A nossa estadia foi ótima, muito devido à simpatia de todo o staff e o quarto, embora não tivesse uma vista boa, era muito confortável e limpo. O staff ajudou-nos na marcação de um tour ao santuário dos elefantes, tratando de toda a logística e, esta atividade enriqueceu grandemente a nossa passagem por Chiang mai.

O único ponto menos positivo foi, de facto, a vista do quarto. No entanto, tendo em consideração que durante o dia estivemos a explorar a zona, não afetou em nada a nossa experiência.

Személyzet nagyon kedvesen fogadott minket minden egyes alkalommal. Kényelmes volt az ágy, jó volt a reggeli. Fürdőszoba nagyon tetszett.

Kicsit kicsi a szoba, kevés fény jött be hozzánk.

La limpieza, el personal muy sonrientes, la cama muy grande y cómoda. La zona muy tranquila. Muy cerca del aeropuerto como 15min.

Lo esperaba más cerca del centro. 20min andando aprox. También, creía que la habitación era un poco más amplia estábamos justos con las 2 maletas de 20kg.

Lo staff gentilissimo, a colazione hanno preparato Pan cake Senza glutine appositamente per noi. La posizione è molto comoda per l'aeroporto ma anche per girare a piedi la città vecchia.

La camera era un po' piccolina per 4 persone

La camera era spaziosa. La struttura non possiede la piscina, pertanto ho apprezzato la copresenza della doccia e della vasca da bagno.

La camera era luminosa e confortevole. Rispetto alla maggior parte delle strutture similari ha dei bagni più piccoli e scomodi. Questa struttura aveva una doccia grande ed un bagno funzionale

Aria condizionata molto rumorosa e puntava sul letto

La vicinanza al centro storico.

Il personale poco professionale mi derideva mentre parlava tra di loro anche se non conosco la lingua le faccette sono internazionali.

El personal es muy amable, y tienen gimnasio, lo cual es un plus. También tienen servicio de lavado de ropa a muy buen precio.

La habitación y el hotel en general daba sensación de suciedad, había mosquitos, tuvimos que comprar spray mata mosquitos e incluso nos salió una CUCARACHA por la noche. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y además está justo enfrente de la cama, lo cual hace que te de todo el aire mientras duermes. Tampoco hay ventanas como tal, sino que los ventanales dan a un patio de luz. El desayuno tampoco me gustó.

L’hotel è in centro quindi in una posizione comoda e vicina all’aeroporto. La struttura però non è come nelle foto, è più datata e le camere sono molto piccole e non proprio pulite. Ho chiesto il cambio delle lenzuola perché all’arrivo erano sporche e me le hanno cambiate subito. La porta del bagno non si chiude completamente. Il condizionatore ha smesso di funzionare durante la notte.

Die Klimaanlage war laut, der Flur verdeckt. Insgesamt hat das Hotel schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen. Man hat versucht vieles mit Silikon zu verbessern. Ein großer Wasserfleck war an der Decke, die Vorhänge waren schmutzig.

Ho scelto la struttura anche in base alle recensioni lette prima dove si parlava di buona colazione invece credetemi che non è così. Colazione scarsa, poco varia.

A decent hotel option in Chiang Mai old town. The first room I stayed in was ok - it's categorised as a 'Deluxe Double' and was spacious and comfortable.

I made a 2nd booking, into a 'Deluxe Queen' which was very small and uncomfortable. Best to check your room size carefully when booking at this hotel.

Absolutely nothing

Lage gut, kurzer Weg zum Flughafen, in der Altstadt, das Frühstück war in Ordnung mit frischem Obst, Toast und Kuchen, Müsli etc.

Die Unterkunft ist extrem unsauber. Überall an Boden, Wänden, Möbeln, Handtüchern und Ablagen sind Flecken, Abnutzungen, Staub, Schimmel, alte Bartstoppeln etc. Klimaanlage stinkt. Matratze liegt direkt auf dem Boden (Holz). Es ist sehr heruntergekommen. Da hilft leider auch die tägliche „Reinigung“ nicht mehr. Der Raum fürs Frühstück ist ebenfalls klebrig und sehr uneinladend. Wer auch nur etwas Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, sucht euch was anderes! Ich bin nur geblieben, weil ich von dort aus schon alle meine Touren gebucht hatte. Sonst wäre ich direkt weiter!!

L’établissement n’est pas très bien situé. Par exemple il est loin du marché nocturne. Également il est difficile à trouver une fois sur place avec internet.

Petit déjeuner plus que correct et copieux. Personnel très sympa et rapide à la demande, quand on le sollicite. Hôtel très bien placé.

Peu de pression de l’eau à la douche. Pas de pression à la douchette des WC. Très grand lit mais dificile d’accès à cause de l’estrade, quand on a un problème aux jambes.

Me ha encantado todo, pero lo que más, el personal. Son extremadamente amables. Queríamos alquilar un coche y nos ayudaron con todo. Incluso hicimos una excursión al santuario de elefantes y me olvidé las gafas de sol. El santuario estaba a una hora y media de Chiang Mai y consiguieron que un conductor me las trajera. Insistí para pagar y me dijeron que no era necesario. Estoy muy agradecida ya que las gafas fueron un regalo y tienen mucho valor emocional. Todos siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. La habitación muy cómoda y el desayuno muy completo. Muchísimas gracias por todo!!!!!

L'hôtel est très bien situé, tout se fait à pied dans la vieille ville. L'équipe est toujours disponible. Les chambres sont propres, avec des espaces de rangement et les lits très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est top!

