Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Petit hôtel bien placé dans le centre historique. Bien qu'un peu cher le service de voiturier emmenant la voiture dans un parking privé est pratique car il n'est pas toujours évident de se garer dans la rue près de l'hôtel. Grande salle de bain.
Le matelas est trop mou et notre dos n'a pas beaucoup apprécié. Manque de bouilloire afin de pouvoir prendre une tisane le soir ou un café le matin. Serviettes très fines et donc peu absorbantes.

No tea /coffee making facilities in the room although it did have a fully stocked fridge but a nice cuppa fist thing a must for me .

Non mi è piaciuto lo staff della reception. Ho pagato 200 euro con tassa soggiorno, poca chiarezza nella descrizione del Vs. Portale. Sono arrivata e solo allora ho saputo che la colazione non era inclusa, non è scritto nulla Quando la colazione si paga in struttura viene sempre specificato. Il wi fi in alcune stanze risulta a pagamento, neanche fossimo oltre oceano. Poca disponibilità delle addette alla reception. Non hanno un servizio per lo scarico ed il carico dei bagagli. Non hanno dei parcheggi a pagamento convenzionati. Sono in un vicolo del centro storico, dovrebbero anticipare ai clienti ogni dettaglio per consentire un arrivo in hotel già preparati. Un tre stelle che onestamente mi ha deluso tantissimo per i servizi inesistenti

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this hotel. Staff were all lovely and incredibly helpful. The hotel was spotless and the bed very comfortable. It usually takes me a couple of nights to settle in a different bed but this was perfect. Breakfast items were very varied and plentiful. It was very hot when we were there and the excellent air con was very welcome.

Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et passionné par sa ville. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leurs conseils et leurs explications sur l’histoire de Trapani, qui ont enrichi notre visite. En prime, l’hôtel se trouve à quelques minutes de La Cantina Siciliana, le célèbre restaurant visité par Stanley Tucci dans son émission consacrée à l’Italie. Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Breakfast was average, bed was a bit too soft for our personal taste. Also when we arrived in the room the sheets had a lot of fragrance sprayed in them, which was quite unnecessary.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Es un hotel espectacular, la decoración muy cuidada, un oasis en medio de las calles de Trapani. Está a unos minutos de la zona peatonal barroca. La calle humilde aunque segura. Se aparca fácilmente en zona azul a pocos minutos. La habitación muy acogedora, el baño amplio, los suelos distintas de las estancias preciosos . El desayuno variado y muy bueno. Está a 3 minutos del ferry a las islas Égades, fuimos a Favignana y sin duda merece la pena pasar allí el día. Calas paradisíacas a media hora del hotel.
Del hotel no tenemos pega, las calles de Trapani no van con el hotel pero irá mejorando poco a poco. El hotel compensa con creces el exterior.

One serious issue occurred when we returned from a late night out at around 2am. We had been advised that the reception was open 24 hours, but when we arrived the building was completely locked and there was no one at reception. We had never been given the entry code required to access the hotel after hours. We waited for over 30 minutes, repeatedly ringing the bell and calling the hotel, but the calls kept dropping and no one answered. We eventually had to contact another hotel in the same group to get assistance. The situation was later downplayed by staff. We were offered a free breakfast on one day as compensation, but this felt quite minimal given the inconvenience. The car park recommended by the hotel also charged an extra €6 per night by classifying our small hire car as a larger vehicle, which was not clearly explained.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Nice hotel in the old center and a sort walk (15 min) to the harbor. The hotel is in a ztl area they inform you very well ahead of arrival how to get there by car and they offer valet parking which we greatly appreciated.
The door of our room did not lock itself, this was quickly resolved when we addressed it.

Tivemos um pequeno incidente, mas que acabou solucionado. No segundo dia da estadia, ao retornar ao hotel, fomos informados que teríamos que deixar o hotel porque o quarto estava sem energia e não havia outro disponível. Evidentemente, não gostamos. No entanto, ao chegar ao quarto, vimos que havia energia sim; o único problema era com a luz central do quarto, situação que havíamos encontrado desde o primeiro dia e que não nos incomodou porque as demais luzes estavam acendendo. Comunicamos o fato à recepção e tudo se resolveu.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, le centre-ville est proche et on peut tout de à pied. Seul petit souci, l’hôtel est difficile à trouver et à rejoindre en voiture à caution des tous petits passages et rues très très étroites.

I have to mention that the front desk staff , Martina , is a real gem . Speaks English and Spanish , was very accommodating and gave us great restaurant recommendations. I would come back in a heartbeat just for the great staff service.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Nice hotel, clean and modernized and pretty good for Trapani. Valet service was much appreciated as parking is a challenge in Trapani. Decent breakfast (for Italian breakfasts).
The room is not soundproof. Luckily our room did not face any traffic but we could hear everything from the room next door - it was not a problem for us but other travelers might want to bring ear plugs.

The A/C didn’t work We asked several times to get it fixed but never happened Could not open windows because of all the smoke from cigarettes

Zimmer im Innenhof, es spielte lange Musik und man hörte jeden Heimkommen. Im Zimmer wenige Steckdosen.
