The food was expensive for the quality

Lovely hotel just inside the old town - very cute places to get breakfast and coffee nearby. The room was well equipped with fresh water bottles every day and the staff were lovely. They helped us sort out laundry nearby which was easy and well priced. Nice to have a pool to use as well.

The area was mainly quiet but some of the local houses must have had roosters/chickens which were fairly noisy in the morning. Nothing the hotel was in control of but good to be aware of

La ubicació al centre i el personal molt amable

L’esmorzar no ha complert les nostres expectatives, el cafè i el te imbevibles. Les opcions a carta molt justes i el bufet també, mala qualitat. L’habitació era molt sorollosa tant per l’ascensor com per l’exterior. Vam haver de dormir amb taps i creiem que ho sabiem perquè ens els van deixar a la tauleta de nit sense comentar-nos res.

J'ai aimé l'accueil chaleureux et les recommandations du personnels le coin calme dans le vieux quartier de Chiang Mai, la piscine était propre. Le petit déjeuner était également correct. Les chambres spacieuses, confortables et propres.

Ce que j'ai le moins apprécié : c'est que la moustiquaire de la salle de bain était un peu vétuste ce qui fait qu'il y'avait quelques moustiques qui entraient quand même car la fenêtre était tout le temps ouverte.

Mooi hotel, niet te groot. Klein zwembad is welkom na een uitstap of dagje in Chiang Mai. Mooie kamer, enkel op het toilet was de beenruimte beperkt ;-). Uiterst vriendelijk personeel.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast and helpful staff

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good range of food. The extra water and toilet rolls each morning even without needing housekeeping was a considerate touch.

The pictures on the booking site look better than in real life. Was a bit surprised when it didn’t live up to the expectations. The lobby area didn’t have the air conditioning turned on after a certain time and it felt warm inside. It would be good to have a rotation of food options rather than the same ones everyday. A safe box would be helpful to have in the room too.

Excelente ubicación, a escasos minutos del centro. Desayuno muy completo e instalaciones muy buenas.

- Great location, strong aircon - reception was polite and kind

- heavy quilt was moving around in the quilt cover and keep getting out of shape throughout the night, so some bits were thick and some parts was just cover. Couldn't sleep well - towels were old and looked worned - housekeeping didn't wipe the bathroom sink counter cleanly when requesting for make up room - bathroom had a mouldy smell and they covered up with strong air freshener - pillows were soft - hotel looks really dated and old, moulding here and there - wooden balcony doors had gaps so at night, it can get quite noisy

No , nos hicieron las camas la primera noche solo Las estiraron ! Pero al día siguiente como Hicimos el reclamo , dejaron la pieza con camas hechas bien . Lo Otro urgentemente toallas más blancas muy usadas y amarillentas .

La struttura è in una buona posizione all’inizio della old city. È carina e accogliente anche se dovrebbe essere un po’ rimodernata visto che gli arredi nelle stanze sono antiquati (il letto però era molto comodo). Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta.

La colazione dovrebbe avere un pochino più di scelta

Close to all amenities,Sunday market few steps from the hotel. The room was very clean. After a day we really felt at home. Stuff very helpful. Happy to return again.

C'était assez bruyant au petit matin.

Estaba muy limpio y la ubicación te permite andar a puntos centrales de la ciudad. El personal también fue de ayuda. Nos dejaron agua y papel higiénico diariamente.

En principio, la cantidad de normas y la retención de fianza en caso de que manches los textiles de la habitación de uso cotidiano como una sábana o toalla. Entendemos que las toallas y sábanas deben lavarse siempre independientemente de la mancha y de ahí la sorpresa sobre esta norma. Decir que encontramos manchas en las sábanas al abrir la cama al entrar. Fue extremadamente ruidosa la estancia debido al tráfico de la calle principal, no pudimos descansar bien. El balcón dejaba una rendija abierta considerable al exterior y además del tráfico el aire acondicionado tampoco nos dejó dormir apropiadamente.

