar staff are welcoming, friendly and professional.

Il bagno puzzava, la colazione era orribile : poche opzioni e succo pieno d’acqua…per stare in spiaggia ci hanno fatto pagare anche se alloggiavamo lì…Infatti il giorno dopo siamo tornati all’altra spiaggia dell’hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato i primi giorni. L’aria condizionata ad una certa non funzionava più. In spiaggia oltre a pagare, hanno pochissime opzioni per mangiare , c’erano solo hamburger e insalate

Το ξενοδοχειο ηταν καθαρο ,καινουρια κατασκευη με ωραια διακοσμηση και σε καλη τοποθεσια!

Το προσωπικο του restaurant ηταν αγενεστατο σε αντιθεση με το προσωπικο του bar.Αν και νεα κατασκευη τα μαξιλαρια ηταν αθλια!Τελος στο δωματιο δεν υπηρχαν αφρολουτρο και σαμπουαν και το δωματιο δεν καθαριστηκε γιατι ηταν Κυριακη🙄

The food was terrible. Every day we got more and more disappointed by the buffet options. We had to leave to go eat at restaurants. I expected at least water to be free to drink. The waterslide closed before 5pm the pool closed at 8 it just felt like they didn’t want anyone in the pool at all. Also the beach had a ton of trash on it. Very dirty.

Είναι 4η χρόνια που έμεινα στο Aeolos στά Μάλια είναι μία οικογενειακή επιχείρηση που πιστεύει στην Κριτική Φιλοξενία. Το δωμάτια υπερκερνά τις πρό προσδοκίες σου Ενώ η εστίαση είναι καλή αλλά καλό θά ήταν λίγη περισσότερη Κριτική κουζίνα.

Das Hotel und die Lage sind top auch das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr nett.

Das Essen war leider nicht so gut. Das Buffet am Abend war nicht zufriedenstellend. Am Morgen war es OK. Wobei das Essen in Beachbar wieder sehr gut ist.

I was at Aeolos Beach relaxing on the beach and drinking beers,it is the best place to stay and enjoy your holiday with perfect staff.I will definitely go back again.

La posizione davvero top nel centro di Malia e sulla spiaggia. Camere nuove e spaziose, Bar della spiaggia e colazione ottima.

Non se perché, forse era Ottobre, ma il cibo della cena non era all'altezza..Poca varietà, qualità molto scadente, se arrivi a fine orario rischi anche di non trovare più nulla. Altra cosa negativa è che noi clienti dobbiamo apparecchiarci e sparecchiarci la tavola, davvero molto assurdo, e irrispettoso vedere questo in un resort. Accoglienza dello staff molto fredda, poca cordialità, al check-in non siamo stati accompagnati alla stanza. Zero intrattenimento. Non c'è possibilità di scegliere se fare pranzo o cena per la mezza pensione. Se venite ad Ottobre consiglio solo di fare colazione, sperando non sia così nei periodi estivi...

Отель рядом с морем! 2 бассейна на территории. Для детей и взрослых. Рядом прокат машин, возможность взять машину для поездок по острову, собственная парковка. Много катались, прокладывая собственные маршруты. Дружелюбный персонал, белье, полотенца меняли очень часто, ухоженная территория. Кормили вкусно, разнообразно.

При заселении захотели взять с нас плату за кондиционер, несмотря на то, что это было заявлено при бронировании. Пришлось доказывать.Утюг, держатель для душа были неисправны. Очень маленькая душевая кабинка с постоянно вытекающей водой из неё. Отсутствовал освежитель воздуха для туалета. Нам не хватило УДОБНЫХ розеток. Неудобно расположенная тумбочка к кроватям, (нам достался номер с двумя кроватями) Но по другому никак т.к помещение маленькое и иначе не открыть дверь на балкон. Освещение номера слабое.

A reggeli rendben volt. A környék szintén rendben volt, olyan görögös. A vacsora kicsit egyhangú volt. Sajnos kisgyerekeknek semmiféle program nem volt, viszont a személyzet nagyon kedves.

Gyerekprogram nem volt. Sajnos az idő nem volt teljesen optimális, ezért próbáltunk valami beltéri programot keresni, ami nagyon nehézkes.

Located in Malia with easy access to tavernas, nightclubs and bars, this hotel holds a good position. The hotel has extremely hard working staff who work tirelessly to try and make a good experience for guests, in a hotel with limited possibiities. There is a beach with loungers, but although part of the hotel, one is expected to pay 10€ each for the priviledge of enjoying them. There are beach actvities (paragliding,banana, sofa rides etc plus jet ski), all at a cost, as these are all open to the public. We enjoyed the small, but well maintained pool area. There is a second pool for children, but not many used it, sadly. Board basis is bed and breakfast, but guests were forbidden from having their own food at the pool area, as there is a beach bar selling drinks and snacks. I think this opens at night for business. The restaurant area is plain and unassuming and reasonably comfortable. The area is closed outside of mealtimes, therefore if it rains families would be restricted to rooms or the beach bar. The restaurant area was kept spotlessly clean and the somewhat limited culinary efforts were always well stocked. Any spillage was rapidly removed. Guests cleared their own tables which was new to us, but maybe thats a 3 star thing. The rooms were well attended, and kept spotless by hard working and very pleasant staff. All in all, if you are looking for sunshine in a pleasant but unexciting setting at a reasonable initial cost then this is the place for you. Bear in mind the added costs - aircon, changing beach towels, room safe and drinks by the pool etc.

Close to the beach and the city. 15 mins walk to the bus stop to Heraklion airport. Clean and cosy. Friendly staff.

Geen fijne bedden. Ontbijt was van half 8/ half 10. Voor ons redelijk vroeg. Buffet is bij beide maaltijden primamaar niet zo uitgebreid als bij een grootschalig hotel

Emplacement idéal, calme absolu, propreté irréprochable. Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié, dîner tout aussi satisfaisant.

La struttura è situata in zona attaccata all centro e di fronte mare, parcheggio interno gratis, ben curata. La camera confortevole, con un bagno spazioso. Il personale della reception molto gentili e cordiali

Purtroppo il buffet della cena è di medio bassa qualità La pulizia della camera non sempre curata

Wspaniałe miejsce na odpoczynek, pracę zdalna. Miła i pomocna obsługa.
