I got locked myself in the washroom somehow and it's handle were broken 😅,I was not able to open from inside someone from staff open it, needs refurbishment.

I am a short person, and unfortunately, the bathroom mirror was too high for me. 😅 But, I am also a problem solver! I used the doorstopper as a step and managed to apply my make up 😋

On Saturday evening, upon returning to my room there were no towels placed in room; hence, unable to shower. Could not find any staff at 23h00.

The taps in handbasin were completely loose and one had to hold the tap with one hand while trying to open it using the other hand. There was only one bedside lamp which makes it difficult for both partners to read a bit at night.

The staf lady made me feel unwellcomed and discriminated against , I just hope she could of had a more welcoming attitude towards me considering i spent 2 nights first night at R800 and second one at R650.

The beds were rock hard. No, really. It was like laying on a floor. Having a good mattress is essential ho a guest that needs a good night's rest.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable - hard and worn out. Didn't sleep well. Also in my oppinion it's a bit pricey given the small room you get. For this price I got complete apartments and even 4 bedroom houses elsewhere in South Africa. Can't recommend this place.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026Heel aardige gastvrouw met een goede service. Alles was zeer schoon en elke dag kwamen ze met nieuw beddengoed en handdoeken. Hele fijne plek om even tot ontspanning te komen, ideaal als tussen stop als je door zuid-afrika trekt.
De keuken is gezamenlijk en deel je met alle kamers samen. Dit is geen probleem maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Sanitair in de badkamer was zeer oud en je kon niet erg comfortabel douche. Ook waren de kitnaden in de douche erg geschimmeld.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Pleasant situation and pretty view. Enjoyed our elevated position. Everything was very neat. The manager and other staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. The communal kitchen and lounge were well equipped.
Our room was a little cramped. The one bedside table prevented a cupboard door from being accessed. There was a floor fan which needed to be put on furniture for it to be effective towards the bed at night. (A standing fan would fix this problem.) Just small things.

Забронировали это место из-за горячего чана, по приезду оказалось что он просто стоит в углу в слое грязи и к нему даже не подведена вода… В ванной было очень тесно и ужасно воняло канализацией, крошечный умывальник, сломанный дозатор для мыла (и больше ничего из средств) Все в запустении, паутина, пятна на постельном Сам дом на оживленной улице — всю ночь стоял грохот, мы как будто спали на трассе! Там есть место для барбекю — учтите, оно тоже как будто на трассе, никакого уединения и спокойствия здесь не будет. А цена — за эту сумму мы жили в чудесных отелях с видами и завтраками!!! В этом городке полно волшебных мест со всеми удобствами гораздо дешевле.

Die Tür zum Badezimmer ist "nur" eine eingehängte Schiebetür. Wer also die Badezimmergeräusche des Partners noch nicht kennt sollte sich lieber etwas suchen das besser isoliert ist.