Værrelset lugtede inde lukket store skader i loftet fra vand Aircondition lugtede som om det ikke var rengjort længe så luften i rummet var tydelig dårlig og vi fik det første døgn hovedpine pga dette.. det skal lige siges at Aircondition larmede pænt meget hele tiden Pengeskab virkede ikke så istedetfor og fixe dette fik jeg en nøgle så næste gæst står med problemet også Morgenmaden var ok på nær de skulle ligge isterninger i deres mælk så den ikke var varm samt de skal være bedre til og fylde op når det er tomt

The friendly personel was very helpfull in everything. From very loud neighbours (we didn’t hear another thing once we’d asked the reception for help) to advising us and even calling a rentcar.

Très vieillot, ils ont voulu nous faire changer de chambre pour nous en donner une grande comme un mouchoir de poche., sans prévenir dès l'arrivée qu'il faudra changer de chambre puisque nous avions 2 réservations. Mais vous pensez réserver une chambre supérieure, ce qui signifie qualitatif, mais pour eux cela signifie standard. Et croyez-moi, le niveau est très bas !!! Quant à la piscine, elle se trouve dans un autre hôtel, et l'accès y est très limité ! Donc pas de piscine pour nous ! Le PDJ est bien. Ainsi que son personnel. Le personnel de la réception est incompétent. Ils sont 4, mais sont sur leur téléphone portable tout le temps, ou mangent derrière le comptoir ! Du jamais vu ! En 2 mots, cet hôtel est à fuir !!!!!!! Nul.

Es un alojamiento bien ubicado. El personal fue muy simpático y agradable. Limpiaban la habitación cada día y reponían el agua y los jabones. También queríamos destacar que nuestro avión salió muy pronto por la mañana y nos dejaron el desayuno preparado para llevárnoslo al aeropuerto.

Nos hubiese gustado un desayuno con productos más variados.

Location is just perfect and within walking distance to a lot of attractions within old town area. Hospitality of staff is next level. Entire staff was amazing. Rooms were very well maintained. Breakfast was good

Muy buena ubicación! Habitación cómoda y buen desayuno calidad/ precio genial. Nos cambiaban toallas a diario, agua en la habitación cuando llegamos, paraguas por si llueve… calidad / precio Súper genial!

Todo fue bien hasta que en la salida me comentan que falta un paraguas en la habitación y que se supone que lo he perdido. Me cobraron 1050 bath por el paraguas.

The rooms were run down, needed cleaning properly. There were debris, dirt etc next to the beds, bathroom etc. We booked 2 rooms as a last minute stay for a 2 night family visit, I’d say it’s not a hotel, it’s more a back packers hostel with separate rooms. The location was great, the maids were pleasant and gave extra body wash and shampoo and the receptionist always greeted us nicely. Just the “hotel” is a bit run down itself.

אפשר לתת דגש קטן על הניקיון. ארוחת הבוקר אם אפשר לקרוא לה ככה היא בינונית מינוס.

This was my first time visiting Chiang Mai, and I chose to stay at this hotel. It was an excellent choice! The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were polite, professional, and very welcoming. They even helped me arrange my sightseeing trip, which made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Chiang Mai. I highly recommend this hotel!

Near the airport, friendly staff

Didn’t have a chair in my room, had to sit in the bed all the time even for having dinner or lunch. Facilities need an update, it looks old. When i first got to my room it smelled like mold and humidity

Cuando llegamos, la recepcionista cuando llegamos nos vio tanto a mi pareja como a mi muy altos y nos cambio a una habitacion mas grande. Buen desayuno buffet, y el servicio de lavanderia muy rapido.

La struttura è in un’ottima posizione per muoversi a piedi; la nostra stanza era di dimensioni più che sufficienti per un pernottamento di qualche giorno. Ok anche il bagno, doccia grande e con vetro (cosa non scontata!), lavandino un po’ piccolino. Abbiamo usufruito anche della colazione, buona anche se essenziale. Staff molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile!

Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la chiave elettronica e il condizionatore (non si regolava con il telecomando)

it looks like the pictures were taken 10 years ago and there was no maintance done in the meantime. The staff showed us a bunch of rooms but all of them had the same problem(paint and wallpaper was peeling) it was dirty and quite ugly. sorry. we didnt end up staying there because for the same price we found a MUCH nicer hotel.

I’m very impressed with my stay at this hotel. Choosing to stay here was definitely the right decision. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff maintain the same high standard of hospitality throughout my stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They also provided excellent tour recommendations and useful local information, which made my trip much more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for their outstanding service. Very friendly staff. They let us check in early and leave our bags there before our flight on the last day. Within walking distance to a great park and market! Laundry service was cheap and easy!

Although there isn't a pool on-site, they have a partnership with a nearby property and provide a shuttle service, along with pool towels, making it very easy to enjoy the facilities there. Muito perto de restaurantes e parque da cidade. Zona calma e de fácil acesso. Staff muito simpático e acessível. O nosso quarto ainda não estava pronto e fizeram um upgrade sem qualquer custo.

The location and the price

Twice, the toilet would not flush properly/ at all, and the hotel did not offer any gesture for the inconvenience. For example, on check-out day, we asked for water and were told it was not complimentary and cost 20 baht per bottle. At the very least, water could have been complimentary. The room looked like the photos, but the furniture was very old and felt cheap. The cleaning was also mediocre, especially in the bathroom, toile, bedsheets, towels.

Great stay and value. Early Check in and went out of the way to be helpful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was close to a 7/11 and relatively walkable to other places within the old city.

If you are not able to walk long distances (15+ mins) probably not the best location because it is bordering the moat. It's a little bit old so not in the best condition but for the price it's definitely worth it to stay here.