La buena disposición del personal, habitaciones limpias y con todo lo que necesitabas, buenas instalaciones comunes como la piscina y lugar del desayuno, buena localización del hotel en la ciudad para poder ir caminando a recorrerla....

Sinceramente nada, tenía todo lo que yo necesitaba.

Que si te toca una habitación que da a la calle, es muy ruidosa, una pena, es el único pero q le pongo. Todo lo demás de categoria.

Al entrenar a la recepción del hotel, siempre olia fuerte, un olor raro... Ademas, el desayuno es bastante caro.

Joli hôtel bien situé dans Chiang Mai. La chambre est sympathique, bien équipée et le lit très confortable. La piscine est très propre même s'il n'y a pas beaucoup d'endroits où s'installer.

Le petit déjeuner était décevant et cher pour la Thaïlande (250 par personne).

Très bien situé. La piscine était super. Nous avons reçu de bonnes recommandations de l’hôtel.

Assolutamente niente

Habitación grande y bien equipada, muy limpia. Mandamos la ropa a la lavandería y nos la devolvieron en perfecto estado y doblada.

No dejaban fumar en el balcón de la habitación, había un espacio reservado para fumadores en la entrada. No nos molestó, pero es algo a tener en cuenta si eres fumador.

Le lieu est très propre, très bien situé dans la vieille ville, le personnel est hyper accueillant et d'une réelle gentillesse. La chambre est spacieuse, la literie est confortable et propre.

Very clean, well presented, lovely outdoor space including a wonderful pool. Very good value for money and situated amongst lots of cafes and places to eat.

Walls were a little thin and noise from other guests was very apparent. There was a lot of motorbike traffic on the street which could be heard all through the night.

Colazione molto basica, poca scelta in particolare dolce. Molti problemi con il sonno. I galli fuori dall’albergo rumorosi e terribile rumore, almeno al quarto piano, della pompa dell’acqua per quanto ci è stato spiegato. I tappi per le orecchie mitigano solo in parte il problema

The toilet was really narrow to sit. Bathroom was small. Breakfast not used. We went out for. Was cheaper.

Die Rezeptionistin am Nachmittag war immer so freundlich hat uns viele nützliche Tips gegeben und uns auch gefragt was wir unternommen haben etc.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hätte für mich noch etwas ausgereifter sein können.

E' una buona scelta, perché nuovo e pulito, e perché posto in una posizione strategica (la zona più tranquilla e autentica della città vecchia). Sono tornato dopo un anno e il giudizio è un po' cambiato. Le fotografie continuano a non essere attendibili. La colazione è migliorata, ma sempre poco varia e curata. Il personale non si è mostrato particolarmente cortese. La camera - diversa dalla precedente - era gradevole ma nulla più.

Personale non particolarmente simpatico ed efficiente. Ho segnalato che il telecomando del condizionatore non funzionava (forse solo per le batterie scariche), ma non si è intervenuto.

Está ubicado en el centro histórico dentro de la muralla pero para cenar y comer no hay mucha variedad cerca,nos gustó más la zona de Nimman para hospedarnos

Great location and the balconies were good. Nice air conditioning to keep the rooms cold .

Breakfast was average but you can pre ordered fresh food like egg and French toast and soup which was very tasty.

Staff are really friendly and let us keep our car at the property. The pool is a very welcome break from the heat and super clean. Rooms are spacious and well equipped.

Quiet and well located

Friendly staff, good location, room was constantly stocked with water which was appreciated after a walk in the heat! Neighbouring kittens were cute. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked nice!

The “balcony” was tiny and the door leading to it needs a blind as it lets in too much light and the curtains above our bed also didn’t prevent any light from the hallway coming in. The air conditioning rattled, this all made it quite difficult to sleep.

The pool was okay, and our room was also okay. There are nice restaurants nearby and you can explore the old town very easily.

The hotel looked bigger and more new in the photos. We stayed on the 2nd Floor and from time to time there was a weird smell in the bathroom, maybe coming from the kitchen or outside.
